Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

Everyone here is always incredible! So professional, so fast, they explain so well without wasting your time. Just wish they had more appointments available since I have to come in from out of town to go. Willy was great but I think he’s just visiting from the LA location.

I had my first session yesterday, and I already can’t wait for my next session. Willy & Johanna were literally the best!! They both were so nice and made the whole process smooth and comfortable.

I’d add more stars if i could!I have several tattoos that just aren’t really my style anymore and I thought I’d just have to live with them forever or go through HELL trying to remove them! then i found Removery and I’m so thankful i did. I first met with Mel and she was so great about answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me. Today I got to meet Shannon up at the front too! Both are just extremely helpful and have the best customer service. For the actual laser removal, I first had Spencer and now have been having Kaylen. Both have been so nice and made me feel as comfortable as anyone possibly could while getting laser removal. i will say it’s not as painful as i expected and they’re always patient if i need any breaks or anything at all. I hope to keep seeing Kaylen here too- he’s so fast and it makes the appointments sooo much easier! Thank you all :)

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I love Spencer and Mel they make you feel so comfortable, and they know what they are talking about. They are very professional. They make you want to stay and hangout with them. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking to get their tattoos removed. On the pricy side but worth every penny.

My experience was so good! Amazing staff that made me feel comfortable and it was quick and not nearly as painfull as I thought it would be!

Spencer and Mel are very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I went to Removery to remove my microbladed eyebrows because other places like Laser Away are not able to remove tattoos on the face. I am SO blessed that Removery has a Fresno location. I am two sessions deep and they are practically gone (I need to give it at least 12 weeks to see if I need a third treatment). Even after the first session, the results were noticeable. Thank you Removery for coming to the Central Valley because without yall, I dont know what I would do! The sessions are quick, clean, and comfortable. I wish I found this place SOONER!

Mel and the guy that just did my removal are awesome!!! Words can’t describe how great they are! But I will say they are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also care about your outcome and make you feel like a friend they care about and not just a customer.

Mel & Spencer are fantastic!!!Disclaimer: I started in Santa Ana but have done the majority of sessions here in Fresno & just finished my 12th.While they both offer great customer service, Spencer really knows what hes doing & is very knowledgeable & informative. I completely trust him with my tattoo removal. I can say he gathered all the right information needed to best treat me better than the tech in Santa Ana. He tells me what hes doing, why & always updates me if theres a change to be taken place after analyzing my progress. I really appreciate that type of communication in any situation but especially in the medical/cosmetic treatment field.While getting tattoo removal is not enjoyable or preferred, I always look forward to coming in & seeing these two! Theyre a great team!!Recommendations: Just pay for the unlimited package. Trust me, youll need it.

This was my first session and I am beyond thrilled.I had my eyebrows tattooed over 20 years ago. After a few years, they turned orange. I then had microblading done to cover the orange. They were very dark.I highly recommend Removery!!!

I requested a consultation just a few hours ago and already had my first session! Mel was able to get me in for an in person consultation on the same day I contacted them. I actually really appreciated going in for a consult. Other places quoted me without even seeing my tattoo. She greeted me when I arrived and took me right back to begin. She’s super friendly and makes you feel really comfortable with the process. I was ready to move forward and luckily Spencer was able to see me for my first session. He was also super friendly, went over the process in detail and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was very quick and nearly painless for me. I am amazed at how much my tattoo had already started to fade from dark black ink to much lighter. All three appointments have been smooth. Spencer is so knowledgeable and professional, able to answer my questions and explain the process and procedure. He is also super nice and friendly. All the staff are great. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!September 2, 2023 - Went for 4th session yesterday. Mel and Spencer are a great team, very welcoming and fun to chat with. As always, Spencer was amazing during the treatment and made me comfortable with the process. Love this place and super happy with the tattoo removal journey. The tattoo has faded considerably, looking forward to more results following this treatment!March 12, 2024 - Went to see Mel and Spencer today. Both of them are amazing. Spencer completed my 7th treatment today. Again, so fun, friendly and knowledgeable! My tattoo continues to fade, although some of the ink is a little more stubborn. Spencer explained the basics about why some parts of the tattoo are fading more quickly than others and tailored today’s treatment by using different wavelengths based on the fading. He’s amazing, and I love talking about the books we’re reading 😊

As much as getting tattoo removal is a doozy, spencer and mel are SO incredibly informative, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure professionalism and comfort! just had my second round of removal today, and i can’t wait to go back!

I haven’t had a removal yet, but I will say the Fresno location is so friendly. The staff didn’t pressure me. Did a test spot for free and explained everything so thoroughly. Absolutely recommend to have a consultation with them. You can tell they’re honest.

Wow wow wow! Went to removery on a whim one day to see if they could help with my 2015 microbladed brows, and was blown away by Mel’s personality knowledge and hospitality when I walked in. I agreed to zap these brows and spencer removed them so well! I can feel comfortable without makeup on my brows again knowing there is not faded blue brows on my forehead anymore. I was so pleased I went back this week for a session to remove a back tattoo. Spencer was very informative and indepthly knowledgable about the process. I recommend Removery Riverpark to all my friends! 10 stars!

I met spenser (the NP) last week and he was soo informative and super friendly!! Today i met Mel for my consult and she was just fabulous! She welcomed me with such a big smile and made me feel super comfortable.

Had my first session today and let me tell you, yes it hurts. Its like getting a tattoo, single needle, fine lines type of feeling but its very quick! The staff are very kind and helpful. They made this experience a great one.

First experience and it was excellent. Staff is knowledgeable, not pushy, and very easy to talk to and ask questions to.

Overall, great experience and staff were awesome at explaining the whole process. Price seemed very fair. The actual process itself, yes it does hurt, like a rubber band snapping on the skin. If you have ever thought about tattoo removal, I can honestly say give this place a try, at very least a consult and see what they can do for you.

I have a tattoo, probably as big as my hand on my right side of my right hip it’s in black ink. I called LaserAway and they were trying to charge me $5,600 for almost 10 sessions. This place was extremely helpful and the price was way better. It came out to $3,500. Wish I would have had the cash for Black Friday they had 25% off so it would have been 2,600. The staff was awesome and so friendly. Mel went above and beyond her personality just shines and makes the business feel so welcoming. The tech forgive me I forgot his name but he was so helpful and explained everything in detail. They have a great staff. I wasn’t almost going to go but I’m glad I did and even walked out with my first session. Was no to painful, I was able to handle the pain.UPDATE: 6/13/2023I’m only in my 4th session and it’s like half ways gone. They said it’s going to be only a total of 9 only that I need. I was told it was going to be 13 sessions but because my body took so well it’s much faster now.

So happy I chose Removery to remove a few tattoos that I no longer wanted. There’s no way around the discomfort of getting a tattoo removed but the shared laughs and excellent customer service makes it bearable. Thanks Spencer and Mel. :)

The SWEETEST team! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought were dumb, and helped me figure out a plan. I have yet to use them for my tattoo removal but it’s set in stone that I’ll start the sessions this year! Facility was nice and very clean.

Spencer was great to deal with. He was very informative and told me of all the possible complications but also told me what I should realistically expect.

The staff here at the river park location and service is above par and phenomenal, they make something so uncomfortable such an amazing experience I kinda want to get another tattoo just to get it removed by them again lol 😆 thank you for your service to us your the best never let anyone tell you otherwise.

Both Dr and Receptionist are very nice and chill people. Receptionist has great people skills. Definitely recommend.. only thing bad is there call center. Girl was very rude and not helpful. Not knowledgeable. Could not answer any questions i ask..
