Great place!! I have been going for the past year. Dan and team do an awesome job at taking care of people. I highly recommend for anti-aging, weight loss, good health treatments. Getting 430 5 star rating speaks volumes and truly reflects the great experiences I have had with Keep Active. They do an excellent job!!!

If you’re looking for some alternative wellness treatment this place is really great. They have a wide selection of wellness products and services and there staff really takes the time to listen to you and make sure you have solutions to fit your goals and needs. Personally I went for the Vitamin IV because I’ve had really bad muscle spasms and charley horses post training workouts recently. The specific IV I got was the “Myers”. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend. Also +1 on the stars because they also offer care credit as a payment option, which is awesome!

Today was my very first time visiting the clinic and I had a wonderful experience all around. Daniel is incredibly kind and the doctor (I believe his name is Joe) was extremely helpful and understanding of my medical history. I received IV therapy and the nurse helping me was also wonderful.

I really appreciated the knowledge if the doctor. Not pushing unnecessary treatments. Very nice. Front desk very nice and the both nurses I interacted with were good at their jobs. I liked it.

Great place. Super cool staff!Update:After couple months I would give this place higher than 5 stars if possible. Dan is super nice and pleasure to deal with everytime I walk in or call. The rest of staff is amazing as well. Nurse Emily is the most helpful, down to earth nurse Ive ever met. Yall keep doing what your doing and give Dan and nurse Emily a raise. They deserve it!

Everything is working great so far. My hunger is almost non existent making this diet much easier. The staff is also so polite and always excited to see you. Clean facility with lots of options that we plan on taking advantage of! Highly recommended!

The aesthetician is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She offers different options and explains everything very well. When we stated our concern she offered to do an extra treatment on top of the scheduled one.

I have been a patient of Jessica Rollins for about 6 months now. She is my PCP . Not sure if people realize this practice is more than just weight loss and supplements. Jessica is amazing and really listens to her patients. I feel so much better since having blood work done and her helping me understand what is going on inside my body. The reason I gave 4 stars is because in my opinion the front office needs more than just Daniel doing the answering of phones, making appointments and greeting customers. The business has become very popular and he is not able to do everything. I needed a prescription refilled and called almost daily to ask if it was called in, eventually I went into the office because I needed that refill! Word of mouth got you a lot of patients and it will get rid of a lot of people if you dont take care of the front office.

*** updated***A I am beyond words. For the last four months I have called and been informed that there is a credit on my account. I have physically gone into the office because I have been trying to use the credit on my account. I have spoken to the owner once he has confirmed the credit and the son of this establishment possibly four times within the last month and he has confirmed that there is a credit on my account. it is very sad that now I am questioning the trustworthiness of this establishment, now that I am fighting to get my credit back with my bank instead of a phone call I’m getting a response back to this review stating that there truly isn’t a credit? How does that happen? How do you all play with your system to get what you all want which is keeping my money? 200 is not that much and at some point I was expecting to lose that money but now I’m curious I lose money but I am being lied to us establishment is now committing fraud. Playing with your books and consumers money is not OK. If they are willing to do this, I am questioning how much more they are willing to do. Also, I have texted you within the last 24 hours. I have also called multiple times within the last month and you have offered no solution besides instructing me to find it with my card company because you were unable to refund because he used square systems, which is a quart excuse because I have to use square systems in a business and I know they can refund. I also know that the business can write a check to the consumer would you have told me the son of the establishment that you do not know how to do in the business cannot do this, and they have never done this. I would not trust this company with my money for my family or friends. Please be cautious. This is truly a scam do not sign up for any monthly charges, because if you overpay Ableton anything in their power to not refund you, including playing with their folks to win a dispute.Very disappointed. If you come here do not sign up for a recurring payment. It’s a scam! I signed up but could not make their times since I work an hour away from where I live. Tried to cancel and the owner convinced me to keep the charges going due to them being a small business and try to come in. I like to support small businesses and understand how hard it is to keep a business running so I accepted bc I felt bad. Pre paid about 300 dollars and since I tried to make it and could not make it so decided to once again cancel to stop the charges since I was not using them. After speaking with the receptionist several times requesting a refund for weeks they stated they use Square and this does not allow them to do a refund 🤷🏻‍♀️ so then I requested a check. And apparently they also do not do checks. What type of a business are you all running? I gave the business many attempts to make this right by just simply giving my money back but they have failed at making this right. I would be very cautious before giving any money to this establishment or using their services . If they refuse to pay you back the money you paid in good faith for services never received, what else are they doing ?

Dan and his dad are really great. I would say they are taking on to much. guests wait or have to come back. There are only so many scheduled appt in one day. I have had to come back multiple times bc my appt was 30 min behind and i was still sitting in the chair waiting. Something else their machines, weight loss ect they are expensive payments 300-400$ monthly. Their vitamin iv doesnt seem as strong as my other iv clinics they have a great price here but do not give you enough in your bag to count. Normally my hands smell like vitamins within hours, here i never smell the vitamins. You wont be done dirty here ever! They are honest and try there best. Great people!

Tremendous service! I scheduled an appointment to remove an old tattoo. The esthetician was professional , clearly communicated the process and pleasant bedside manner. I highly recommend this business for laser removal and weight management.

I thought this was a great place. I would tell you to pay for your services in cash. They have owed me a refund since October and refuse to pay back what they over charged me. I have spoken to Dan several times and he keeps giving me the run around concerning my refund. I disputed my charge (he said he would interfere with my dispute with my bank in October because his corporate office was not responding) and they responded saying I utilized services and I did not. I have been calling and requesting my refund since September. They said it would be refunded in October. We are in January and I am still waiting for my refund. They have tried to offer me other services but that is not what I requested. If you are looking for a weight loss facility there are several to go to aside from this corrupt one. You will be able to use your insurance as well and pay less than $25.00 for your prescription. I would advise everyone to go through your provider first to see about Mounjaro or Ozempic before working with this morally absent company. I’m a single mom who was overcharged by 391.00 and they refuse to make it right. Next stop is the BBB and then I will file a civil claim. It’s the principle at hand and I refuse to allow them to walk away with my money.

This is an update after I went to them for weight loss. There plan worked for me. The second week I noticed I was losing weight. One month in I’ve lost over 10 pounds, but you have to have a proper diet. Stay away from sodas/ sugary drinks. The other thing I do is i walk one or two miles a day.
