My 11 year old daughter had her ears peirce. Everyone was very nice and polite. My daughter felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized. I highly recommend the place.

Kelsey is an amazingly talented artist. She did an awesome job on my upper sleeve tattoo! The a attention to details in the flowers and everything is outstanding! I gave her ideas of what I like and she made my tattoo come to life! She asked me throughout the process of what I wanted and honestly I felt very assured with her artistic capabilities. This is a Veteran owned place and has many great artists. If you are looking for a place to go I would 100% recommend them. They book out fast so ho make your appointment now!!

Absolutely recommend!!! The first time at the shop will not be our last. Kelsey did outstanding. She made sure my daughter was 100% happy with everything. Talked her through the whole thing! She just turned 18 in January and has been looking forward to this ever since!! Not only did she help her feel comfortable. She made sure my 4 year old had toys and coloring pages and GAVE HER A TATTOO!! Now Im sure its not ideal to bring small children with you for a tattoo! And we had planned on leaving so I could keep her entertained elsewhere. But Kelsey made us comfortable, and we stayed while the oldest was getting her tattoo!! All the other staff were great too!!! I definitely felt welcome, and I am excited to go back for my own appointment. Not to mention, the tattoo came out AMAZING!! The drive from Weaverville was worth it!! I wish we were closer. Thank you all so much.

A breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in I was treated with care and respect. My Artist Alexis really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I had imagined! I got my first tattoo from Hellcat in West Palm Beach, FL 20 years ago. I moved to Waynesville 12 years ago and Hellcat opened up shop here! I was ecstatic and got 2 more tattoos here in Franklin! Amazing work by Dave Porter! I am so happy they opened shop here! If youre looking for a shop, this is the only place you need to look! PERIOD!

If I could give a 100 🌟 review I would.I am OBSESSED with the cover up I got a few days ago. Clean shop, friendly, straight shooting staff. Worked with my ideas and combined stellar technology where you can actually see the cover up on your own body. My cover up turned out WAY better than expected. And I will be a repeat customer. Yall, come on down to Hellcats for ANY of your ink therapy needs!!!!

The staff here have been professional and friendly at every visit and appointment I have had with them. They were very easy to plan my tattoos with, providing a very laid back atmosphere for me to give them my ideas, and offering me their professional recommendations and suggestions for any alterations that they thought might improve the piece. The shop is clean, the people are great, and the work is immaculate.

Well i got my first tattoo at the ripe old age of 46. and this was a tattoo that had more meaning than anything in my life. kelsey worked with me on the design and wouldnt even start till i was happy with the pattern. she did an amazing job. so much i drove back 3 1/2 hours so she could do the addition to it. and she is also working on my next which also holds great meaning. i met the whole crew. these are some amazing people with some great talent. i will go back and will do so no matter the drive.

I got a couple of barracks-tats 30 years ago in the Army and didnt think Id ever get another one. But after a series of life-altering events that brought me and my brother back together, along with our new-found sister (!), we three decided to get one together. Kelsey did an INSANELY great job in welcoming us in, and working with us to get our design just right. Friendly folks, and they know what theyre doing. I couldnt recommend them any stronger! Thanks Hellcat for providing us with the perfect reminder of what is important in our lives!!!

Love these people. 30 minutes before closing, and completely understanding if I would have gotten turned away, I stopped in for a small tattoo and information on becoming a long term client for a thigh piece. They took me and were incredibly personable. Im excited to start making long term plans with them!

I got a tattoo from here about a week and a half ago, it was my first tattoo and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The gentleman that did it did an amazing job and if you’re looking at getting a tattoo I would highly recommend at least just coming in and getting a feel of the atmosphere and the people but I absolutely love my tattoo...
