Nicole is so rude! I can’t believe this is a Manager!!! How did that happened?! Horrible customer service! If you don’t want to work, just say you don’t want to work! Eyes rolling huffing and puffin. Please promote someone with better customer service skills, because Nicole is not fit for this job. We got help from Sandy and she was amazing!!! Great customer service skills and very kind.

They were nice and did both piercings at the same time for us but they did my top ones not even, so very disappointed with that. Plus they made me believe it was fine that it was because the earrings needed to be pushed back later.

Pagoda, I got played.Idk what games youre playing at with this quality.$70 for a ring with surprise hooks just to put it on and snag a hole in my shirt. Metal also bends as I slide it on my finger or clench my fist. Like taffy. Taffy.Honestly, Ive had better rings from a quarter machine that dont snag my clothes and dont bend out of shape when I squish it with light pressure.0/5 stars. Im heated.

Chris, the manager, is really cool and made getting my daughters ears pierced easy and smooth process! Thank you! Oh yeah, he got me approved on credit too! I’ll be coming back for a chain for myself in the future!

Just don’t go there. Rude cashier yelled at me in front of her manager and other people. I was embarrassed. I went alone to ask for help, there was a woman that was being helped before me, so I waited patiently. After they were done helping her, the cashier came to me, but I guess she thought I was done and didn’t have anymore questions, but I still needed help. She just walked away assuming I was done, and went on to the next customer. It was so crowded, that I couldn’t approach her to tell her I wasn’t done, and i didn’t want to waste another 15min again waiting for help, there were so many people there, so I unfortunately had to yell to get her attention. All I said was”excuse me, I’m not done” You know she said to me? “Don’t talk to me like that, I’m not going to help you.” Wow. I said “I’m sorry I wasn’t done, I waited patiently just like everyone else did” but she just stared angrily at me with an attitude look on her face and looked away. I was beyond humiliated by her treatment of me, so I asked for the manager and she was actually a bit more patient with me. She did answer my question, it was only one last question that I needed help with to pick the right jewel. I did tell her about the issue with the cashier, and she did apologize, but she didn’t seem concerned. As soon as I got the jewel that I have been wanting, I never returned. I have no interest in jewels anymore. It takes so much time to gather information, and to look for and find the right jewel, not to mention the price you pay if you want quality jewel. All that time and money that I spent, only to be treated that way, not worth it. Ruined my experience.

I just got my ears done today! The lady I talked to was extremely nice and went over everything. The actual piercing was very quick and didnt hurt much at all! There was no complications and it went very smoothly. I really recommend coming here! Its great!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would, I wasnt given a chance to be a customer. There were 4 employees in the little kiosk, one was helping a customer and one was helping him. (Im ok with that). 2 were standing at the center counter back to the customers, heads down looking at their phones. I stood there waiting to see if they noticed me. Nope. I walked away and came back a few minutes later to see if things changed. Kind of. This time one was helping a customer and the rest were standing huddled together while they tried on rings to see how they looked on them. I stood and watched and walked away. They didnt deserve my money. Im disappointed because I knew what I wanted, but they didnt care to help.

If I can give it 0 star, I would. I experienced the worse customer service ever. The girl that pierce my daughters ears sucks at piercing. She messed up and blame on my girl that she move too much. My little girl wasnt even moving( 4 1/2 months at the time). Plus they will charge you for the ear cleaning without letting you know. Dont buy the insurance they have, it sucks. Keep your receipt if you bought the insurance or else you cant use the insurance and will be a waste of money. Will definitely not going back there.

I took my 11 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, the experience was fine but the sales associate mislead me into believing that if my infant daughter lost an earring, that with the warranty it could be replaced. Unfortunately the following month my daughter did lose an earring and so when I went to get a replacement they told me it wasnt covered. I wasted my time and money. Plus she was rude about it and just looked at me and said nothing when I told her I was told differently. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

We found a great selection of ear rings for little girls. I bought some for my grand daughter and one of the backing came off some how and when we went back to see what they would do for us and , to my amazement they replaced them. Thanks Piercing Pagoda.

Ive taken all 3 of my babies between 1996 to 2009 and they all still have their ears pierced the holes never closed. I would recommend for others to go they have been around forever from Ventura county to Fresno county.

Fake! All pendants are plastic! Return policy is a Scam! They send you a corporate check after you return. Put their so called jewelry on your real jewelry and listen to the noise you can tell right away sounds plastic. My dogs collar sounds more legit. Should be called Piercing Plastic

I don’t post reviews all too often, and everyone was professional with me but Ronnie, so 5 stars with Piercing Pagoda (thanks for the couple of jewelry pieces, but I had to write a review concerning his ill tempered mannerisms. I understand that we’re in a pandemic, but I’m still a customer. 😠

Do NOT take your baby here. I took my 3 month old baby and they pierced my baby with the WRONG earring. She had to go through extra pain taking it out and putting in a new one. So unprofessional!

I want there for ear piercing in Fashion fair the lady name was brook short hair .she doesn’t know how to talk with costumer .She start abusing me , i was shocked how someone can talk like with that . Don’t go there ..she is b****
