Heidi is the best! I’m so glad I found her. Unfortunately ,The first place I ever went to was Dr.Lee B Daniel’s Office and I ended up with bad results and a nurse who didn’t care for me or my goals. So I came to brighter smiles and was blessed to meet Heidi. She fixed what they did wrong and made me look so much better. The results were far more fabulous than expected. If I could give more stars I would:) Seriously ALL the girls there are super nice and very helpful. I don’t see how anyone could say anything that’s not positive about this place.

Absolutely the best, Heidi makes me feel so validated and comfortable. After my first appointment I felt a bit defeated after getting lip filler and not having the results I wanted. At my well check I realized I just didnt know how to massage correctly! In 5 min Heidi fixed me up, taught me what I needed to do and now I feel great. I love Heidi and her team so much! They are funny and supportive and are always ready to answer any questions you have. After going through some health issues which caused me to gain weight, I was finally getting better and wanted to work towards my body goals right away. At 43, I want to look and feel amazing! I have had a few different things done: EMS Sculpt which helped me with my body sculpting goals by accelerating my fat loss while building deep muscle tissue. I did this for my inner thighs, glutes, and abdomen. My results, alongside working out and a good diet, have been amazing! Ive lost 15 lbs in just a couple months. I also had one ThermiVa procedure to help with stress incontinence from child birth and have seen great results. What mom doesnt wish she could laugh, sneeze, or cough without a little accident haha!! I am currently getting a lip filler and lip flip to give me a natural looking, fuller upper lip and to eradicate the small wrinkles above my lip (you know where lipstick likes to bleed to). Ill let you know what I think of results after Im healed and the swelling has gone down. All in all, I trust and really enjoy Heidi and her team. They want everyone to live their best life! I’m not one for reviews, I truly wanted to take a moment to thank Heidi, I came in weeks prior being not so aware of my lip filler situation. Long story short I looked like I had a chew in my top lip, I came in originally for more filler but she talked me out of it. She could have just gave me more knowing she’d make more money.. Heidi came with another approach dissolve it all start over. I was so scared! I trusted the process and after waiting I’m so, so happy with the results I literally have a lip again lol. So trust the process Heidi is amazing!!!

Had never had a real spray tan before, and when I say real, I mean a custom paint job. That is the best way I can describe this ultimate experience.I had SO many questions, and they were kind and patient on each call. I felt comfortable in my appointment, and I say this because I was wearing nothing, which was a choice I made. You can wear whatever if you prefer tan lines, wear a bikini or what have you. I want to mention the professionals name, but in fear I will butcher the spelling her name starts with an S and this particular service is one of her Fortes.So do not go to your local tanning place and get a machine tan because this is specialized for your color and body type and is not as expensive as one would think. And they offer a touch-up if any spots were missed. In my case, I wont have to get any touch-ups!

I make the long drive of over an hour to get my lips done here, and I absolutely adore the results. Shes incredibly friendly and creates such a welcoming atmosphere.

My experience at Brighter Smiles Med Spa and Laser Center has been very good. The receptionist is very friendly. The staff are busy, but that is what goes with the territory. I felt like I was in good hands with someone who knows what they are doing. At my appointment I had lip injections and also old filler dissolved in my cheeks. I would say Heidi has an eye for symmetrical beauty which makes her very good at placing fillers accurately. Heidi is pretty much fixing a botch job that another injector had done, and I am super excited about my next appointment. Also, I look forward to getting other beauty services done here. Super pleased with the service that Ive received over the years. I got no call-backs from others with the same service. The check in is friendly, the atmosphere relaxing, the equipment has been recently upgraded to the latest technology. Cant wait to see how my session today turns out! Ill be back for other services in the future and Ill recommend to my friends and family. 5 Stars!!Addendum: Just had my last laser tattoo removal appointment and found the setting and equipment upgraded again. Im a little sad that I wont need this anymore, but maybe Ill get their help with my melasma.

I came here for this procedure because of the reviews. I feel mislead. Or maybe Im just not pretty enough for her that she wanted to do her best. I paid 540.00 total for work that shows very minimal change. I expressed i was unhappy. She had no concern about it. Did tell me i needed more filter maybe. Which would be another 630.00. i had this done 1 week ago. I cry when i look at what i got. The slight change i do have is uneven. I will not ever recommend this place. Im fairly confident that my first 500 didnt even get me a full sirenge.If that isnt enough they put a hold on my credit card for 598.80 then charged me 499.00. over 10 days later and that 598.80 hold is still being held. Thats over 1000.00 on my card for a preview you knew would only be 499.00

I decided to do laser hair removal at Brighter Smiles and it has been a fantastic experience. Heidi is spot on with her work. Heidi provides a top notch professional service and at the same time, creates a very comfortable environment. Heidi is very educated with the products and services provided, but also possesses the knowledge about your how the body works. I cant forget about the staff, they have been wonderful too!The results have been far better than I could have imagined and I am only half way completed with the hair removal process on my chest and abdomen. My skin has also benefited from this decision as well, becoming smoother and clearer.I have enjoyed my experience with Brighter Smiles and would recommend anyone who is considering this procedure to go see Heidi. First time visiting this place and the owner Heidi is kind and a professional business woman. However I was shocked with the price they charge for the dissolving only uperlip filer for $450! The dissolving process takes about 5 mins? Dr Lee Daniel charges $170 and go aesthetics charges $100 for this treatment for the new patients. I didnt have any choice to leave the place because they already put the numbing cream on my daughters lip then talked about the price! My daughter just wanted her lip fixed. We will not go back there again and hope this post help others who cares about spending money for the dissolving fillers.

From the moment I arrived Heidi and the staff members were so welcoming, professional and a lot of fun. The atmosphere was amazing! I came to Brighter Smiles to get my lips injected and Heidi did such an amazing job! Everyone here made me feel comfortable and I was well taken care of. I previously had my lips done at another medspa, and while I was happy with the results, they were no where near as perfect as they were after coming to Brighter Smiles!!I came back a week after my procedure and Heidi made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with my lips (which I absolutely was). Savannah was very informative. I had the same teeth whitening procedure done at other places and when I went in for my consultation I was surprised by how detailed she was in making sure I knew how to get the best results from the procedure in order to not waist my time or money. I have a busy schedule and she adjusted her schedule to make time for me the next day to make sure I was properly prepared to get the best results. I would recommend this place because of her.

UPDATE: I temporarily went back to Botox on a whim/one time thing with another injector. I paid twice as much and got 65 units (they wanted me to do like 80!) and I have HATED the results. I didn’t even wait 3 months - I scheduled an appt and got my usual 35 units of Dysport with Heidi. Kept my original review at 5 stars because nothing changed! Heidi/Dysport is still the GOAT!Love this place! I was using Botox (from another business) but my friend from out of state suggested I try Dysport. A quick Google search showed that Brighter Smiles offers Dysport in the Eugene area. I scheduled an appt. and I am HOOKED! Dysport has eliminated my smiling crows feet and reduced my 11 in between my brows drastically.The staff is friendly, the shop is cute & clean, and the appointments are quick! All around a great experience. I am a happy repeat customer for sure!

As my very first lip injection experience, I can say I’m absolutely so glad with my results, Heidi enhanced my lips so perfectly and they have healed so nicely!! HUGE boost of confidence I had been looking forward to for so long! Unfortunately my only reason for 4 stars is that towards the end of my appointment I felt they were rushed and while me being anxious for my first time, I just wish I had felt that I had more of their attention. This just me personally, I always have a lot of questions. Some may not be bothered at all. Overall in love with results and I plan to go back!:)

I found Brighter Smiles originally on Instagram and loved their work. They were always quick to respond and very informative. I drove 2 hours just to have my appointment with them. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The women that worked there were so helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the best tips and instructions to help get the most out of my fillers. Heidi knew exactly what she was doing and my results exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Brighter Smiles!

I really liked this place but I wanted to leave a review on my bad experience in hopes of someone else not having to go through the same thing. I went into brighter smiles to get a chemical peel and the girl (who was very nice but highly misinformed ) convinced me to get a Venus viva which was 650$ compared to the 150$ or so peel. She sat there and told me for 15 minutes during our consultation that a Venus viva was all I would ever need for my skin and it would clear up my scars and hyperpigmentation. I have ice pick scars and rolling boxcar scars so some of them are pretty deep. I waited two years to leave this review in hopes of maybe the Venus viva might take a long time to heal my skin. I payed 650$ and (I am in no positions to be spending that much on myself in the first place but I felt so desperate to heal my scars ) and it did absolutely nothing. Nothing. Not a single scar got better and I took several before and afters , close ups. Just disappointed and sad and still feeling desperate.

I did lip filler here and Heidi was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and makes the experience comfortable and stress free! My recovery process has been a breeze. I had no bruising and minimal swelling. By the next day, I was almost back to normal and was able to stop by for her to take a quick look and to grab some moisturizer (not sure the same of it) for my lips! From there, we were able to evaluate where I might want more filler since I was basically all healed. I was able to make an appointment the next day to add more! Over all, my experience was incredible! I highly recommend Heidi.

The staff here is super professional and friendly. They were very thorough with going over the appointment flow itself. Heidi did my lip injections and she paid very close to detail. She had an assistant watching over double checking and even had me smile/ turn in various positions to make sure I got the best results. I’m very excited to see the final look after the swelling goes down!

Heidi is amazing! She has a wonderful disposition and when I tell you she is quick, I mean lightening. And it was painless! I was shocked! I have had neurotoxins administered by numerous other practitioners and while the results where good, Heidi delivered on another level. I will suggest her time and time again.

AMAZING experience at Brighter Smiles with Heidi! She listened to exactly what I wanted and after injections made sure everything was even and looking 100% perfect which is something I have not seen in other providers who inject and send you out the door. Let me just start off by saying, i love this place! The staff is amazing, great peaceful environment and they do amazing work. Two weeks ago i got lip injections for the first time and i was very scared and worried about what was going to happen and how i was going to look. Well i get there and everyone was able to answer all my questions and very patient with me. It really put me at ease when Heidi explained everything to me and guaranteed i was going to love them. They also put numbing gel on my lips so it wouldn’t be painful when i got the injections, which was also a relief. The procedure was very quick she knew exactly what i wanted and knew what she was doing. I seen my before and after and was completely shocked, i didn’t know that i could have such Beautiful, voluptuous lips! I really really am happy ❤️ It has changed the way i completely look! And i mean that In a great way! After the first appointment you get a free follow up appointment within 2 weeks if there is anything you want her to look at or touch up! I went back in 2 weeks and she did not disappoint, i also got a little Botox before i left that day! If anyone wants lip injections and is debating it you should DO IT! You’ll regret it if you don’t. Once again I’d recommend 💯 💯 💯 this place is amazing. 👄 💋

I don’t usually take the time to make reviews, but I feel like people need to know what they are getting themselves into with this place. This is going to be a long review. I went in for a sclerotherapy consult 3 weeks ago for spider veins. Heidi and the laser tech Savannah (sp?) did the consult togther. They said my veins were a better fit for the bbl laser because I had so many small ones they could get more done with the laser, and that they could even do it that day since I was already there and not summer tan yet. I asked about recovery time as I had to go back to work that day, and had an event to attend 3 days. She said the spots made by the laser wouldn’t hardly be there in three days and I could go back to work that day. I agreed to do the laser that day which I now obviously regret. Savannah was kind and professional but something went wrong. I was either not a good canidate or the laser setting was wrong. When I finished the procedure my legs were on fire. I told them as I was about to leave that I was very uncomfortable. Heidi asked “does it feel tingling or like a curling iron burn”. I said a curling iron. She asked to see them. I showed her and she said they looked fine and told me to ice and ibuprofen, and sent me on my way. It only gets worse from here. Within a couple hours I had to take a tramadol because the pain was so immense. A couple days later blisters formed and Heidi asked to see me. She said my burns were “normal” and refused to refund me. I consulted another esthetician, an ER nurse, as well as a plastic surgeon, all of which told me I have 2nd degree burns. About a week ago Savannah called me saying she would personally refund me but that Heidi and the business are not liable. I still haven’t gotten my refund, and am left with over 100 spots on my legs that I can only pray don’t leave scarring. Photos are a few hrs after, next day, my event day, 2 weeks ago, 1 week ago, and today.

Heidi is seriously the best. She is so personable and helpful. All the girls that work there are so friendly. As soon as I walked in the door I felt completely comfortable. Heidi listened to what I wanted out of my lip injections and made it happen. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I can’t wait to go back!

I had the most amazing experience at Brighter Smiles today. I went in for Dysport, Voluma for cheeks/undereys and a spray tan. Heidi is more than a great injectionist she is an artist. Amazing!!! Hedi tanned me for my pageant! Not only was it a flawless! It didnt take long to get the tan done. Maybe 15-20 minutes. Hedi is super friendly and amazing at what she does! All the ladies that work here are so friendly and easy to work with. As a guy I was a little unsure at first. But the staff made me feel very comfortable. This place is great. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but the positive reviews are why I initially chose this place, so I feel like I need to share my experience for others like me. I had twelve sessions of laser tattoo removal here, and though it has faded (not completely), I have been left with noticeable scarring. After my last appointment, which was extremely painful, the tattoo bled for several days (through clothing) which is not normal. I brought my concerns up at my next appointment and they agreed that the area was not healed, however their overall response was to immediately become defensive. I’m very disappointed that I spent so much time/money getting treatment here. Now I have to hope that the scarring goes away (which can take 6-12 months) so that I can continue the removal process elsewhere.

Heidi is wonderful with dysport, excellent placement with absolutely NO bruising. I would highly recommend brighter smiles for any cosmetic injections! The medical staff/girls up front are very kind and welcoming as well. Just an over all comfortable/inviting experience. Thank you, girls!!

I went in last week as a first-timer for lip injections. Heidi and her entire staff were absolutely fantastic! They explained everything, walked me through what to expect, perfect experience customer service wise, and the spa itself is very comforting and warmly warmly. As far as the actual work, I couldnt have asked for more! Im so beyond happy with my results. I also appreciated how quick Heidi works.Im not sure if its Heidis application method, the fact that she has you sleep on your back with an elevated head that night after the service, or the magic little pot of cooling lip ointment in the aftercare bag she gives you, but I had zero pain besides the pinches to my lips from the needle you feel during the service. I have a couple friends that get injections elsewhere, and they told me to expect pretty substantial discomfort the day after the service (like so bad that you swear youll never do it again). I couldnt relate at all because I was completely fine afterwards- even when massaging my lips as instructed the next day.If you havent yet, I HIGHLY suggest you check out their IG page. Nothing but flawless lips! The work speaks for itself. Also, reasonable prices- especially for the level of skill that youre getting. I live almost two hours away, but I would drive double that if I needed to. No joke! Expert care and talent. Best lips in the city! Probably best in the state.

Extremely RUDE front desk lady June 2022 you would think that they would want the first person you meet at the desk to be someone who would be polite and professional but the lady was so rude I likely will not go back.The only reason Im giving it some stars is that once I got past the front desk lady is that the owner, Heidii is very nice, professional. Id give 4.5. stars if it werent for that rudeness. I cannot recommend because of this. I also think they overbook so its very in-and-out. I actually was intersted in some other services but there was no time to get a good explanation.I went there for botox on my day off of work and it turned out well but even though the results are good I wont go back.I can get the same service other places and not have to interact with a rude front desk person. Really this is a luxury for me and I want to have a good experience,.

I had the vampire tummy lift procedure at Brighter Smiles for my stretch marks and scarring on my abdomen. I have been very self-conscious about my stomach since my surgery and giving birth to my daughter 28 years ago. Taylor drew my blood and she was phenomenal. I’m usually scared to death and have had a bad experience in the past but Taylor was so gentle and did a wonderful job. The entire team was very involved in my procedure and I could tell they really cared about the outcome of my results. I was pampered and very well taken care of during the entire procedure from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I honestly didn’t want to leave it felt so good there. It’s been two months since my procedure and I cannot express how thankful I am because the results are far more than what I even expected. I Highly recommend brighter smiles med spa and laser center. They truly give the best injections ever!! Ive had my lip injections done three times there and my Botox. They are extremely affordable and less expensive than anybody else in town which is surprising because they are so skilled and Advanced with their techniques. I recommend all of my clients and family to them and would encourage you to go there when you can because the spots fill up quickly. And by the way my Botox lasted almost 4 months and my lips have lasted almost a year. I was actually very fortunate the day that I was there I got to meet both of their physicians and two of the nurses.

I’ve been to brighter smiles for a few services such as dysport, Botox and lip fillers. I’d gotten Botox for under arm sweating before from another location and it was not nearly as effective or pain free as when Heidi injected me! I also have had a frowning problem my whole life so I developed fine lines between my brows, Heidi injected me with dysport and bye bye frown lines. Last but not least Heidi gave me THE MOST BOMB LIPS. Hello, Angelina Jolie. She is such an artist. I love the whole brighter smiles staff. I will only go to brighter smiles for my cosmetic enhancements. It’s my home away from home.

I was gifted 6 sessions of laser hair removal on the Groupon brighter smiles was promoting ,the first couple sessions went well . Then session 3 Heidi explained to me she was using the upgraded laser that I shouldnt have been able to use on her Groupon deal. She played it off as if she had made the mistake and that I needed to pay more for this better laser . I told her I could not upgrade and went for the lesser laser. Each time thier staff sent me to the room with the upgraded laser as Heidi would walk me into the other room . And bring up the upgrade issue and how this will not be effective . That Id need to continue treatment . Which is understandable but she was unprofessional,pushy and insulting my decision to not upgrade . Late on appointments as well. Left feeling unconformable by the time we were done for asking about thier Groupon policy buy as gift if i can purchase 6 sessions on Groupon. Showed her colors when she said I told you to upgrade! Its to late now! Of course I found someone else to spend my treatments on which was a much better choice. I felt she could have handled herself much better then that . And Id prefer not to argue this in a reply ,whats done is done . I will never recommend this place to anyone .
