Thomas at Dendar is awesome. He has done four ear piercings for me. His place is immaculately clean. His jewelry selection is a select, intentionally chosen selection of only high quality jewelry. He’s super careful with the sterilizing, and also makes sure the piercing is EXACTLY what and where the client wants. This time I wanted a staggered piercing above existing piercings—super happy with the whole experience. Awesome service and incredibly knowledgable!I came here to get jewelry change and was looking for a good quality hoop and wanted to go to a piercer to 1. See what the issue was with my piercing and 2. Recommendations on the type of earring that would be best.I’ve had lots of issues with the current jewelry on my cartilage and turns out I was allergic to the metal! I never would have known if I did not come here to get my piercing replaced. I knew it wasn’t right since it was constantly swollen and inflamed.Unfortunately, a hoop wasn’t a good fit due to the placement of my piercing. He recommended an alternative based on the rings he saw I was wearing. It was literally PERFECT and totally my style! It was a straight post but the earring matches the ring I wear every single day. I was very impressed with the way he handled my piercing as it was inflamed and irritated. It was very quick and painless! He educated me on best practice and explained in detail why certain earrings would not work and how they may cause more pain down the road.All in all, definitely will be back, he was hilarious and really wonderful to work with! Made me feel very comfortable and my boyfriend already wants to get a piercing from him!

This is the second time coming here. I took my son the first time and my daughter the second time. He is great with kids and he keeps their mind off of what is going on. He is definitely straight forward and honest which is appreciated. It helps when you are trying to make the best decision for you or your kids. I will only come here for any piercings and I recommend it to everyone that is interested or thinking about getting one.

Tom was wonderful to work with! I called randomlyAnd asked if he could fit my 4 year old daughter and I in as we were right next door. He told us to come in even though he was on his lunch break. He welcomed us and set us up. He quickly but efficiently pierced my ear then set my daughter up. He explained everything he was doing and took it slowly. She was nervous for her second ear to be pierced after the first and he talked to her and let her know she did not have to do it and he would not do it unless she said yes. She eventually said yes and he quickly pierced it. She was so happy with the results! An earring fell out in the bath tub. We called and Tom fit us in in his off day and placed a new earring in for free. We appreciate Tom’s patience, sense of humor, and accommodating us in many ways! We were both very comfortable in his shop and appreciated all of his understanding.

We used Piercings by Dendar for my daughter to get her ears pierced. Though she was very nervous her experience was very positive. Thomas told her everything she was going to go through before hand and was very friendly and comforting. We are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience. We were able to get a same day appointment and went in as a family. He was kind and friendly to our nervous daughter who was getting her first ear piercings. My wife and I both also got something done and he was very thorough with sanitation and very gentle with the needle. Great experience all around.

Got a daith piercing done here and had a great experience! I walked in on a day when I was at the coffee shop next door and he was able to pierce me that day! Super personable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also super knowledgeable about his craft.

The owner is great, very informative, knowledgeable and keeps a sterile shop! I’ve had several body piercings myself back in the day from different shops in the Frederick area and never felt as comfortable as I did at Piercings by Dendar. I’ve been taking my daughters here for about 3 years now and between the two of them a total of six piercings. My youngest had some problems with the healing process of her conch piercing and had some swelling, typical if not cleaned properly. Both times I called the owner he was always available and able to fit her in that day no problem to properly clean it and change out the bar. Highly recommended!!

If I could give no starts, I would.I called spoke to him today and asked if he had availability for 3 nose piercings today, 1 adult and two minors. He advised he did and advised what we needed to bring for proper identification for the two minors. I asked the price and he said between $70-$80. We arrive at our scheduled time and he was rude, snippy and odd but whatever, we just wanted our piercings. I told my daughter we will get the least expensive jewelry (we can change it at a later date) and he said, I dont work like that, none of my jewelry is cheap. I immediately apologized and said I wasnt insinuating it was cheap, simply that we would be getting the least expensive. He then told me the price for nose piercings were $100-$120. I reminded him of our conversation ( about 2 hours prior to our appointment) and he said I told him we wanted ear piercings. Definitely did not say ear piercings. I respectfully declined to have our piercings there because that price was about $50 more than others. I was leaving with my daughter and my niece was in the bathroom. He asked me to wait because he didnt want to be left alone with a minor. Odd but ok. When we first got there, I went to the bathroom. After we left, my daughter and niece told me some inappropriate and pretty creepy comments he made to my daughter while I was in the restroom. He told her that her anxiety of a needle in her nose is adorable to him and that he was like a grown man and she was like a little baby to him.. so weird. He was also using profanity while speaking to my daughter a niece. Not at them, but in conversation. You can do what you want I guess when you own your own business but wow, he was not professional, quoted different pricing over the phone vs in person and is a little creepy. Places and people like that are not where I would spend or consider spending my time & money.

This place is absolutely awesome. Thomas is so welcoming and is an expert and diligent at his craft. He asks you what you want specifically and then takes the time to explain everything to you that he will be doing. Everything is clean and sterile. I keep going back to him whenever I want something new or different!!

I got my naval piercing here and it was great! He made sure to educate me on the sterilization process of the materials which made me feel very comfortable but also made sure i know how to properly care for the piercing. The jewelry here is the best quality as well! I highly recommend and won’t be going anywhere else in the future :)

I went here with my mom and sister on a Saturday afternoon. My sister and I got our second lobe piercings, and the experience was amazing! Dendar was really great to talk to, he made us feel welcome and at ease since I was a little nervous. He was very knowledgeable as well. Thank you Dendar! We love our piercings :) ❤️

Been a customer multiple times. yesterday had the worst experience . everything was good until i asked to buy jewelry off of him from a piercing that had closed due to wrong jewelry in before. I got banned for asking to get jewelry off of him so i could fix my issue. he is very bipolar. everything was good we were joking around and in a flip of a switch he was a guy i never recognized. he was so mad he threw down the payment machine, kicked the door and the chair outside kicking me on accident bc of his anger. he’s an excellent piercer but his anger and behavioral issues are not okay. i went to him for jewelry bc i had trusted him but now i can’t go back…

Great experiences on multiple occasions. Tom really knows the correct ways to pierce different types of anatomy, and is clear with his intentions and instructions. He’s also a top notch guy and a lot of fun to talk to.

I came in for two piercings in my ear over the weekend and it was a great first experience. The shop was clean and quiet, dendar was extremely diligent keeping everything sterile. Tom is wonderful! My daughter had begged me for about a year to get her ears pierced. Piercing by Dendar was the highest rated in Frederick, and there was a good reason why! The office is really clean and takes sanitation seriously. He put my 6yo daughter at ease and played Disney music while he pierced her ears. She didn’t even flinch and said it felt like a big pinch! Tom also did a really good job on the placement of her earrings! I’m so happy that this was such a positive experience and highly recommend!!

Came in looking for quality jewelry very good experience in the store although when trying communicate to order the jewelry I received no response and was forced to buy my jewelry elsewhere. Excellent experience all the way around. Would recommend to anyone, especially if looking to take your younger kid(s). My almost 6 year old got her ears pierced and did a great job. Thomas was very kind and considerate, gave her a few minutes to gather herself etc. We also listened to Disney music,which she thought was awesome!

Just took my 10-year old to get her ears pierced here . This was her second ear piercing experience , first experience wasn’t great (different place) and we had to take them out. She was excited an entire week prior until we pulled up and was very anxious. Tom was quickly able to put her at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. I went here based off of reviews and it was amazing. I have wanted my nose pierced for years but have been super nervous and put it off. He was so incredibly amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I had a super deviated septum that other shops turned down on piercing. Called up piercing by dender he answered right away, got me in extremely fast, nice clean shop, welcoming environment and super sick dude, 12/10 recommend!!

Me and my wife took our 3 year old here after she had been begging for weeks to get her ears pierced. Piercing by Denbar made my daughter feel comfortable when he pierced her ears…he spoke to her asked her how she felt and if she needed a break…you can tell he cares about his clients! His studio is very clean and just overall had a wonderful experience with him! Highly recommend him!

Thomas is friendly and professional. His shop is very clean. He took the time to have a conversation with my daughter before he began which made her feel quite comfortable. When he began the piercing he moved quickly to make the difficult part as brief and painless as possible. The earrings he put in look great. We had a great experience for our family’s first piercing. Don’t forget your child’s birth certificate.

Place is clean, piercer is very professional and knows his stuff. He makes you feel so un-nervous (if thats a word). Made sure I was alright during the piercing process whole time. Informed me of other things I can do to improve my other piercings. I applaud him. And this is a great place for piercing newbies.

I took my 3 year old to get her ears pierced. I spoke with Thomas prior to the appointment and he was clear he would only pierce her ears if she was calm/ enthusiastic about the ear piercing. The studio is exceptionally clean, and he only uses high grade materials. There was no maintenance, no infections, and 9 months later they have healed beautifully and symmetrically.

My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Tom today, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire visit! From the time we walked in, until the time we left, I had the biggest smile! Tom was fantastic with my very nervous and shy 10 year old daughter as she got her ears pierced for the first time. He talked her through the process and was so patient while she needed a breather before her 2nd ear was done. He also helped us out a week later (free of charge) to replace one earring that came out. Got my septum done and brought a couple friends who wanted some impromptu nose piercings as well. I was nervous to get my septum done just anywhere for the last few years that Ive wanted it and Im glad I waited until i came here. It turned out really awesome. Had an amazing experience. I walked in without an appointment just to find quality jewelry for my cartilage piercings. After letting Tom know that I had not had them pierced properly, he (free of charge) inspected my piercings and the jewelry I had in, educating me each step of the way as to what was or wasn’t a quality piercing. He recommended sizing that would work with the amateur angling of the piercings, and informed me I needed to use a different gauge for my piercings to heal properly. When I bought proper jewelry, he switched them out for me, free of charge as well. Throughout this process I was consistently impressed by the kind, nonjudgmental demeanor of the piercer and his current trainee (a delightful young lady), the obvious knowledge held and willingness to educate, and the hygiene and care taken in practice. Will definitely recommend!

I received both a nostril and a septum piercing from Thomas over the past few months. Hes very thorough, sanitary, and knowledgeable about his work which I really appreciated and it made me feel comfortable and at ease when getting my piercings done, especially after a previous bad experience in the past with another piercer. Got a septum piercing for my birthday and it literally turned out so straight and perfect!! The price was totally worth it and he gave really good tips and it was overall a really professional and sterile environment.

My wife and I went in here last week to get her nose pierced, and Thomas was super welcoming and funny. He made sure to explain how he was cleaning everything and why he was making the choices he was. She was really nervous (she passes out easily) and told him this, and he was able to put her at ease so effortlessly. She had a great experience and her nose is healing well.We came in again for me today. I’d had three holes in each earlobe pierced previously (very badly) and they had mostly closed up, so I went here to get them done right. Thomas was able to do all six piercings in one appointment, which was exactly what I was hoping for. He gave me a discount since I was getting so many, which I really appreciated. The piercings went super smoothly and he was very professional with making sure they were even and fitting right in each earlobe. He again sterilized everything right in front of us. While we were waiting for the autoclave, he told us some stories about previous piercings and how seriously he takes consent, especially with minors getting piercings, and how piercings influence mental health and bodily autonomy. That was really, really cool of him to share and made us feel so comfortable. I wasn’t nervous, but his humor and conversation took away any potential nerves!Highly recommend if you’re looking for a piercer who knows what he’s talking about, makes you feel comfortable, and is clean.

My wife and I took our 6 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. Tom was gentle and very informative. He really set my daughter at ease. I was impressed with how clean the shop was, and how I saw him change gloves multiple times as he touched different things. When my daughter lost the ball end of her piercing, he allowed us to come back and gave us two new ones free of charge. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend!!! Very clean, friendly and welcoming environment! I have MANY piercings but, I always get nervous before a new one! Tom is very professional but also is very friendly and quite the comedian! By the time he was set up to do my piercing, I had quite a few laughs and was relaxed and ready to get my new second conch. A tricky area, but he made it painless and simple! My piercing looks wonderful and is already healing perfectly! I took my daughter there to get her nose pierced for her birthday. Thomas was incredible. He walked her through the entire process, including consent and sterilization of his equipment. He made her feel comfortable and at ease. It was a wonderful experience and I will 100% recommend him to anyone.

Tom is the man! By far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. He explained the sterilization process throughly as he was doing it while also doing his best with chit chat to make sure any anxiety I had was minimal. Tom is a great guy to have a conversation with and makes you feel super comfortable. He is super professional yet super laid back and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thomas and his apprentice are professional and personable. I felt very at ease with them from the start. Thomas knows the difference between internally and externally threaded jewelry and only uses good quality pieces in his work. His shop was small, homey, and very clean. I will definitely be returning. I was really impressed by him. If youre looking for someone who knows what theyre doing, I would definitely recommend him, especially for a first piercing experience.

Tom is amazing!! I’ve done four piercings with him and he makes me feel safe with every one of them. I love how clean his place is and he makes sure to sterilize everything before using. I went in today for a VCH piercing. I would 20/10 recommend!! The shop is very clean and welcoming. The experience was wonderful. He was very professional and informative and still made me feel comfortable and safe. He kept me laughing which helped to keep my mind at ease for this piercing I’d chickened out of many times in the past! I was most impressed with making sure that the piercing would work for me as well as making sure the placement was ideal. I was a bit nervous going in to get my second lobe pierced all by myself, but he was so personable and kind that I never had a chance to get myself worked up after I walked in the door. I cannot recommend Piercings by Dendar enough - if you are sure - just go for it!

So awesome! My sister and I went in for a nose piercing and an ear piercing and had a great experience. Thomas and his fiancé were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable, and he was great about explaining the entire process of how the jewelry is made and sourced, along with ensuring us that all of the surfaces and tools/jewelry were sterilized. He even asked us for song requests and kept us laughing the whole time! Definitely will be back for future piercings and would recommend to a friend :)

I always have a great experience here! He is dedicated to cleanliness and safety. He supplies ethically sourced jewelry in his shop is an important value to me, so I appreciate having such a wide range of quality and ethical jewelry to choose from. He is professional and unquestionably knowledgeable. His dedication to doing what is best for his clients (even if that means not doing a piercing on someone that he know will not heal properly) is reflected by piercings that are done well and heal well. Like tattoos, you get what you pay for. I never worry about my piercings here so I have no problem paying more for the highest quality and peace of mind.

This was the first time i got pierced by a professional piercer and it was literally the best experience. He was talking and creating conversation to make me feel less anxious and he was so fun to talk to. And the best part was that he cleaned EVERYTHING in front of me while explaining how he cleans everything. The place was super sanitized and sterile. He told me how he was gonna pierce my nose and he was so calm and friendly. Literally the BEST customer service. 100% recommend, will be going here for future piercings only.

Best place for piercings!! The only piercing I had before yesterday was my lobes (done at Claire’s when I was 10). I was super nervous but was immediately put at ease while we talked and I watched the tools being sterilized. The shop was incredibly clean and I felt very safe. The conch piercing didn’t hurt nearly as much as I hyped myself up for it and Tom explained why he was putting it in the position based on the anatomy of my ear. 1000% worth every penny. I never thought I was one for piercings but the smooth process and flawless final result made me want even more. I will never go anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either!

Absolutely awesome. He was very educated about literally everything to do with piercing- from the jewelry quality & the specifics of the sterilization required. I definitely felt like I made the best choice coming here to get my daith pierced. He makes sure you’re relaxed & as comfortable as possible too, which was really nice. Dendar is BEYOND, amazing. He is immediately interactive with you, extremely friendly, a great comedic, and thorough piercer.Hes honest about your anatomy and willing to try the difficult ones (I was one). I could not have asked for a better first experience with a professional piercer. The building was spotless and he took care to sanitize before and after everything he did. I came into the shop knowing ahead to problematic piercings. I had him look at the piercings and evaluate the situation. He advised to take them out. And he was very detail-oriented on what was happening to these piercings. He is super knowledgeable and it was very friendly in regards to the situation at hand. A lot of experience Ive had with piercers have been straightforward it was more of a service they didnt really care as much about the customer. But I feel like this gentleman really cares about his job and cares about the work that he does. He replaced the jewelry in my conch and assisted me with keeping up with the aftercare and what to do next. While I was there a family came in to pierce their eight-year-old daughters here. And I love how we explain to the eight-year-old the process of getting a piercing. He asked her if she understood consent. She replied no. He informed her of what consent was and told the family that in order for her to get her ears pierced she needs to consent to what he is doing in to understand exactly what is going to happen. Because of this I have a lot of respect for him and his business because consent is a big deal when it comes to things like this.I will be back :)

Wow, first time getting a facial piercing and Tom was amazing! I had questions and he answered them fully! The atmosphere was super relaxed and comfortable with only one appointment allowed in the building at a time. I went back in to get my nose checked and he downsized to a smaller piercing. Got my earlobes pierced here yesterday. Was my first piercing so I was little nervous but the owner/piercer put me at ease and the process was a lot easier and less painful than I thought! Compared to getting a tattoo or event a shot at the doctor, it was nothing. I liked that he explained the whole process from start to finish and was very thorough about sterilization. You might be spending more money here than you would at a piercing pagoda, but Id say its money well spent to ensure you have an easy and safe piercing experience from a dedicated professional. This is the cleanest place you will go to in Frederick. I refuse to go anywhere else. It’s on the pricier side but it’s completely worth it knowing how sterile everything is and that you won’t get an infection as long as you’re doing your part to clean it correctly. I’ve gotten 3 piercings from here before and every time I was nervous. Thomas always puts me at ease and I walk out so incredibly happy with my newest addition! I refuse to go to a tattoo shop that makes piercings an afterthought. Piercings is all he does and he does them well! So thankful I found this one of a kind shop that puts your comfort and satisfaction ahead of profit (packing as many piercings in a day as possible).

Thom was an absolute pleasure from the moment I reached out to him to schedule my lip piercing. On arrival at his studio, I instantly felt at ease by his easygoingness and warm voice. I had a double cartilage piercing done post-shutdown and Tom was FANTASTIC. I was a little nervous beforehand but he explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I took my daughter to have her naval piercing done today, but because of her anatomy she wasnt able to have it done. He explained in great detail why it would be best to wait, and I am so glad he did because I had no idea. The shop was private and very clean. The selection of jewelry was nice, there were quite a few lovely gold pieces as well. I wanted a custom leroi top ordered and they got on it immediately without even meeting me as a customer. The perusing itself was virtually painless and fast. My mother and I came here today; she got her daith and upper helix done, and I got my second lobe piercing as well as my mid helix. I was very impressed with this place. Tom was extremely easy to work with and very genuine. This did not feel like a cold transaction, this felt like hanging with one of my buddies (while getting pierced). First, he took the time to explain why my original plan wouldnt work, of course I was dissapointed but I had great respect for the honesty and his integrity to do the job right, not just make a quick buck. As everyone else mentioned, he pays very close attention to sanitation. Ive been to many piercing shops where they usually rip the tools out of sealed plastic. WOW. I love this piercer! I stopped by to get a second opinion about whether I could get a septum piercing. Another piercer had said no, because I barely have a “sweet spot.” Dendar took a look, told me I also had a deviated septum, and said that yes, it would be a risk to try to pierce. But, he knew he could do it, and was down for the challenge.We talked for a while before my appointment and this guy is SO fun to talk to. He’s awesome. And he pierced my septum perfectly! I had the best experience today! Dendar’s an artist. You can tell he really cares about his craft and loves it. He’s super proud of his autoclave and knows a lot about quality of jewelry and materials.

I got my belly button pierced and was so nervous because I don’t like needles, but he made me feel very comfortable. He kept me distracted by keeping conversation, making me laugh, and playing music. He explained how he cleaned his tools, how he was going to pierce me, and answered all 500 of my questions lol. My piercing isn’t swollen or even red in the slightest so far (which was very different from my other piercings where I got elsewhere). I would 100% come back here to get more piercings in the future.

I brought my 5 year old daughter to Piercings by Dendar to get her ears pierced after she decided she wanted them done when her cousin got hers pierced. Tom was awesome and did a great job making her feel comfortable, because she was understandably nervous. He made a point of asking her if she was sure and making it clear it was her choice, which I appreciated.The process started with her picking out a color, and then letting her watch the anodizing process to get her purple earrings. Once that was done, they put on her choice of music (My Little Pony, naturally) and we watched Tom pull fresh needles out of their packaging and sterilize everything. When he was ready, my daughter popped up on the table, and he was done in about 3 minutes. Not a tear to be seen, and she didnt even flinch.It was a great experience, and if you have children ready for their first piercing, I couldnt recommend Tom any higher.

Ive had several other body modification piercings get rejected from my body and the piercings ive had from him havent done that, especially when kept clean. Also, I got my piercing during the pandemic and he was very conscious of masks and all of that, plus he would ask if it was okay if he locked the door, which I really respected. The only negatives I have to say is that he is very talkative, which is good if you like having great conversations (its just my personal preference), but also is very vocal about some political-ish topics which is the only reason Im giving it a 4 star because I dont enjoy getting into topics of that nature with someone im not familiar with.TL;DR: Overall a great, clean experience. Worth your money and your time

It’s been now 6 months since I’ve gotten my septum pierced and to this day it still is painful to touch. I’ve cleaned it everyday and did everything I was supposed to. Which makes me feel it’s pierced in the wrong spot. When I came here in August, I showed up 10 minutes early because I just wanted to look at jewelry and because most people like when you’re a few minutes early so they’re not waiting. I had no problem waiting in the lobby area, but the owner rolled his eyes because I walked in. He asked to look at my septum to see if I’d be a good fit, and he did a .02 second glance and goes “okay come on back”. When I walked in the back, it felt like a hospital. During the piercing process I’m trying to make friendly conversations and everything, I mean everything I would say he had something negative and condescending to reply back to. When he finally pierced me, I stood up and walked to the closest mirror I saw, he then goes “not that mirror, over there” and aggressively points across the room to walk over there. There’s no sign or anything saying not to walk to that mirror? Unbelievably rude. It’s also CRAZY that he makes you pay to get jewelry changed, even if you purchase jewelry from him. He also pierces you with a much thicker gage needle than other shops, which you can imagine hurts way worse and he wasn’t gentle at all. No other piercing places have that system. I paid $100 + $10 tip (even though I didn’t want to tip). I’m also so shocked at how many good reviews this place has and recommendations on Facebook. When I was talking to a few people about where I went they said “omg I went there too and didn’t have a good experience either”. I get that not everyone is in the best mood some days, but when you’re going and trusting someone to pierce you; you expect them to be comforting, informative and welcoming when you step foot in a space. I was also going here alone, which didn’t help the off vibes I got. If you’re reading this and considering getting a piercing, go to Time Bomb in downtown frederick. I was there before and they were SO MUCH nicer. I hate leaving reviews for small businesses like this, but I really feel it’s necessary to tell people how my experience has been.

I walked in very last minute and he was super nice and inviting. Explained everything to me and showed everything to me before he pierced. I got a little nervous so he was able to joke around with me to calm me down which helped a lot. Love it so much! Definitely going back!

Dendar is great! My piercing is beautiful, its healing wonderfully and I feel a million times more confident. I cant stress enough how important it is to go back in to get a shorter bar after healing, especially for an oral piercing. In order to avoid tooth damage you NEED to get a shorter bar. Dendars prices for the jewelry are half off when you come back in for a jewelry change. That will come to 10 dollars guys, seriously GO BACK to get a shorter bar. Dendar knows what hes doing and is obviously passionate about his career. I felt 100 percent comfortable with him and I will definitely go back for future piercings.

My 8 year old daughter finally wanted her ears pierced and it was not a easy thing to find a shop to do them. I didnt want a piercing gun to be used on her. Ive heard nothing but terrible things when it comes to them. But I finally came across piercings by Dendar! What really amazed me was how he had my 8 year old sign papers saying she wanted this. That was a very nice touch! He was very kind to my crying girl and saw to it that her ears were pierced when she was ready. I would recommend Thomas any time to anyone!

I went here to get my nose pierced and I was instantly greeted with smiles, they have great service. When I walked in the guy asked me questions so that I knew that everything here was safe he showed me that everything was sterile and cleaned he answered all the questions I asked and he did a great job I love where my nose ring is placed and I love the way it looks! Piercing experience was great! I was definitely nervous going in, but piercer was professional and clean. The only thing I wish Id understood was the pricing structure as it wound up being a little more expensive than I expected and I wasnt sure what the structuring of pricing was.

Ok .. where to start . I have had several piercings at many different shops around and this by FAR has been the best experience . There was another customer ahead of me i had to wait to be pierced before i could get my eyebrow pierced and honestly i had a blast having conversations with everyone in the shop and it ended up being a learning session on good aftercare and what not before i even sat in the chair . Its very clear to me and to anyone whos been in the shop that this is something they take pride in and their work shows, best piercing experience ive ever had hands down . I highly recomend this shop ! i even lost a ball on an earring and called them up and was told to come right in and they hooked me up with what i needed . best customer service in town guaranteed , if u guys read this your awesome and ur work speaks for itself.

Scheduled an appointment on my way through. I had been driving for over 2 hours. They have no waiting room. I was an hour early for my appointment and asked if I could use the bathroom. The jackass of an owner begrudgingly let’s me in to use the bathroom. After about 30 seconds of being in there he starts screaming and cussing at me for taking too long. This guy is extremely unstable and I would not trust him anywhere near my body with a needle. I will be reporting to the state health department also. If I could give negative start I would. He was also reaching in his pants like he was going to pull out a gun. He needs to spend time in jail. He is anti military too.

I will always keep going back to Tom! He is very knowledgable and is always so friendly. Prices are always fair. I recommend him to my family and friends. Definitely best place in Frederick to get a piercing.

I went to this shop just to purchase jewelry. Very knowledgeable about different systems of jewelry that are available. I ended up losing a ball off of the the pieces I purchased less than a weeks time, and was able to get a replacement free of charge. Horrible experience. Went to get my nose and belly button pierced didn’t get either one done. The owner was being extremely harsh telling me I could not get my belly button pierced, And made me very uncomfortable. Was called rude by the owner after being made uncomfortable and not responding to him. Should not talk to costumers especially minors like that.

I really like that he sterilizes the needles in front of you, and talks to you about consent, the piercings are pricey but it’s totally worth it i have yet to get an infection. plus it doesn’t hurt when he does the piercing in my opinion
