The manager, Cesilee, was incredibly rude. I had bought my daughter an Aphmau memeow from Claire’s and part of the attraction of these plushies is unpacking it. I got us on a corner and began filming her opening her plushy with her narrating it. Césilee then says that she must pass through there … there was plenty of space for her to pass through elsewhere without interrupting the video. I asked her to please not interrupt the video, she then proceeds to still interrupt and walk forward— shocking both myself annd my daughter. She had a bad attitude when we were paying for the plushy but I had just brushed it off. It seems she has problems at home. If she has that many problems that she comes to work with such horrible attitude then she should quit. We all have problems. There’s no excuse.The video was ruined. She’s very rude.

I’ve done piercing here for both of two daughters and I later on had my wife pierced her ear twice without any luck. She literally used the solution as prescribed, but unfortunately her piercing hole became swollen and it’s been more than a month now. They have no clue in piercings, tattoo artist would do better job than them … they’re ripped me off twice and I end up paying $130 for failed result, I took my wife to the doctor for medical prescriptions to get her feel better.

I liked it but they made a gimmick for us and tried to sell a lot of stuff to us. They made the earring crooked in my ear and it would not come out when I had the ear infection so I am just saying it could be bad or it could be good.just saying.

I love there store because they have a good variety of stuff to look at. I really like theiir selection of earrings and bracelets. The service was great and helpful.

The staff is nice and elementary aged girls love this store. However, the items are incredibly overpriced. We needed a pen, and the cheapest pen in the store was $15

Not a great experience..I got there at 9:45 am...The sign said they opened at 10 am. I waited finally at 10:19 am this girl walks up to open the store...By this time there were 5 people waiting in line to shop...This is the first time I have gone to this Riverpark Claires store...Normally, I go to the one in Sierra Vista Mall...I dont think I will be back...I really like Claires...I will continue going to either one but not this one...The girl didnt apologize for opening late...

Visited on a Monday morning. The very best customer service ever. So happy. I was greeted upon entering, asked if I was looking for something (which I was), and was directed right to the correct area by a very knowledgeable and friendly lady. So happy especially when good customer service is very hard to find.

Great experience. Took my 17 year old son in to get his ears pierced. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Piercings came out awesome.

Just got my babies ears pierced a couple Days ago. The woman at the store did a great job. She was patient, and did an excellent job .

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The girls were so sweet to her. I would recommend them again and again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
