I needed tattoo removal for my eyebrows. The staff here was very accurate in assessing the scope of what I would need. My schedule can run fairly tight; and when I came to my appointments, they were Always ready to see me, on schedule and very quick. Very kind people. Would recommend recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional tattoo removal. The process is quick and easy, from the consultation to the first removal session. I’m having a small tattoo on my hand removed, it only took about 30 seconds for one treatment. The staff, Cody and Gracie, are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I am on my husband’s Google account, but I have to talk about these ladies- from the time of my first Consultation to my first laser visit, which was today was amazing!! I cannot express to you enough the difference in my brows today!! I am so glad that I made the decision to move forward with the confidence even the girls gave me. My experience has been very positive. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly and welcoming. I had my first laser treatment and did not have any adverse effects. And it’s a tattoo within a sleeve so they made sure to get exactly what I wanted removed. Checked and double checked!If you have a professional tattoo it will take time and more sessions to remove. The package deal worked out to be the best option for me and it is valid at any Removery. So if you move, your sessions go with you. The technicians are very good, and so informative, taking time to answer any questions you may have. The receptionist is very nice, and all of the staff are so friendly and professional. If you are thinking about having any tattoos removed this is your place.

I’ve been getting my tattoos removed at removery for about a year now and it’s been nothing but the best experience all around. I think Laura one of the staff deserves her own 5 star rating. She goes above and beyond to make sure clients have the best experience possible. Yesterday when my sister couldn’t go back in the room with me Laura offered to and the entire time she held my hand and comforted me through my session. She was surprisingly a better support person than my own sister!

I’ve been debating tattoo removal for a long time. When I saw that Removery has a package deal to include as many tattoos as you want removed, and the cost covers all of the sessions it will take until they’re removed, I was sold.I decided to pull the trigger and do a free consultation. I have 4 tattoos, and knuckle tattoos (technically 20 if you count each letter). I anticipated it being 8-10k for all.The consultation was easy, super friendly, relaxed environment. They did not pressure me. I was floored when I was told the price. Well below what I was expecting. I paid on the spot and can’t wait to start the removal process.I’m a busy person and rarely write reviews but this company and the employee’s working out of the Castleton location deserve all of the praise. They know what they’re doing and they will treat you like family through the process. Highly recommend!

The workers were very nice and thorough and made the process and aftercare so easy to understand! I felt very prepared for what I was going into. They were also very upfront about pricing and stuff.

Normally I go with my sister to get her tattoos removed but I am now pregnant and cannot go into the room with her! Everyone was so kind to her and the women at the front desk even went back and held my sister’s hand and supported her through the 7 tattoo removals when I couldn’t! They really care about their clients and providing them with the best treatment and support!

For FIVE years I had microblading that I was unhappy with. I visited Removery with the expectation that it would take multiple sessions and well over a grand to have the microblading removed. Nope! One single 10-15 minute session & my brows were back to normal & me again. Had I known what I know now, I would have done this years ago. Wonderful staff, affordable, quick & easy! The people there are so nice and comforting the minute you walk in. They explain everything perfectly so there are no surprises. They even give you a little goody bag to take home, with things you need to take care of yourself afterwards.I went in for my 1st Tattoo at 52 years old and got blowout. It is my kids thumbprint in a heart shape. I was so excited to show it off but ended up hiding it because it looked bad. In one session these Angels took away my shame and changed my life. I may have to go back for one more session but it looks great with just the one and I’m not conscientiously thinking about hiding my tattoo all the time now. I highly recommend this place. I had a really good experience here! Im just starting the tattoo removal process. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I had my consultation and was given a thorough walk through on pricing, what kind of laser they use, how my skin type will react to the treatment etc. They know their stuff here and I was well taken care of. The laser itself was a little painful for sure, but the laser technician was very patient with me and let me take breaks in between spots. 10/10 experience. Cant wait to see the fading progress with this tattoo.

I went in for my for a consultation for tattoo removal that I have been wanting for years. The girl who helped me with the financing and all the information was so incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in for same day treatment which was so nice since I live far. The nurse who did my laser treatment was an angel. I was so nervous for the pain and she helped ease my anxiety and made the process so much better! It certainly does not feel great to get but will be so worth it in the end. The laser tech Katie is very professional and passionate about her job. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable and go out of there way to make sure your happy and satisfied. I had a face tattoo a little bigger than a quarter and it came right off after 3 sessions, completely gone!

On a whim, I booked a consult online after discussing tattoo removal with some friends. I arrived early and they took me right in. Everything was explained about the process in detail, as well as realistic expectations and my responsibilities in between treatments. They were transparent about cost and broke down multiple ways of setting it up. I was ready to commit and they were able to do my first treatment then and there! During the procedure I felt totally comfortable, it lasted probably less than a minute for my particular tattoo, its definitely painful but they do a great job of distracting you! The facility itself was clean and so cute, and also smelled great! All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend based on my experience!

I could not be happier with my experience at Removery! My situation is unique. I have a tattoo that I eventually want to cover with something different and I’ve had white ink tattooed over it to lighten how dark it was. Unfortunately, the laser tattoo removal process makes white ink appear darker than lighter and make it look not right or eye pleasing. WHO KNEW? Laura in the office was the nicest, most honest and truthful human I’ve ever interacted with. She was very clear that white ink and lasers don’t interact well and was open with communication and just so genuine. While I won’t be getting my tattoo laser removed from Removery due to lack of prior tattoo education on my behalf, Laura recommended local tattoo artists who could gladly help me get my tattoo covered up no problems. I will HIGHLY recommend Removery to my friends and family simply because the customer service and office staff were amazing all around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love Removery Indianapolis!They are kind, knowledgeable and I love the text feature that they offer to customers. You can actually text a real person there to schedule appointments and ask questions about your tattoo removal healing. I have gone to three sessions so far and am sincerely amazed at how much my tattoo has faded so far. It was a very dark ink and I was shocked looking at progress photos that they take every time you are there.They really inspect the skin and make informed decisions on the level of laser removal you will be experiencing that session, and are very clear of the process and after care instructions each time. Every laser removal tech I have had has been delightful to work with.On top of that, the place smells amazing! They happily shared about their new candle purchase up at the counter. They are just so friendly. I feel very taken care of at Removery Indianapolis.

I had four sessions on a chest tattoo between 2021 and 2022. From the beginning, Laura set me up for success by telling me what to expect in each session. She kept my goals for fading an old tattoo enough to cover up realistic, and made scheduling and payments very easy. Jordan was my laser tech for my final two sessions. Tattoo removal is not a painless process, but she was able to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my sessions. She also gave me great post-session care advice. Everyone was so friendly! The lady who organized all the digital paperwork explained the details very well and made sure I understood what I was signing and how any process I asked about worked. Today was my first session and I must say that I was pretty hesitant in the beginning because I didnt know much about tattoo removal and the process. I figured Id go and complete a consultation and then decide from there. Laura was extremely informative and explained every step of the way to where I felt extremely comfortable with the whole thing. I had an amazing experience at Take It Off Laser Tattoo removal. The building was very clean welcoming. I was SO nervous for my appointment, as it was my first. Laura made me feel so comfortable and helped to ease my nerves. She was so kind! The actual removal process was pretty painless to my surprise. It really felt like tiny rubber bands quickly snapping your skin. I absolutely recommend this place! Also - highly recommend Laura! She was great!

I was very hesitant about removing my tattoos. I’ve done a lot of “research”google, YouTube, other social media platforms over the years about removing my tattoos. Is it best to fade them then get a cover up or remove them completely?! What’s the cost ? What if my tattoos don’t fade or remove completely to my standard? What are any health concerns or risk? I had tons of questions and the staff at removery were there to help and answer all my questions. The staff at removery are friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable of their field. They educated me on the “Who, what, when, & where”, explained what my secessions would look like (time frame , pain ect.) and what after care would be like. Cost was a big thing for me as well. I do believe my treatment plan (month to month) is very affordable. Most people spend that same amount of extra money on fast food or object they really don’t need! If you are still skeptical the best thing to do is call and find out, like I finally did!

This place is amazing! The people who work here are so nice and funny. I was so nervous about getting my tattoo removed and they made me feel so much better about the process. They explained the process so well as well as how the lasers work. I also found out that if I move out of state I can just transfer to a Removery near me and that made me so happy! I have gotten two treatments here so far (out of 6) and it’s been an amazing process. They really educate you in the consultation so all of your questions are answered and you feel more than fully prepared for your treatments. I have had two sessions so far to remove a finger tattoo. My first session was rough (my own fault) due to lack of sleep and no food before hand. I became extremely nauseous and dizzy and had to lay in the back of my car before feeling comfortable enough to get in the drivers seat. As soon as I did, the technician came out to my car to ask how I was feeling and gave me a protein shake. She advised I eat before my next appointment and make sure I was hydrated and got sufficient sleep. Removery even messaged me the next day to make sure I was okay! My second session I was much more prepared and it was a BREEZE. I greatly appreciate the staffs care and concern for my well being! The establishment is very clean and staff is friendly. As uncomfortable as getting a tattoo may be, they make it an easy and quick part of the day.

I have been having tattoo removal treatments since 2016 (maybe November or December?) and finished this year, 2021, on March 13 to be exact :)It seems like a long process, and yes, mine totally was. I started getting my removal done with Removery around a year after I got my tattoo.At first, my treatments were 8 weeks apart, and eventually they started spreading them out to give my tattoo time to fade.My second to last appointment was in September of 2020, and I honestly did not think the next one (in March21) would be my last one because at that appointment in September, I could still see some of the outlines of my tattoo. BUT, it is gone- no ink!! I had no idea it was gone until I got to my appointment! I think the fact that I could not see it made me forget about it. I was so excited and the ladies there were excited for me. This is such a monumental moment in a persons life! It has taken me about 5 years to get this thing removed and Removery has been with me every step of the way! They reached out to me, and that is honestly the only reason I began getting treatments when I did. Had they not reached out to my inquiry, I may still have the tattoo or I may have spent much more money on a removal from somewhere else. There may have been different payment options, but I paid for mine upfront and I never had to pay a dime after that and it essentially took 4-5 years. Just to be upfront, I paid around $1,000 for my tattoo to be removed. Well, with as many appointments I had, which again was every 8 weeks for a long while, it probably came to $40 a session, or $250 a year, which cmon- IS CHEAP.I honestly loved going there to get treatments done. I could see progress with each appointment.I brought my friends with me to see the process on multiple occasions. It was really such a fun time! I loved seeing it fade away and I loved seeing the laser work!They used to give numbing cream, I do not know if they do now, but I only used it the first time because my tattoo was not in too sensitive of a place. It just feels like bee stings/rubber bands snapping.I do not regret a single bit of this process and now I am tattoo free!

I had a few sessions with a different removal company prior to Removery with minimal lightening. I am only three sessions in at Removery and the lightening is dramatic. It is clear that the equipment here is more effective. I am always very comfortable with the staff and confident in their thoroughness. I also appreciate that they are always ready for me when I arrive, they run exactly on time and I am in and out quickly.

I only have compliments for them. So friendly and professional. Explains everything well and they are so accommodating. I hated my tattoo so much and in 30 seconds it already looks so much better. I have a small finger tattoo so dont think you back piece will take that little of time but it is very fast. It feels like a rubber band snap with a cold blast. Totally worth it. Dont be a baby. Its worth the pain. Its worth the money. Luckily they have specials sometimes. I am very happy with the outcome and the work they do here!

Third visit, everytime I come theyre always so welcoming, when they start they talk you thru the whole process. They let you know how theyll be proceeding and make sure youre 100% comfortable with it. At first the lazar is freaky, but you become comfortable with it as they go along. They talk to you throughout the process. Theyre super understanding if you need to pause for any reason at all. Im having multiple tattoos removed and they relax and stop when I need a break. All around great place to go.

Try to act like they have Picosure on their website. Maybe they do at some locations but not this one. I am sorry girls. Be ready to walk into a car salesman pitch and feel under pressure to buy. You can only have this deal for a week kind of thing.. I say lower your price per session so I an give it a spin. Kendra is by far my favorite tech, she knocks them out quickly, which I think is the most tolerable way to do it.It hurts, but they ice you and blast you with cold air while they do it.If things keep progressing like they have, I’ll have no regrets with getting my tattoos removed at Removery.

I just went to my first appointment here, and was happy to see it has a clean, fresh atmosphere and welcoming staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional! The actual laser procedure went great, was quick, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

Good experience with removal process, even though it has taken longer that expected....because my tattoo has stubborn yellow, green and white. Had several suggestions for after care from friends....but the best information Ive received, was from my tattoo removal technician, is to use Vitamin E daily after procedure. For me, it heals much better.

Laura set the mood with her enthusiasm, care and understanding of what I needed. It was a cool vibe from the minute I stepped in the door. She made sure to match my expectations to what Jordan delivered and VOILÀ. Jordan has a passion for her craft and i in turn had a positive experience with a positive outcome.

As for the pain, its not too bad if you use the numbing cream that they give to you for free, to apply at home before your session. I’m so thankful to have found Removery. I had some pretty terribly done and old micro blading lingering on my face. We did a test spot at Removery about 6wks ago. The technician did a very small laser treatment on the tail end of one brow. 6 weeks later(today) I came in for my full treatment!Amy was great. She shaved off areas of my brow that had microblading needing treated and was able to keep a lot of my actual brow hair so I look semi normal.The actual lasering, while a bit painful, only lasted about 6 seconds per brow. She was so fast and very easy to chat with.I should only need one more treatment and I’m free from my horrendous micro bladed brows!

Amazing place if you have microblading you want removed. They consult with you and give you realistic goals because microblading pigment is tricky. I’ve had two sessions and I love the results. This is the place to go. Affordable too.

This place feels extremely sketchy. It seems like a fly by night company that anyone could get a “2 week certification” and run the machine. Every time I go there are different employees. It is now located in salon lofts next to hair salons as opposed to the doctors office it was in before. Not to mention no one let me know that the location changed before my appointment and then wanted me to reschedule my appointment for being late. It has now changed names too. I set up the payment plan for my removal and have not once received an update or receipt. I would never have gone here if I would have known it would turn in to this.Edit: rescheduled appointment, then they call me a day before and say they aren’t open the day of my appointment now.2nd Edit. In response to your reply. I never opted out of emails. I still receive some but have never received any about payments. I called back after I listened to your voicemail to discuss and did not get an answer.

My girlfriend is about halfway through a tattoo removal at Invisible Ink and its going extremely well. Holly and the rest of the staff have been comforting, accommodating, and extremely skilled at what they do. This has been a very positive experience! This is my second time to the new location. I feel it is a much more welcoming environment. The new process is more effective and less painful. I wish this was the experience for the last two years of my treatment for tattoo removal.

It hurts to see how much this “company” has fallen in the past months. The women that used to do my removal no longer work there, and whoever has taken their places is extremely difficult to get ahold of and rude. They used to be in a medical office, and now they are in a salon loft which is disturbing. I’m a nurse, and I know I wouldn’t feel comfortable receiving any more treatments from them here. The risk of infection, the lack of privacy, the lack of an immediate dermatologist, and the lack of concern for the rest of the visitors to the other salon lofts who would be exposed to laser plumes are all extremely concerning factors... I am instead keeping half of my tattoo... enter at your own risk I guess! If you can even get a response. So unprofessional...
