I got my 2nd piercing done by a worker named DeJa. She was super funny and kept me, my mom, and my friend happy during the entire interaction. There was also a male worker (I forgot his name) which was also super funny. The piercing only took a few minutes and was only $30. I love this place because it has super cute jewelry thats always on sale. However last year I came here and there was a blonde cashier there. I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of earrings and she asked if I wanted to buy 3 more pairs (I assume there was a sale) I politely said no thanks and she kind of shot me a weird look. I dont know if I was just picturing it buy regardless, this place is one of my favorite, affordable jewelry stores.

Despite other reviews, i frequent this spot often for jewelry and hair accessories that have held up as long as you take care of it. i hope management knows Tavonne is an absolute asset to your team. i’ve worked in the service industry for years, that type of customer service makes a difference

Worker was so sweet and nice! I got two piercings done and they gave me a great kit with a cleaner. She did a great job and was super sweet the entire time.

Terribly cheap jewelry for high prices. All sale signs and percentage off but nothing is actually discounted. Make sure you read the receipt because I bought 2 pairs of earrings and it was $40.50 and then realized after that it was a rip off - meanwhile on the receipt it says you can’t return earrings even though they are completely sealed in packaging. AND BOUGHT THEM 10 MIN AGO. No mention of return policy on anything in the store or packaging. Ridiculous

My girlfriend and I came a few days ago during regular mall hours and the store was closed. We came again today and a completely different time we went before and the store was yet again closed during mall hours. Have consistent opening hours or at least put up a sign this is ridiculous.

Staff is very rude, shady and pushy. One worker was pushing me to buy 4 more items i repeatedly told her no on. Other one was staring me down as in intimidation. I believe the cashier tried to scam me out of money. On Tuesday October 24th 2023 she charged me 28.99 for only a 13 dollar purchase of a couple items. When I told her about it she immediately looked scared and uncomfortable started having a shady smile and said oh sorry I forgot to give you the mark downs on these items that are on the clearance shelf. Basically I believe shes charging full price for items that are marked down and keeping the extra cash for herself. I will be reporting this to the corporate office and above.

It’s 12:45pm on a Saturday and the door is locked with a sign that says we’ll be back soon with no times or anything. At least have the time you guys are opening again on the sign. Or maybe just don’t close in the middle of mall hours
