The workers are kind and welcoming. you cannot record or take photos in the workspace, so I have the photo of me with the piercing. I got my nose pierced for the first time here and I’m obsessed. There is many options of different nose piercings and sizes. I only remembered the price for the titanium piercing which is around $70 and i went with the 2.5mm one. I don’t have anything against the price. Titanium is best option and for the healing process since it can’t get affected. it’s been almost a month and I have no problem. Also, I got the saline for $10 and it helped with the healing process (if you don’t want to use saltwater).

My daughter was spending her birthday money and wanted to do the basic jewelry that comes with the service. The guy kept trying get her to get the expensive jewelry. When she put her foot down he told her that she would likely get an infection in her new piercing with the lowest cost one that they offer because its not good. You cant be doing piercings with unacceptable jewelry.

Worse place dont go here had my nose piercing healed so i wanted to change to a nose hoop never had a nose piercing first time so i wanted advice he said i was an 8 and they put an 18g forced it in now i have a slice in my nose and the bump it hurt so bad to remove the hoop also prices are high just go to a tattoo piercing place dont go here they are not profesional..

Horrible, horrible customer service!! I was treated disrespectfully. The girl (and I use that term loosely)at the counter was rude and condescending. The owner really needs to do a clean sweep of employees if he wants to keep his doors open. A nose ring that was put in 5 weeks ago fell out. I went in to have it put back in and I was told she called out and there was no one else to help. I explained to the guy behind the counter that I didnt know how to put the nose ring back in and didnt want the hole to close so he said if you buy one of these (L) shape nose rings,theyre real simple. He said I could come back the next day and have her help me with the one that was purchased originally. I came back to get assistance and was told that would cost me $20!!! Mind you, this is the nose ring they put in, that fell out. This is my first nose piercing so I was hoping to get a little more assistance. I guess you cant expect pigs to know right from wrong.

The staff was pretty nice when i was there, i’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on the owner but imo he was pretty nice. got my eyebrow pierced and it love it but im pretty sure the bar is supposed to be longer but i fw it. my piercer was really sweet and they helped calm be down pretty well, but if this is you ur first pierced id suggest you’d get it done somewhere else because they don’t really explain the after care and healing process

I didnt get my spray when my daughter and I originally went in to get her piercing. I had my receipt and some older guy said that he didnt know if wr got it and that he would have to look on the cameras. My first point is that the spray is only $10 it isnt that big of a deal, second there is a date on the receipt so he would know what day to look om the camera and he would have seen that we in fact didnt grab our spray. Everyone else is very polite and professional except that older guy!

Terrible service. $40 for a pair of cheap earrings? Then he gave us four earrings went we only wanted two and one of them didn’t even have a clasp. It was so confusing. He was in a hurry and was trying to leave before the store even closed. We couldn’t understand anything he was saying. Waste of money!

WORST customer service! If I can give it 0 stars, I would! Walked in today at 3:30pm Sunday to have my girls’ ears pierced, and an older gentleman with a thick accent that mumbled half of the time asked their ages then proceed telling us to come back on a weekday not the weekend giving us scenarios of what ifs they cry since there is 6-7 people ahead of us, etc. At this point, this man is ridiculous and judgmental refusing services. I had told him that one of my daughters has done it before but gave me another scenario saying what ifs my 2nd younger daughter cry..Clearly, he didn’t want to help us. I asked him if he’s refusing to offer his services. He shrugged 🤷. I looked at him upset and disappointed, but glad I walked out knowing my daughters will NOT BE in GOOD care and I will not trust this man to pierce my girls’ ears either way. Take your money elsewhere and to some where you will be value with better customer service and care.

I explained to the owner that when I got my industrial piercing it had a curve he said it didnt matter. Come to find out the straight barbelldoes not work my ear because of the shape. My left ear is sticking out because of the straught barbellPlease listen to your customers. The old owners knew what they were doing and didnt set me up for failure. Thats why I went to a professional because theyre suppose to know more about piercings than do.

DONT BUY!! VERY CHEAP EARRINGS!! I bought a pair and one of them broke before the 1st month. Went to try to get a replacement and they charged me full price for just the one. Buy from somewhere better.

Good place for walk in piercings and they have cute jewelry. i got my labret piercing done there. i would call ahead to check if their piercer is there if ur gonna do a walk in

The guy took my services, he didn’t really seem very welcoming as someone who was very nervous getting my first piercing. Kept talking to me with a smart mouth, as if I’m dumb did hand movements, as if you would do for example “come on you know the answer, don’t be dumb” when ask me what do you clean your piercings with? Like he could’ve kindly talk to me with calm and reassurance. But it only made my anxiety worse which tends up my nervous system and made it hurt more. The piercing was placed to close for a snake bites piercing and he ask me if I liked the placement but it was my first time so I wasn’t able to see if it was correct or not anyways I hated the experience they should be more welcoming and calm with their clients

Paid $100 for my nose piercing for it to fall out the next day. I paid for a real gold stud and when it fell out the actual diamond part was bent. Waste of money, go somewhere else in town.

The only thing that went well was the piercing, but overall front desk lady didn’t have any customer service and neither did the piercer i believe it was ricky. I didn’t have much experience with piercings so i expected a run through of everything but he rushed through the process, basically rapped the after care instructions, and even got upset with me when he asked me if the hole placement was where i liked it and when i said a little lower he asked me where so i pointed to it and he got upset and said “now i have to sanitize it again”. You should consider your customer’s feelings first, and not complain over something so small. Would not recommend this place. Owner is stuck up and prices are expensive for basic jewelries. Super rude. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

So I have gotten 6 piercings done here already, I always get two piercings the day of. I’ve been to this place before, during, and kinda after the pandemic. Ricky has done 4 of my piercings and he is absolutely amazing!! And a women did my recent two, she was nice. A lot of reviews says that they have poor customer service but each time I’ve gone there, it’s been totally opposite. I’m sure they had there bad days because we all do. Sometimes someone’s attitude may reflect on the workers. I’ve gone in there very friendly and received kindness in return. The prices are reasonable for new piercings because you are honestly paying for the quality of the metal and that affects your healing process. Titanium will be more expensive than surgical steel. I believe they have the basic piercing which is cheaper than the other two. They are very knowledgeable about how to keep your piercings clean!!!! Use Saline!!!!!!

Lisa is a great piercer she took care of me my wife and sons nose piercing would have gave five start but the last time we were there there was an older man that wasn’t to friendly but Lisa was great

Went here on a Tuesday 6/14, and the service was fine, the person doing the piercing however was brilliant, she was patient, and explained how she was going to do the piercing. She was very professional and the station was very clean and sanitary.Ive been doing a saline wash of the piercing everyday and there is no discomfort, irritation or swelling. I hardly feel them there!

Would highly recommend for your next piercing! Great customer service and they take cleanliness to a high standard. Got my helix, second ear lob, and rook pierced, a little more on the expensive side but rightly so with the quality of work and jewelry used.

Excellent piercing, he knows what he is doing, I have never got an infection, everything is very sterile and I trust him with all my future piercings. Prices are very reasonable and staff is friendly , check in process is on your own phone device so it makes it more easy and private, I highly recommend this place.

5 stars would definitely come again, very sanitary and very nice people. when me and my friend were waiting for me to get my navel done we saw after each customer that they sanitized everything, and tell you all the aftercare before and after the piercing. I believe it was Rykie that pierced my navel very straight and done right and well, I recommend this place to people on a tight budget too, they are very good with their prices

Had a great experience personally. The customer service was excellent. Ladies at the front desk help answer all of my piercing questions and the piercer who pierced my ears was very professional during my procedure (saying step by step what she was going to do as she was doing it). I would personally recommend going here as the staff is knowledgeable and polite. Just note if youre bringing in your own jewelry made with real gemstones it takes longer do to the sanitation process (they told me 20 mins took about 35ish which was fine because they said they would just call me when it was ready). Its been a few days no issues with my piercing. Great job Ladies :)

Ive gotten two piercings here and so far theyre amazing! The piercer is really nice and chill and the whole staff has always been really helpful with answering questions. Definitely my go-to piercing place now, and very affordable.

I think my piercers name was Brandi? She was great! Extremely clean, after every customer wipes down everything changes gloves constantly, made me feel really comfortable getting the daith piercing and explained it all step by step. I was skeptical about a piercing shop inside the mall but they were awesome and half the price than anywhere else!

4stars just for the piercer Lisa she was amazing but there is an older man that works there that is rude to customers I almost walked right out but my son wanted his piercing done that old man needs to go else this place will have no customers

Took my 11 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time. She had been looking forward to it all day. The only person working was Ricky. There were no other customers in the shop. My daughter was a bit nervous as expected. Instead of being encouraging, supportive or making it a positive experience for her, Ricky acted annoyed that we were there and got very dismissive with us. Like he had something better to do.When we asked if she could take a minute to prepare herself, Ricky mumbled something about losing sales (we had already paid) walked away and talked about closing the shop in ten minutes (it was 6 pm, the shop closes at 7 pm).I said we’ll just take a refund and go somewhere else. He issued my refund and we walked down the mall to Claire’s which was a happy environment and a good experience. Go there instead.

I was referred there by a young lady m had just gotten her dermal done on her chest, she said he was professional and nice, he charged her $30 2 weeks ago. So my best friend and I went in, we were going to get 3 each down our chest thinking he’d be Able to honor this price especially since that’s 6 piercings. He practically snarled at us when we mentioned it. He very sternly said no dermal after $50 each. So he wanted $300 out of us. So I thought well that’s not happening. RUDE. maybe that’s the price for ladies having their mid life crisis, I don’t know??? Another time I thought maybe he was just really busy, I had asked about a stone plug he said $32 and he Absolutely REFUSED to sell them in singles. I should have known then. That he was a jerk. You can buy 8 pairs of stone plugs online for that price.

This place is very unprofessional! We came for the intention of getting a piercing for my daughter. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait due to sanitation. Which we agreed to and waited. After about an hour we went back inside the store because it seemed a little too long of a wait. To our surprise we were told that the only girl that does the piercing which happens to be the same girl that helped us was on her lunch break and will be back in an hour. This is really unprofessional because if that girl that helped us knew she was gonna be on her lunch break she should’ve made us aware that we would be waiting 2 hrs!!! I’m not mad at the fact that she went on lunch she deserved her lunch by law. What I am upset about is that she never even bother to mention that to us and let us decide if we wanted to wait two hours for her to come back. i ended up getting in contact with the manager Ricky and all he could tell me is well I have a talk with her. I was not pleased with this as they still had us waiting for no reason. Ended up asking for my money back and left and went to give my money to another business.

Really cool place, the piercer is thorough in explaining aftercare. Staff is really nice. My only qualm is one of the girls there is usually sitting on the back counter on her phone. It takes her a minute to glance up and notice the customers. Shes a nice and helpful person when she helps you though, so its not a big deal on my end, I just know that sort of thing might upset the less chill customers.Great place and great experience, definitely recommend it.👍

At first, I was afraid of getting any work done out of a shop in the mall, but I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The process from paperwork to piercing was fairly quick. I paid $40 for my nasal piercing and hoop jewelry together. The guy who pierced my nose was super professional and cleaned everything after every customer. Everything is clean and sterile. He had a really dry sense of humor which I enjoyed, I felt pretty comfortable throughout the process. Definitely would come back for other piercings. The only thing i would comment on is the lack of privacy. The piercing is done in a room with a glass wall so anyone waiting can watch. If you don’t mind then you’re all set! 10/10

Aside from the wait, which was ridiculously long, everything went well for my daughters. They got matching piercings in their helix. The staff was nice and everything was very sterile.

The piercer, Ricky, lacks some customer service skills. Came in for a re-piercing, paid upfront. He took one look at my scar and got upset saying that if he pierced it crooked it would mess with his reputation. He also said he had to charge me a fee for “wasting his products” (his literal words) and dramatically threw away the entire tray of untouched/unopened sterile packaged products. I went somewhere else with a more experienced piercer and it came out just fine! Skip this place. It’s convenient but you get what you pay for …

The store itself gets 5 out of 5 Stars. It was clean, had a great selection, and had the perfect atmosphere. The staff on the other hand how short in many places. Cell phones and the use of strong language should not be present while customers are in earshot because some customers are still underage and / or do not care for it. Dont be pompous because you have a pompadour, neither are becoming. Remember this experience is exciting for the younger crowd. Dont wear the mask called know it all because you are a Johnny come lately, even my mom had piercings before you (let alone me). Provide a good experience for your customers, act excited for them, make it a positive experience. Explain and provide better paperwork in the beginning and provide aftercare instructions to be sent home. I apologize I believe I was there on Monday or Tuesday of last week.

Idk what happened but last year got all my piercings (5 face ones) and not a problem, now the older gentleman who works the front has a real attitude

I came in on 4th of July and got my nipples pierced. The piercer Ricky was amazing, and very professional. He listened to my fears and really made me feel comfortable. He was gentle and very accurate. After the piercing I got extremely ill and he stayed professional and helped me through it and did not leave my side. He made sure before I left I was feeling OK and happy with how the piercing came out.

The place is nice and its definitely worth it to go here to pierce your ears because they use a new clean needle instead of those guns everyone else in the mall uses. I couldnt be happier with the piercing. The front staff arent the best though and Im really not one to complain about such a thing. Both times I went into there the person at the front (2 different people by the way) was sat up on the counter on their phone and I had to wait until they decided to look up. Im not calling out one particular person on this because by the way Ive seen it both times Ive gone in with 2 different people I have to imagine a lot of people do it.I still think the place I really nice and I would 100% recommend it and go again, just be ready to deal with the front staff.

By far the best piercing store. Theyre very clean and knowledgeable in their craft. Ricky helped with my nose ring that was stuck and assured me itd be alright. Sure enough he popped it right out and I was on my way. Prices are great as well. Highly recommend.

Came in (11:30am) to have a third lobe piercing done; was told the piercer wasn’t in and that he would be back at 2pm. Came back at two and was told he now was running late and wouldn’t be in until 3:45. I asked for a refund. I was told the one running the shop in the meantime couldn’t provide a refund and I would have to wait.Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t have a shop open if you cannot pierce, and definitely don’t pay before the service is rendered. I feel cheated and lied to. This was a huge waste of my time!

Had my daith pierced for my birthday a few years ago. They did a good job. (: as long as I kept it clean, it healed good.

Went here with my wife. The staff is mellow and friendly. The piercer was friendly quiet at first but by the end he had us rolling with his joke. Will definitely be returning. Knowing my wife probably next week.

I got my septum pierced 2 days ago. The guy was super chill and put up with my freak out moment. He helped me muster up the courage to go through with it. He did a really good job and it didn’t hurt whatsoever. I loved it and would definitely go back for another piercing.

Ricky was very professional. He did a really good job on my nose and rook piercing. I havent had any irritation or pain after he initially pierced both areas. I have followed his after care instructions to a T and havent had any issues.

The staff is friendly. The owner needs to work on his ppl skills. I think there over priced for small earrings real or not there overpriced.

The bar initially used after getting pierced here was too small, it started embedding into my skin and leaving no room for swelling. Jewelry too expensive and poor quality. Staff who rings me up is rude and judgy. Piercer was nice at least.

The selection of real blva style jewelry is amazing. And thats where it ends. I brought others and myself to be pierced a few times.Problem? Peircer when changing out jewelry to pieces that fit when healed. Has no clue. I went back 3 times. Only to wake up with my piercing in my flesh. Because the jewelry is too small. Never again. And no more referrals.

Went in to look at their selection of internally threaded titanium studs to be snubbed at by the staff. They all answered me by peering up from their phones while sitting on the counters and treating us like we didnt belong. Was considering getting a septum piercing there but after the way they acted we all agreed never to come back or purchase from this shop.

Don’t waste your money here, they don’t believe in sanitation and are extremely rude. You’re greeted with scowls and a bad attitude. Shop smells like the employees dirty piercings.

Clean and professional. Ive gotten my conch and nose pierced here and the piercer did such a great job. Im ecstatic to have found a place I trust and feel comfortable enough to get stabbed with a needle lol.

Ricky did my daith piercing and he was super cool about it. Honestly Im a big baby when comes to pain but he handled it really awesome. Will definitely go back to him for future jewelry as well.

Got a piercing there and I didnt like my experience at all. The piercer was very inappropriate especially with another person that works there. Overall hated it and would not recommend at all.

I got my nosed pierced and started gauges in my earlobes. Both were expertly done with little pain. Very satisfied with everything. Clean facility and knowledgeable staff.

My older sister got her ears pierced here and it went super easy not even 5 mins later and they were pierced and she didn’t even feel pain!

The manager is so rude I’m missing half of my order he did nothing to help meI paid over $120 I’m very unsatisfied with the service save your money go somewhere where you are valued

The place was very clean, the workers were friendly. My only complaint is how expensive it was but what can you do. They were really nice and supportive when i was feeling dizzy too.

This place sucked so bad they dropped the tray right in front of me. They also tried piercing my ears 3 times. Don’t ever even think about going here

I got a piercing done recently and the guy was very short and got irritated at the fact that my ear started bleeding a lot (obvi out of my control) and even made the comment “you could have warned me you’re a bleeder, now I have to clean it up”

I felt that it was too expensive for only first ear piercing for a 3 month old
