My Mom, sister, and I recently visited Lou’s and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, with a laid-back vibe that put my nerves at rest. The artists were not only skilled but also took the time to chat with us, ensuring we were comfortable and happy with the design. They were patient and attentive, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The end result was stunning, and we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Tat2Lou’s for their exceptional service and friendly environment!

How do I even start!!I found Jax from a friend and LOVED his work on insta. The shop was quick to help me with planning/pricing and scheduling my appointment. When I got there they were super nice and the studio is clean, cool, and super inviting. I gave Jax an idea/inspo and a size and I let him take care of the res! He designed the tattoo right on my arm and is SUPER talented with drawing. He was amazing with communicating and bringing my idea to life! During my tattoo session he made me feel super comfortable and okay with the whole process. He was a JOY to talk to, and made my all day session feel like an hour because I was having such fun. When I wasnt feeling well he made sure to help me by getting my blood sugar up and was super nice and understanding. In the end, the tattoo was all I couldve ever DREAMED of. it was perfect!! Safe to say, im gonna be a regular here. :) Thanks Jax!

Love this place!! First time going and I’m so glad I did!! let me just say… they really take care of you there!! On the way there they informed me the artist who would have been doing my tattoo had a fam emergency but I had traveled and was almost there when it happened so Jax stepped right in and did an amazing job!! Props to keeping me updated with what was going on and big props to Jax!! Was so thrilled with the outcome and will definitely be going back for more. This shop responds promptly and is easy to communicate with. I recommend this place 10 out of 10!

KD did a good job with my nose piercing. I was in and outta there within minutes. The establishment was clean and she also made sure to wash hands before the piercing.

2nd time going now to Tat2lou’s and both times I’ve had amazing experiences here getting tattooed by Jax! The first one I got was a Scorpion tattoo and it has healed up so nicely and then today got a matching duck tattoo with my brother! It was my brothers first time getting a tattoo (he got a chest tattoo and duck tattoo) and Jax made it really comfortable for him and cracking jokes and conversation! He’s very down to earth, super nice, really funny, and always willing to explain the process and even make the tattoo better than the original reference photo! He really puts a lot of effort into his work and his clients! He did a really good job on both of our tattoos! 100% will be coming back and can’t wait to get another one done by Jax soon!

I have been in four times so far for piercings by KD and it’s been great every time! Highly recommend her!

If you are looking for a clean, relaxed, professional place that has the best artist and plays great music, look no further. I have had a vision for a very personal tat for about 7 years and Jax brought it to life for me. It is better than what I had in my head. I think this is the start of my sleeve. My family and I went to Tat2Lou’s to get a couple of tattoos but ended up getting 2 different piercings by KD and 5 tattoos by Jax. Everyone there was amazing and so nice. Thank you very much for everything. I will definitely be referring everyone there.

I got my first tattoo here that said Riding that storm running through my veins and a tornado aswell. The artists name is Jaxon and he did a great job on my tattoo definitely will be back in the future to get another one from here!

Lou was amazing! My friend came in from out of town and we wanted to get matching tattoos. Lou was able to get us both in the same day to get them done. He helped us with the design of that tattoo and we absolutely love the way they came out. Lou was extremely professional yet very easy to talk to and he made the whole experience just awesome. Cannot say enough great things. I will definitely be going back.

Jax is a great tattoo artist. He did a matching tattoo for my sister and I and they both came out perfect. He was gentle with the needle and kept great conversation throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

Jax was awesome! My friend came in from out of town and wanted to get tattoos, we both left very happy. Jax was able to get us both in the same day to get them done and was professional but still very easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back for more!

Came all the way out from Vegas just to get some tattoos. Jax ended up being my artist and I couldn’t be happier with the work he does. The owner and all of the rest of the staff were polite and very welcoming unlike regular tattoo shops where it feels like you’re not welcomed. 10/10 experience!

Lou did my butterflies about a year ago and the others were done by jax at the shop recently and I love them all. highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some ink, most friendly people and such a cool environment.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. They really work together to take care of customers, and they are ALL talented. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Jax brought it to life. Not only did he do a great job, but he is personable and truly PASSIONATE about his art. My tattoo came out PERFECT! If you’re looking for HIGH quality tattoo work & piercings do not waste your time at the other shop in Gainesville. Save yourself the time and money having to get their work fixed (seriously, go look at reviews and fb complaints about them), and just go to Tat2Lous and get it done right the first time!

Jax and Lou are very professional artist! Jax has done my last 4 tattoos, I recommend people to go check them out! I was very pleased with my tattoo’s they healed great! They are very clean, neat, and organized! You can not go wrong by getting either one of the guys to give you a tattoo!!

Jax did my tattoo and did an incredible job! I am pleased with his kindness. I have a regular artist in Denton but wanted to try a new place and this one was perfect. The environment was friendly, very clean, and not overwhelming for someone like me who gets overstimulated easily. The tattoo artist are spaced out so I could talk and list to music without any problems. I have medical conditions and Jax made sure I let him know the second I experienced any problems. I am excited to return in the future!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY FRIDAY 13th TAT 😍😍😍 they were all so friendly they were quick and it came out absolutely perfect, even better than I imagined!!! ❤️ WOULD 100% RECOMMEND especially if you’re wanting to feel comfortable with your artist, because Lou and the other artist were so easy going it made someone like me (who’s riddled with social anxiety) feel right at home!
