Wonderful customer service and lots of great energy! I got my second ear piercings done by Ivy and I could not have had a better experience. If you want a quick ear piercing with lots of giggles and no pain, come ask for ivy!!!

Ivy did mine and my friends piercings and made the experience so comfortable and easy peasy! definitely would recommend if you were thinking about getting a piercing here :)

Came with my girlfriends to get our ears pierced and Ivy was SO GREAT!!! The sweetest pea and so funny had us gigglinggggg. 10/10

We were a walkin to see if my daughter could get her ears pierced on her birthday as the place we had an appointment with was unavailable. The manager was extremely nice , educated, and helpful. She was able to pierce my daughter right away . She first explained to her what she was going to do . Then she educated her on how she would need to take care of her newly pierced ears. She was very patient with us as we were quite indecisive in picking out the new earrings. She sanitized her hands and put on gloves , the sanitized my daughters ears . It was a great experience from start to finish ! So glad we ended up here !

Woman piercing was rude, aggressive and tried to push us to buy things that were overpriced even after we politely said we werent interested she got aggressive and was slamming things around all throughout the piercing. Made stereotypes about me and would not stop pushing a more expensive rapid care solution that I have use before and WAS ALLERGIC TO. We stated this politely but she would not stop trying to got us to pay a ridiculous amount for what we didnt want. Pierced with the wrong earrings as well after confirming with us which pair was wanted by still charged for th morning expensive pair we did not want. Highly dissatisfied.

I wouldnt even give it one star if there was an option to go with -0-. I was just there this morning at the Valley River Center store in Eugene. Saturday, around 11:30 a.m. There were two employees there. I had seen a locked display elsewhere in the mall of Christmas earrings offered by Claires and went in to ask if they had any of those in the store. I asked very politely, not presuming or asking for any favors. Employee behind the register went from zero to 100 in rudeness in 1.5 seconds. I was flabbergasted. She went into a rant about how those dispays were locked and can only be opened by mall staff, etc. I said, I wasnt asking you to do it, I was just asking when those earrings might be available. She was extremely dismissive and rude. The other salesperson standing there wouldnt even look me in the eye, and just kept her back to me - was this manager and employee and employee was afraid of the manager? I got that kind of vibe. Needless to say, will never darken their doors again. She could have said the exact same thing to me but in a kinder voice.

The employees have always been super nice to me. Especially one specific lady, I wish I could remember her name but I think she might be a manager/supervisor. Shes always extra nice and will happily answer any questions. I go in there to buy squishmallows and they usually have some!

Waited 20 minutes at checkout. Only one person here on a Friday doing piercings and no one at the register. Still waiting...

Have always had a good experience here. Got my first 3 lobes done and have never had any issues. Some things can be priced high but can’t do anything about that due to the company needing to make money and prices are going up everywhere you go. Very clean and organized store compared to other ones I’ve been to. Staff is always super friendly and always willing to help if you ask for it. Has some of the nicest employees out of a lot of the stores in the mall

We came here to get our daughters ears pierced. The employee was so rude and unpleasant that we walked out after interacting with her for 2 minutes. She was terrible. I didnt catch her name, but she had orange reddish hair, lots of piercings and tattoos, and an overall miserable demeanor. Avoid her at all costs.

Called today and when the person answered the phone it cut out as she was talking and so I asked if this is Claire’s and she said “I just said that” I said well it cut out so I didn’t hear. Then I asked if they carried a product which I saw online and said no we don’t. Didn’t even check. Long time Clair’s shopper and was incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service

I got my ears pierced at Claires in Eugene and it was a wonderful experience. I was nervous but they were so kind and the girl definitely knew what she was doing. I ended up leaving one of my bags in the store and their customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend getting your ears pieced at Claires! They have really cute earrings too.

If you want ear piercings done, it’s worth it to just go to a professional piercing shop. Especially if you’re bringing a child to have their ears pierced!!! If the kid gets too nervous and can’t go through with it, they will still charge you (a minimum of $40) for the overpriced jewelry, whether you want it or not, and call the cops if you don’t want to pay for nothing. Go someplace where they know what they’re doing.

The manager Tiffany is amazing she got my childs ears perfectly dotted and was very informative and nice. Such a good experience.

These guys are pretty awesome and they did a great job with my daughters ears. It was her first time getting pierced so she was really nervous but the girl who works there Madi was kind, patient and amazing with her!

I love there accessories but the ear piercing is very low quality, when i was about 5 i went and got my ears pierced there but they missed the x written on my ear so it got infected and hurt alot at the time, the infection went away but came back later on. Now in the present my friend got her ears pierced there and got her hair stuck in the piercing and now it is all red and puffy. I do not recommend going to claires to get your ears pierced, I dont even understand how they are still qualified to pierce ears!

We used to love bringing our children here! But now everything is ridiculously priced and you can find the majority of items on Amazon! Its no wonder these places are dropping like flys...

Everything is adorable yet weirdly expensive. All I want is a headband, but where tf do I find 13 dollars for a fake bandana lol. If you have the budget, 10/10 recommend. Super cute earrings.

I always find exactly what Im looking for here at Claires! They also have some awesome sales going on. Conveniently located in the Valley River Center Mall! If you park in the backside of course!

I went there to get my ear pierced 2 days ago and when i was there the piercing gun got stuck(which should never happen) but she was very kind to us. Also, one day after having the studs in the backs of them started to fall of.

Claires is a really fun store my grand daughter loved it there...they got all kinds of cool stuff there..great prices and lots of deals for kids from 0-100 years old!!

They would not let famous fashion designer Marcus Pork get the piercings he wanted. i am now boycotting Claire’s forever.

Got a piercing here as it got infected Even when I cleaned it. I caused me great pain I do not recommend ever getting a piercing here.

Didnt buy anything bcs it was expensive but I didnt know they had free ear piercing so thats cool

Don’t buy make up or earrings because there are metal is so cheap and it like in fact your ears a lot and their make up people have died from it don’t buy it
