We actually had a bad experience previously. My son’s ear was pierced incorrectly (way too low) so we went back today and were helped by Myranda. She was AMAZING. Very nice, professional and helpful. I live in Frederick but I usually drive to Montgomery county or Arundel Mills to visit a banter by pagoda kiosk, but I took a chance today and visited the Frederick location. I haven’t visited the Frederick location for various reasons but today I was greeted and serviced by Ashley who was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of what she is selling. She was very patient with me and she went above and beyond. For those reasons I will definitely return to the Frederick location instead of driving out my way to visit banter. She also made sure to line my piercings up correctly with the ones I already had so they were in the proper place. She was kind, friendly and very professional. I took my 4 year old there today to get her ears pierced. The staff was incredibly friendly and made her feel relaxed and comfortable. Two of the ladies did her ears at the same time and it was quick and painless. If you have smaller kids and want to get their ears pierced this is the place place to go!

Wonderful experience! The associate was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Our daughter is a week from turning 4 months and did great! Obviously cried immediately after the piercing but recovered well. The associate was super quick while being safe and professional. She explained everything including healing/follow up. We paid a total of $87.98, $70 for the earrings (includes the piercing fee), $13 for the after care cleanser plus tax. They have a decent selection of earrings which range in price, we chose cubic zirconia 14K studs. Hope this review was helpful : )
