My 4 year old daughter was pierced by Annisia and she was so sweet and made my daughter feel very comfortable. They gave me helpful information and she healed up beautifully. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a conch piercing for about two and a half years now and I have used a multitude of different hoops and studs. I decided to switch it up and went to banter in search of a new hoop. They recommended the gold hoop pictured, but i thought it looked too small. The employee ensured me that it was not too small but I may experience a small bit of swelling the first day or two. I asked her to put it in, following policy she said no, but told me that you have to push hard to get it to clasp. $140 later I have this new hoops which was in fact very hard to clasp. As soon as I got it on I thought it was too tight and tried to take it off, of course, I couldn’t since it was so difficult to close in the first place. Myself, my sister, my mom, my dad, and friends all tried to get this stupid hoops out and no one could. It took days of trying and at this point my ear was constantly bleeding and I was in immense pain. Finally, as a last resort, I headed to the emergency room when three nurses struggled for 2 hours to remove the piercing. After they got it out we found out that because it was so tight and I couldn’t get it off for three days it tore my piercing. Now, I can no longer wear any piercings in that hole at all till it heals in approximately two months. Not only did it ruin my piercing itself but it costed hundreds of dollars that I did not have to waste. Thank you so so much, Banter.

What a great place for jewelry and piercings. I love the selection. And the staff is awesome. I have had two sets of ear piercings at the Deptford Mall location.There are two locations inside the Deptford Mall. Both are in the center aisle.I highly recommend this store.

Very very disappointed!!!!! The other day went to the banter near journeys. The woman with dark hair was so incredibly rude I was actually embarrassed at the way she spoke to me if it was deserved ok but asking for some assistance doesn’t warrant her attitude. So I left. I came back today because I was working in the mall today. I walked by a total of 6 times and I never saw anyone just a sign that said on break. So I walked down to the other one and it was a completely different experience the young ladies are super super sweet and were helpful Ariel and Cherokee were very helpful. Definitely go back to them but as for the journeys side Banter, honestly surprised anyone hired her to work with the public. An attitude like theirs shouldn’t be exposed to other humans at all. If it was anyone else I’m sure they would have jumped over the counter to slap her silly. If zero stars was an option I’d give zero.

My daughter (6months old) and I went to get our ears pierced. Nina was our piercer and she was so sweet and kind. Everything was perfect!!!

I absolutely love going to this location when Nina is working. She is an amazing sales person but at the same time realizes people have budgets so will do her best to stay within your limits. I took my daughter there about 6 weeks ago and her ears never recovered from getting her second piercing they were not symmetrical is a bad place to get your ears pierced

Nice worker but get piercing from better professional. Using a gun and charging $60 is expensive. Also doesn’t recommend longer earring for thick earlobes. Supposed to be healed in 6 weeks yet it’s infection.

Long story short, son wanted his ears done. Took him here today after work, the 2 people working backs were turned and let us stand there for a minute. I shoulda left then. Did the paperwork, she showed us the case and turned around kept talking. No asking of questions, no allergie or health issue questions, just heres your piercing and leave. An earring that was 70 bucks, became 93 bucks! She ran thru aftercare and said goodbye. Im hella mad

Had a not so great experience initially when approaching the first kiosk. I left disappointed as it seemed like the first lady was not interested in helping me, but quickly was greeted with a smile and openness to help by Cherakee at the second kiosk stand. She was amazing and more than willing to help me out and got me on my way! Super gentle and helpful.

Went to store 115 to get my daughter pierced. The associate was super excited and answered all my questions and made sure my daughter felt comfortable. She did it so fast my 4 year old didnt even cry. The associates number on my receipt is 13572086.

I came to this location today to get my godson (8months) ears pierced, The problem came into play when she realized she pierced his ears incorrectly so of course myself, his mother and her “professional” self tried taking the earring out to correct the issue. We all could not get the earring out 😡 so I then asked for a full refund she tells me “I’m sorry but we don’t do that here” excuse me but your the same one who put it in wrong then couldn’t get the earring out, where is the accommodation lady?! She proceeds to say well you could take him to another location that will help out. Will not be returning here ever! Good luck to upcoming customers

Mark was awesome! That’s why the 3 stars. He alone should’ve gotten 5 stars. We were told by the blond woman behind the counter that piercing is free, just pay for the earrings. My son picked out $60 earrings. No problem except $90 later… I asked where the extra $30 came from. The woman now seemed disinterested in my questions. I merely suggested they let customers know about the add’l fees. She gave us our bag, said thank you & started whispering to her co-worker at the counter, right in front of us! REALLY! Is this 5th grade? Incredibly unprofessional Assoc # 135693004!!! Again, Mark was wonderful!!!!!

This place is horrible , my necklace chipped at least 5-6 different times in the same spot on my gold chain . Every time I go back they want me to pay 60-70$ again for the coverage or whatever it is in case it happens again which it keeps happening I’ll be calling corporate or customer service for sure ridiculous.

I went to get my second holes pierced today. The girl was really nice that did them. I even asked her advice to chose between a jeweled butterfly or little pearl earring to pierce with. She and I decided on the “small” pearl. I paid and did everything. She pierced me and when I looked, it was the WRONG earrings. She picked the big pearls. When I said they were the wrong ones and I didn’t like them, she shrugged it off and said in about a week I can just change them. (There’s no way I’m going to be able to do that that soon and I shouldn’t have to.) I didn’t pay extra money for the bigger, more expensive earrings to take them out a week later because she grabbed the wrong ones. They should show the customer the earrings they’re going to use before payment so this won’t happen. I went back two times to try to work up the courage to say something but they were busy trying to pierce a screaming kid. I left with tears in my eyes because of how disappointed I was. I did this because I have special earrings I don’t take out because of sentimental value involving my mother who recently passed and that special thing was ruined for me. Laying on my side tonight hurts because the stupid, bulky pearls push against my ears; another reason I needed small earrings. I regret putting that money out, much more than I had anticipated, just to leave with earrings I didn’t want and look silly to me. I’m still just so disappointed. She should have done something to compensate for the mistake. I’ll be calling Piercing Pagota customer service tomorrow to see if I can’t get compensation for the mistake. She was so friendly, but they need to be more careful.

Just go to an actual jeweler (not a chain) and save your money. Bought a ring here once ($300, solid gold with CZ), a stone cake out after a week. Went back and wanted to exchange it but all they have is size 7, so I would’ve had to get it resized at a third party AGAIN. Didn’t want to do that so got my money back.Then bought a bracelet ($250), again solid gold with CZ. After 2 days, the chain was all crumbled up and bent. Brought it back and exchanged it. Now today, it ripped in half and fell off my arm.I am never buying anything here again. Their jewelry is garbage and not worth the price

Botched piercing• Did not pierce simultaneously• Pierced ear in wrong spot and was uneven, had to repierce my child’s ear• Neither manager nor customer service have responded to meI took my 5 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. I asked for both ears to be done at the same time. I called to make sure two employees were working so that they could be done simultaneously.Associate A placed the dots on my child’s ear. I told her the dot on my daughter’s left ear looked to far to the right to me. The store manager told me they would pierce in front (to the left) of the dot.Associate A was on my daughter’s left and Associate B was on my daughter’s right. They were suppose to pierce simultaneously. Associate A placed the gun and pierced before Associate B even had a chance to place her gun.My daughter did not move the entire time. Even while she had to wait for Associate B to place her gun and finish the second piercing. Associate B was visibly surprised by Associate A not waiting for her so that they could pierce together.After looking at my daughter’s new piercings I saw that Associate A placed the earring too high on my daughter’s ear. My daughter was devastated and kept telling me how she did not move!! The store manager agreed that the piercing could not stay as was and needed to be fixed.I had to remove my daughter’s brand new piercing only to discover that Associate A had missed the dot by 1/4 inch. She had pierced up and to the right of the dot. Not to the left of the dot like she was suppose to. The dot was left completely in tact.It took 3 hours for my husband and I to talk my devastated daughter into getting her piercing redone so that she could leave with two earrings. Associate B took her time and repierced my daughter’s ear. The original piercing was so far off the mark that you can still see the hole created with the earring in its new spot.Associate A never apologized for her mistake. She completely ignored us and continued on with her work as though she did nothing wrong. She never addressed my daughter or even so much as looked at us.This should have been an exciting day for my daughter. Instead it turned into a horrible nightmare that ended with Associate A not acknowledging my daughter at all.We called the store manager the next day. She did not answer or return our phone call.The mistake as well as the after treatment of my child has been appalling. She was robbed of her exciting experience and nothing has been done to rectify this.

I believe my pierces name was Madison, ASSOC#13523443 at the Deptford Mall. She was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about piercing. She answered all of my questions about after care of the earring and made additional suggestions on how to remove bubbles. Thank you!

DO NOT go here!!! Pierced my daughters ears uneven and a week later rushed her to er to get earring that went into hole removed. The girl who pierced her ear pushed the back all the way up which made it super tight.

The employee we had was very friendly and helpful we were looking for chain for a locket we just werent sure if it would fit through since we didnt bring the locket with us we ended up going back and buying it
