The worker was so helpful and accommodating. It made it so much more comfortable to spend time and shop with two toddlers by her attitude and friendliness. I will definitely come back to this location for small accessories!

I went to Icing on yesterday to get my daughters ears pierced. The assistant manager went above and beyond with providing exceptional service!! I would highly recommend Icing in Spotsylvania Mall for all of your ear piercing needs! She was amazing!!

I went in Icing because they had a sale buy 3 get 3 free on everything. Not worth it. Theyre so expensive. $5 for one scrunchie? No thank you. They had signs posted that masks were mandatory to enter, but that wasnt being followed. Other than that it was clean. And the cashier checked us out quickly and with no fuss

Very very nice place! Recently got my ears pierced here and I think anyone who wants to get their ears done go here! So many good deals and very helpful and kept me feeling very at peace about getting my ears done.
