I had a fantastic experience at the piercing shop with Shea! She did an amazing job and was incredibly knowledgeable. Shea not only helped me with my current piercings but also took great care of my helix and replaced some of my old piercings. She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend her and the shop for anyone looking for top-notch piercing services!

I will forever recommend this place, but most importantly Shea if you are looking for someone who is experienced and delivers above par customer service. I previously got my nipples pierced at another place and they were uneven and I ended up getting an infection and having to take one out. I came to see Shea to get re pierced and she provided me with reassurance and was very informative as well as precise and educated about what she does. She’s an angel and I’m so grateful to have made an appointment with her. Highly recommend!!!!

We stopped in on a Sunday to see if anyone could look at my boyfriends 20 year old septum piercing he was having trouble with. We talked with Shea and she was amazing to us, very informative, and even gave us some saline solution to take home. She was very encouraging and wanted us to follow up with her to let her know how the piercing was doing based on her recommendations. The fact we didn’t get this piercing done here but she was willing to help was really cool and so beyond. She was even able to order some new jewelry for us. We will definitely be back for all our piercing needs!

Fantastic service - this is the only place I will go for my piercings going forward! I came in to get help with an irritation bump I had on my nose piercing. I did not get the original piercing at this studio, but I was treated as though I did. Shea spent time with me troubleshooting, explaining, and treating the bump. I decided to stay to get 3 piercings - conch, helix, and 3rd lobe. This studio chooses jewelry based on your anatomy rather than one size fits all for initial piercings which allowed me to get hoops for my helix and conch. You are provided with cleaning solution and a heat compress head wrap. Aside from the great customer service, this shop has the BEST jewelry choices around - not only because of the quality but the aesthetic too.

Dae was absolutely fabulous! She was kind and very thorough. She was honest about how she thought things would look! When it was time for piercings, she walked me through the entire process. Clean environment! I will be back for more!!

I have been pierced and styled by both Dae and Tylee. Both are extremely patient and helpful as I have had multiple questions about jewelry and placement. I’ve always struggled with my care of my piercings and bumps but with the education and quality of care provided at Element, I have kept all piercings in great condition. Will continue to come to Element!

I could not recommend this shop enough!! Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Paco was the absolute BEST!! I came in with a septum piercing that was botched from another local piercer and they helped me take out the wrong septum and pierce a new one correctly with the jewelry I wanted and I absolutely LOVE it!! They also helped me fix my conch jewelry and piercing that has not been healing properly! I will definitely be back:)

Don’t go here. The staff is very rude. We called in for an appointment and were told by the woman who answered the phone that we shouldn’t make an appointment and that they weren’t busy. We drove an hour and walked in and they were packed. We were approached by a woman and told her we came for a piercing. She said we needed an appointment. We told her that we tried to make one and were told they weren’t busy and not to make one. Her response was to waive around the room and say well we are busy. She was very snarky. We drove over an hour to be treated like that. We asked her for an appointment and instead of helping us book it, she told us to get online. We decide to leave and go to Stigma, which was only a mile away. Best choice EVER. The people at Stigma were extremely helpful and pleasant. Just skip the trip to Element and go straight to Stigma.

Wonderful place for getting poked! I cant give enough kudos to the staff here especially Keely! We had brought in 2 of our kiddos for ear piercings (9 & 10) and the staff went beyond any expectations and it was nothing less than perfect! We also where toting along a baby and a 6yr old and all of our kids and ourselves are all neurodivergent and easily get overstimulated and have high anxiety... If you have children that arent neurotypical and want a place that that understands what that comes with this is your place and Keely is your girl! Yall are amazing! HUGE thankyous from all of us from Eureka Springs! Well worth the drive out! We will be back! 💚

To preface, I have never received an initial poke at Element, BUT, I have received everlasting care from all of the piercers, especially Keely, for my current piercings. I got a double nostril piercing done in Austin, TX two years ago & they never ended up healing. I did everything under the sun - going as far as getting an angle correction done with Paco at Element, but even that didnt work. In fact, Keely helped me remove them today:(. Despite my countless failed attempts to heal them, I will be going back to Element to get them redone. Keely has helped me with my nose on multiple occasions. She has been unconditionally attentive, compassionate, and supportive of my piercing struggles every time I see her. You truly feel cared for here. Their service is outstanding, and you cant go wrong with any of the piercers. This is the BEST PIERCING SPOT in NWA, if I could give them more stars, I would!

This was my first experience in a piercing shop and I just loved it. Great place with great energy. Tylee took care of me and was super informative. She helped me pick the perfect stud for my nose and took into account what my concerns were having a larger nose. I can’t wait to go back for my hoop to be inserted! Place was clean and super cute.

I absolutely loved my experience here. All of the staff were super personable and made the experience much less nerve wracking. Shea did my helix piercing and she was amazing. Very thorough in her explanation and just all around such an amazing person to work with. Dae did my third lobe piercings and again did amazing. She went through aftercare and everything with me again just to make sure I knew what to do. I don’t know the name of the lady at the front but she was super helpful in helping me pick out my jewelry and answering any questions I had. Will definitely be going back here if I ever want more piercings!

Wow. I take back everything I said about Carlos. This place is amazing, and so is the jewelry . That is why I hurts me to edit, and take away three stars. First 6plus visits were amazing, the women there are extremely helpful. What changed, my last visit, Carlos helped me for a second time. He quoted me $60 . When I left the total was $125 . I was shocked, so I asked him to break that down for me.the last time it was 125$ with him I understood because I had 2 piercings. This time was jewelry replacement, my gratuity was $20 the first time he helped me. If I didn’t tip him the first time, maybe I can see why someone would do this, but that wasn’t the case.So what followed never settled right in my mind. He started to break down the cost, and at the end stated service charge $25. Really sneaky, not the way to do business without letting your customer know first. Did a quick google search, and the state of Arkansas also agrees. I will be doing more legal research, about these practices. I am giving management time to reach out, and fix this dishonest way of doing business. I am really hoping, this is not something they teach employees. I spent over $ 1,500 the past year and half at this place. Not once was there a “service charge “. If there is fine, I can accept that, but tell your customer first.

My wife and I both got piercings last week. I had Paco and got my septum done and Jessica had Keely For her nose. We had a wonderful experience and the care and professional manor in which both were done was perfect and the selection of high quality jewelry is fantastic. Id definitely recommend Element for all your piercing needs

I really wanted to use this shop but.. $100 Starting for piercings? I know everything is getting much more expensive nowadays but the fact that this is one of few other reputable piercing locations in Fayetteville feels very close to price gouging. I’m sure you guys give great piercings. But I just cannot wrap my head around $100 for an ear piercing. No thank you.

Got my second lobe piercing done here and the whole experience was amazing! Tylee was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! Would definitely recommend getting your piercings done here!!!

Dae did my piercing today and was fantastic and definitely knew what she was doing. ive only ever had my lobes pierced (not here) which was a simple piercing but today i got my daith pierced, which felt like my first real piercing, to hopefully help with migraines. Dae was an amazing piercer and talked me through it the whole time. she pierced it so fast that it was honestly painless. she also answered all my questions which was very reassuring. if you ever need a piercing definitely come here and ask for Dae!!

I went in with a piercing I had gotten at another location that was swollen and causing a lot of pain. I was immediately seen and treated so kindly. The lady walked me through what was wrong with my piercing, fixed/redid both ears and was so kind throughout the whole process. I was so thankful for the genuine care and my previously swollen piercing calmed down in less than two hours. I will only be getting piercings from here from now on!!

Shea re-pierced my nose and seconds on both lobes. She was so kind and detail oriented! They take walk-ins, appointments and are open Sundays which is great for my schedule. Definitely recommend this place!!

Tylee is incredible! She did my Daith piercing and piercings on my friend and she is so professional and kind and talented!!!

I came in just to browse the jewelry and left with not only BEAUTIFUL jewelry but a corrected helix piercing (i didn’t even know it could be fixed after it healed crooked (not pierced @ elemental)). the customer service was amazing, i was helped by Shea and she went the extra mile to find what i didn’t even know i was looking for. i mean, TRULY. i can promise this place is so open and welcoming, i left with a smile on my face and a day turned around for the better. as a college student struggling right now (like much of us are) i can’t stress enough how much i appreciated my experience here. it made my week!

Just left here after getting my 8y daughters ears pierced and I cant say enough good things about her visit. She left with the biggest smile on her face! Keely did an amazing job answering all of my daughters questions and making sure she was listened to and comfortable through out the whole thing. This was an amazing piercing shop! It was super clean, it was my first time ever getting a needle piercing and my first time getting pierced anywhere but my lobe. They were super awesome and talked me through everything that was going to happen as well as what was happening while they were doing it. They helped me pick the earring I wanted based off of what little information about what I knew I wanted, as well as helped me adjust the placing of my piercing to fit the anatomy of my ear. They also were able to answer every single question I had and made the process so easy and the least painful as possible. 10/10 recommend!

Whole shop smells like weed SOOOOO BADi don’t care if people smoke but i wouldn’t let anyone pierce or tattoo me right after they smoked a blunt.very very strange practice for a tattoo/piercing parlor & it immediately made me question their abilitiesalso their jewelry is overpriced you’re way better off ordering some onlineall the other parlors i’ve been to talk bad about this place, i would NOT recommend going here!!

Dae was amazing!! She made me feel comfortable, and I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes. Belly piercing pain was literally a 0/10!

I can not say enough good things about Keely and Element Piercing!!! My wife went to them to get a fix for a nose piercing she had just recently gotten and before she even got back to her car she was singing their praises!!! I decided (after 38 years) to give it a shot myself. I made an appointment with Keely and not only did she take the time to explain everything from the prep, to the piercing, to the aftercare, she was also hands down one of the sweetest people I have ever gotten to meet for anything I have done (tattoos and now piercing). I would (and will continue to) recommend Keely and Element as a whole to absolutely ANYONE who is interested in getting some top notch body art. It was my first time entering this store and the experience was…. Awesome. Unique customers. Friendly women with beautiful souls.I seen a guy with a pink pastel colored mustache.They was playing what I leaned was the new Beyoncé Album. Very weird. Like the underground of Mainstream.I had a great time and we all shared a lot of laughs.I’d recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a high quality piercing at friendship prices.

I will never go to any other piercing shop. I tell ALL my friends about Element.I went to a tattoo parlor in October to get two lobe piercings and a helix. My ears immediately swelled up and were red hot. The ball of the helix piercing also fell off. The shop I went to doesnt have a piercer there daily, so I found Element.Keely replaced the earrings with titanium, which helped a lot. Unfortunately (and oddly) my helix healed well but my lobe piercings were still infected four months later. I went back in and Keely analyzed my piercings and noticed the right ear was pierced at an angle, so she corrected it by repiercing it and the swelling and blood went away within 24 hours. I was extremely impressed and so thankful. Unfortunately I just had to take out my left lobe piercing because it wasnt getting better and it IMMEDIATELY closed up. Ill have to let it heal and have them pierce it again when its ready.During this process, I also went back to get double conch piercings. Dae was able to pierce both at the same time, which made the process so much easier. Its been a month and I have had zero issues with them. No pus, no blood, no out of the ordinary swelling.Dae also styled my ears for me because I dont like to change out earrings often and I wanted them all to look great together. She did a GREAT job!What I love most about Element?1. They truly know what theyre doing and will highly advise against something if they dont think itll heal well (i.e. Dae said I should start with studs for my conches because hoops dont heal well in that spot - very glad I listened)2. Theyre great at repairing botched piercings3. They use gorgeous, high-quality earrings right off the bat instead of piercing you with ugly, cheap surgical steel.

The best experience in my life. They know their stuff. They explain everything to you. They also give you advice on what piercing is best for you. I got my daith piercing today due to migraines. I dont have a headache right now so I believe this will work. They are professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good piercing.

Tylee was great! Got my philtrum and nipples done here and they were awesome. I was really nervous and got a bit lightheaded after the first piercing, but she was really nice and made sure I felt ok before we did more. The piercings also look fantastic!

We had a fantastic experience with Shea! The vibe at Element was open and friendly, they have a wide selection of high quality jewelry, and they truly value what’s best for each customer. Highly recommend!Edit: Their customer care is truly above and beyond. I’ve been having some trouble healing my piercings over the past 5 months and they’ve made an extended care plan and have been really attentive even months after my initial piercings with them. They truly care about their clients and their craft. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! Amazing!

I went in without an appointment for a septum piercing and was greeted and gave instructions for the waiver and signing in. The location is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. My piercer was Dae and she did incredible! She explained beforehand the steps, cleaning, procedure as she was figuring out placement etc, and then aftercare. Overall from sitting down for the piercing to when it was over it was maybe 4 minutes! Super easy and didn’t hurt - just a slight pinch with the jewelry. Dae said, “when it’s done right, it doesn’t hurt”, and they were right!

Highly recommend! Great selection, very clean and Tylee was amazing. My mom was very nervous to get her piercings changed and Tylee did a great job of explaining everything and keeping her relaxed. We went to Element to get our 7yr old daughters ears pierced. Dae did her piercing, and she was SO so kind. She was calm, and explained everything to our girl so that she knew everything that was going to happen. In addition to being kind, and welcoming the earring quality is really good too. They have flat backs unlike a piercing with a gun, so she’s complained of 0 pain since just after the piercing. She slept fine last night and we’ve no issues yet.I would absolutely go here for another piercing!

I got my two ear piercings here and they are awesome. Extremely hygienic, patient and careful with the piercing and they are also great with after care. I have walked in to get jewellery changed or some concern and they have taken care of it right away. Highly recommended. Dont forget to check out their collection too. Let me just start by saying I can’t recommend this shop enough. Ive been getting piercings for many years, and this shop takes the cake on so many levels. The entire staff is welcoming and warm, and their jewelry selection is top-notch. I was getting pierced at a different local shop because honestly, their prices were cheaper. But after finding Element- I am a customer for life! I think the coolest thing is that they will navigate the healing of your piercing with you. They encourage you to come back for check ups and jewelry adjustments, and they don’t even charge you for it. They really seem to care about their clients and the longevity and health of the piercing. Lots of integrity here, and as a paying customer- that is so important to me. Shay and her team, Id hardly call them staff. Are simply amazing, Ive been seeing Shay personally for several years now. Very professional and friendly! I came from out of state to visit family and wanted a new piercing I had been thinking about for awhile. Tylee was my piercer and they were very friendly and talked me through the whole process. She even asked permission for small things (like what I was okay with or wasnt okay with). As a 17 year old I was able to go through the document process easily with my mom. Overall, I recommend this for visitors and locals!

My 11 year old got his ears pierced here for a Christmas gift. He is talkative and has lots of questions. Tylee was friendly and patiently answered all our questions and then some. More expensive then what you would pay for an ear piercing then say at the mall but you get what you pay for. We were happy to pay extra for someone who is not only experienced but for whom piercing is a passion.

I live in California and I will only get my piercings from here! I cannot speak more highly of this place and the people that work here. Dae, Keely, Tylee, and Shae are all INCREDIBLE people. I feel so safe and welcome here. Everyone is so knowledgeable and I’ve gotten previously bad piercings fixed here as well. My mom and I come here regularly and it’s our favourite spot. We won’t go to any other piercers♥️

Dae was wonderful and walked me through an industrial cartilage piercing like the professional I had hoped to find. I have some sound sensitivities due to sensory processing and I had no issues even though I have in the past with cartilage piercings. Dae had a lot of great advice and a calm, cool demeanor that made the whole process about as painless as it could get.

I seriously can not give this place enough appreciation. this is the coolest, funnest, sweetest staff i’ve ever encountered. tylee sat with me 15 minutes after closing just to make sure i was comfortable and ready for my piercing. i was super nervous but she calmed me down and gave me all of her attention for that 1.5hr of me being indecisive. all of the staff is phenomenal. love love love love love element piercing. this is my second piercing here and i’ll never go anywhere else.

We had such a great afternoon getting our 12 year olds ears pierced at Element Piercing! It was a birthday gift and Shea and Tylee made sure it was a flawless, super great experience for him! Element Piercing is wonderful! I booked an appointment with Dae for a vertical labret last week and had an excellent experience. Ive had other piercings before, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most professional shop Ive been to. Dae was kind, knowledgeable, and made my visit as comfortable as possible. (I mean, she DID poke me with a needle at one point...but I forgive her. Lol) They have top-quality jewelry and many options for the starter ring. What I really appreciated was that Dae carefully marked the placement and told me to take my time checking that it was where I wanted it. In the end she did a fantastic job and my piercing is well-placed, beautiful, and healing nicely!My previous piercings have been cheaper and healed fine...but I would never go back to those shops. An experienced professional in a clean, welcoming environment with high-quality titanium jewelry is SO WORTH IT! Id happily pay twice as much for this kind of service.

My daughter has wanted to get her ears pierced for months, and where we are from, kids aren’t allowed in tattoo shops- there aren’t any piercing shops, and I definitely didn’t feel comfortable with her getting her ears pierced at Claire’s or somewhere like that. We came to NWA to visit family, and while we were here, I wanted to try to see if she could get them pierced in a tattoo shop. THANKFULLY, my Google search for a tattoo shop included Element Piercing, and their website was SO HELPFUL! I called to see what the process was, and decided to take her!When we walked in, Dae welcomed us, and she was SO SWEET and welcoming. She explained the entire process multiple times, asked for consent at every single step, and even asked what her preferences were. My daughter and I felt so comfortable. My daughter LOVES her earrings so much and she said Dae felt like family! She went above and beyond for us, and we are so thankful!

I took my daughter in for her first piercing, and ended up getting mine done too.This place is amazing and the people there are even better! They did so good and showed so much patience and respect for to my daughter. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially for her first piercing. Its been over a week and everything has healed up nicely.100/10 We will back!!

Shea was nothing less of an absolute angel to me. I didn’t get my snake piercing done here, but after she literally saved me from some of the worse pain of my life I wish I had. She has the most professional and sanitary piercing parlor I’ve ever seen in my life. I came in looking to get a longer bar because the parlor I’d gotten it done at couldn’t help me and really didn’t put forth any effort to try but she worked diligently on getting me out of the excruciating pain I was in and went above and beyond. Good humans are hard to come across that genuinely care because I know she very well could’ve turned me around but she even sent one of her staff members to her home to get specific pieces of jewelry so she could help me and save my piercing. They are the sweetest team you could ever encounter and very welcoming and helpful. Now that I know better I will be going to Shea for my future piercing needs. She has beautiful jewelry for sale as well. I rarely leave reviews, but what she did for me under all the pain I was in truly restored my faith in humanity because literally no other piercing parlor would help me. I’m forever grateful for Shea and her staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They got 3 of us in on very short notice - my daughter got her 2nd holes on her lobes pierced and my friend and I got our nose piercings. Fast, clean, friendly, and almost painless. Dae was our piercer and she was super chill and easy to work with. Will definitely return.

My youngest daughter and I came in twice on 7-1-23. Met with Tylee both times. The first time we just had general questions - I was getting my nose pierced at the age of 45, my daughter was getting a 2nd ear piercing. Tylee was very pleasant and easy to work with. When we came back later, Tylee walked us through the procedures, what was being used. She was super patient with the both of us. Other staff members came in and really put us at ease. Everyone was super attentive when I started feeling a little off. My daughter and I are already talking about what piercing were gonna do next.I know yall were at the Pride parade the weekend before. Thank you for what you do for the community and for taking great care of your clients!!

10/10 recommend this shop! Everyone is so so nice and you can tell they care about their craft. I walked in thinking I only had a question (I had gotten a weird bump on my inner lip after getting my Medusa done in NY) and Tylee made me aware that, that bump was looking a bit odd. Instead of just trying to sell me something random to get me in and out she got Shae from the back to take a look and make sure everything was okay. After taking a look she saw how badly angled the bar was and offered to help me fix it right then and there! She had the gentlest hand and talked me through the whole thing. It’s been a couple of hours and I can tell the difference and how uncomfortable I was before she fixed it. I cannot recommend this place enough. I was in NWA for the weekend and decided to go here to get my ears pierced. I’ve had some bad piercings in the past and wanted to get them fixed, and I’m so so happy with the result. Angella was amazing and helped me with picking the perfect jewelry. I have never written a review on Google before, but this place is so great that I wanted to. This is the only place I will go to get piercings. The level of service and wide selection of jewelry is genuinely beyond compare to any other piercing parlor. They are extremely kind, and make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. The women at Element take their work very seriously, and it shows as they do an excellent job. I got my earlobes and cartilage pierced by Dae and was well pleased. She is incredibly sweet, and so is the lady that welcomes and schedules you in at the front desk (Angela)! It’s a real swanky looking place too. I go to school a little over 3 hours away from Fayetteville, but I will wait until the weekend and do the drive just to get my piercings done here. Any problems that I’ve had with my piercings (which were not done here), Dae has been the most helpful, and helped me out with all of my problems. I got a piercing done at another shop which ended up being pierced at a wrong angle, so Dae redid my piercing for me, which may I add was close to painless, which is awesome considering it was a helix. Overall, I’ve never had anything but good to say about this place and have been treated so good every time I’ve gone.

Adding my positive review to the Sea of voices here; my friend and I both got our nostrils pierced here a couple of days ago. My friend and I have both had our nostrils pierced multiple times and have had varying experiences. We both agree this experience was exponentially better than the ones of our pasts. Personally, Ive never been able to get my nostril piercings to heal. Prior to my experience at Element, I had 4 nostril piercings over a decade. Theyd all had consistent issues with irritation bumps, seemingly from the bad aftercare advice and supposedly good quality surgical steel jewelry I was given by the previous piercers. Dae was my piercer at Element and they were absolutely wonderful. They used clamps on my nostril instead of the metal receiving tube piercing method Id always experienced before, and it made a world of difference. I literally didnt even tear up, and now, 2 days later, my piercing barely has any tenderness. It also hasnt wept, gotten swollen, etc. I am incredibly impressed. In only 2 days I already notice a huge difference in the way my piercing feels as compared to my past experiences. Thank you, Dae, for your kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and gentle piercing practices.

I got my nose pierced by Dae back in July 2022 and let me tell you, easily the best piercing experience I’ve ever had!! The shop is clean, the jewlery is pretty, and everyone is incredibly sweet and calming. My nose healed like an absolute dream. Several months after I got my nose pierced I had to have surgery and Dae worked with me to ensure my piercing wouldn’t close or be any concern (she got me in before my surgery for a glass retainer and after to swap back out my jewlery). Dae made me feel so at ease and taken care of during a time where I was already super stressed!This week I went in to get some new jewlery for my ears. Tylee was incredible and took the time to show me all my possible options and worked with me to create the perfect curation. My helix piercing is super sensitive and I noticed some irritation post jewlery change. I called the shop and they got me back in ASAP. Dae swapped out my stud for a different style that would cause less irritation (free of charge which is super super kind) and even hooked me up with some silicone disks for the little bump I have! I cannot reccomend element enough, they care about their clients and want you to leave 100% happy. 10/10 GO HERE!! 💖

Shea is the best piercer in NWA, I got 5 piercings all at once and not a single one hurt and she made the process so quick and easy! WOWWWW is the best way to put it! Taking my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced was a HUGE STEP and I couldn’t have been made more coy. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed and had the whole process explained clearly and in depth. The place was clean and all smiles from the staff there. Just the vibe and feel was everything you could look for.Turns out Dae isn’t just our piercers name, it was an acronym, as she Descended All Expectation!!! Professional, thorough, precise and every positive word you can imagine. She handled the experience with my nervous daughter with a mix of school teacher and the love and care of a family member.Explaining step by step to put her(and secretly me) at ease then the gentlest touch to get it done. Follow up up by the owner just to reassure her and bubbles. I went into the shop a little apprehensive as it has been quite a while since my last piercing.Dae and the rest of the staff immediately put me at ease. The selection of jewelry at this shop is superb, including chains that are made by the in-house goldsmith Keely. They are truly professionals. The experience there was far beyond my expectations.

So amazing. My boyfriend and I both got our snake bites done here. Mine were a redo from a previous place and they handle everything so nicely. My lip ended up sweeling a lot and needed longer posts. I went in and she changed them out no problem and gave larger backs to help as well. Im definitely coming here for all of my next piercings.

I went in to get my septum pierced. I was greeted immediately. I signed myself in. The person at the front helped me with any questions I had about their waver. I got in with a piercer very quickly. Dae, my piercer, briefed me on the entire process. They doubled checked my preferences while preping. And they walked me through everything they were about to do. It was basically painless. It just felt like a sharp pressure. Dae made sure to repeat how to clean my new piercing multiple times. The overall process was simple and very easy.

I hate to write this review, but something needs to be said. Shea has been performing malpractice. I loved Element piercing, I have been there a few times now, the atmosphere and people are nice. However, when I went in for dimple piercings, Shea did not check for salivary glands or veins. Element used the wrong jewelry, pierced the wrong site, and provided incorrect information about aftercare. Apparently, this happens to multiple people a WEEK, and like me, they go to other shops for them to “clean up [Element’s] messes.” Not to get personal, but another piercer said “[Shea] was fired from Brainstorm for a reason.” If you’re reading this, despite all the reviews here, please reconsider. Thank you. I’m letting the Department of Health know as well.

I love Element! It is the only place in NWA that I trust to pierce, and they are so great about helping clients with fixing piercing issues. Shea pierced my daith perfectly & Dae was so knowledgeable and helpful with piercing changing/healing irritated piercings. I would 100% recommend going to Element, and I will definitely be coming back.

I told family and friends about the piercing plus mine and my sisters experience so far with it and multiple family members and friends want to get it too so I have been giving them info to Element Piercing because of how amazing yall were, I appreciate yall so much and cant wait to get my next set of piercings with yall! ♾️/10 hella recommend to anyone interested in getting a piercing!

I went there to get a helix piercing and a septum piercing. When I was getting my septum done I was laid down and was pierced then she couldn’t get the follow through with the jewelry. I laid there for 30+ minutes while she tried to get it in. We ended up just re piercing it and she didn’t charge me for it. My helix was honestly a horrible experience they put a very small piece of jewelry in and my ear immediately started to swell too much for the piercing. It hurt to even touch. I went home and the next day my ear was so swollen around the piercing I had to have my boyfriend help me get it out.

There a few bad reviews here, and I can confirm they are hardcore horsesh!t. This is the place to go for piercing in NWA. I’ve had some botched piercings elsewhere, and clearly those places feel threatened by this joint. Keely and the others piercers are great, super friendly, and efficient. Go here. That’s it. That’s the review.

I went in for a lobe styling and to get some jewelry upgrades and had THE BEST experience. We went with 3 new additions and some upgrades on my current jewelry and I LOVE the final look. Kuddos to Keely on the awesome work! The whole staff is AH-MAZING!

I have been seeing Shea since she was at Brainstorm and she has only gotten better!! I have now seen Dae at Element Piercing and she is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her. She pierced my second nostril with a stud and my sisters septum. It was painless and seamless. She’s very professional and informative. She has also helped me every time with jewelry changes and is the real MVP 😭My cartilage has been struggling to heal and Dae has been helping me to alleviate a lot of the pain from my hypertrophic scarring. If you ever struggle with healing piercings, do not hesitate to reach out because they will help! I started using their new “e11ement” care line that they use from Canada and it’s already helped other piercings I’ve been struggling with. (Btw you can use it for acne too which is a huge bonus!)They carry a lot of beautiful selections of jewelry that I have had zero issues with my body having an allergic reaction. They really work with you to make you happy and if there is something that you want and they may not have, they definitely work with you to find the best solution. I highly recommend Element Piercing for any current or future piercings you have. Shea and Dae are the two people I have seen so far and they are a delight!

I traveled 4.5 hours yesterday because this place had been rated very high for body piercings and it was absolutely worth it! Dae was extreamly sweet and made feel very comfortable...she answered all questions..she even gave me her business card and answered more questions I had after hours. I came here yesterday to get my lip pierced, and Dae did such a fantastic job. I went in to get my septum pierced on 12-29-22 along with 2 of my friends at first everything was ok! I was first and it took the girl (Shea) an hr when it should’ve took 15 seconds.. I was gushing blood from my nose and she had me lay down and was standing behind me? I then went to Stigma ink because something just didn’t feel right about it and there first words were “oh my god we have to get that out now”. And Element piercing pierced through my Cartlidge and put a tiny hoop ring in! Stigma ink had to use WIRE cutters to get it out of my nose!!!All together I had a terrible experience.

I 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone looking to get a piercing. Keely was super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I went in to get my bellybutton pierced and she was so quick I didn’t even know she had pierced it yet.

If ur disabled and have a service animal dont get ANYTHING here!! They kicked me out bc of my service dog!! I have to have her for actual medical issues! She literally saves my life and they kicked me out bc I have her.Update:I filed a complaint with the ADA today. Your employee told me I couldnt even be in the lobby and told me to leave the building and go out to my vehicle with my service dog. This is against my rights and I refuse to be restricted bc of my disability and my service dog.
