My family and I are not from here and we thought about checking Claire’s out. A girl name Jasmine (I’m not sure if that’s her name but she seems to be Indian) was rude to me and my kids. She literally hates her job and has an attitude. We asked her to help us and she was irritated and my kids sensed that. I will not be coming back nor will my kids. What a horrible experience. She should be fired. She seems to hate her job and treat customers horribly. I wasn’t the only customer she treated that way. DO NOT GET HELP FROM HER.

I will no longer spend money with this company. While checking out, I had a question about one of the prices on an item. The asst mgr was very rude to me and not helpful. When I told her she was rude she argued with me. Although I did not use profanity, she refused to speak to me while I was paying. I asked to speak to mgr and was told she’s on lunch so I replied I would wait. There were several opportunities for this Asst Mgr to handle this entire situation much better since I was the “paying customer” ~ I even took ownership for being upset and wanted to tell her a much better way on how she could have handled my question but unfortunately she refused to listen or talk to me. I did speak to mgr and i can only hope she took my concerns seriously. However, overall, I will spend my money elsewhere.

I went in to get a 2nd lobe piercing … Margie was my piercer and honestly she did such a great job not only was I happy with the results but also made me feel at ease. Definitely will come back here for more!

Will never go here again.. Two associates way over charged me for a tiara with no tag.. Between the two of them they couldnt figure out which ones were visually similar to price it, when they shouldve just looked it up online. Unfortunately my phone was dead so it wasnt until later when I looked it up myself that they charged me $29 for a freaking $14 tiara! This was my first and my last time in this store!

Got a double lobe piercing Sunday evening, AB was my piercer and she’s the best. Made perfect markings on my ears and piercings were quick and virtually painless. Knew what she was doing for sure. She was sweet and made me feel at ease. Definitely will come back here for more!
