Pure Image Laser and Spa

I am so pleased with my experience at Pure Image! I went in for a skin procedure and anticipated it would be a lengthy and costly process. To my surprise, I got the procedure the same day and for a much better value than I was quoted at other skincare spas. Christina was the esthetician and she was so nice and highly knowledgeable. The entire staff were warm and friendly, and the office is lovely and inviting. I highly recommend Pure Image and will book with them again!

Lauren is so amazing! Takes the time but most importantly she KNOWS what she is doing and very honestly tells you when something is not needed or should not be done. She was the first to get Dysport right around my eyes, after various experienced injectors and surgeons did not. Then went for Sculptra, her application method flawless and barely no marks! Looking forward to coming back for more treatments with her!

Tisha was amazing! I really appreciated her expertise and how she cared about my and my daughter’s skin. I highly recommend her!

I visited Pure Image for a hot stone massage. I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home while I waited. The wait was about five minutes, when Stephanie introduced herself and escorted me to her area of expertise. My massage was amazing, Stephanie was amazing, the overall experience was amazing. So amazing in fact, I signed up for their VIP plan! I highly recommend Pure Image for your spa treatment.

Christina has been my esthetician for longer than I can remember and she is the BEST! She always knows what is best for my skin goals and suggests just the right services and products. And Mechelle and Lauren do a great job with my injections. I love the way my skin looks and feels, and I get so many compliments. The Pure Image staff is so friendly and on top of their game, always making me feel welcome and happy to see me. I cant thank them enough for such professionalism and superb service. I wouldnt go anywhere else! They even have tattoo removal service, which is amazing and worked very well.

Friendly staff & Evelyn was great and super helpful. She has done my facials for a while now and is very knowledgeable about skin health & services. Would recommend! The VI peels are good, not too intense.

Had a great experience at this spa! Everyone was welcoming and the space is very inviting. I’ve never had a chemical peel and Jade was so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She told me what to expect during the treatment and after during the recovery process. The downtime was minimal and the results were fabulous. I’ll definitely be going back to Jade in the future !

Over the past year I’ve had the pleasure of receiving a variety of treatments from Mechelle, Christina & (today) Ginny. They are amazing ladies who are experts in the services they offer. I have learned to trust their recommendations and am thrilled with my results! Additionally, they work with you to develop a plan that will meet your needs that’s within your budget. The office is beautiful, and the entire staff is warm and encouraging. I feel empowered by the conversation each time I visit. I love supporting businesses that truly value people!

Very kind front-desk and my masseuse was Stephanie and she was phenomenal! Knew all the right spots where there was tension and was attentive to my needs. Would highly recommend and will be going back(and for other services as well)!

Makes you feel comfortable and strives to give her clients a great experience. It’s also always very clean and beautiful inside!

This is the best place to get facials. Jade is so professional and is very knowledgeable with the skin. She has helped me with my problematic acne, and now my face doesnt break out. The hydrofacial is a must tey if you want nice glowing skin. Definitely give this place a try.

I had the European body wrap and it was refreshing and relaxing with a great head massage. Holly was extremely professional and attentive to making sure I was comfortable, my skin felt so soft and hydrated.

I want to write a review to let others know that Jade is an awesome esthetician! She has done the signature anti-aging facial on me as well as the hydra facial and does a wonderful job! She will put you at ease and make your skin look amazing at the same time. I highly recommend Jade to get that glow youre looking for!

Madie has been my esthetician for about the last year. I love her services. I go monthly or so for facials and dermaplaning. I don’t have to request the type of facial because she knows what my skin needs. She’s professional, friendly, and one of the sweetest people I know. Highly recommend this spa.

My first visit to this spa wasn’t a good experience at all, I think it was a mixture of uncontrollable circumstances and miscommunication. But after reaching out to the manager Michelle and letting her know how my visit went, there was no hesitation with her trying to make it up for me. She was so kind enough to give me a full refund on my first appointment & a complimentary facial/massage! The second visit was wonderful and relaxing.. it’s a big deal to treat your customers with such kindness after something wasn’t satisfactory for them & I really really appreciate that!! I don’t treat myself very often but I look forward to my next visit in the future :)

I’ve been going to this spa for YEARS and Christina NEVER disappoints. She is my GO TO esthetician! She is VERY meticulous and beyond professional every time I see her. I’ve seen many estheticians in the last 10+ years getting facials and Christina is by far the best of the bestI recently did the PRX+rezenerate (per her recommendation) and she was not wrong at how affective this treatment is. Tightens and brightens your skin, even after 1 treatment with the results coming in about a week after. I did have mild peeling after the 2nd day lasting for about 3 days but I also have very sensitive/reactive skin!Thank you Christina & Image Laser and Spa! See you in about a month for more treatments 😜

Evelyn is fantastic. She always explains treatments in detail and is very particular. I’ve been going to Pure Image for over a year now and rarely seek treatments elsewhere. The VIP program is a great deal. Can’t recommend Evelyn or Pure Image highly enough.

Update: editing my review again as a few more misconceptions have been added below! I was NEVER once informed when I bought the gift card the services had a expiration date of 6 months. That being said, I do find it odd the word numerous times is being used when the gift card was only discussed one time before I got a call the services were expiring. Being that pregnancy lasts 9 months it isnt possible to have used the services and that was the big selling point for me. I was definitely informed at the time of purchase there would be lasers in the bag, despite the comment below. Also yes I am aware that the 500 dollar goes on my account but without the above selling point, I would have never just dropped $500. Also confused where I was told about the expiration on numerous occasions as after I bought the gift card at the end of July, I hadnt been in until my pregnancy sickness let up.Started coming in 2019 and the majority of the staff is super friendly and have never gotten a bad facial! At the end of July, the staff was selling me their gift card promotion, (obviously their job!) Buy a gift card for 500 dollars and you receive over 1k in services/products such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal, dermaplane, IPL... all the stuff I would usually get! I was trying to conceive/ very early pregnant (openly talked about it with the staff) and figured I could use these services once baby came.. got a call a few months later my services were expiring in March. I spoke with/ emailed Mechelle and didnt get the most friendly response. I obviously would have not purchased the gift card pregnant if I would have known they expired. I even offered to use ALL of the services within a few weeks of my baby arriving but was told no exceptions. I really value great customer service and unfortunately did not receive that.

This place is amazing!! I started getting massages last year and have been scheduling them at least every other month. Tina and Holly are both amazing!! I always feel so relaxed during and after each massage.

One of the best facials with Niki, I always get the O2 and dermaplaning and she is just so thorough and very detail oriented. As an esthetician myself, it’s wonderful to find a place that is trust worthy and knows what they’re doing! Super clean and friendly with very accommodating schedules as well as very responsive. I personally would recommend this place to everyone!

I had a 30 minute consultation with Christina this week to discuss a few issues Ive been experiencing with my skin and the aging process that I would like to slow down a bit. I am 72 years old and, overall, in very good health. She is extremely knowledgeable and realistic in treatment protocols that could help achieve what I would like. She did NO HARD SELLING and gave me detailed recommendations in writing along with brochures which explained what we discussed in the consultation. I have an appointment to begin one of these treatments next week.

Madi at Pure Image is awesome! She’s very thorough with explaining the process of whatever treatment I am having, what the results can be or should be and how to take care of my skin going forward along with recommendations for future treatments! Everyone at Pure Image is top notch!!!

User friendly website, it was a breeze to book. They offer a VIP membership with awesome perks. The spa is inviting and very relaxing with high end quality products. The owner even reached out personally regarding my experience! That alone made my day!

Such a luxurious spa experience! My daughter and I arrived and were warmly greeted by Christina, one of the owners who made us feel right at home. I was visiting from Santa Barbara, California where our spas are still unable to perform facials due to Covid restrictions. Madi gave me a facial that was customized for my age and skin type… perfect for my face that has spent too much time in the sun and badly needed a few layers of flakey skin removed. This was such a fun, relaxing and pampering experience for both my daughter and me.I look forward to returning next time I’m in town. Thank you to all of the friendly staff!

Ive been to Pure Image Laser and Spa for several services over the past 2 years. Have received excellent and effective treatment from the personable staff that makes you feel very comfortable. I especially like all of their massage therapists. If you havent tried a massage with cupping, I highly recommend it! Also, the VIP program has proved incredibly cost effective for me; lots of benefit to it.

Christinas facials are amazing! My first appt with her was several months ago using a Groupon -- and I have kept going to her EVERY month since. Ive been fortunate to have had many facials in my lifetime, but she is THE best! Christina takes the time to customize the facial, and she performs extractions during the visit! Please go and treat yourself! Youll be hooked after the first facial! Im a customer for life. :-)12/14/2021 -- Just wanted give an update since its been FIVE years since my last review -- and FIVE years since Ive been getting monthly facials with Christina. She still is awesome! Since my lasts review, Ive tried other services at Pure Image Laser and Spa, like fotofacials, microcurrent, micro-needling, skin tightening, lamiprobe, and TCA peels --all good for maintenance of healthy-looking skin that belies my age! Christina never pressures me to buy extra services, but I do trust her to recommend what other services I should try to keep looking my best. Shes always has a ready smile, super friendly, and keeps her appointments on time. I look forward to my next FIVE years of monthly appts with Christina and Pure Imager Laser and Spa!

Laser micro needling is the way to go ! I will never get tired of the compliments on my skin all because of pure laser spa! Now we have a great alternative to cosmetic surgery that is actually competitive and works!! I love you guys!

Christina single-handedly changed my skin! I used to have very oily, uneven skin with breakouts all the time. I had tried so many different products as well as medications to help with my acne, but nothing worked until I started getting facials with Christina about a year ago. She is very straightforward and will tell you exactly what you need, including what products you should use and what products to avoid. More than that, she actually gets to know her customers and makes you feel comfortable at all times, which is great because dealing with adult acne can be embarrassing especially when you feel like youre at a loss. I couldnt recommend Christina at Pure Image enough! I feel so much more confident and happy in my own skin.

I am on my 2nd year of once a month massages for me! It is a wonderful treat to know I have a massage scheduled each month on the 1st Monday - the service is Superb and affordable! I use it as part of my whole health treatment. And I am feeling much better my circulation is better!

The place was nice and inviting. The therapist for my full body massage was very good with her hands. Worked out all my tight muscle areas. A little out of my way but worth the drive.

Christina and Mechelle have created a little slice of heaven in Indy! Their services menu offers a little something for everyone and the skin care line they sell is fantastic (Vital C)! My favorite service is the Therapeutic Massage from Holly Lynn!

Where to start!?! Im so thankful that I have met Christina and all the help that she has given me for my laser hair removal. Im in the process of getting my whole face/neck, armpits, and down south done with laser hair removal treatments. I have POS so my hair is very thick, coarse, and black so just after 1session of laser, I could tell a HUGE difference. The confidence level has shot up and its only going to get higher and higher from this point. Not only are the results amazing but you cant beat the pricing here but obviously the more you get done the cheaper it gets for you!!! I could go on and on about this place and the staff but I dont have room to write a book!

I signed up years ago for monthly messages and my chronic back, neck and shoulder pain are gone. I carry my tension in my neck and shoulders and as a result was getting more migraines and they are gone as well. For me self care is a must and the yearly plan is more reasonably priced so I can afford it.

My first visit will not be my last! Pure Image Laser and Spa is a gem! I had an aromatherapy massage, and it was heavenly!

Christina is fantastic. I went to doctors about a scar I needed to fade. Most recommended things that didnt do much. She was right on with what she recommended. After 3 TCA peels and following what she said. It is almost gone.
