Showed up on a whim & I couldn’t be happier that I did! I’ve always wanted to pierce my nose, but I never had the courage to until my husband drove me to this tattoo shop. The whole experience was great, as a person who struggles with needles and pain. I am so so happy that I went because now I get to rock a cute little nose stud!! We were welcome by such a friendly face and got a lot of information before getting pierced.

My artist was extremely skillful and professional. Pricing was reasonable and the house were convenient enough that I was able to schedule an appointment after I got off work. The shop is extremely clean and the environment is very friendly. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Fire and Ice to anyone in the market for a new tattoo!

Can’t trace very well so many extra lines drawn on my skin that don’t connect to anything or eachother. And tattoo doesn’t look like the image I showed the artist. I would definitely not recommend this shop and also 0/5 rating. The price charged for the sleeve doesn’t match the work at all it’s to much for not good quality work. Artist is also not on time to the appt I booked the artist didn’t show up.

I came to NC to visit my son. I wanted to get matching tattoos. Our artist @Notion173 was amazing. He was able to take our design and turn them into master pieces. Incredibly happy. I’m looking forward to another visit and tattoo. The experience was great.

I would of rated Bubba a 0/5 for the three times he blew off the tattoo session HE scheduled. He started a full sleeve. Does parts at a time-charges $300 for the little that he does. (definitely over charges from the rate he gave the very first time- Said the full sleeve would be a total of $300) I rescheduled to finish the sleeve- he said Sunday at 6. I go text upon arrival- walk to the door and the door is locked. Guy standing outside said theyll reopen tomorrow unless we have an appointment- informed him we have an appointment at six- said well them he should be here... go back and wait twenty minutes- STILL no response and an unfinished tattoo. For the fourth time now. Why start something you clearly dont want to finish? Hes always answering his phone and stopping to talk to others during sessions. Definitely not a profession you should do if youre steady blowing income off. 🙄😒

After reading the reviews of this shop I can honestly say I was skeptical at first but decided to check it out since I know how absurd and exaggerated disgruntled clients can be. Nuria was a complete professional, took his time to explain the entire process to me from beginning to end so I’d feel comfortable since I was so nervous. He was patient with me and gave me a way better price than all the other artists/shops I spoke to, on top of that my piece is beautiful! He took my idea and made it way better than I had imagined it would be. Needless to say I found my artist and I’m definitely going back to him for all the other tattoos I’ve been thinking about.

Never again -_- even for their $20 flash sale they try to over price. Saying this one... that is hardly twice the size of a small one would be $80+... This place charges the price of Evolution Ink for the quality and work of going to your friend who just bought a starter tattoo kit from Wish in his mothers basement -_- The work I experienced was a joke. 17 Tattoos and this is definitely my worst experience. I like to see what different shops have to offer for Friday 13th flashes. I came to Fire and Ice and checked out their selection, which the choices and quanity were not bad, but once I would ask about certain ones and what not, I was given very little attention. Eventually (gritting my teeth) I find a small one I like, and decide to go with that one. My artist (VERY LOOSE terminology here) preps the stencil and sets up his equipment while taking a break every 10 seconds to watch the movie playing in the background. Finally the equipment and stencil are ready and sitting in his booth he preps my arm and lays the stencil on it... Its flash, its small, yes, but the stencil is HARDLY THERE.... He continues, start tattooing, and very frequently he dips the tattoo gun into his water cup, which is fine, but he SPLASHES the gun into the water and RIPS it out of the water and brings a puddle of water and ink onto my arm, soaking my entire arm in watered black ink that he has to GRIND a paper towel to dry, which by the 2nd GRIND completely removes the stencil.... -_- amateur hour...... He already started and it was just a flash, so I figure I might as well let the poor soul finish (and try his best!) so every other second he spends looking at the preveiw to remember what he has to put on my arm (which was the ONLY professional thing he did the entire time) and meanwhile he looks up every so often to watch the movie in the background. (which was Ant-man, THE FIRST ONE, incase yall were wondering) Eventually, he finished the flash tattoo, MANY PUDDLES OF INK AND WATER LATER, the ghost of my worst tattoo experience was on my arm, thankfully it was a simple flash, so even Hellen Keller couldnt of messed this up too bad... The point is, NEVER AGAIN... Between the fool I had and the many people Ive met who have known Bubba Fire and Ice AND Dark Lotus are absolutely horrible shops to go to. These people are horrible, and Im horrible for giving them a chance.Also notice how only the 1 star reviews have any thumbs up....

Went and has two tattoos done by Bubba..(not heavy handed)..great work...friendly atmosphere....great prices....they are the best in town of you ask me!!!! Gonna be getting more work done soon.....love this place and the people there

Mike Boahn at Fire and Ice is a true ink magician. He fixed several bad tattoos I received by other so called artists in the area. Despite being the new kid at the shop he is definitely a pro and has a true passion for art. He doesnt copy your stencil from Google, he takes the time to hand draw each piece from scratch. I dont have to do anything but give him my idea and let him create the masterpiece. Thats how a true artist does his job. Anyone can copy and paste, but if you go to Fire and Ice and see Mike youll leave with something one of a kind and something youll love for years to come.

I Cannot Express How Grateful I am For Russ! He Was Able To Help Me Cover Up Some Scars From a Dark Past I Have Went Through! And I Just Want Thank Him For Everything He Has Done With My Tattoo! Thank You so Much Russ !

I got my nipples done for $50 and my double surface tragus for $40. The piercer was very experienced told me a handful of interesting stories and informed me thoroughly what to do (and not to) and what to expect.

Its a great atmosphere, as soon as you walk in youre greeted with a smile and in great company. It is family-friendly, clean, nice set up inside, great artists and they are all so friendly!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION:**BUYER BEWARE*** reallllyyyyyy bad experience. i’m not even going to type an incident report but feel free to reach out to me and i will fill you in. This place is one of the WORST parlors in Fayetteville. I have a true professional who has inspected the scar I was gifted and he has created a touch up/coverup once this heals...again.

Super awesome place I had to bring my 4 ur old daughter and everyone was super nice @notion173 on IG is an amazing artist my last tattoo was super painful (not done here) and I barely felt it my husband also got a tattoo wich looks amazing 110 % recommend fire an ice me and my hubs can’t wait to go back to him already got another in mind!!!!!!

Walked inside and saw a bunch of skinheads with swastikas all over their clothes and with nazi tattoos chatting up the employees. Not gonna support a business thats friendly with people like that.
