They were excellent and so patient! My 8 year old took FOREVER to build up the courage to get her ears pierced and they stayed right there encouraging her! We even had to come back for round two and they patiently worked with her AGAIN.Wonderful people and beautiful selection!

Highly recommend!!! My 8 yr old granddaughter has been wanting her ears pierced for about a year now, but kept backing out. We went here to Banter’s and they were so nice and understanding!! My granddaughter finally did it, she got her ears pierced!!! Thank you soooo much ladles!!!! My granddaughter loves her pierced ears!!!!!

The piercing tech was Great!! She did my 12 yr daughters ears and she did so good they were even and she was super nice and knowledgeable. She definitely knew what she was doing. Definitely better than Claires

I got my ears peirced 6 years ago here and i thought they wouldve changed their piercing methods after their reputation of infections. I relooked into them to get a second piercing, hoping they wouldve improved but i realized people were having the same issues. The night after the procedure i woke up with one ear lope horribly swollen, looking like a air bubble on the lower ear lobe. A few days later the bubble popped in my sleep and i woke with blood dripping from my ear. As a 4th grader it created a fear of needles and took me a long time to get over the fact a part of my lobe exploded. My ear stayed deformed for years and a small scar remains where the wound burst. 6 years later, my earlobe is finally starting to look more normal.

0/10. Somebody needs to fix this mess of a jewelry store. Horrible customer service and garbage quality jewelry. Got a ring here and a gem popped out. Got a replacement then 2 weeks later gem popped out of the brand new one. Took it in and casheir tried to give me a refund but she was new and didnt know how to use the computer. Had to come back in when I was next available to waste some more time. Called twice a couple weeks later and some other lady told me I cant get a refund and could only get store credit. Came back to get that credit so I could at least extange it for something else. There was 3 people working there and only 1 other customer but 15 minutes later I was still stading there waiting to be helped. I didnt have the time to stand around and wait for store credit for a trashy piece of jewelry. Ive been trying to get them to help me fix this mess for 3 months. Garbage place. Dont waste your time and money here.

Customer service is non-existent. The young woman working the counter totally ignored me, after standing at the counter for several minutes, I finally got some eye contact with her, no treating, no offer to help me, she just kept fiddling with her project. No a single word from her. I thanked her for the non service and told her I was interested in a pair of earrings. Still not a word. 13/16/22

Poor quality jewlery and horrible customer service. If you have metal allergies Do Not buy from here. They told me all their jewlery was nickel free. Wrong! Ended up with very swollen,itchy, painful ears. Even though it was less than a week from purchase they wouldnt refund me. I gave them to my mom and had to have them repaired twice, still wouldnt refund me. Trashed them a month after purchase. 0 stars

Got my daughters ears pierced today. Lady (wish I got her name) was super helpful with my grumpy toddler who hates anything near her ears. Had tried claires before here and my toddler wouldnt have it. 100% recommend

What a horrible experience . we went in on Sunday to get my daughters ears pierced. We stood there for 15 minutes and finally a young lady came in . Looked like she had just got out of bed . After she put her things away she finally made her way over to us . She told us she couldnt pierce my daughters ears as she was not licensed and that the manager had an emergency and would be back on Tuesday. So we made an appointment for 5pm on Tuesday. After taking off work early to get there on time , we were informed by a very rude young man that his manager had an emergency and like the other girl he wasnt licensed to pierce. I was upset as this was my daughters actual birthday and something she had been looking forward to. When I asked why I wasnt called he replied that the manager had an emergency and was still very rude saying havent you ever had an emergency. I then asked why he hadnt called then since they had my name and number . To which he simply replied because I just didnt will never go back there! Young man should not be working anywhere that he has to deal with the public as he is extremely unprofessional and rude ! This was at 5pm on January 8th 2019 only left 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review . Because they dont even deserve any at all

I had a poor experience even tho I love the jewelry. The sales associate Emily was rude. She skipped over our exchange ringing another person up and didnt know Gold expands. Her manager didnt educate her of the situation and seemed annoyed. It made me not want to come back.

I was at the valley river center pagoda and the manager JESSICA WAS SO AMAZING! she is absolutely a god send! I wanted to buy my mom a neckless that she has been wanting for years, well they sold it on black friday. Jessica went above and way way way beyond. She called all the stores, searched online, until she found it!!!! And she did find it! She was at it for over 2 weeks! Thank you JESSICA! YOURE SO SWEET! Im so thankful for you and how seriously you take your job! And how important customer service is to you! Thanks!😘😀😊

I would leave 0 stars but I cant.anyway they arent liscensed and they use guns, so unless you want your ears to have a really high risk of infection and damage, dont go there. my friend went there, left with infected ears. terrible terrible terrible.

One time I got my ears pierced there and the needle got stuck halfway into my ear so she had to re pierce it and it got infected
