I took my daughter here for her 10th birthday to get her second ear piercing. The store associate Amanda, blew me away with how WONDERFUL she was with my daughter. She made her laugh, made her feel comfortable, and made her feel confident. Amanda was not only great with my daughter but she was also amazing with all the other children in the store. Although Amanda clearly loves her job, I am writing this review to share with everyone how much we LOVED Amanda! We will continue to shop at this Claire’s due to their awesome employees!!! Thank you Amanda!

I went in with my daughter when all the staff were leaving except for one lady and everybody wanted piercings. The lady was not only helpful but friendly and although I read her name tag unfortunately I forgot her name but she was very sweet and patient and even though it was clear they were understaffed she was very professional and did not let the lack of help get to her. Thank you for making my daughters birthday present special! :) she was also promoting the Claires clubs benefits and Im really excited to see her again next time!

The experience with Amanda when I had my daughter’s ears pierced was so great. She calmed her down and spoke gently. She was so helpful. Will definitely be back!!

Unbelievable!!! Got my daughters ear pierced and BOTH earrings fell out during sleep and her holes closed up, called the store and she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do! How about offering to re-pierce them!!! Horrible customer service

Go to Banter in this mall instead, the girl at Banter was way much more patient. Amy was unwelcoming to me and my four year old. She seemed annoyed that she was going to have to pierce her ears. Banter has better prices and nicer people and the girl at Banter actually washed her hands before piercing her ears instead of just using hand sanitizer like they were going to do at Claires.

Was in shopping for a few things. Had an opportunity to watch a couple of associates handle a little girl that got her ears piered. They were absolute best at dealing with her. I would definitely take my daughter here.

One of the employees is awful. She refuses to honor clearly marked sale prices. She was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. My 5 year old left the store crying.

Today was the day. My granddaughter got here ears pierced. The associate was very professional and knowledgeable when answering your questions. And their prices were alright. I just didnt like how it felt like they tried to pack every square inch of them store leaving very little room for social distancing.

Honestly this place need more recognition its absolutely amazing the service is AWESOME everyone that works there has beautiful souls

We got our twin daughters ears pierced. The person that helped us was very good and their job and very patient as well. Only thing I didnt like was the price of the ear rings but on the whole our experience was great!

Went there today with friends to celebrate my birthday, staff was talking amongst themselves and gossiping, only properly doing their job when there were customers waiting at the desk. Items were not in their correct places and because of that, a plastic cup was knocked over and the lid chipped. We gathered the cup and chipped piece and gave it to the employee with short purple hair, and they seemingly wrote it off, up until we were checking out. When we were checking out, the employee made my friend pay for it in full and said that the cup was no longer useable. They then gave my friend the no longer useable cup as if it was perfectly okay and moved on, being passive aggressive the whole time. The cup is still perfectly functional and Ive seen far better Claires establistments simply glue the chipped piece back in place and sell it on clearance. We have been to this Claires many times before, and this is the first time we have ever had any type of issue at all, never mind one like this. I do not recommend coming to this Claires until the issue with their problematic staff is resolved, otherwise just go to Hot Topic.

Too pricey for some simpler things like ear piercing. Free-not really. Cheapest starting kit is relatively highly priced.

Website showed the Oaks Mall store in Gainesville, FL open until 8pm. However, they were already closed at 745pm.

Went to get my 3 girls a whole bunch of accessories and boy let me just say the staff was very rude!! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, but the people after and before me was!! I had so many things in my hands I wasn’t offered a basket or anything to help carry what I was holding!! No promotions were discussed or mentioned to me at all!! Also the girl at the register Lily T (I can’t forget her name) was the rudest of them all! Never will I shop here again

Very impressed with the two girls tonight I got to the mall at 7 on the dot I promised my daughter we would get her ears done. Not only did they stay open for us but they made sure everything went perfect and my daughter had a good experience.

I unfortunately am sad to say the lady who pierced my daughters ears messed up really bad. One of her ears was pushed soo far back. It was her 7th birthday and she has never had her ears pierced before so this was an experience for us. I had driven 2 hours to meet halfway with relatives to celebrate her birthday. I went to my hometown and has to go to another Clairs for them to fix the mistake. I felt so bad for my baby to go and get them re-pierced.

Small store, but packed with accessories. Any girl ages 4-14 LOVES this store for its jewelry, bags, and trendy items.....they offer buy 3 get 3 free on almost all items, but only 4 stars because for the quality, some items are overpriced.

Do not go for more than piercing on your ear. Granddaughter (19) got a 3rd hole done. One hole was to close to other, 4 months later has finally closed up so we can go somewhere else. $$$$ down the drain.

Awful customer service today. We left and had my daughters ears pierced around the corner at Piercing Pagoda and had a wonderful experience!

They ALWAYS have a great selection of accessories to make you beautiful & prices are exceptional. Ear piercing is available.

They have really friendly staff that have been helpful in finding what my daughters wanted.

The time that they open listed on their website is incorrect. It states they open at 10am, but actually dont open til 11am. Got there wayyyyy early.
