I had the best experience at Banter by Piercing Pagoda on Fathers Day. I took my dad to get a single ear piercing and Jordan the piercing specialist was amazing! The entire staff was so pleasant, friendly, and professional as well. Highly recommended!!

Great staff, very friendly, patient, and cleanly with my 2 girls getting their first piercings. They took the time to let them choose from a variety of earrings and then they also received an extra pair as a free gift. Would definitely recommend.

Shane was absolutely incredible for my nostril piercing, professional and kind! He also helped my mom find a couple beautiful earrings.

Mia did so great with my son. He has one attached and one unattached ear. She made sure to get his piercings even, and she did just that. My son was very nervous but she handled him so professionally and kind. I would recommend her to anyone!!Thank you Mia!!

Came by to see Shane to check up on 2 piercings he did prior. 10/10 would recommend coming by for your piercing and jewelry needs. Store/kiosk is clean and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Their manager, Jordan, is really helpful and seems to be running the place very well for the coworkers & customers. Justine and Mia (spell check) are also very kind & knowledgeable.

Sonja was very helpful with me! She remembered me from my last visit and displayed hospitality on a level so high I couldn’t wait to come back. Justine was very helpful and engaging today. She pierced my ears today very quickly and precise, she was clean and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was ok. She gave me the best possible price and showed me a lot of the options that were displayed. Great experience will definitely recommend.

A few weeks ago we came to this location to have our ears pierced. The piercing was done by Jordan and he did an amazing job. Today me and my daughters came back for cartilage piercings which were done by shane. He also did a great job. We were all very happy.

Very impressive with Jordans attentiveness to my concerns with piercing. He explained everything, informed me of the aftercare requirements, and provided insight on care between my current visit and the upcoming visit. I got my helix done at Banter in Four Seasons mall in Greensboro. My piercer was Shane and he made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I am in love with my piercing!

I had scheduled an appointment online it was quick and easy. Once I arrived the process was great the customer service I received was excellent. Karizma was our piercer, she pierced my 3 month old baby ears. She was very patient and informative. I will be going back in the future.

We always have a great experience here! I don’t know who the manager is but Kimberly needs some recognition for how great she is. My husband and I only shop at the pagoda and Kimberly is who we prefer to deal with 10/10 she is amazing at her job. She’s patent she takes her time with you. She makes sure your getting exactly what you want. There’s so much I could say about her but just know she is great at what she does and if you go shop with them you’ll know exactly why we continue to stay loyal to this place. Her knowledge and know how has never been questioned by us and she never makes us feel uneasy when making purchases. Kimberly keep being awesome and doing what your doing!!!!

The listless clerk dismissively says to us:Oh, no sir, we stop piercing at 6pm. You can still buy the earings though and come back tomorrow.My disappointed 5 year old daughter was so sad.That phone call could have saved me a lot of trouble and a crying child. Yes we are open until 7, but we pierce until 6.As a customer service retail operation your staff set up the customer to have a great experience, or a terrible experience. I had a terrible experience, and will likely not return.
