Its rare to find an employee as dedicated, responsive, and kind as my experience with Sydney at this location. She was simply a lifesaver and gave me so much information on top of that about nose ring gauges and what to get. She saved my day on more than one occasion! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! I am forever grateful.

I go to Claires quite a bit. My granddaughter got her ears pierced there so we belong to the are club. The staff has always been so friendly and so kind and patient. Truly the staff makes it a fun place to shop For as busy as they are the store is very well organized.

Setup an appointment online with Claires to have my daughters ears pierced this morning. Connie was exceptional in explaining everything to my daughter and I. She relieved any anxieties my daughter had about getting her ears pierced (i.e. is it going to hurt much?!). Overall, it was a great experience for my daughter. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Connie for those who are getting their piercings for the first time.

Connie at the Spotsylvania location was absolutely amazing! My son had been looking for this little chick since 2020 and she helped me find it so I bought all of them! Thank you so much Connie you’re an angel!

So much to see a visual overload. Its small but packed. On a weekend hard to move about. Sale was excellent, employees super helpful. Lines could get long but they move quickly. My advice with this place and anywhere this time of year, know what you are buying and what it should cost on sale. Computer registers can have glitches.

Tosha was amazing. I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The store was super busy, but her and the other employee (sorry I didnt note the name) did a good job keeping up without anyone feeling neglected.I docked one star for the earring prices not being displayed anywhere.

Dont have much call to shop here, but the one time I needed to in order to find accessories for a Halloween costume, the lady working was SO nice and helpful. She helped me find what I needed on the clearance rack since it was for a very short-lived use so I wouldnt have to spend as much. I really appreciated it!

Hi! I recently got talked into getting my ears pierced by my friend. I went to Claire’s and there were two ladies working and I can’t remember their names for the life of me. It was on 2/11 at around 2ish. They were very sweet and I watched another lady get her ears pierced too and it seemed very pain free. So I went through with it. And I’m very happy that I did. I appreciate the lady, who gave me my piercing, talking me through every step and offered to count down. Would definitely get another piercing here.

Usually you take your kids here and the workers just wait for them to pick what they want so they can ring them up. However, this evening, 9/17, the cashier rudely told one of my girls that its more polite to hand the money to the cashier instead of setting the money on the counter. So we politely tell our daughter, its fine what you did. You can set the money on the counter if you dont feel comfortable handing the money to the cashier. This daughter does have an issue with touching others, especially because of this pandemic. The cashier then said that we should teach our kids manors and how to deal with a cashier. She also stated that most parents would appreciate the advice she gave our daughter. She then proceeded to throw and slam the items around that my daughter had picked. We informed her to keep her parenting advice to herself and the cashier said she didnt have kids. Yet, she insisted on giving us advice. As we were paying for the second transaction, the cashier then loudly stated that our card had been declined, Im guessing to try and embarrass us. But it wasnt declined. As we were leaving, she aggressively yelled to have a great night maam. While we were in the store, she never once said hello to any of the customers, never asked to help. She sat in a step ladder behind the cash register on her phone the entire time. There were several boxes of merchandise behind the little wall on next to the register, which Im sure would be there all night. Also, her shirt was barely big enough to cover the upper part of her body. Pretty inappropriate clothing to wear for a job Id say. Definitely need to get better employees that actually want a job. Well probably just go to 5 below for now on.

My son just had his ears pierced here and they were reasonably priced! I forget the ladys name that did it but she had blondish/pink hair. She knew exactly what she was doing and did a great job.

My wife and stepdaughter took my granddaughter to Claire’s to get her ears pierced. They took such good care of her, did both ears at the same time to limit the drama. So professional.

My 11 year old had her ears pierced here recently. Sidney and coworker were awesome. Easy peasy piercing and no drama.

The store was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly at the register, but I would have preferred if someone acknowledged when I walked in and offered guidance (I was shopping for a gift & unfamiliar with the store).

I found everything I was looking for they have a lot of great gifts for young girls! Most of the items in store were half off for christmas which can help you save when shopping for gifts! The associates were very frendly and helpful aswell, and the store was very clean and organized.

Overpriced...products arent made to last. Daughters fav FIRST stop at the mall. Shes excited every visit..for that I give 5stars. Thanks for making my kid happy Claires.Bonus * Bless you for offering military discount.

Went in to get our daughters ear pierced, the two options were for $60 or $120. Seem pretty high for a one year old to get their ears pierced.

I got my older sons ears pierced and it was a lot easier than he thought (overthinker)! Great job ☺️

Hello! This is Kali, I recently came there to get my ears pierced,I loved the woman who pierced my ears she was so kind and funny! I definitely give her a 10/10!!

I got my ears pierced here for my 8th birthday. Long story short, I’ve moved out of state since then and if I go back, well, I won’t ever come back here to get another piercing. If I were to summarize my experience; it was really expensive (about $100 including the cleaner and 2 packs of earrings), hurt really bad because a type of piercing gun was used, and easily got infected. It’s been 5 years since the experience and even now changing earrings is a horrible experience because there is a part of the inside my ear that wasn’t even pierced! Won’t go back again. I recently got my second holes pierced at a local tattoo shop and not only was it cheap, it was also practically pain-free. Parents, don’t take your kids here. It seems like it’s a nice kid-friendly place for your little one to get a piercing and have a nice experience, but I would recommend a tattoo parlor despite the possibly intimidating atmosphere around tattoo parlors, I would rather have gone to a tattoo parlor with an intimidating atmosphere surrounding to get a good job than go to a cutesy kid’s store to get a less than amazing job done for a ridiculous price.

Took our 8 yr old there to get her ears pierced and at the last second she got scared and ran off and hid so we thought it was over then the lady that worked there went and found her and had a talk with her next thing we know she comes marching back all brave and gets her ears pierced like a champ, I highly recommend this place they go above and beyond

For a Claires, this store is laid out well and prices are reasonable. Staff seem helpful and attentive.
