I received my first laser hair removal treatment today, and it was remarkably painless. The underarms and Brazilian area were targeted during the procedure. The technician who performed the treatment created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I will return in a few months to provide feedback on the treatments progress and whether it justifies the cost.

Staff is so friendly and extremely informative! I have mostly been working with Emily to get an old eyebrow tattoo removed, and she has been very transparent throughout the entire process. In addition to their services, the staff here cares about education their customers. .

Great place to come for laser treatment. I found this place through a Google search. I always have a great experience, staff is very nice and able to work with your schedule. Location is very clean. Service is very fast. I have noticed a significant decrease in hair growth on my face compared to waxing. I have PCOs and they are able to work well with this condition.

Healthydermis of Gainesville is absolutely amazing! Nelly the office manager is very diligent about texting and checking in with you and texting reminders. Their customer service is superb! I wasn’t expecting to see such quick results with my thick hair, especially after just ONE session. Every patient is going to be different but I did not have to shave between sessions so far! My consultation and same day peel were by far the best experience I’ve had at a medspa. I arrived in a panic but Dr. Riveros immediately put me at ease. She explained in detail what was happening with my face and came up with a plan. She was able to fit me in for a mild chemical peel directly after the consultation. I was worried about sensitivity, but not even 24 hours later I honestly look and feel so much better already! No crazy red or sensitivity. I truly appreciate the time she took with me and how thorough she was. The space is very clean and she has the latest non-invasive technology available. Her staff were fantastic and helpful. Ms Riviera has a beautiful establishment and staff, along with good honesty.Yihi who was my specialist was Amazing and was not only incredibly comforting and accommodating but also genuinely polite and professional and chill. Words cannot explain how well she took care of me and I also greatly appreciate the extra effort given her every day work duties.This all wouldn’t have been thanks to Nelly who is the coordinator who also is chill and worked around my busy schedule. Wonderful medspa!! I’ve had laser hair removal at other facilities and they do not even compare to the results I’ve gotten at Healthydermis. I started with full leg hair removal then added underarm hair removal, and now I’m having facial hair removal done. I’ve also had some cosmetic procedures done to my neck area and have had wonderful results. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Healthydermis!!

My name is Jae and this was my first ever time getting laser hair removal or any skin treatment. I walked in not knowing anything about Laser or anything. I actually found them through the same reviews that I am writing right at this moment.When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and was met with the absolute friendliest staff and was sat down for my consultation. I was educated about all the services I was receiving in depth. I learned that there is actually differences between lasers and types of them. Most clinics use a cheap or moderately ineffective IPL (Pulsed Light) that isnt actually a true laser. Here they used top of line technology.I wont just put anything on my skin. My face and skin is so important to me. They used a Laser combination with Alexandrite and ND-YAG which is actually 2 lasers. They penetrate deep to get the actual hair and the results are actually permanent after 6-8 sessions unlike most lasers that require yearly touch ups.During my actual lasering I couldnt believe how quick it happened. I had cooling air and a cooling roller being put constantly on my skin to help relieve the stinging. It was gentle and quick. The treatment took less than 2 minutes, I actually couldnt believe it.I really enjoyed my experience here and I definitely will be coming back. I already have my second appointment booked :)These are photos right after my treatment, the redness has gone away and I actually feel no pain!

I would have gave this place five stars but I didn’t like the receptionist. She made me feel like I didn’t belong in this place. When I called to come back to that office to buy a product of theirs the receptionist told me to call when I got there so I wouldn’t run into a client... made me feel like they didn’t want me there.Very disappointed.
