We went to have my daughters ears (6 yo) pierced for the first time! She is autistic and has some sensory processing sensitivities. Tiffany and Charlie were AMAZING with her! Both were kind, compassionate, and patient beyond what I hoped. Thank you so much! She LOVES her piercings! She said her dream has come true!

Kalina was AMAZING. She was so gentle with my 6 months old And she made the experience awesome. She was very knowledgeable when it came down to the questions that we ask concernin my daughter getting her ears pierced, and she was very detailed about every step that we didn’t need it to take when it came to taking care of her ears after the piercing, I will definitely be sending more people there because the service was just awesome.

Kalina is amazing!!! I went in for help with an existing piercing and she was super informative about what I had going on, made the whole experience very comfortable, and recommended me an amazing aftercare spray to use. She explained the differences in piercing metals and their possible allergens/irritants, as well as the ingredients in the product I took home and why it works! Everything started improving very quickly after I took her advice. I definitely plan to come back for some piercings soon and cannot express my appreciation enough 💞

I got my girls (4 yr) ear pierced today at Banter, the young lady who worked here was super patient and sweet to my daughter! After a bad experience at Claires in this same mall, I was so relieve when we went here and the young lady was so nice and patient with my girl!! Highly recommend them.

Bought insurance the defective earring back popped off earring is gone and not covered even though I have the backing....great service. Guy on phone says your loss...

Got my second ear piercings done, Kalina was absolutely amazing! A great employee: got my mother to also purchase another disinfectant spray, sent us to the sister company, Zales, to clean the earrings I had in, and was very educated on the proper care of having earrings and what and what not to do. Myra’liz was very helping and kind helping me pick my daughter earrings when she got pierced. She was also good with communicating how to take care of my daughters piercing. I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the two that helped me today..I had a cartilage piercing done and my ear was not agreeing with the stainless steel at all . I knew my ear lobes can only wear one metal but had no clue the cartilage would face the same thing . The employees took the time to change out the piercing with the proper medals that my ear can adjust to and although it was very soar they were absolutely genuine in making my ears feel better.... thank you for helping me today. 5 star experience with a people that care .

My review is a little late, but nonetheless I still wanted to share my experience that I had a few months ago. I just have to say that it was amazing. The staff was so attentive and courteous to me. They really made it a wonderful experience. I got a second piercing on both of my ears and I love it! I will definitely go back sometime soon to get another piercing! Didnt really appreciate that 1 of the young ladies didnt know how to do lay away so she pushed me to do progressive leasing and I ended up just giving back everything that I brought because I didnt like the progressive leasing style... They should definitely be taught how to do other things as well as progressive leasing

I have been searching like crazy looking for a wedding ring that my Fiancé would love. Men’s ring with diamond can be kinda expensive so I decided to shop here after going to Kay’s and Zales. I had cash ready to get a ring today. I came up to the stand where 3 associates were just standing around and not ones was I asked if I needed help. I would rather pay Kay’s prices where I will not be ignored. So disappointed, I will not be back.

I bought replacement earrings here when my daughter lost one. The service was fine but I wasnt happy with the earrings. Their safety backs dont stay on their earrings at all. We have lost 3 individual earrings (100 near losses) and and she never tuggs on her ears. I bought one pair from Walmart and shes been wearing them over twice as long. No falling out

I bought a Sterling Silver Rope chain 925 from them and I Love it.The Manager is very,very Friendly.They have very nice jewelry.Do not believe what people have to say about these places.they have just as fine jewelry as the big stores.They are owned by some big named stores.

I was really nervous to get them done and they were so kind the entire time. Earrings are super cute, and they were really thorough in explaining aftercare. It barely hurt and was over in a flash.

Just a suggestion for sales associates at Piercing Pagoda in The Oaks Mall--when youre told not once, not twice, but three times that the customer does NOT want the piercing warranty, dont be surprised when you upset your customer.
