Daughter came here to get ears pierced. Staff was super nice. I recommend scheduling an appointment, although walk ins are welcome. Lots of beautiful jewelry to choose from and the piercer was very good. They also have a sister store Area 51 tattoo in Springfield too.

Went here to get our kids ears pierced. We scheduled an appointment on the same day. The staff was friendly, tools and surfaces were clean and sterile, overall great experience and good memories created.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. Kate did an amazing job with my piercings and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment, and answered all my questions and concerns. Love all the decor and jewelry selection. I highly recommend!

I got my daughters ear pierced here this summer. The whole experience was great!We were a little worried they had closed because she had just decided to switch earrings out. I called and was told to come down to see if they could get her original earrings back in. We were so happy because they were able to! I can say enough good things about Area 51 piercing, everyone there has been amazing! We will definitely be back!

Initially thought good atmosphere, great workers. Shame none of my piercings even stayed in for more than 2 weeks, though. Wasnt even rough with my ears, but still managed to lose 2 inexplicably. $50 for a replacement and waiting a month for the same size piercing is ridiculous. And it DIDNT STAY IN! I dont know what kind of pin you have to keep the piercing in, but its not working. Do better.

They have an great selection jewelry and everyone was super nice. I had an appointment with Kate to downsize a few piercings I got elsewhere (during a tattoo expo at the coast), but sadly she was out of the downsize posts so Ill have to go back. However, I did buy some jewelry and had Kate change it out for me while I was there, and she was so nice. Im excited to see her again in a few weeks for the downsizing. She had some ideas for future piercings for me and Im excited to work with her and curate a style for my ears.

Ive gotten two piercings here by Jared and a free check up to see how my conch was healing. Jared was very quick, professional and talked me through the advantages of tapering an existing piercing (if you are looking to re-pierce and can use this method, I highly recommend! Much faster healing process).They specialize in gold jewelry and can make some custom jewelry for you. Walk-ins are welcome but may have to wait a while if its busy, I recommend making an appointment online. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and easy to chat with.

Super awesome experience here! all the staff members are super personable and helpful, and genuinely just want to offer you great services. I walked in to buy navel jewelry and not only was the jewelry affordable and gorgeous, but it’s made in house! I loved the atmosphere and booked a tooth gem appointment for the next day and I love how the gems turned out! I am super pleased I came here and will continue to stay a loyal customer!

Got my septum pierced yesterday after years of wanting one but was never able to get the confidence that I would look good with one. Jared is such an amazing piercer! He was super bubbly and made the process fun and probably the best (and quickest) piercing experience so far. Jared was also an amazing hype man once the jewelry was in! He was so excited on how it looked and put all my worries to rest about it not being the right look for me. I can’t wait to go back and get more permanent gold piece as soon as it heals! Came as a walk in with three friends on a fully booked weekend day! The awesome staff there still got us in quickly and we had the best experience! The vibes in this shop are unmatched and I’ve never seen more beautiful jewelry anywhere. I was pierced by Kait who is lovely, thorough, and super quick. I got my flat done and it was very comfortable. We all left with gorgeous jewelry and a super memorable experience. We drove in from bend and this is for sure the new spot!!

The staff is so friendly and nice! My experience exceeded 5 stars but thats the highest I can rate it. My piercer (whose name I forgot im so sorry) was amazing and kind! He was very quick and told me everything he was doing and made sure I had the best experience! Definitely recommend them to all my friends! And the woman at the front desk was so cheery and patient when I wasnt sure what jewelry I wanted and made sure I knew about some cheaper options for jewelry! She made sure I would walk away happy :) and I did!

Absolutely love how quick and easy they were with my tongue piercing. I am not usually a fan of needles so I get a bit nervous before these things. Jared was the one who did it and he was awesome! Definitely am happy with this place and recommend this for any people who are nervous for a first piercing!

Jared was absolutely amazing. He was able to repierce my septum for me after YEARS of not having it and missing it dearly. He walked me through everything and when he found out I was a designer, asked how I liked the shop and seemed genuinely interested in my opinion. He was quick and smooth, the easiest process ever. I dont live in Eugene, but I will gladly be making a trip out to get all my piercings exclusively here.

Jared is the best! So happy to have gotten an appointment with him. He is friendly, super knowledgable, comfortable, and takes pride in training his staff. I had a bad nipple piercing from somewhere else, that he re-pierced and I hardly felt a thing! Healed really well too and the jewelry options are beautiful!

Always a great experience here! I had some issues with the size of the hoops I had put in earlier this year, and the team here was extremely kind and helpful with getting them to my liking. There was a guest piercer yesterday when I came in to have a smaller hoop put in, and they were so professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this business/location more! I always leave with a smile on my face because of how genuine and friendly everyone is.

Great experience with piercers that know what they are doing. I had the owner of the shop talk to me about placing and do the piercing for me—he’s a great guy! A little pricey on the jewelry, but worth it to get a piece that you really love that will last.

Have gone here twice for ear piercings, with two different piercers, one being Jared for a specialty piercing. I dont remember the other guys name unfortunately(!) but he had locs and was very very chill and helpful with piercing anxiety! Talked me through the whole time and the piercing felt like nothing.Recently saw Jared for a specialty piercing and he was great! Super charismatic and cool, was teaching some assistants while he was piercing my ear and made the whole process go so smoothly and comfortably.The gals at the front are lovely too! Have had some great conversations with the one lady from Texas (So bad with names lol sorry).My ONLY critique would be that I wish they had some more jewelry variety and some daintier pieces.My piercings are healing up well and Im excited to come again in the future and have my ear done up the rest of the way :)

Kait Ward pierced my left nostril to mirror my other pierced nostril, and she did suchhhh a great job! she was so kind and really really good and particular about making sure they were symmetrical :) she was super chill about me asking her to make adjustments and really nice when i started tearing up when i got pierced lol. would absolutely go again and recommend other people!

I was just downsizing a nose piercing I have had awhile and the piercer here was the most gentle piercer I have ever worked with. She was also extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming here again!

Have had multiple piercings done here, and they are always so welcoming and professional. Piercing can be a bit of an intimate experience and the comfortable and clean environment they provide is top notch. They also have such a beautiful selection of all types of jewelry and work with local makers. As long as Im in this area, I wont get a piercing anywhere else. 100% recommend.

Got my septum done back in January by Jared and it has healed beautifully! Chose to go the higher quality metal with white gold and it has been a great choice so far. Everything to the customer service, attention to detail and price was worth it. I can’t wait to come back and get something else pierced. I just got a vertical labret there, it hurt super bad not gonna lie but the piercer was really kind and the atmosphere was super supportive too. The piercer messed mine up a teeny bit but then made sure to fix it which i appreciated rather than letting Me walk out with a crooked piercing. And I do feel super happy now with my New piercing:-)

LOVE Area 51 Piercing. Very comfortable place to get all your piercing needs taken care of. Needed to have some earrings re-inserted, and bought a new item. Clean, professional and happy folks work there!

Got my conch pierced here by Trevor over the weekend and it was such a chill experience. I love the jewelry and I was told it’s made in-house which is awesome.Everyone was super lovely and helpful.It’s been about 6 years since the last time I got anything pierced so I’m happy I had a good experience, I don’t think I will go anywhere else but here for more piercings in the future.

Aeon De Largue and the front desk staff are amazing. He made a retainer placement painless and so quick. He was super helpful and it was just an overall positive experience.

This shop is awesome! The staff are friendly and will make sure youre happy. I interact the most with Jared and Kait (and Trevor, but he left). Jared is the owner and always tries to help you find the perfect piece for your piercing. I have gotten 2 piercings here in 2023 alone and recently brought a friend in for a nostril & industrial. All these piercings ar healing well without bumps.

The atmosphere is beautiful, like an art gallery, very clean and welcoming. I have taken both my daughters here for peircings. Everyone is friendly and professional. I will only recommend Area 51 peircing.

I got my septum nostril tounge and vertical labret here from Jared and Kait i’ve been going here since i was 14 the vibes are so comforting and the jewelry is beautiful with a great price i will definitely be coming back

Staff was very kind, but used the wrong bar for my piercing. Upon coming home I sneezed and the ball came out, had to go somewhere else for it to be fixed. They showed me that the bar was the incorrect size and the ball was not even snapped in place when i was pierced the first time, as there should have been a click when the ball was inserted.

I had such an amazing experience here. I got my tragus pierced by Aeon De Largue. My appointment was at 11, I was in the door, did my paper work, pierced and out by 11:15. Aeon De Largue was so kind and helpful. It was one of my easiest, quickest piercing experiences and this was my 9th non-ear lobe piercing. Highly recommend.

Kait pierced my nose and did a great job explaining the procedure and aftercare, and made me feel comfortable during the piercing. I would highly recommend this shop!

Amazing experience. From the receptionist and the assistant (I cant remember their names, ah!) to my piercer Jared, everything flowed smoothly. From when I entered to when I left everything was quick, easy, and stress free. The facilities are spotless and just very welcoming. Theres a sitting area with a view of a well maintained fish tank, along with some jewelry to peruse. I never felt rushed, even though it was a pretty quick appointment. The jewelry is expensive, but with piercings you pay for quality. I definitely plan on going back for more work in the future.

I have had both my conches pierced this week on Tuesday and Friday by Jared the owner. He was very understanding of my anxiety of needles and let me take my time to soothe my anxiety before he pierced my ears. Jared is an amazing piercer and he makes the experience of getting a piercing worth the money. I think Jared will always be the piercer I go to when I want a piercing. I am excited for him to add a chain to my piercing in a few months.

My 7 year old just had his piercing done here today. I have to say it was a wonderful experience for him and I felt like he was so well taken care of. He has been wanting to pierce his ears for a couple of years and we finally said yes. When we arrived at the appointment and chose the earrings, I was surprised at the price. It was much higher than we could afford. Jared, the owner and the one doing my sons piercing, was so understanding. He brought out less expensive earrings and in an additional act of kindness, waived the piercing fee for us. It was a huge stress relieved and allowed us to enjoy the time. Jared was so sweet to my son and kind to the whole family/friend group who came to offer moral support. Jared gently, but with excitement, explained each step of the process and let my son know that he was in charge of his own body and could say no at any point. I could go on, but I will just say a big Thank You to Area 51! You have lifetime customers and we very much appreciate the kindness and care you displayed today.

I have been to Area 51 three times in the past six months for my 11 year old daughter. We have seen different piercing professionals each time, all of whom treated my daughter with kindness, respect and patience as they described the piercing process. The appointments were: helix piercing, lobe piercing, and support with removal of earrings.If you are looking for a place to have your childs ears pierced and want to stay away from mass retailers, Id highly recommend Area 51. They were pricier, but we have high quality earrings and professionals ensuring they heal nicely!

They are very nice, gentle and customer focused. They help me with my jewelry removals and reinsertions for MRIs for free which is so helpful and appreciated.

Set an appointment online, a few days beforehand. A lot of appointment slots to choose from. Brought my baby in a stroller with me. Didn’t realize there were stairs, but we worked it out! The lady at the front was very friendly and answered questions I had. Paper work was easy. There was no wait. Jared was very friendly and straight to the point! The whole facility was very clean. I absolutely love my piercing and the whole experience! Will definitely be going back!

I made an appointment around 2 weeks before and showed up 15 mins early and they said they were all out of the jewelry for the piercing I requested and weren’t getting any more in for another week and didn’t bother to call and let me know. Then my friend wanted to just get her earring bar changed under the same time appointment that we signed up for and we sat there for almost 20 more minutes with our set appointment time and we left because we had somewhere to go. Disappointing experience.

My daughter was coming to visit, so I decided to try Jared at Area 51. I had a bad experience a couple months earlier at a local competitor. Whenever I met anyone with piercings I asked who did them. It was highly recommended to go to Jared at Claim 51. What a great experience!I loved the booking on line. We arrived and were met by customer friendly reception who guided us to different earrings and we began discussion of placement and jewelry. Jared joined us and looked and diagnosed issues with previous piercing and made recommendations. He explained about the quality of his jewelry and took me on a tour of the shop. It was so clean and full of great art and other jewelry. I felt like family. After deciding on placement of jewelry came the piercing. Jared has been piercing over 23 years and his experience shows in the smoothness of his piercing. It was amazing. He was done quickly. It’s been a couple months and the piercing has healed well and I for sure will be going back to Area 51! I would highly recommend Area 51 over the other shops in Eugene. Experienced, professional, clean and high quality jewelry!.

Jared is super kind and super knowledgeable about body modifications. Before I moved to the area I had a shop in my hometown that I went to for over 10 years. Since moving to Eugene Area 51 has been the only shop to match up what I had in my hometown.Also the jewelry is top notch. The custom pieces are absolutely stunning.Jared has done two of my piercings, my philtrum and my third lobes. As long as Im in Eugene I wont go anywhere else.

Oh wow!!! this is hands down the best piercing experience i’ve ever had. the entire staff is an absolute joy. you can tell they really have such a fun time together, which makes me have a fun time!! Jared and Kaitlyn were great at making me feel very comfy and relaxed. I initially planned on getting snake bites, but Jared informed me of the long-term risks involved with the piercing. He casually mentioned how he thought two verticals might look cool with the one I already had, and I thought it was a great idea! I really appreciated his perspective and we were both really happy with the outcome! I can tell he loves what he does and really cares :) I’ll definitely be recommending this place, and i’ll look forward to going back!!

I usually go to High Priestess but decided to try this place out instead. The ambience was very nice and added a calming touch to the shop. I got pierced by the owner, Jared and it was quick and easy. I was in and out within 25 min/30 min. The shop was also very clean and Jared opened all of the equipment in front of me. To top it off Jared hooked me up with cleaning wipes. I’d give my experience a 10/10. Thanks Area 51 🥰🛸.

My first experience here was awesome! The person who pierced me was friendly, kind and did an awesome job on my septum. My second experience not so much. The second person who changed my jewelry for me was not very friendly, honestly came across pretty rude, and actually put the wrong size jewelry in my ears so it does not stay in. It’s a bummer when you pay for jewelry and cannot use it because it’s the wrong size. Otherwise the counter staff have consistently been helpful and friendly and I like the space and vibes. However I probably will not go back because of the second experience I had, unfortunately.

Went in today for an appointment with the owner, Jared, and was again met with professionalism, comfort, kindness, and good conversation. I love my double nose stud setup! Highly recommend this place.(Initial review) I went in to look at the nose stud selection and ended up having such a lovely time! Not only did I leave with two lovely new studs, but also I was met with professionalism, kindness, helpful facts, and warmth from both the desk staff and the piercing tech (not sure if I got the titles correct, sorry if not!). I super recommend this place, whether youre getting your first piercing or your 15th piercing; I will definitely be back next time I need some new shine.

I reccomend this place 100%!Jared is awesome and definitely knows what he is doing. I got a Verticle Hood piercing and I never once felt unprepared or uncomfortable. He really takes the time to sit you down and talk over everything about the piercing, healing, pros and cons etc.Jared is very fun while being professional and having a nice demeanor at the same time. The placement is amazing and I was scared but he eased my worries and the piercing went so fast I barely had time to register the pain and it was done.The jewelry is expensive but I have gotten multiple piercings here and not gotten a single bunp or had any healing issuesI would absolutely reccomend this place! I purchased a beautiful helix earring a few months ago for over $400. Ever since it was put in by their staff member it gave me problems; was constantly irritated and my piercing developed a pustule so I removed the earring and it resolved itself. I put it back in to see if it was just me and not the earring but it continued to occur. I’m not allergic to gold as all my other jewelry is gold. Unfortunately I cannot wear the earring which sucks because I love it.I live in California so I called prior to coming in as I am aware of their no refunds or exchange policy but was hopeful when they told me bring it in and we could work something out. Unfortunately the only offer was to give me a free piercing. I would have been happy with any other resolution other than a free piercing. So now Im stuck with an expensive earring that I cannot wear after being told we could find a resolution.

I had an excellent experience at Area 51. I was a bit nervous because it had been years since my last piercing, but Trevor immediately made me feel at ease. He was patient, thoughtful, and communicative about each step of the process, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and liked the placement. I took my 13 year old daughter here to get her nose pierced and I’m so happy I did. It’s gorgeous inside and so clean. I had never been into this piercing studio up until yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. I loved the vibe inside as well as all of the original jewelry made by employees. Taylor, who helped me pick out jewelry, was so sweet and genuinely interested in helping me. Steven did the piercing, and I really appreciated his straightforward approach to the piercing placement process/after care. Definitely the best experience Ive had at a piercing studio in the Eugene area.

Loved the art gallery vibe of the front area. The fish were lovely to look at while we waited. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My piercer had a relaxing energy which helped me to not feel so anxious. Overall pleasant experience and I would come back again in the future for more piercings.

Update: Ive been back to this location a few times and each time the experience has improved over the time before. Im not sure what happened but most of the staff are new and theyre bringing better customer experience and it is a much nicer place to go. I hope the staff changes keep making up for the issues I had in the past.Ive had mixed experiences going here. My very first piercing, other then my ears, was amazing and my daughter had a great experience with her ears. My lip piercing was ok but felt cold. I went in after 13 days to downsize my lip ring and that didnt feel good at all. I was treated like I should know I cannot downsize even though I was told to come in after 2 weeks to get it downsized. I left after being told to wait for at least 4 weeks. I actually scheduled an appointment for after 4 weeks but Im kind of scared to get the same treatment so I canceled it. Now its been 5 and a half weeks and my lip ring is irritated but I dont want to feel stupid again. Trying to decide if I go back or go another place to downsize. I really hope they can get it together and the experience is way better for people who are new to body modification. The shop is beautiful but with mixed experiences, even with the same employees.

This was the best piercing experience ever!!! The establishment is spotless and has lots to look at while you wait. They very helpfully walk you through the entire process and carefully help you pick out your jewelry. I got three piercings, my piercer was so professional and kind, he told me every single movement he was doing on my ear and made sure to sandwich my piercings so that the helix piercing didn’t hurt as bad. They had me lie down for my piercing which was sooo much more comfortable and easier to manage than at other piercing places. I have anxiety so I was so nervous until I walked in, amazing vibes. I cannot recommend them enough. It is worth every dime :)

Always love area 51! The staff are always so nice and chill, and their new space is so pretty! It may be a pretty penny to get pierced here, but its 100% worth it. You can tell the piercers know what theyre doing and that they love doing it!

Ive been seeing the owner for my piercing needs for many years 😊And after not having any piercings for a few years, Jared fixed me up with some new pretties.

We brought our daughter in for a nose piercing for her 17th birthday. Both my wife and I have been pierced many times - a long, long, long time ago, before piercing shops existed. So, I was not completely sure what to expect. However, from the online booking, reminder text, initial check in and even through the procedure Area 51 was top notch. Jared, her piercer (and owner), allayed our fears by walking us through the impeccably hygienic facility and even gave us a tour of the sterilization equipment. More importantly, he made our daughter feel at ease and was truly professional and skilled. She walked away with a well placed piercing, minimal discomfort, and the knowledge to take care of it properly! Thank you Area 51.

The shop has nice ambiance inside. However, in the morning, we made an afternoon appointment for our son’s ear piercing. When we arrived, they sat us down and had me fill out paperwork (which was fine, of course). We sat and waited 40 minutes, despite having an appointment, until I finally walked up and asked them how much longer. The employee told me up to another 30 minutes, as they had a piercing employee not show up to work that day. We left at that point (having waited 40 minutes). All they had to do was call or email customers like us with appointments ahead of time and say their piercer was absentee, rather than have us sit for so long without any communication whatsoever about what was going on. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their website asks customers to provide up to 3 hours notice for a cancellation but then they don’t honor their own policy.

I replaced my nose piercing jewelry here in October and have had nothing but problems. I paid for the most expensive jewelry because that is all they had and for the last 5 months have had consistent issues with it. Ive gone in twice after to get it evaluated and each time they are dismissive and condescending. Whoever my employee was made me feel uncomfortable and as if my problem did not deserve talking to after he made direct comments about me having gotten invalid information from the literal business email. I was lied to over email; when asking for advice I was told I would recieve complimentary cleaning products and when I came in for my appointment I was told that whoever I was talking to was not from this business when I have physical proof that it was. I got no products and left with no advice on how to make my piercing heal better. They told me to continue to do the same process that I have been doing for 5 months -- it is supposed to heal in a week or two. Once again I was let down and not given any further help. After 3 different attempts at getting help at Area 51, I have gotten nothing in return and will not be coming back.

I went back to get my septum done after a not so pleasant experience and let me tell you, it was incredible.The individuals working were so kind and understanding, and and talked to me about all kinds of things like crystals and their jewelry. I have gotten multiple piercings in my life including my nose & eyebrows so when I went in for a simple cartilage piercing I thought it would be easy and chill. When I went in the people working the shop were rude and appeared uninterested in just about everyone. When I went to get my ear pierced it was the first time I had ever felt like I was going to pass out and part of that was due to the anxiety the man who pierced my ear gave me. Along with an uncomfortable time here I also paid over $100 for my piercing and jewelry (the jewelry I got gets caught on EVERYTHING, it’s very bad and I’ve never had this happen to this extent before with other body jewelry I’ve had). I would not recommend going here, the workers are pretension and rude and the pricing for jewelry is insane.

I got my daiths done with Jared. Everyone is so polite and always excited to help make sure you have quality jewelry and a wonderful piercing experience! Jared is doing some truly innovative ear lobe piercings for my mom, who has some tearing from conventional piercings.

What a wonderful shop! My daughter and I stopped by to kill some time before we needed to get to the Eugene Airport. The shop was extremely clean and the employees were exceptionally friendly and professional. I purchased a new nose stud and was afraid to change it myself as I was still using the original piercing jewelry. They offered to change it for me and did so painlessly and quickly. Give this shop a go, they are awesome!

Starting out I’ll say this place has wonderful vibes and incredible jewelry! But I got my bridge pierced about a week ago and he (Trevor) was very honest when he told me he messed it up. So we redid it! I sat for it, finished up, waited a week for swelling, and it’s still incredibly off. I would have wanted to see any review like this before going, I wasted 90 and now have two separate scar holes in the middle of my face! :) (this is for their piercing shop in Eugene, not the tattoo shop in Springfield)

Originally came in here to look at new septum rings, professionals looked at my piercing & said it was originally done incorrectly. They repierced it for me right away & gave thorough information, beyond grateful I came in! If they’re busy & you have no rush, definitely a great place to look around & sit in! Definitely taking another trip in here when I come visit Eugene again!

Go see Steven for all your piercing needs and prepare to be amazed by his witty charm while he penetrates you with his needle. Also, he won’t get mad if you accidentally bite him. He’ll just ask you to stop in an exceedingly polite tone of voice. 10/10.

EDIT: Area 51 responded to this review offering a refund and provided an email to contact them in regards to this. I sent my email 3 days ago and still have not heard anything in return. No refund has been provided.I did a walk in for my birthday and got two cartilage piercings. Ive had MANY piercings in my life, none of wish had problems with healing. Service was very friendly. I initially wanted hoops but was told bars would be easier for healing. Made sense, Id never had hoops before. All went well. Couple days later my ear was so swollen and red. They didnt put long enough bars in to account for the swelling. Went in and they switched them out. Again, the service at the time went well. My ears were still swollen 30 days later so I went in again. At this point Ive seen now 3 different peircers at this business. This time they told me to try using a blow dryer after using the spray cleaner or after a shower to get everything dry. Ok did that for an additional month. 2 months later I am so fed up with my ears not healing, and still swollen. I went to high priestess and they recommended I take them out. They said the gauge Area 51 used was too small, they put backings on that were too large, and etc. So Ive wasted over $120 on piercings I no longer have and jewelry I cant even reuse. Also my ears have permanent scar tissue at the piercings site that should not be there! Never going back here again.

Oh my gosh steven was incredible. i had only been pierced by sam before and steven made me feel so comfortable and safe and he was so understanding with me being kind of a perfectionist. Taylor was such a kind person, they made sure i had everything i needed after i got pierced, bug helped me so much when i was decided jewelry and helped me pick out exactly what i needed, i love the staff here they are so incredible. Was never a dull moment waiting for the piercer as a walk in, the front end staff kept me company and kept me entertained the whole time.

Their website had no pricing on how much a earring would cost, I walked in expecting to pay $35 as the website says but when I had to pick out a ear ring the cheapest was $50 for one and it was the smallest thing ever. THATS CRAZY!!

Waited outside for my 14 year olds birthday piercing....it was raining. They were aware we were there we asked twice to come in. After coming in and waiting 20mins. We were brought into the room read over the instructions, I asked a question and got laughed at. I dont even know who did the piercing they never induced them selfs. After they never gave me paperwork and had ZERO after care to even purchase to keep the piercing clean. Not to mention my kid hung half off the table upside down for a piercing...... maybe I just dont understand but never seen that before. It was a horrible experience for me alone, now my child will continue that experience with them in the future....bad business. 3-3-23 ,YES we had a pre-planned appointment.

I made an appointment for my birthday for a nostril piercing, waited for 25 mins to be seen as two walk in got seen before me. Then make piercer made me quite uncomfortable with the amount of compliments on my appearance, I don’t know if he was intentionally trying to make me feel that way but as a man with some amount of power you should realize that continuously saying things about a young woman’s appearance while they’re alone in a room with you could make someone uncomfortable.

Went in just to buy some new jewelry and even though I waited a little while, the employees took their time with me when it was my turn. The jewelry backings I got were hurting me so they swapped them out a week later no problem at no cost. The girls are awesome too. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I chose a nose stud that was way too big for my taste, I thought I would like the larger stone. After 2 days, I absolutely hated it and returned to buy a smaller stud. Every appointment Ive ever made at either location, has always been late. Every time, at least 20 minutes but usually more. I had a quick question that they asked me to make an appointment for and when I did I wasnt seen for 25 minutes.Then when I was seen, they didnt take me back to a room. Someone came out and just did the appointment in the lobby in front of everyone which was really embarrassing. I had a piercing that wasnt healing very well and the whole time the guy was being super condescending and demeaning to me, which was confusing because I was being kind and polite the entire time. He made me feel stupid in front of everyone and got super super close to me when we were just talking, like faces 2ft apart. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me or make me feel small, it was super weird and uncomfortable.At one point he was telling me to not put anything on my face at all. He was listing things and kinda paused on makeup and looked at me as if he was implying that was what was causing the issue. And I said oh yeah I dont actually wear makeup often, its been like once a month or less since Ive been trying to heal this. And he was like I can see youre wearing makeup right now. ...ok? I just explained that wasnt the issue because I dont really wear it? Also I was only wearing mascara lolOverall he was being really misogynistic and very rude. I have a ton of piercings and tattoos so Ive certainly dealt with rude egotistical men but Ive honestly never been treated so bad, I will never come back here.

Great piercers, however expensive. Wasnt told my barbell was push in instead of screw on balls. Lost an opal, easily. They wanted $40-$60 to replace 1 push in ball. Crazy. Also dermal rejected and was told its cost full price to try again.

I’ve been going to this place for piercings for years and they are the best people ever i swear. they’ve done so many great things for me, but when i tell you this week has felt like a series of unfortunate events i’m not lying. i’ve had two piercing mishaps and these people have been MORE than accommodating. i can’t remember her name but the lady at the front desk basically talked me through a meltdown and the piercer i’ve worked with has also been the best ever and made me feel so comfortable! told them i loved them on my way out today. 10/10 will be bringing my offspring here

Everything was great, except their card reader was tricky (plus being anxious af), I accidentally tipped over $100 on $70 worth of piercings, so watch out for that. Sucks to be me, I feel like an idiot. It was good, but not THAT good 🤣💸😭

Came here to resolve an issue I had with a bar being too short on my conch piercing after getting pierced at the other location (wasn’t the piercers fault, I just have thick ears haha). Was in and out within 7minutes and Trevor made sure I was comfortable the entire time while switching the bar. Will never get pierced anywhere but A51 ever again! Thanks so much:)

Normally great but today horrible had appointment at 110 got there on time even called before going to make sure they had 4 of same tops for my pricing and they said they did we waited over a hour to get called back then told sorry dont have what you need so decided go ahead get eyebrow done then pricier said I need go get cup of coffee first and left us sitting there another 15 min gone by then we just left because it was way to long to be waiting almost two hours and considering we had booked a appointment
