Todd was very professional, informative and gentle with our 5 month old today. We went in for ear piercings and highly recommend him. He didn’t mind how many times we asked to change the marking of how the piercings were going to be placed. He stressed that we make sure we want them exactly how we see fit!Thank you for taking good care of our baby girl and being patient with us!

So for my 65th birthday I decided to get a tattoo. So happy that I chose Chop Shop for this memorable occasion. I had a general idea of what I wanted. Morgan was my artist and he was GREAT!! He took my idea and tweaked it to be exactly what I wanted. He was patient, answered our questions and was very professional. Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Had our daughters ears pierced at the shop and I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars. I cant for the life of me remember the piercers name but he was excellent! He took the time to line up the lobs perfectly and made sure we liked the placements, even redoing them a few times to get it just right. He was very comforting to our daughter during the process and just had an overall calming presence. 100% will be back for any piercing needs!

My daughter and I walked in for several piercings in our ears. We felt welcomed, they called for Todd and he came right out and took care of us. It was quick, relatively pain free, and the price was very fair. My daughter was a little in her head and needed to sit an extra minute afterwards and he did an awesome job of talking to her to calm and distract her, never making her feel embarrassed. We will definitely be back!

Chop Shop is amazing from tattoos to piercings. Myself and family have gotten multiple tattoos (more than 10) from the skilled tattooists here and have been satisfied every time. Each artist specializes or has an affinity for a different type of art, so walk around and talk to the artists, look through their books, and choose your artist based on that. They can design something for you from an idea in your head, as well. All my tattoos are not flash, but were designed with an artist from a concept in my mind and screenshots or pictures on my phone. Each artist is very talented and will make sure youre happy.This shop also has the best piercer Ive ever met and absolutely the best prices anywhere, along with a huge assortment of jewelry. Todd is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled at piercing- plus his prices cant be beat. Ive gotten 7 piercings myself from Todd, and took my son to Todd to get his septum pierced. I have future piercings planned and wont go to anyone else!

Worst experience ever in a tattoo/piercing place. It felt like a dirty pawn shop and my piercing experience was complete garbage.

When our 6yr old started begging to get her ears pierced, I asked around and looked up reviews and it seemed like The Chop Shop was recommended the most. I can absolutely see why now- it could not have been a better experience! Todd did an incredible job- my daughter didn’t even shed a tear. He talked her through the process and was ridiculously fast with actually doing the piercings- she didn’t even have time to react. She walked out of there smiling!

Took my 16 yr old daughter in last night. She was getting her ears pierced for the first time and she had so much anxiety and was just really nervous. Todd pierced her and he was absolutely amazing. He calmed her down, talked her through the whole thing and didn’t make her feel rushed and answered every question she needed to ask t… she was super happy she did it and told me nobody would ever pierce her but Todd. I agreed and want a cpl more piercings and I already know where I’m going and who I’m seeing. And when I called beforehand the owner Mr Chop answered the phone and was probably the nicest most helpful person to speak to. Love this place.

Great atmosphere great music playing great vibe for getting a tattoo the artist or very good and have received awards from conventions that shows that they have sharpened their craft and continue to perfect it. Great artist. Mr Chop really makes you feel at home. Mark Russo does really good work some of the best Ive seen in a long time. If youre getting a piercing theyre very informed and have it down to a science any questions you might have regarding any piercing. Only get tattooed by one person now and thats Mark Russo

I got my ears pierced as a 16 year old.I had them pierced when i was little but they got infected so i let them close up, never pierced them since.I get MAD anxiety, especially around needles. But, Todd, oh my gosh, i will never recommend any other piercer in the entire world. My mom & I loved him. He made me feel so relaxed, he kept reminding me to breathe the entire time, & it was over in a split second.I will say for any first timers, the second one hurts worse than the first for some reason, but I was so happy once it was done. Came with my wife to get her ears pierced. We were welcomed like royalty by everyone. So much different than other places in the area. The guy the helped us and did her piercing was amazing. This gentle giant! Afterwards we talked about my second sleeve and simply for the atmosphere, I will come back!

This is the best place to get a tattoo! Chop does excellent work! Hes very chill and takes his time both helping you put together your design as well as when doing the tattoo. He does things in the community too!He has more cool and solid tattooers working in his shop as well. Plus a really cool guy (Todd) that does the piercing.Definitely check them out. 🤙

Got my tattoos done my Mark Russo. Work was good price was good. Only issue I had was I have been in that shop for 2 tattoos from him and went in with my girlfriend both times. Mark found it appropriate to send heart eyes to my girlfriend on Instagram and try and flirt with her. We both followed his page to keep up with his tattoos. He tried to tell me he doesnt pay attention to what he is sending, but like I said I was in that shop 2 times with her and she sat with us thru one of my tattoos. Its disappointing that I cannot come back to this shop because Mark cant keep it professional with his customers on social media. Good shop other than that. Other artist did my girlfriends tattoos and it was great. I would suggest just to Stay away from Mark. Very unprofessional.

Just wanted to share I came in on Saturday & the staff was so friendly - they immediately greeted me as I walked in. I spoke w/Todd who gave me some advice on a piercing I should have received 6 months ago. He was on point, very professional and removed the piercing w/absolutely no discomfort. Try them first before going to Evolution -Ill be back in a month

Got my septum pierced here. Experience was quick and the piercer Todd made everything easy! He was super nice and personable. He listened to my concerns and talked me through everything! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Went to chop shop because I saw some of their work. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone. Stood around for about 7 minutes with no interaction from an artist including the one who walked past me while I was looking at wall art. On my way out of the door I pass 2 Artists sitting in their chairs playing on their phones. Several hundreds of dollars lost due to lack of customer service.

I’ve gotten all of my tattoos from this shop, and so far the experience and work has been great!! You pay for the quality of tattoo that you get, if you’re not willing to spend the money you’re not really willing to get the tattoo you want. All the employees are super laid back and help make the experience as relaxing, great for first timers.

Brought my daughter here after getting the recommendation from a friend. Let me tell you, he was so patient with my baby. She said he made it so much easier on her because he didn’t make her feel rushed at all. This was something she wanted and he made her feel good about it.

My daughter and I came in to get her ears pierced and the workers were so nice and welcoming!!! Walked in and instantly they greeted me and started chatting with us. In about 5 mins they took us back and my nervous little girl got her first ear done and the guy was so patient and understanding. Still have to go back to get the second ear done because my kiddo was overwhelmed but overall I had a great experience.Also want to note- even with COVID they all were masked up and had very clean stations (which made me happy because my daughter is kidney compromised) I will definitely be back in the future and will be sending friends your way. 😊

Joel did an awesome job as always! Ive also been tattooed by Chop, Rob, and Mark and who have done awesome as well. All the artists are very talented and pay close attention to detail. They never leave you feeling rushed. They are excited to answer questions regarding aftercare, placement, etc.

Hands down Todd is the best piercer in town. I moved to Maryland 4 years ago... and still drive down to get pierced by him. I’ve had my tongue, Tragus, and nose done by him over the years. Never have any issues. Very professional and CLEAN

I got my tattoo done at Chop Shop by Jeremiah it turned out very well and I love it! I highly recommend Jeremiah as your tattoo artist. He did a wonderful job and had great customer service and also made sure i knew how to take good care of the tattoo afterwards.. I will definitely be coming back for more and referring people!

Got a septum piercing and as soon as I left I knew something was off with it and it was a little crooked. He also didn’t allow me to pick a piercing, which I found very odd but decided to trust him thinking it was normal. After he pierced me and I saw it, I hated the piercing and it wasn’t round at all. It was more of a stapler shape and went straight down coming out my nose, rather than curling. Woke up the next day with it completely up my nose and all on one side. I was unable to move it without screaming in pain. Even eating would cause pain. I decided to go to a professional piercer who saved the day and took it out. All the workers there were so invested in watching how he was going to accomplish it. This just shows it’s something that doesn’t really happen often. After he took it out he told me to never go to a tattoo shop again for a piercing. He also informed me that because of my nose shape (he said he couldn’t completely tell until my nose swelling went down) a septum piercing might just not work for my nose, So keep that in mind. I don’t believe the piercer at chop shop is a bad piercer, I just believe because he is the only one, he is unable to consult with his colleagues when he thinks something might not work. He pierced my friends third holes for her ears and did an amazing job, although he didn’t let her pick out the piercings either.

I think I found my new Shop. Big Rob was awesome he did my neck tattoo and Sam did my husbands forearm. Everyone is super chill and nice. I will definitely be back! Thank you Big Rob!

Great place to get work done from start to finish or to finished up old work mark was awesome doing my cover up I had started. Chop you have a great team there including your self. And Caine did my wife tattoo of kids name and looks amazing.

Honestly had got my first tattoo there and loved it. I went a few days ago and ended up getting my tattoo done by a different guy.Didnt even get told how much it was til afterward which I think is very unprofessional . After speaking with a friend she also got her tattoo done by the same guy and didn’t find out the prize til afterward. I advice if you like the work of one of the guys there just stick with them. I for sure recommend Mark Russo !!

My sister and I were literally about to go to a different place that very moment, I got a call from this place... They were looking for someone who had come in today and signed in on the waiting list. Whom ever it was used my number as the contact. Lol... So dude calls me asking for the other person and I told him it was the wrong person but, my sister and I were about to go somewhere else but I took this a a sign that we were supposed to get the tattoos done there and asked him if I could take her spot which he let me... Had a tattoo done and it was amazing I went back to get another and a different guy done it, turned out not okay, its uneven and crooked and he charged way more for what I got than he charged my best friend whose tattoo was bigger and had way more detail.
