Got my 1st tattoo ever done here. John was great, friendly, knowledgeable, cant say enough about the team Tom the owner and his son Harley awesome guys!!!! If this is your 1st time or thousandth time this is place to go.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would, not only were they letting me get a walk in tatto late at night, but they did a AMAZING job, this man and his son are the kindest, and funniest people! This is 100 percent my forever tatto spot. I would recommend this over any other shop in NWA. My tatto was a dedication to my passed uncle; and they took care of me like I was someone they knew for years! GO HERE FOR TATTOS AND PIERCINGS! You won’t regret it, anyone who says other wise doesn’t know what there talkin about!

All of my piercings recently from here rejected and now, months after his tattoo, it is still giving me issues. Main tattoo artist is very heavy handed. Months after receiving and recovering, all the black is raised and trying to reject. I have another tattoo that is much larger and caused no issues. I will not return nor would I recommend.My comments are not intended to ruin a friendship, but honestly what is going on now. The tattoo is raised above the skin, one earring we had to remove completely, and the other is still tender after months of gently caring for it, not sleeping on it, and your second opinion (where you yelled at me about all your problems and made me cry). Not once have you offered to look at my work, but taken it as a personal attack. This has nothing to do with a friendship, but to do with work that I paid for and will be on my body forever.

Had a fantastic experience getting pierced here. Super great people, lovely shop and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would def recommend to others.

For anyone looking for a CLEAN tattoo shop and a GREAT tattoo artist; Tom is your guy. He did a beautiful tattoo for me for a great price in my opinion. Will be using him in the future 100%! I am new to this area and was hoping to find someone really good with brighter colors and blending. It turned out better than I had imagined.

Update: After a medicated cream for the tattoo that decided to reject the ink about 3-4 months after receiving it, changing the industrial to 2 rings of different gauges, and completely removing the other piercing I think I have finally healed from the butcher of a job that was done by Tom at this parlor. I have known and done business with him for 24 years. When I reached out on Google, he called me by someone elses name, and said we were teaming up on him. When I approached the shop, I sat patiently waiting for him to show up for 30 minutes, yelled at me enough to make me cry, and threw his arms up, asking me what he should do. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Not once has he approached me in a civil manner since this last round of business. I have work I want done, but will not be returning here

I forgot to post this review, but back months ago i walked into this shop to ask about cheek piercings. i got told i had the face of a pitbull by the older man that works there, and he started being racist and prejudiced against homeless people. i will never go back here, even if i was paid

New to the area and have now had 2 tattoos done here they are so accommodating as well as do a great job! Would highly recommend to any anyone who wants a tattoo appointment or walk in!

Tom has done my piercings for years now & I decided it was time to test out his tattoo skills on Friday the 13th. I am beyond stoked to say Tom will now be my piercer & tattoo artist. They said $7 tip... & instead I gave a $50 tip. Honestly anyone who even sits in his chair should be paying a $50 tip. If that doesnt give you motivation to go check out this shop & get a piece by him... youre outta your mind!

The staff were so helpful. I came in to change my nose ring out and I put them through so much trouble with the ones I brought in. They are so good at what they do. The staff even showed me how the different piercings work. Very friendly and totally recommend this place. :)

My daughter had to have her belly button re-pierced because Stimga Ink screwed up horrifically. If you are looking for someone who has been in the game a lifetime and can pierce properly and professionally, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!Thank you for taking such good care of my girl! On 05-23-23 I went to Knight Times for a tattoo appointment. I became incontinent. I decided to not sit in FECES & finish my tattoo. When I went back and explained what had happened to the owner, Tom, he refused to return my 250.00 cash for unfinished work. So I paid 360.00 for nothing. I would not recommend this place, the service was lousy, they were beyond rude, and there was half eaten food out. The trash cans were overflowing. Eric Kern did not have my tattoo stencil prepared. He shaved my arm without gloves. When I asked him about it he said, I dont have any. My husband had to drive him to buy some. I had a terribly traumatizing experience!

****EDIT****So, I got a tat about a year ago from here, guy said that the ink eouldnt gade for forever... some new age ink... well, guess what? It did. Now the lines look shaky, and its faded af. Im so disappointed. ******I got a tattoo here and I love it! They did an awesome job and I am so proud to wear it. Thank u guys so much!

I will always come here for all my piercings. Got a nostril and Daith piercing by Tom. He did a great job. I love how my they both look. I have struggled with post concussive headaches for 12 years. My doctor instructed me to pinch my daith pressure point to help relieve the pain. Ive been googling the pros and cons of getting the daith piercing for some time now. Im glad I decided to do it. I was struggling with a piercing headache all day. The whole right side of my head from my forehead all around to the back of my head and down my neck.went down my neck hurt. Right after Tom pierced the daith pressure point my headache went away. MY HEADACHE IS GONE! I cant believe it. Once the right side is healed Im going back to get the other side done. Thank you Tom.

I got two tattoos one on each forearm and theyre absolutely beautiful Tom is awesome super friendly, his son is the same very professional and nice, Tom talked to me about everything under the sun. We got along he didnt ever had a bad thing to say. Met his mom shes absolutely beautiful. And the tattoos were spectacular they look great on my arms he did a beautiful job, and all my friends love them they think theyre great.. I had snake bites, my septum, and a bridge piercing done here. The first time I only got my snake bites done, and I was there with my friend. Tom, the owner, kept bragging to her the whole time about how hes been piercing for however many years and how hes the best guy in town. He did a great job on my snake bites, but I came back for my septum and my bridge and he wasnt as talkative as he was last time. This time I noticed that he doesnt disinfect the jewelry properly, he just pulls it out of a drawer, pours some alcohol on it and calls it good. They arent individually wrapped either. He also told me to use bactine to clean my piercings, but the only thing you should really be cleaning them with is sterile saline. I didnt know better at the time, but I do now and I feel like other people should know too. The piercings themselves turned out fine, but that doesnt mean that this isnt an unsafe business practice.

They did my nose piercing and it was perfect and everyone is so nice. He shows u how to properly clean and this place is very affordable!!!! It’s a family business, that’s always the best!

Had a daith piercing done and it has been a wonderful blessing not having severe migraines for almost a month now. Tom is awesome and his son was very helpful and highly recommend this business for both tats and piercings. I also highly recommend them because of wonderful customer service and being kind and attentive and very helpful!!!! 10 stars!!!

Quick and painless piercings! If my memory serves correctly Tom has pierced me 8 times now, none of which bled and every one was no more than 45 seconds from initial pierce to finished product. Ive had multiple surface facial piercings and theyve been symmetrical 100% of the time.

I went in to get a cover up on a old tat that was about size of a half dollar.......guy told me he couldnt do it that I needed go get this little tiny tat removed before he would do a new tat.......we went to get tat removed and the person who does tat removals was out of office on leave.....so we go to get a second opinion......guess what? They were more then happy for my business and the guy who owns this other tattoo shop did an amazing cover up job that was above what I had in mind. Not only did he do the tattoo but he took time and designed what I wanted done. Of course its about the money and I paid it. GOOD WORK DESERVES A GOOD PRICE. I really am glad I got a second opinion because I was very put off by these guys at knight time Tattoo, they honestly acted like they didnt even want to deal with me......not sure why because I was nice when I went in.....maybe they dont like dealing with cover ups I dunno.....but long story short you want to keep your small businesses going ...you need go above and beyond to keep customers happy so they will return to keep your businesses going. Isnt all about customer services????I will never return to get more ink done here......sad because someone referred me to go here. What a huge disappointment!

When I first walked into Knight Times, I was immediately greeted some friendly artists. I explained what I wanted and they were incredibly helpful and very diligent in making sure they got it exactly how I wanted it. The cost was very fair and for my tattoo, it was done in just 20 minutes, and thats from a walk-in! They were very informative on how to care for the tattoo as it healed and they even sell really cheap aftercare kits in store as well. Im very happy with my tattoo and will definitely be recommending this place to others.

I went here to get my ears pierced and I was having a really bad day and I am terrified of needles. So much so that while getting them pierced I was in tears. I could barely speak. They were so kind to me the entire time and even got me to laugh a couple times even though I was a mess. Because of how it went and how positive my experience with them was I dont associate the experience in a negative way at all. I would absolutely go to them again if I decided to get another piercing in the future.

I went in after having issues with my tragus piercing. They were super kind and helpful, walked me through everything that was happening, and repierced my ear for me properly while letting me know the best way to care for my piercing going forward. Will definitely be coming back for more piercings.

I got a new tattoo as a xmas present from my brother who was in town. We went here on xmas eve, hoping Id be able to get in. Tony had a few piercings to do but was able to do mine. His shop and he are very clean, professional, and he does amazing work! He took time out of his xmas to give me mine. And we got a comedy show during. Best tattoo experience Ive ever had and I WILL be returning for more!!

Horrrrrible experience. Go to brainstorm if you want a proper piercing. My friend and I went in to get some piercings done. Little did we know, poor customer service from the front desk girl was the least of our problems. My friend went in first, came out and showed me her crooked piercings. She said she had told the piercer (forgot his name, older gentlemen with beard..said hes been piercing for 17 years) several times beforehand that the marks looked “off and had asked him to readjust them but he insisted they werent...they were very clearly crooked. I go in after her (should have seen the red flag) to get 4 piercings done. The first one is my front helix. He puts the mark where he believes is best. I look in the mirror and ask if he can move it closer to my other one..his response is why?....well not that I should have to explain myself as it is my body and Im paying for it, but I tell him because the first two were done sort of farther apart and I just want it closer... but I put it there for a reason. Its perfectly spaced....me: but I still just want it a little closer him:but then it will look like somebody didnt know what they were doing. After asking several more times for him to move it, and him refusing, alas, I cave in. Immediately regretted it when I looked in the mirror, it turned out exactly how I didnt want it to. The next piercing (conch) he didnt even bother to show me the placement beforehand to see if it was where I wanted. I thought he was marking my ear with marker but he just went ahead and pierced it. When I looked, it wasn’t where I wanted it AT ALL. He then started acting weird and turned around. I ask him whats wrong and he didn’t answer. I look at my friend, concerned and we both have no idea whats going on. The receptionist girl (who is his gf) comes over and they are kinda whispering to each other...I ask again whats wrong, no response. Then he says hes going to put another ring in. Ends up putting in a 14, when he pierced it with a 16 because the strange spot he pierced it in was too far and the ring wont reach around my ear. So he squeezes a 14 into my fresh piercing which hurt more than the initial piercing itself...without even warning me about what he was doing. I nearly had to beg him on each one of my piercings for it to be where I wanted, and he would refuse each time...resulting in 4 piercings that I no longer want. i have taken 2 out already and am comtemplating taking them all out. Every time i look in the mirror i get upset. My friend took hers out as well. We both wasted money. I wasted 100 dollars because he was too stubborn to listen and kept insisting he had done this for 17 years and knew what was best. Super frustrating. Would never recommend anybody to go here.Update: the other two piercings I ended up leaving in became incredibly infected shortly after, developed keloid scar tissue around both (the conch in particular) which I had to have surgically removed. $500 lesson learned. I’ve never had issues with my piercings healing before. Once healed I got my conch redone at brainstorm and the experience was infinitely better and has healed with ease.

I called about 7:30, when they close at 8 asking if i could get my nose pierced even though it was almost closing time, and the man that answered was tom..i’m pretty sure. and he said yes. he STAYED JUST FOR ME, when he didn’t have to. he was very calm, and genuinely kind, especially for me being nervous for my first nose piercing. thank you for being so awesome, i will be coming back!!

So far I have had my right nostril and belly button pierced as well as one tattoo. My husband has had one tattoo done a d will have another done today. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to properly care for tattoo and piercings. Everytime I come in it is very clean and they use clean tools each time.

First off, I just walked in (did not have appointment) and felt welcome. Cool atmosphere! I mean its a castle what gets better. Anyway I came in needing a coverup and had a intricate one picked out. He took a look and said it would be no problem. A little over two hours later the end result is beautiful! Freddy is who did my art I highly recommend him. Beyond pleased!

I am a chronic migraine sufferer. Last year I went to Knight Times Tattoo and had my left daith pierced to see if it would help. IT DID. I was no longer having headaches on the left side, however I continued to have headaches on the right side of my head. So, the other day I went in and had my right daith pierced. Almost immediately, I felt a difference. I cannot recommend this piercing enough to anyone who suffers from headaches and Knight Times Tattoo is definitely the place to have it done.

Some of the most sweetest people ever! They make you feel very comfortable before any service. I’ve gotten 6 piercings here and it’s the only place I’ll keep coming to. Super clean environment and the owner is very friendly.

The corset piecing I received was so well done, professional, and very even. I couldnt have asked for better and would say that this is probably the only place you could get a piercing like this at. They definitely know what theyre doing ^-^

Got my septum pierced here after checking their reviews. Once done all the guy said was to put bacitracin on it twice a day. Nothing else. So ive been doing that and two weeks later it is infected along with a keliod. After doing further research, the piercer didnt say anything about a saline wash nor a sea salt soak. If your going to be doing piercing at least educate your clients on how to care for them. This is irritating and hurts. I want this so im going to try to get rid of the infection without taking out the piercing.

Got a tattoo yesterday, it was nothing like what I took in and he sketched... There is no feeling like the disappointment of terrible permanent ink on your skin. I have gone here before with no issues, and the owner Tom recommended this artist.... save your skin- dont go here. I will NEVER go back. My first sign- the place was filthy and the artist David didnt open the needle fresh out of the package in front of me. Should have left then. Showed the owner Tom, he said to me its not that bad. Tattoo got infected- had to get antibiotics, it was so deep. Now i have a faded, scarred and embarrassing mess that will HAVE to be removed or covered.

Today was my 32nd birthday and I wanted a piercing, not just one piercing but a set of 6 in my left ear , the Cancer constellation ( my zodiac) . I walked in with a picture and walked out with an awesome set of piercings ! Friendly service , clean and completely professional .. definitely recommend !!!!!

Had a chest tattoo and a few piercings done a couple years back and the tattoo artist went waaay too deep on my skin and scarred me... even for a tattoo (and I have several) it was very painful. I have NO OTHER KELOIDS on my tats other than from the tattoo I had done at this particular shop. The ink has faded since then and you can’t even tell what the tatt is supposed to be. I am posting this review because I have seen other people posting about their piercings forming keloids or being crooked and I’m here to tell you that this is VERY TRUE and to proceed with caution before getting a tattoo OR piercing done there. They did NOT educate me on proper cleaning and aftercare as far as my tattoo OR piercings were concerned. And they use cheap ink. Friendly customer service to cover up bad performance.

My daughter got her ear cartridge pierced by Tom. She was so nervous but Tom was such a pro she didnt even flinch. Everything was clean and sterile and an enjoyable experience. I highly reccomend Knightime for any piercing or tattoos.

My boyfriend and I got our septums pierced here about a month ago. First off, they decided the gauge of the piercings for us right off the bat. Then, the piercer went through our cartilage (youre not supposed to do that if you get a septum piercing) and then told us to use bactine on it. Which youre also not supposed to do to piercings. I actually asked about the sea salt soak stuff I had at the time and he said he didnt recommend it. But after getting an infection thanks to the bactine, I started using the sea salt stuff, and, what do you know.... It cleared up. Dont get piercings here, and definitely do not listen to the staff if you do. Horrible service.

Got my belly button pierced here for the first time. Kept it Im for 6 painful months before another piercer told me to take it out right there. They pierced it too shallow, not getting enough skin and thats the reason it kept getting infected because it was rejecting. Will NEVER step foot in their shop again not only because of my experience but because of other peoples experiences as well.

Used them before but tonight I called in to see if the piercer was in. They said yes. Then after driving 30 minutes to get there they were closed an hour early. They didnt even tell me they would close early and thus wasted my time. Also when I got my nostril pierced here he insisted on using a 14 gauge needle and wouldnt listen to me telling him that was an incorrect size. Most nostril jewelry comes in 20 and 18 gauge.

I had my septum piercing helped weeks ago and it seems I had the same experience as another reviewer on the gauge was decided they told me to use bactine after a few days looking at it I realize that it was definitely crooked ,n I have to take it out and try to get it repierced somewhere else

Got a belly button piercing and a cartilage piercing both got infected, even though I cleaned them daily. They used cheap metal that looks like it is made from the same kind Barbie jewelry is made of (so plastic). Plus they didn’t even put the belly button piercing in the right place!!! If I️ could give them -500 stars I️ would.

My husband went in for a tattoo. The guy said come back at 4:30. Paid 400 no receipt was given. Finally got in at 7:00. Left at 11 with a blotched up mess of nothing but black globs and lines that were suppose to be flames. Deep cuts that look infected now. Dont go to Knight Times Tattoo! !!!!

Got my septum nose pierced and they left it crooked had to go back and they pull it out went through alot of pain for no reason .Asked for my money back and they refused saying i needed to get it re pierced what makes them thing i want to put myself in their hands again . The owner very disrespectful refused to give me my money back so disapointed it was a very painful piercing for no reason. Will never step a foot back in their shop

Me and my husband have been married for 10 years and wanted wedding band. No one else would do it so we went to knights Tattoo and they explained about the fingers and why it was hard to keep bands and we decided on letters instead. They were very friendly and made the experience awesome.

I had a very unpleasant visit last time I was there. Although the tattoos I got where nice, there needs to be a lot more focus on customer service & organization.Would not recommend

They suvk..they dont know how to Pierce they messed my cheek piercing up and the lady who runs the shop in fort Smith tried to fight me after I called her shop out.. great customer service!!! And Im pretty sure they were high on coke!!! Awesome people!

I just got a cover up and am so amazed how good he did! Very awesome work! He had a lot of stuff to cover and now i have a very pretty rose and they are friendly and was very helpful. I will be back soon , for more work, that needs to be fixed!!

The day I was supposed to get my tattoo the tattoo parlor screwed me over and never showed up so I went to Knight times tattoo and someone just canceled their appointment, so they were able to work me in. I recommend Freddy probably the coolest artist I’ve been able to get did a perfect job on my tattoo came out better than expected and his hand work is amazing. Don’t mind the annoying rude crybaby girl at the front Freddy’s work makes up for all of it.
