Both of the women that work at Banter are super professional and kind! And ALWAYS TAKE THIER TIME! My daughters have felt comfortable and safe every time we visit for a new piercing! Will be coming back!

Shannon is awesome. She helped me out to pick multiple sets of earrings that I lost. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ive gotten a few piercings done here and all have been great experiences. Today was no exception. Krystal was amazing!

Stop by to purchase nose rings. There were 2 individuals (possible 3 one was sitting below)behind the counter. Not one person acknowledged me or my daughter. My daughter was on the phone because she wasn’t purchasing anything. I immediately starting looking at the nose rings. One female employee was looking at her phone never looked up. A male employee look me in my face never opened his mouth to greet us. He smiled looked away. The other employee I glimpsed when I walked away after approximately 3 to 5 minutes. I left once I realized no one approached us or attempted engage. I’ve purchased all my nose rings from this location since 2010. Never have I received such poor customer service. Never again. Do better!!! Even when I walked away the female never looked up.

Got my daughters ear pierced and bought the warranty incase something happened. the back failed on BOTH earrings and now she has none. i paid 120 for it and they refused to give me a new set when i paid for a warranty

Trash business, every worker tell you a different story .. stop hiring people and not training them smh

Got a gold chain 20 inch semifilled got it tested at my jeweler and they said its a fake wow trying to get my money back and to no surprise I get the busy tone every time I call lol so I guess I got to drive a hour to get my damn money bacc and plus look at whatever has diamonds in them not one piece they have is a full set it diamonds some of the places a diamond is supposed to be at is like a silver bump of some sort to look like a diamond only half of the area was diamonds the rest was like a silver like lump to make it look like it and I dare for then to say its a lie

I spent over $200 about 3 weeks ago getting 2 of my kids ears pierced. Within 2 weeks my sons stone fell out and yesterday one of my daughters entire earing came out. I was told they were guaranteed and they would replace them if anything happened. I drove an hour and they replaced my sons but would not replace my 3 year old they said I still need to have atleast some part of the earing. She was not friendly and did not care at all that my 3 year old was upset about still having a missing earing. There is no reason why after spending that much money we had these issues in such a short time frame. Extremely unsatisfied! We left and went to Claires and they made sure my little girl was taken care of and were soooo sweet.

Please save yourself some money and pain. Got 5 piercings here 4 lobes and 1 cartilage. My grandma and my aunt also got their cartilage done. Not even a week after I developed a huge bump that took 6months to go away. My aunt and grandma took theirs out after 3 months, they had no problems for the first 2 until terrible infections happened in the 3rd month. After visiting a professional piercer I was informed that their earring posts are too short and suffocate your ear, my ear was not infected it was deteriorating because the piercing wasn’t getting enough oxygen even tho I payed 100 for the earrings alone. All 5 of my piercings had to be changed and got disgustingly infected. A needle sounds scary but it is the SAFEST and LEAST PAINFUL way to get a piercing. Do NOT go here!!!

Bad reviews came from years ago, the service is a lot better and the girl they pierced my ears was really sweet. Cant say much about the piercings yet

Great customer service, knowledgeable, and caring. Pierced my 4 month olds ears and was appreciative at how cautious and patient she was. My niece recommended them and I’m glad I listened.

Very rude, unprofessional and WILL never ever get any of my coins again. Long story short, systems were down & was advised they needed to manually enter my credit card info. I signed the key pad but still couldn’t figure out why she needed to write down my card info... two days later another charge appeared. Called and spoke with Cindy who advised i needed to WAIT.... excuse me come again ?! Corporate call again today

It was a great experience. Staff were courteous and efficient. Walked up and in ten minutes I was walking out with my ears pierced, definitely recommend.

My granddaughter got her ears pierced. They did great. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it was pricey.
