I had my 4th ear piercing done here a while back and they just did my boyfriends double eyebrow piercing! There was a line when we entered but they are so fast we got in very quickly! The piercings are done quickly and everything is sterile! All piercings healed up nicely! We both plan to have tattoos done here in the future! I highly recommend this shop!

First time ever coming here and it was AMAZING. I found my new piercing place. I was nervous getting what I got done but instantly as I entered the place my nervousness went away. This place was incredible and the people were super nice! I got an industrial piercing and was a little nervous but the guy talked me through everything and got it done quick and easy. Ive gotten 2 nostril piercings here, but most recently Ive gotten my septum, tragus and helix pierced. Very quick, easy and def not as painful as I thought. The staff are all very nice and knowledgeable, very friendly. I genuinely love this place :)

Had my navel piercing done today at this tattoo shop, I was with my bestie a bit nervous, but the person is very good at what he does and barely felt anything.he was done in no time and no pain, and on top of that, he has low prices. Came here twice, first time to get my septum and tongue (Horizontally) pierced. I have nothing bad to say. Smiley was professional and walked me through it as I have had a bad piercer. I came back a few days ago with my partner to get our nose’s pierced and again. He was very professional, nice and walked us through it. I honestly think this is going to be my only piercer. The prices are affordable, my septum healed nicely and my tongue healed great as well. I look forward to getting more piercings and possibly tattoos.

Dude is nice but he didn’t sanitize the area before my bridge piercing, and he also used a curved barbell. Wouldn’t recommend for someone who wants a safe lasting piercing

Not too long ago, I got snake bites from here!It was a very quick and easy process to get in and get them done. The piercer talked me through the whole thing and I felt very comfortable. After, I was given a care sheet on my specific piercing. My piercings swelling went down, and they look great! Plus, the pricing is so much better than other places!I will 100% be coming back and have been recommending to others!

After going to a horrible place that just shoved my piercings into my skin with no piercing needle! I was super hesitant to trust any piercing shop in my city 😕 I wanted my dahlia piercings so bad for a long time and decided to give this place a shot. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SHOP. Just read the reviews and how the owner responds. most unprofessional man I ever met in my entire life. Came for a walk up and asked which size was available. He never gave me an answer, but kept telling me every size was not going to be possible. he wrote on my arm with no permission with a pen and told me “this is way too big for me to do today” and he proceeded to brag about the plaques on his wall and told me i was lucky i had a day off work because he never gets too 😭😭😭😭 pleaseeeee don’t go to this terrible man’s terrible shop. there also a “no cell phone” rule probably because illegal stuff is going on and hedoesn’t want anyone to film it.

My daughter got her septum pierced here. The service was extremely professional and speedy. The man who pierced their nose, was calming and knowledgeable about how to take care of it afterwards. I was also very surprised at how affordable it was. I would highly recommend!

I was doing my research because I really wanted to get my nipples pierced and heard a lot of great things about this place :) smiley was my piercer and I had a great experience here. I got my nose pierced here and got a rosary tattoo both done by smiley. The tattoo turned out absolutely amazing. The piercing was nearly painless and healed very fast. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Two of us got tongue piercings. Smiley was fast and courteous. He was welcoming and business like. Made some small talk but focused on his work mostly; we were in and out in about 10 minutes for two tongue piercings. I only have two complaints: 1) I didnt get to see him set up his work area so everything was already unpacked and sterilized. This isnt my first piercing so Im used to being in the back with the piercer explaining and showing their sterilization process. 2) His aftercare recommended alcohol free mouthwash. He gave us a little sheet with 5 or so tips. We are on day 8 of the piercing and we were both experiencing irritation and persistent warmth. After researching aftercare, I found out saline or sea salt solutions are ideal. After trying it out for a couple rinses my tongue already feels 10x better.I wish Smiley had gone in depth on the aftercare, especially after I said one of us was nervous. We both follwed his tips to a T and still experienced issues. It also wouldve helped if he had slowed down and not made the process feel rushed. He didnt have a line of people waiting either.Overall, Im impressed with Smileys speed and precision along with the cleanliness of the studio. He wouldnt be the first piercer I recommend but he got the job done without any nerve damage.

Got my nipples pierced here! And the person that did it is awesome told me what I was going to be feeling a pinch & a little pressure. Love it here! It was clean professional & wasn’t uncomfortable like some tattoo/piercer shops are. Is a cool vibe & friendly where I was comfortable. & Didn’t have any rudeness. Coming here again for another piercing.

Stopped by today to get a septum piercing. We were greeted right away and taken right in after another customer was done. Smiley was very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything was clean. He did a great job and it only took 5 minutes. Would highly recommend getting pierced here.Update: its been 3 months and the piercing healed perfectly. Daily cleaning and not touching it without scrubbing your hands is important! A+++

I got my ears pierced today. The staff was extremely friendly. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen without an appointment which I thought was reasonable. The price was reasonable. For $30 I got the second lobe piercing on each ear with jewelry. The piercing was practically painless and quick. Amazing job by smiley! Im am super happy with my experience and piercing! :)

I will say I was very nervous but when me and my sister walked in we instantly felt comfortable from smiley. Before we got it done he was cracking jokes to make us feel comfortable and to calm our nerves down which I really appreciate. He was telling us it’s going to be quick and easy just relax and it will be over before we know it which was true. I he was very professional and got his job done. Very sanitize and clean as well .

The BEST place to get a piercing! I went in a few days ago to get a septum piercing and the process was so fast, efficient, and clean that I felt extremely comfortable. Smiley not only went above and beyond to do it quickly but it was clear how much of a professional this guy truly is! It is incredibly affordable! Other places would quote me $80 plus the cost of jewelry and I only paid $20 in total. The price is cheap but the quality of the jewelry is not, it is incredible! I will be going back for all future piercings.

I got my nipple piercings done by Smiley about 9 months ago and I am extremely happy with them, of course like any other review I felt comfortable and it was quick and rather painless! I tried going to a different place for an ear piercing and absolutely regretted not going back to Smiley for that one, I love this place and will definitely be going back time and time again!! If you are debating if you should go... GO!!

I went in for my second lobe piercings in April (which has been about 5 months now). Because I read the great reviews about this business on Yelp, I thought I would have been given great advice.The piercing experience itself was fine, Smiley pierced with a needle and it was a relatively painless experience. However, he charged me only $25 for the appointment, which leads me to believe that the jewelry was not high quality.I will also say that when I tried to call the shop when my ears were continually swollen, producing discharge, and painful, the shop never answered the phone, nor did they return my voice messages. I think I left 3 over multiple weeks.The aftercare that he provided included I wash the piercing 3-5 times a day with Dial soap- only Dial soap- for at least 2-4 weeks after the appointment. Smiley also said I could change the jewelry as soon as 2 weeks after my appointment.That did not seem right to me, so I waited 2 months before I changed my jewelry to stainless steel. My ears were swollen on and off for months, producing discharge and overall very uncomfortable. It has now been 5 months, and my ears are still producing discharge.Today I went in to see a licensed safe piercer in Fresno and he told me the advice I was given was totally wrong. I should have waited so much longer to change the jewelry. I should have used the same type of soap that I use to clean my hands to lather, and clean my ear jewelry with.He changed my jewelry to titanium, and when he changed the jewelry it was more painful than getting my ears pierced in the first place- because they were so infected! And it’s been 5 months since I got them pierced!I hope that this review leads more people to research who they let pierce their body. Aftercare is so important, and I honestly wish I had never gotten pierced here.

I cannot speak for the tattoos here but the piercings… just don’t come here. The first red flag to me was when the piercer tried to convince me that “surgical” steel is better than titanium (“surgical steel” is their only option). Absolutely no reputable piercer would say this. I have 4 other facial piercings all done with titanium. I went ahead and got an eyebrow and central labret despite knowing this already just because the price was so cheap. 2 weeks later.. both became infected and I had to be on antibiotics for a week. I saw an APP certified piercer to fix the mess and was properly fitted with a longer piece for each and titanium metal, as it always should’ve been. Most swelling has already gone down. Please save yourself the time and invest in better quality pieces.Edit: Yes, tools are stainless steel because it’s cheap and disposable. But everyone knows implants are almost always going to be titanium or chromium. And telling me that you are accommodating to everyone but don’t carry titanium, or choose to listen to me when I tell you my body is sensitive to steel, is not helping your case.

Fair prices (I paid $15 per piercing for lobe piercings, jewelry included), nice people, and walk-ins accepted.My only complaint is that they used butterfly back jewelry rather than flat back, but thats personal opinion.

I’ve gotten my septum, ashley and snake eyes done here, smiley(the piercer) does them super quick and clean, never feel any bad pain either. my mother also got a dermal piercing and she absolutely loves it, my sister got her industrial done and it was done very nice. we will all definitely be coming here for all our piercings. prices are good and piercer is great! they all healed super nice with no infections:)))). (sadly i ended up taking my Ashley out💔 not the piercers fault, i just got frustrated with it)

I wanted to wait until everything was healed to leave my review. Everything went great with my septum and nostril piercing. Everything in the shop was clean and COVID safe. The staff are all super cool and the prices are unbeatable! This will definitely be my go-to for piercings and tattoos in Fresno!

They look like scary cholos but they are super professional and very good at their job. I went a year go in April of 2018 for 5 piercings on my ears. Smiley is amazing and has been doing this for 20+ years. I waited this long to make a review because I wanted to make sure I was a healed up. No infection if you follow their directions and clean your earrings and ears properly. 10/10 highly recommend. Best place in Fresno hands down.

This is a great place for affordable and professional piercings! Its in a bit of a rough area and looks a little rough from the outside, but everything is clean and professional on the inside. Smiley took good care of me and my friends piercings. I will definitely be returning if I ever want some new piercings.

Called to ask about getting a new belly ring due to losing mine a few weeks ago, asked if they had any internally threaded jewelry, was told no because it can cause more damage on insertion, a quick Google and speaking with many people I know who are APP approved shows that, that was WRONG. Would not have left this if they would have given a yes or no answer, but instead they added in false information, that can change someone from having a properly healed piercing or serious scarring.

I got my septum pierced by Smiley and it was pretty nice and quick. He explained everything he was doing and was really calm. He gave me aftercare instructions and answered any questions I had. I really love my piercing and Im happy with the work he did. It was great service and really affordable!!

I come from San jose all the way to this shop for my piercings! The piercer always gives after care instructions and makes you feel comfortable. I got my helix and conch pierced here and I love it. Quick & easy with no pain :) and prices are better than any other place you can go to! Definitely recommend.

I’ve had plenty of piercings done here by Smiley and I have never had an issue. This past visit though was not so good. Smiley was professional as usual but I question if the jewelry and needle was sanitized enough. I got my conch and my Tragus pierced both are now infected. I understand there’s a lot of foot traffic and they try to be as efficient and quick as possible to get everyone in and out but this is unacceptable. This is very concerning health wise. I had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics and ointment. I will never get pierced here again.

I decided to get my eyebrow pierced and came here although I was weary at first because there were some negative reviews. Well, I had a great experience here! The needle and tongs were new, I saw him open the packages myself. The person who did my piercing was named Mike, he was very friendly. I had an amazing experience and felt comfortable in the shops environment.

Got a micro dermal on the side of my left face and it was painless and quick. Well everything comes with pain, But with Smiley he is the man! Got me in and out petty quickly for a piercing. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes and I was on my way.Edit: wanted to pierce my daughters earlobes. Called and listened to their answering machine message since they dont answer the phone. Didnt find out till I got there that they wont pierce anyone under age 14 due to department of public health rules. Nothing bad against them just would have been nice to know before I drove from out of town. Just an FYI

I have been taking my daughter here for over 2 years. She started at 16 and Ive gone to every appointment with her. Shes started with piercings. They can do it all and the guys are Awesome! If you can describe it or have a photo of what you want, they can do it! Very professionally done and they take pride in their work. They also tell my daughter how to care for her tatt and skin. Shell be completing her sleeve next summer and I cant wait to see the outcome. Fresno Tattoo Rocks !!!

Love this place! So I got my septum pierced and my sister got her eyebrow done here. I was super nervous but the man who helped us was super chill and was pretty funny which helped the nerves.I attempted to come two times before so I’ll just let y’all know nowIf you’re a minor and your parents aren’t there to sign for you, don’t even try. They will turn you down. You can’t sweet talk ya way lol.And as of right now during Covid, they o my pierce from 12-3 I believe.Everything was clean and right out the package. He let you know what he was doing when doing it :)If you’re also getting a septum just know you won’t be getting a ring or a horse shoe right away! You’re start with a bar which I know isn’t aesthetically what you got it for but it’s going to be a blessing during the healing process I promise you it’s worth the wait!

Me & my sister finally decided last minute to get our snake eyes pierced. on the way there we were so nervous (sweating, shaking ) LMAO. as soon as we walked in we saw smiley & he started busting jokes making us feeling 10000% comfortable. i will say he calmed my nerves down alot . he was very helpful and anwsered all our question with kindness and professionalism. Had my nose pierced by Smiley about a year ago. Went back today to have my nipples pierced. He is amazing at what he does. Makes it so comfortable, relaxing and not so nerve-wrecking as one works it up to be. Very professional and clean. Wont go anywhere else for my piercings.

Got my nose pierced here and was pretty anxious about it, but he did it so fast and easy I felt barely a pinch and I was done 👍🏻 My 4 other friends came along as well to get pierced and we all were seen right away.. Fast, good service, and very decent prices too (only $15 :) )

I went several weeks ago for my septum piercing with my sister, she got her Medusa, she’s been here before and I know many ppl who have throughout the years, Smiley is effin awesome! Septum are known for being difficult and mines great! It was barely sore afterwards and when it happened I just felt a pinch. I’ll definitely come back! (And also I love how they respond to some of the reviews here! The one about the lady piercer was crazy because they don’t have a lady piercer!)

Don’t come for a tattoo went to get a small tattoo and the guy just wanted me to get in and out to make money and he made me bled way to much for the small tattoo and keep going back and forth with the gun instead of a straight line like he should caused me to bleed. Do go here.

Great service, very polite. They actually waited to close for us when we called ahead of time. Plus they are the best prices around. One piercing is $15 whereas Claires and other places start at like $20! I highly recommend this place for tattoos or just a simple ear piercing.

I happen to come here only for piercings that dont require much effort and if they are simple as in ear piercings. There are several reasons why I rated this business as 1 out of 5. One is my tounge Piercing. I was in the waiting room with about 5 other people, and my tounge piercing is not symmetrical at all. He rushed it just so he can attend to the other customers. I believe that a piercer should take their time and assure the customer has a beautiful piercing. Another mishap for me was stretching my ear. He upped it two sizes (I stared with a 20g) after about a month, to this day it still isnt the least bit healed. Lastly, the prices. They seemingly have no set prices. Doesnt tell you why this piercing costs this much. Other than these things, Im not completely dissatisfied. For others this might be a deal breaker.UPDATE: Ive gotten my daith pierced here and after a year of TLC and no pull, I realized my piercing was placed too shallow. This is not the 1st time Ive had a piercing done here and the result wasnt the best.

Took my daughter today to get her ears pierced for her 17th birthday. Very clean shop and the gentleman that pierced her ears was very professional and made sure she knew how to clean and care for them when at home. I plan to return for a tattoo for me.

I read good reviews for piercings, so i went here for my septum piercing. It was only $20 but I would NOT go here for a septum piercing. Ive already taken it out because it was in the wrong location. It is too low, too close to the tip of my nose, and is pierced crooked. Nope nope nope. Just a waste of money. Now I have to wait for it to heal before I go to a more experienced and professional piercer. I dont even remember him sanitizing my septum prior?He was completely nice and polite and respectful. But not good with septum piercings.

This place let some new piercer do my industrial piercing and ruined my ear. She didnt give me proper after care instructions, and didnt properly secure my hair out of the way causing a sever infection despite doing everything right cleaning wise. I also now have to have my ear surgically fixed so to the kiloids. I dont think anyone should go here.

Its a very clean, chill tattoo shop. Staff are straightforward and down to earth. I paid $150 for a tattoo that would easily be $200 and up where I live in the Bay Area. Prices are more than fair and the quality is amazing. I dont mind traveling for the right shop so I will be coming back.

I havent received a Tattoo in many years and was very apprehensive about the process. Keith at Fresno Tattoo & Body Piercing explained the process very well and I didnt have any questions on price or appointment date when I left store. Keith wasnt even a big fan of the Sci-fi Genre I was receiving and still did an amazing job, VERY clean and professional establishment.

Me and My girlfriend got matching tattoos and they did a phenomenal job. Very professional and all around cool guys. Dont believe the negative reviews. If there was a problem. It wasnt from these guys for sure. These guys will see a lot of business for me.

I got my nose, belly button, and ears pierced here, 3 of those all in one day. The artist was very professional and helped me calm down by telling jokes and basically just reassuring me it was gonna be okay! Will be going back for any tattoo or piercing I get in the future!

So quick and virtually painless to get my nose pierced! The piercer was so nice! To top it off it was only $15. High class tattoo was going to charge me $50! The jewelry is surgical steel which is great for piercings.

Today Feb 3 at 3 pm I called to inquire about ear piercings. Let me clarify and say that they were NOT rude however my 1 Star is because when I mentioned that my child was younger than 14 she recommended the mall or Claire’s (they use piercings guns ) as a piercing studio shouldn’t they advocate for safe practices and more informed refusals. If they aren’t comfortable with younger than 14 I understand completely just say so don’t dismiss me with irresponsible advice

I got doubles and Smiley was the guy who did them. Lemme tell you that guy has experience! It didnt hurt at all, just a small pinch and I was in and out super quick. They are healing perfectly fine and it was fun. Thank you!!

Went in for my first cartilage piercing somewhat nervous, just the atmosphere that Smiley had was enough to soothe any worries, asked me where I wanted it, I asked him for a recommendation, he chose the perfect spot, took about 23 seconds to decide and pierce, didnt even feel a pinch. Planning to go back for all future piercings.

When i walked into the place the staff were playing around and there was a huge mess. One guy was drunk and puked onto one of the chairs. The lady who did my tattoo was really nice and apologized for her co-workers. The tattoo was really good and not much pain.

I was living in Fresno for almost 2 years before I came back to Texas. I got 6 tattoos at this location and I love them!!!! My rose tattoo is even featured on the business card. If I could I would fly from Texas to Fresno to have my work done here. Cool people and good artists.

Reading through reviews of this place and I’m amazed at how horribly they respond to 1star reviews. Never would a “professional” piercer suggest to go to the mall for an ear piercing because... they use guns at the mall. It doesn’t matter how experienced they are. And referring to a potential client as “pasty” is unprofessional and rude. If you’re uncomfortable doing a tattoo/piercing, don’t make excuses. Clearly you make most of your money from piercings and when mistakes happen you have the nerve to apologize and then belittle and attack the very customers who’ve already had a bad experience.

Unprofessional!!! Was completely booked (which is fine) so when I told the guy we needed to have it done today he clearly got offended and stated thats not happening which is understandable. I then asked for Super (a previous tattoo artist that did my tattoo that worked there) he replied we fired him for doing tattoos like the one that he put on your chest! Which is fantastic! Super did a phenomenal job. The guy went on to continue to criticize my tattoo because I told him we couldnt wait until Friday and that well just have to keep searching for somewhere that could get it done today. So I left and went to Contract tattoo (in Fresno) where they were also booked but managed to squeeze us in and did not criticize any of the work that I have (needless to say the tattoo isnt even for me it was for my husband. Also, I have 8 tattoos already and know what a good tattoo is vs a bad tattoo). Avoid wasting your time and go to an establishment that wants to make money, and doesnt have their heads stuck up their a**s!!!!

Place is so dirty! Went to get a piercing...the guy wasnt wearing gloves. He dropped the needle that he was going to use to make the puncture on the floor, picked it up, and was about to use it on me when I said Hey! Can you wash that!? So he washed it and I still got the piercing but now its infected!!!! I will never go here again SMH

Got my dermal removed here. Took literally 30 seconds. Minimal pain. If you YouTube dermal removals, it’s a turn off from even getting one in the first place. Definitely lucky to find a guy who knows what he’s doing.

Smiley was pretty cool and fast. I just got an outer helix piercing, so it wasnt a big deal. Either way, it was what I expected and the guys seemed cool about everything.

I had met Hollister Mike last year in the middle of June, i asked for a back piece of my last name and he did a incredible job, i was very comfortable with his skill and his professionalism, he is very clean and dose a great job,ive been getting tattooed by him ever since,i have lots of work done by him i just keep going back he never fails to give me the best work that i can possibly ask for, he also has a good work ethic and knows how to talk to people in a respective manner, i recommend him to anyone that is trying to get good quality work.
