Had an appointment but I kept having stuff mess up my schedule, life, ex wife, etc. But all through it Nita was so kind and understanding. Havent been here yet but Im really eager to. If thats how they treat me BEFORE they even do work on me, thats awesome!!

Absolutely lovely experience!Everyone was kind and welcoming from the start and also helped eased any nerves that we had coming in.The actual piercing process was super quick and easy.In the end, Im sososo happy with the experience! Highly recommended.

Gotten a few piercings here recently. Samantha did my ear lobes and nostril, was super gentle and communicative about the whole process. Went back for a downsize, and ended up getting my conch pierced by Kenny, who was so shockingly quick that I didn’t even have time to get nervous, not to mention a very personable human being! They were incredibly helpful, patient - even enthusiastic - to switch out a bunch of jewelry for me to find a setup I was happy with :) I’ll be back for my next one, y’all rock

Clash was amazing! Super fun and funny guy with a great attitude. Made my mushroom tattoo look amazing and was super kind with it being my first time getting a tattoo! 10/10 recommended!

We brought our 3.5 daughter here to get her ears pierced because she had been asking. I was honestly still a little nervous about it and skeptical about whether or not she could hold still. She instantly connected with Kenny. He made her feel so comfortable and started talking to her about bugs. She stayed still and didn’t even shed a tear. Kenny, you are amazing!! The lady that works at the front (didn’t catch her name) was also amazing and gave our daughter a goody bag while she waited and a capri sun. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

My kid has been begging me to get her ears pierced forever now and I totally wanted that for her!That being said, she is 6 and the last time we went to get her vaccines (she was 4 at the time) I was holding her arms as tightly as I could but she still somehow used her brute strength to free her arms, grab the needle and rip it out of her leg - bending the needle in the process. She’s been pretty NOT COOL with needles ever since - along with not being good with pain in the first place.Well, she was asking me again to get them done this evening and a friend of mine had recommended High Priestess so I decided to give them a call. The human on the phone was super informative and kind and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I ended up just packing my kid up and heading there at that very moment.I cannot understate how glad I am that we ended up taking my kid here for her first piercings. Samantha is so respectful, patient and kind. My daughter gets nervous about everything, ever and I assumed she would be having an absolute meltdown at the anticipation of getting her ears pierced but SOMEHOW Samantha was able to keep her comfortable and at ease. I feel like she went out of her way to explain to my daughter that she wouldn’t do anything my daughter was afraid to do. She took the time and energy to establish trust with her (I mean like as much as you can 10 minutes after meeting someone) and it made a world of a difference. The whole thing went so smoothly and my kid didn’t scream or cry… nothing. She cries just from brushing her own hair sometimes - like it was a miracle. There was definitely some type of Mr. Miyagi healing magic in there or something.Listen this ended up being really long but if you’re nervous about getting pierced, or PARTICULARLY if you have a kid that is - GO HERE. You won’t regret it.

I got a daith piercing to help with my migraines. the staff at the front was awesome; bunny did my piercing. they were positively amazing and talked me through everything. made me feel very comfortable. would absolutely recommend!!!

I walked in to get information and they took care of everything I needed! They changed out an irritated cartilage piercing, and Zoe Odana added the final butterfly to my tattoo. The others were done out of state, and hers is my favorite!! I cant wait to show it off! The blackout effect on the last picture is just fluid collection under the second skin thats used for quicker, easier healing. Im showing it, because I think its cool and fun!

I got my Belly Button pierced today by Samantha Houston, and didnt even feel it! In and out in no time and she definitely knows what she is doing! Ill be going back for nipples with her for sure!

Another horrible experience at this shop. Seams like every time I walk in no matter who it is the person is irritated that I came in to have them do something. This time I went in to simply get a piece of jewelry inserted. She seamed aggressive in telling us that she was about to lock the door before we came in ....were all taking lunch and it state law she said she couldnt help me for several more hours. It was 3pm. This place used to be the place to go to. Seams like since ownership changed the current owners dont care how the staff treats customers. Wont be going back

Holly and Brandi were amazing! we walked in without an appointment and they were so sweet and entertaining! definitely the best piercing experience i’ve ever had! the process was super easy and smooth. the range of jewelry was extensive and Holly is a wizard with a needle!

We went to High Priestess a week ago to get a simple jewelry change a day after a major surgery and had the absolute WORST experience. First, we bought plastic jewelry from them and got home and there were no backs on the jewelry. So they were a waste of money. Then we decided to go in and get the jewelry replaced from plastic to original piercings and were told to come in because they had time for us. We got there and were told we needed an ID, which they didn’t tell us on the phone the three times we talked. So I had to drive home to get ID (even though we weren’t getting a piercing but just getting jewelry replaced). That was A LOT of extra pain post surgery. Then we drove back to the shop and waited a FULL HOUR even though we couldn’t sit down from the pain from surgery. At no point did the two people working there say “you can come in late when we have room” or “wait in the car” or “let’s make an appointment”. They both said to come in because there was room for us. So we waited an hour, in pain, not sitting, and finally came back and it took all of 15 minutes to get the jewelry replaced. We were asked too personal questions by two different people, which is unprofessional. All in all, we had to pay $50 and it took 2 hours, which was cruel and unkind. I will never go there again. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve gotten 3 piercings here and they have messed up all three of them. They rushed through the process and did not make my friend and I feel comfortable at all. They pierced me with the wrong gauge and put a different size bar in. And she did it the wrong way. I went in to get it fixed and then they tried to charge me for what they messed up. I may Have to get re pierced because it was done wrong. All My piercings were done by Bunny. I do not recommend this place at all. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I highly advise going elsewhere.

Had my nose pierced, and they were so kind and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me everything I needed to be successful with my first nose pierce!

Had a great experience with Kenny piercing me and a family friend. It was really fun to get a large gauge conch from him!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing and really kind. They are always happy to help and are really fun to hang out with. I’ve had wonderful experiences with all of the staff that I’ve met, Bird and Brandi and all of the piercers whose names always escape me, and they’ve all been superstars.

Very nice staff but paid $200 for earrings with no communication of price till when they asked for my card.

Great piercing studio. Talked to Bean over the phone and setup a appointment for the next morning. Showed up five minutes late due to parking and traffic. They still saw me and had me squared away in about fifteen minutes. Bunny did my septum piercing and it turned out amazing. Super quick and easy experience and all the staff members are friendly. The price was fair compared to some other places Ive been. Would recommend to anyone.

Piercing was for my daughter. Her statement Very clean and talked me through the procedure as I got my navel piercing. For me, they were Reasonably priced (~$150 for piercing, cleaning, and jewelry), efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

I got my piercing done by Stephanie and they were so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My piercing (industrial) has been healing so well and it is definitely because it was pierced so well. I was worried because I have weirdly shaped ears but it turned out perfectly and is healing so well. :) Everyone there is super sweet and know what they’re doing.

I have had 3 done here piercings here on separate occasions and it is always a great experience. Samantha is so nice and walks you thru the whole process. I will not get pierced anywhere else.

Outrageously expensive honestly but I love there customer service and their piercers although the one I had this last time was rude and acted like she had no time for me witch made me not ask her questions I should have asked

I did a double conch today and Im just so happy with the whole experience!First of all, Bird greeted me in a very proffesional and friendly way and started to discuss my piercing by looking at photos I had saved on my phone and showed me jewelry options and discussed prices with me which was super helpfull! She also observed it was time for downsizing my tragus piercing (which was way over due) which was very service minded!Next up was the actual piercing moment with Samantha. She also took her time to listen to my needs and look at pictures and explaining things from her piercer point of view. She talked me through the whole process and showed me how the jewelry worked in case I needed to take it out by myself. So proffesional!The double conches I made did not hurt so bad (shockingly little from what I was expecting) and afterwards Samantha went through the aftermath and how to proper take care of my new piercings. I felt so safe and well treated all the time! Already looking forward to new projects with Samantha in the future!Bonus points for letting me have my mental support (aka my husband) with me!Would highly recommend!

Went in today to purchase new jewelry and have it put in. I wish I asked their name, but the employee that helped me with my options was so helpful! Piercer was awesome, as always. They are professional and so clean! Forever a customer.

I went and got my ears pierced for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with my visit. Not only was the shop super clean, Holly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The counter staff were super friendly and inviting. They have TONS of jewelry to pick from as well. Holly really made the whole process seamless and stress free. 10/10 would recommend

Got a conch piercing and the back they used was way too small. Shortly after the piercing happened (1.5 weeks later) my ear swelled over the piercing completely. I scheduled to come in to have them help me, and the piercer shoved the piercing through with his hands, his gloves covered in blood, and then charged me $30 for a longer back. I tried to advocate for myself that this didnt feel fair. $30 is a lot for me right now and I wish they would have just helped me without more charges

It was very easy to understand what was going on and the staff was very helpfulRae did a really awesome job on my first tattoo and explained everything to where I was conferable with the process.

This places environment was amazing, the person working the cashier part and making sure everyoe got checked in her energy made the time go by amazingly fast. I will be coming back for more piercings & some ink work

My daughter and I both went in to get piercings at the same time. Kiddo is 4 years old and wanted to pierce her ears for her birthday. After extensively educating her on the potential for pain and need for cleaning we called in and spoke with Ben, the manager, who was extremely helpful in picking the right piercer for our situation. This is where Sam, our piercer, comes into play. She was very patient with Kiddo during the whole process. The first ear kiddo handled like a champ, but the second ear she was definitely a bit more apprehensive considering she knew the pain that was coming this time. Sam was beyond patient as we got to the second ear piercing, which took some time. She never lied to or surprised my kiddo during the process and built trust with my kid resulting in a successful second piercing. :)Sam was also extremely precise in the placement of my double sided nostril piercings. We spent probably 15 minutes just trying to figure out how to make my uneven nose look even with the piercings. I couldn’t be more happy with the entire process.Thank you Ben and Samantha! You guys are amazing!!!!

Excellent service! Got my nose pierced by Bunny, shes amazing! Very professional, put me at ease. The person at the counter who rang me up and helped me pick out my jewelery was awesome, too! If I decide to get pierced again, will definitely be coming back to High Priestess Eugene Campus. Heads up, parking gets a little squishy with all the hubbub in the area.

This shop is a well-oiled machine filled with a talented and delightful staff. HP-Eugene is clean and our experience was fantastic! It was my sons first piercing and everything was explained to him clearly and the education for aftercare was thorough too. I can’t wait to go back for another piercing and a tattoo!

Got my daughters ears pierced for Christmas, and just had them checked and a smaller bar put in. The staff are very friendly, and they are good with kids. They make you feel comfortable. Definitely will go back.

I called about getting a “photo-realistic” piece done. An artist by the name of “Ray” was recommended to me. I showed him what I wanted and he said it seemed too tricky for his expertise. I asked if there were other artists that could do it and he said no. He told me to go follow his instagram page to see his other “work”. I asked about doing something else entirely. He then asked what my availability would be but that he would be busy around the 10th of September. I gave him some other dates to see if that would be okay; none of those dates worked either. He never responded back and I felt totally ignored. In fact, I felt like I was being blown off the entire interaction I had with “Ray”. I’ve never been treated like this by an artist before. I’m really disappointed as I really wanted to give this place a chance.

Bunny pierced the 4 of us and she was absolutely great. Friendly and professional. Chase greeted us when we walked he was also very friendly. Great experience! Only would make sure to do all online forms before you get there makes things a lot easier and faster. Overall great experience!!!

This was my first time going here and let me just tell you I am VERY impressed! First I believe the Front office rep was Sam WAS Amazing very kind, helpful, friendly, and outgoing! Now Josh the piercer he was fantastic, he walked me through the whole process of getting a piercing made me feel comfortable and professional. They really do take cleanliness seriously this was the only placed I been too where they clean the jewelry before hand and the space looked super clean! I will definitely be back I am very impressed!

Memorable experience thanks to the amazing female that pierced my friend and I. I believe her name was Bunny?!? Talking and laughing with her while she did our piercings was hands down the best part of the entire experience! I am giving a 4 star review due to her great piercing abilities. As she was professional but still laid back and sociable. She managed to make the total of 6 piercings go quick and as painless as possible! Thank the heavens for her piercing and people skills or we probably wouldnt have stuck around after the not so great service we received by the 2 males working the counter who made us feel like we were a burden and rushed through the process of choosing jewelry for each piercing. They seemed annoyed with the amount of questions we asked and at one point were rude enough that we almost just walked out without getting anything pierced! Fortunately Bunny came out with her quirky uniqueness and we stuck around!

The staff were all very friendly, professional, and efficient, and the piercer did a beautiful job with my second earlobe piercings. They are healing up wonderfully with no infection. They provide a wide array of high quality jewelry as well as aftercare wash supplies, which I bought because they are convenient, and theyve been worth it. I would definitely recommend this store, even during this pandemic time. I felt very safe here, and I will be back soon for my next piercing! Thanks high priestess!

Our 11 year old has been begging for her ears to be pierced for years, and we’ve heard great they are with kids at High Priestess. Bunny was absolutely fantastic with her, taking time to explain, answering all the curious questions coming from my daughter’s 3 chatty friends. My daughter is a very anxious person, but the whole process and how friendly Bunny was made a huge difference! All her friends swear they want Bunny when they get pierced next time.I feel bad as I was being my cheap self - I’ll bring more tip when we come in for check in!

My first time at High Priestess Piercing & Tattoo went well. I was thrilled to book a guest artist appointment with such a high caliber of talent as Steven Lopez and Steven gave me an exquisite black and grey portrait tattoo that Im in love with. I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time I was there. The heated room was a nice touch. Getting a tattoo is one of the best self-care actions you can do for yourself. Always do research and go to a professional artist.

The receptionist was so kind and professional!! I called asking about what type of piercings they do there since I really wanted to get my nipples pierced and she explained in detail every piercing they provide. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I was also worried about the pain level of nipple piercings and she let me know her own personal experience which put me at ease. I will definitely be going here for all of my piercings and tattoos from now on just because of her!

Ive had my son pierced here before, and both times were great. Kind, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable environment.

Paid for a piece of jewelry for my cartilage. It was bigger than the hole that I have, so I had to pay for the service to get it tapered. Turns out it was the same size, which the piercer even said. They made me pay $60+ just to have someone put jewelry in my ear. Reminded me why I stopped going here years ago. Good riddance (and this time, for good).

This place is so welcoming and professional. I went for a bellybutton piercing a few years ago but the piercer informed me I dont have the right anatomy for one. While I was disappointed im grateful he didnt just do one anyway even though it was a bad idea. Instead I got a second ear piercing. I just went a week ago and got a septum piercing and it was a great experience as usual everyone is so nice and welcoming and comforting!!! Pics of my piercings

The one time I went to get a piercing somewhere else, the place messed it up a little and High Priestess came to the rescue. As long as I live in Eugene I will never go to a different piercing place ever again 🙏♥️

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend came here for simple ear piercings. Just right in each lobe on each ear, the most basic ear piercings. They came back saying they spent 150 dollars. I dont know how the cost of the earrings were discussed but I know my friend was misguided and was not planning to spend over 60 on the jewelry. Who in their right mind charges 40 for each ear... each ear.. 80 for just the piercing holes and nothing else?? This place is straight up robbing people. I cant imagine why people would justify that price in any way I dont have a serious knowledge on piercings but when I got mine done at Starfire they gave me circular hoops they said it helps with healing and prevents infection I dont how important the hoops are but they were very professional. I have doubt that this place is looking out for customers. I am positive that charging 20 for a care kit is over the top as well. This is insane that one could ever be guided to pay that much for simple lobes. Terrible customer service, you can do better high priestess.

I ended up spontaneously going to get my nose pierced here and wow i was so blown away! while i did have to wait since i was a walk-in (45 minutes and was a saturday late morning) i didn’t really mind since the service was amazing!! i got pierced by bunny and she was amazing, professional, and listened to my concerns. i struggle with lightheadedness, fainting, and sometimes vomiting due to triggers and needles is my most common one. i felt none of that and everything was quick and comfortable and they even gave me a caprisun too. pricing was very fair and affordable and everyone else in the shop was super kind and helpful! im excited to go back for my downsize and will definitely be going back for more piercings!! i highly recommend going!!

Scheduled an appointment 2 hours prior and they had plenty of slots open. Was greeted at the door immediately, staff was EXTREMELY welcoming and friendly. I got my Medusa done in 3 minutes and it was perfectly placed. I also didnt have to sit in the waiting area because the piercer had already prepped her equipment. Best shop I highly recommend it!

Would 100% recommend going to Janell for your piercing needs. She pierced my bridge, and it was the highest level of attention to detail any piercer has ever given one of my piercings! Her energy is very calm and reassuring. Taylor at the counter is a gem, too! She helped me pick the perfect jewelry and was so so so sweet. A+ experience. Fave High Priestess location.

Employees were friendly and gave plenty of piercing care advice. Everything was clean, and the process was fast when I got my nostril and both earlobes pierced.Jewelry was somewhat expensive depending on what your budget is and what you plan to purchase, but some prices are negotiable to an extent and they will honor coupons when applicable. Overall a very pleasant experience where I felt educated and respected. Would recommend to anyone looking to get piercings or other relevant body modifications.

Boo go back to Kickapoo , and be nicer and less condescending.I would have loved to spend some money on a new beautiful piece , if I wasn’t met with short responses and treated like I haven’t had my body modified for 15+years because I needed a specific post leghnth. I don’t know everything there is to BM and sure that’s what YOURE paid for , but no need to look down your nose at the farm hand .Not returning , save the apologetics, it’s unnecessary.It looks like in your reviews the same complaint has been made and futile responses of working on the staff have clearly not been addressed.You have been in business for quite sometime so clearly you have cliental , seems like they may be bullied into buying , pressured by the purists . 👎

Tania was amazing! She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the procedure before we got down to it. She was quick and super kind, wiping my tears & saving my eyeliner for me. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a piercing. Ill definitely be going back to her in the future!

I got my eyebrow pierced and it is gorgeous. Jenell Di Leonardo did my piercing and she was very cool and nice. It was so easy and quick. I went in got a little poke and was right back out. :) The sales associate was also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but they were all great!! Definitely my go to piercing location.

One of my favorite experiences at a shop I’ve ever had! I forgot to get my piercers name but he was incredibly nice and very detailed in explaining everything to me, the front of the house staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was a little curious how the experience would be with Covid 19 restrictions in place but the entire time I felt safe and at ease, the place was spotless as well. Overall extremely satisfied and will definitely be back! Thanks y’all

Got my bridge piercing done here. Super professional place, everyone inside is very knowledgeable and I couldnt be happier with my piercing.

Ive only had great experiences here. Everyone has been kind and helpful. The piercers are knowledgeable and make every piercing easy. They take their time to explain what is going to happen and make sure you are comfortable with it. The tattoo artists are wonderful as well, very knowledgeable and take their time with you to make sure you are getting what you want.

The person working at the front desk was very friendly and gave us helpful information. we let her know that my sister and i’s previous experience with ear piercing went horribly and we both wounded up in the emergency room. however, the guy that actually pierced our ears was extremely rude! Since our last experience was pretty traumatizing, I asked him a couple questions on pain and he was very impatient and annoyed at me. he made me feel almost stupid for asking. then, when he was asking me where on my ear i wanted the piercing, he was just super mean and told me it’s gonna hurt no matter where he pierces it so i need to just choose already (after less than a minute of me checking out my ears in the mirror). maybe he had a long day but gosh i would not go back.

It was great! it was super professional & extremely quick. there wasnt much pain. It was like a quick pinch and then done. the employees made sure my satisfaction was first & everyone was really nice. I love my nose piercing a lot & definitely recommend!!!

This place advertised walk in welcome an I was so. Vacation with enough time to spare I had walked in I asked for 3 small tattoos which consisted of 4 small dots on each there was maybe an hour left. I was refused I was on a siblings trip an very sad it was a last minute choice n I was told no. Not happy.

My husband and I came into town on a whim. We both had wanted to get pierced but the online appointment only had one opening. The staff was so kind and understanding.They not only stayed late but welcomed us both in and pierced us both that night. Thank you for being so awesome and we will make another appearance when we are in town again!!!

My best friend and I came in REALLY excited to get some tattoos. The front office lady we worked with, Taylor, was extremely rude and completely crushed this excitement. She immediately met us with short, snappy answers to our questions and belittled us anytime we spoke. It really sucks to see the artists being represented this way, I hope a change is made for their sake.

I have gotten two cartilage piercings from here and they healed so well. They really know what they are doing and it is definitely worth the price especially because the jewelry they use is really cute, comfortable, and good quality. I have gone to other places and its not as good. I sometimes just go in to buy jewelry from them! Highly recommend.

Been coming here for at least 13yrs. recent goodies were done by the last OG and he made my friend and I so comfortable. lots of jokes, good prices and quality jewelry. dont plan on going anywhere else for my piercings 💕

Yikes. Called to ask about pricing since its not anywhere on the website... The lady on the phone was rushing me through every question and not explaining anything or being helpful at all. Definitely made me never want to go here. Proper customer service goes a long way... Dont be rude and rush your customers.

Ive been to this location before a few years back and i never got the opportunity to review but i definitely do today. I came here to finally get my nipples pierced and i am super happy i came here. They prove time and time again how professional, informative and knowledgeable they are.They are a little pricey but honestly its worth it because of their knowledge etc but also because of their friendly customer service

Walked in with two family members and were warmly greeted and taken care of. Anthony did exceptional work that were proud to wear forever. Very fair prices, clean shop, friendly staff, immediate walk-in service on Black Friday... I cant recommend High Priestess highly enough!

I got my nipples, septum, and belly button pierced here. The staff was super kind and genuine they sometimes come off a little strong but theyre unique and thats just some of their personalities dont take it offensively. I absolutely love how clean and safe they are with the tools and jewelry they use. They are extremely helpful and honest to the core. I highly recommend getting your peircings done here. This will probably be the only place I go to get them done.

Wonderful, professional piercing services. Great corona safety. My only qualm is that they upsell cleaning products and jewelry quite a lot I think. Piercing my daughters ears cost me $150 which I thought was pricey. Id have paid more for the piercing and less for the jewelry honestly but $150 total for 2 earlobes seems high...

I went and got my labret pierced in December the room was crowed full of employees which was extremely stressful we got the piercing lined up perfectly and she pierced it wayyy lower than the mark and it’s off center and pierced at angle so the jewelry keeps getting caught on things which is making it not heal I can not remove the jewelry because it’s pierced too low I’m just mad I waisted 95 dollars

Today I just got my industrial piercing!! Jim was my piercer and he was really sweet and pierced it perfectly. After I pierced them, I bought a mist spray for my after care solution. My piercing, the jewelry and the solution all costed about $70 and was pretty affordable. They later on give you a downsized card for you to come after 2~3 weeks to check up on your piercing.I love them so much and actually recommend others to come here.

Tania made my daughters piercing experience awesome! She was so kind and comforting and made her laugh and feel at ease even though she was nervous. Plus everything was done very clean and professional. Tania is amazing!

Great place to get pierced, Ive never felt uncomfortable with any of the piercers there. The jewelry is on the more expensive side, but if you want quality body safe pieces this is where you go. :)

I have been going to High Priestess Piercing for well over a decade because I love the knowledgeable staff and professionalism. The last time I went in, (Halloween) the receptionist was rude, hurried and failed to answer the questions I had about some jewellery. Turns out she sold me something that I was allergic to because she didnt give a darn and just had continue her text conversation. This is not the service that Im used to from HPP. Ill still go get pierced here because the piercers and tattoo artists are excellent! The receptionist was just sub par on this occasion.

I would say this was one of the best experiences Ive had. My daughter got her septum pierced today and the staff were so nice so helpful and reassured my kid it was going to be fine. Recommend 100%% awesome people thanks guys!!

Unlike the HP on West 6th... This one needs lots of work.. I got my collarbone downsized at this hp during the time that hp on West 6th closed... A few months later realizing that my right collarbone was not healing i had no option but to have my jewelry removed.. Comes to find out that the lady that downsized my piercing put in an Industrial bar and 1 flat bar... Well NO WONDER my piercing was giving me lots of problems. Needless to say she made me feel soo uncomfortable and not once did she say a word to me!! She was so rude and did not want to be at work that day. Well for her being in a bad mood i have 1 horrible scar on my chest now. I will not be Coming back to this place!! Other than that HP on West 6th were i have gotten all 6 of my piercings is awesome!!! Campus HP needs to be checked because this is NOT ok!!

Best (and only as far as I know) body piercing place in Eugene. The piercers are great I have been here several times. The clerk people are a bit rude sometimes and make it a pain. They could have a better selection of higher end jewelry.

Ive gotten a few piercings here, and I havent had any trouble with anyone but one and it was my lip, it was more me in the long run I think though. The people talk with you about your pirceings and what your actually looking for, its really nice. The jewlery is gorgeous, a little pricey however they have an insurance policy for when they break so its work it. Ive also gotten a tattoo here, my first one actually, and it went so quick and was exactly what I wanted, talked about what I was looking for in that. I really liked one of the drawings on the wall!!!!

We went for her 18th birthday. They are friendly, clean, quick and realitively painless. Not only did they give her a birthday discount she got right in, was treated respectfully and with kindness. I was super excited to get my first tattoo here however I cant say I had a very pleasant experience trying to get tatted. If you don’t want to do my tattoo just say that dont get petty @lianaclarktattoo on IG 🙄 probably just nervy cause she looks like a new artist. I have the receipts if anyone is curious. I recently got a tattoo from Niki, she want above and beyond for me. I gave her an array of images and a general description of what I wanted, and she brought it to life. The colors are especially amazing, she did watercolor in the back ground and it looks incredible!

High Priestess was super welcoming with the help of Ben @infusedwithhope and the other staff. I couldn’t of asked for a better place to get a tattoo. Enrique @e.rrez spent eight hours on a dope side piece that turned out perfect and will stay that way. This is the only place I’ll ever go to get tattooed and I highly recommend it for your next tattoo or piercing.

I have gotten several piercings here, and they always do a good job. Recently, I got my labret pierced and when it was resized, it may have been done wrong, because my expensive rose gold jewelry fell out. Thankfully, the customer service is very good, because the manager replaced the jewelry free of charge and was very gracious. Ill definitely be back for tattoos.

Like the place. Some of the pieces are good. I had a tattoo artist argue about me wanting white in a tattoo and he nearly refused to do it because of his worry about how it will fade. The prices for jewelry are wicked high at all their locations. Selling them not for what a normal mark up would be but closer to someone who marks the price up because of being a known name.

I visited today to get my ears checked as they were super swollen and filled with gross stuff and Tania Reed helped me out! They were so sweet and kind and gave me excellent service. Everyone there was kind and helpful, I am so thankful to have gotten my ears checked and wished I could have gotten it pierced there instead.

I know things are a little tough during this covid pandemic, but this broad was just rude. My buddy and I simply had a question and before we could even say it she was marching his back down the steps as if we had the plague and we were wearing masks. Maybe because we didnt look like tackle box face and were inked down from head to toe was her reasoning. I dont know. I used to speak very highly of this place years ago when I lived in Eugene I even knew one of the piercers Jesse, it was great.

The rest of the peircers are amazing but the last lady I got a new nose piercing jewelry by was so rough. Its happened three days ago and my nose piercing is infected. She didnt clean it or anything. It hurts still and she used no communication skills at all. She didnt even tell me that she needed to use a bigger nose ring she just cranked another one in and I was surprised I had to pay more. I love this store and the rest of the peircers but this was one of my worst experiences. My nose is still rred

Went here with my friend to get her septum pierced. The same guy that pierced my nose 2 years ago pierced her septum. I like seeing the same employees who still love their job and are great at it! He helped her alot with her anxiety by doing it quick and calmly. I wish I remembered his name but hes the bald white guy at the campus location with the big gauges in his ears.

First, I will say that our piercer was AMAZING, and I were just rating her-it would be a 5 star rating! She was super professional and knowledgeable, totally saved the experience to make it worth coming to HP. Now on to the atrocious, which was the douchebag behind the counter. I always give people the benefit of the doubt before I start name calling, but this guy deserves it and worse! He was completely unprofessional, creepy towards the younger ladies(he yawned and raised his hands up high to the point where his hair down there was popping out because his shirt was raised, mind you right as we were looking at the jewelry that was conveniently laid out right near his nether region) and the worse part about this guy is he had NO CLUE what he was selling or explaining to people. I am shocked HP hasnt been sued because of this guy! He totally explained the paperwork all wrong to the point I was checking the wrong box, and he almost let us out the door without paying-I had to ask how much I owed. In addition to that, he didnt even offer any after-care instructions or products, we had to ask for it! HP-I will never be back because of our experience with the front desk guy, there are many other places I can go in this town and not get treated like my business doesnt matter and I am just a piece of meat with dollar signs on me.

Very unprofessional, made me feel like I was a inconvenience. They where in to big of a rush. I went there to get my lip rings down sized and he didnt clean my lip or anything before doing it, which I thought wasnt right. Not a great experience l, I will never go back to this high priestess. Had amazing experiences at the other location in eugene and the one in roseburg, super disappointed.

Now I know this is a little late to be posting cause I had it done years ago but I came here when I was 16 and got my lip done (1 ring on each side ) and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Only took them a few minutes to complete everything and they were very professional about it 😊 Im currently 20 and still have very healthy happy lip piercings

Youll always get the straight dope from me though.

I got my tongue pierced yesterday Im so happy with it. This last time i went the piercer was extremely friendly and helpful...unfortunately many times tye staff are too serious and unfriendly ruining the experience. The place is always clean with a large selection of jewelry. They charge a bit too much in my opinion but maybe the price of jewelry went up.

It was a fine experience but when I looked at my septum piercing when I got home I noticed it’s crooked. The piercer didn’t take time to line it up correctly and was hasty with the procedure.

Showed up 10 minutes early, was asked to wait outside, that the piercer was going to be just a minute. My appt was for 4:20, I waited until 4:40 and left. So unprofessional - my time is just as valuable as theirs. Rudeness from the lady who answered the door.

I hate to pop them with a 0, but the fact is my girlfriend and myself got identical tattoos here and they were terrible. She went back for a fix and the gentleman still could not fix it. Im not talking about all the artists here. A girl at the front desk told us Travis was good at lines for a Native American Tattoo we wanted. It was a terrible job. Maybe it was an off day, maybe way too much coffee. At this point I would absolutely not recommend HPP for ink. Mistakes are costly when it comes to ink and they never did right the wrong. Fix this problem and Ill gladly delete my review or update to a better one.

Very professional, did step by step amd I watched him open all new equipment. He definitely knows what he was doing. Definitely going back when I want another piercing.

I got a piercing here by a piercer who is now retired, that mutilated my body permanently. When I went to see another piercer at a different shop I was told that both the bar length and gauge size made it nearly impossible for it to have healed. There have been various accusations with both locations regarding sexual harassment in the work place and I refuse to support any company that allows such a thing to continue.

I made an appointment with Eugene tattoo for a piece, the artist had a week to draw up my tattoo when I arrived for my work to be done he told me that he didnt draw up my tattoo that he drew someone elses so I left there went straight to high priestess and Travis drew up my tattoo in an hour and rocked it out all in the same day plus it looks bad ass I have also got my dermal piercings my wife not her neck dermal and nose pierced and my daughter had her nose and industrial done I Ill never go anywhere eltse ever again highly recommended shop great customer service

I got a piercing here a while back and they were great the piercer was very informative and friendly the facility was extremely clean everyone was polite and professional and my piercing was done wonderfully would definitely recommend High Priestess

This place may be clean and professional, but they did a botched piercing on my eyebrow and sort of messed up several of my friends piercings as well. They pierced my eyebrow too shallow which meant that it had the potential in the following months to rip through my skin. Ive met other women with similar eyebrow issues, and one girl who cant wear any other nose piercing because they botched it. This place is really popular among college students but I think they kind of prey on that since theyre close to campus. Just go somewhere else.

Sadly I wasnt able to make it to my appointment but I do know that these folks are amazing at what they do and that they make every effort to make every one comfortable
