Amazing! Went there for my fourteenth birthday, it was quick and we didnt have to wait long, I was super nervous but he did a good job at not freaking me out, it was sanitary and it was just a great experience!

DO NOT GO HERE if i could rate them worse i would. terrible piercing practice, put curved barbells in my nipple piercings and they rejected horribly.

Joe is absolutely amazing! My sister and I randomly went here on Saturday for a piercing and we were blown away by him and the shop. The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Cute smile:). My sister and I are in our 30s and werent sure what we wanted and Joe was so patient with us in helping is decide what we wanted. He is very professional and clean. Everything was very clean and sterilized. He was very knowledgeable in his piercing ability and let us know what he thought would look best. We never felt rushed, even though several groups were behind us waiting for piercings. I cant wait to come back for more piercings in the future!! Id give this place a 10 if I could! Hands down the best piercing shop and guy that Ive ever been to.....and Ive had a lot of piercings! Thanks Joe!! Enjoy vacation:)

I went in for a dermal piercing today, barely had to wait...maybe like 2 minutes...Joe was AMAZING. I have several piercings, but I always get nervous before hand. Joe was super personable, made me feel 100% comfortable, and very patient! He marked my face, but told me if I didnt like the placement we could move until I did. I showed him a pic of where I wanted it, and he got it first time. He is very extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing, and gives off calm vibes that makes the whole experience easy. I told him that I usually get light headed, feel sick to my stomach all that good stuff after a piercing. And he just said well lemme know and Ill get ya a trash can. Seriously one of the best piercing experiences Ive had. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH JOE! I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!

Came here on a girls trip with a group of friends and we had an amazing experience! We got 2 piercings each and he took his time taking care of each of us. Piercing are $35 a piece including jewelry. Great value and a great experience! Will definitely be back if ever in town again!!

Bart was AMAZING! The piercings are a great price ($25!). Everyone there is super clean and very nice. I got my rook done, he did it super quickly and was very sanitary. 10/10 would recommend and I’m going to be coming here for all of my future piercings!!

My friend and I both went to get piercings today. We went during walk in hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00pm until 8:00pm. We arrived at 3:15, and waited less than ten minutes for Joe Gallentine to get set up. Our piercer was awesome, put up privacy screens, completely professional, and we were both finished by 3:50. The price was on par with competitors. I had a wonderful experience and we will be returning for future body modifications.

Bart did a fantastic job with my piercings. Very nice, knowledgeable, and articulate. I greatly appreciate him making me feel comfortable. The shop was very clean and all products used were new and sterilized.I highly recommend Big Smith Piercing and will return for my next piercing.

The guys are so cool, the guy who does the piercings he was really patient & went out of his way to wait on me for 20 mins after Id gotten off work; regardless to them closing early. He didnt rush doing my service & He was very detailed & informative; He was pretty awesome & though my nose piercing went by super quick; my piercing looks awesome. Prices are above fair. Id definitely give them my service again! 👍

Impulsively came here like 30 minutes before they were closing to get a nose piercing with my roommate who also came here 1 year ago to get a belly button piercing. All the guys were so incredibly nice and chill. Couldn’t have asked for a better price, quality, and experience. Guy who did my nose piercing was so gentle and understanding when I said I was a little nervous and cracked jokes with me to get me to think about something else. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend. Roommate also had an amazing experience with her belly button piercing and has had no problems.

Bart did great on a forward helix and cartilage piercing for me this past friday that are healing nicely, no problems with any piercing Ive had here. I will always be impressed with his placement of my septum piercing I got last year, very symmetric and did not hurt at all. Very personable staff and really the best prices. I will be back for more piercings in the future!

Amazing! I literally walked in and walked out in under 30 min. Got my nose pierced and it was almost completely painless! Who knew? My eyes didnt even tear up. Super calm and patient, totally professional, definitely going back to have him re-do my ears that have closed up. Highly recommend!

I went to this shop on a whim looking for help with a forward helix that had fallen out. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted kindly. Instantly I noticed that it was so clean I could eat off the floor. I thought I would have to wait because I was just a walk-in and in my experience places do not prioritize them. They got me back in literally less than a minute. Joe, who helped me, was very kind and funny. He was knowledgeable and very patient with my piercing that was on the verge of closing. I am very grateful for them fixing my problem. This is my new piercing home for sure.

I’ve been getting piercings for fifteen years, and I’m accustomed to the casual atmosphere most piercing shops have. They generally take walk-ins, they’re available to help change out jewelry, and there’s rarely a long wait. Since COVID it seems most shops have switched to appointment-only piercings, which I can understand, but they are often booked out weeks in advance. Not only does Bart take walk-ins, he’s able to do dermals, and there was no wait at all! It felt great to think “I want a new piercing” and to be able to go get it right away without having to schedule in it advance. Bart also helped me find new jewelry for another piercing and put it in for me at no extra charge. Awesome experience! I’ll definitely be back.

He did amazing! A couple friends and I went to get our noses pierced and he made us all feel so comfortable! He even pierced my daughters sock monkeys ear while we were there to make her happy! Will definitely use him again for any future piercings!

Popped in yesterday with a friend for nose piercings. It was quick and painless. We seriously did not feel a thing. My friend and I plan on going back soon for another piercing because they made it so stress free. I will be recommending Big Smith to friends and family.

I loved him!!!!!! Great sense of humor made me feel comfortable. I’ve gotten dermals before and they took forever and we’re painful. With him I was in and out. I got one dermal and my nipples pierced and he made it quick easy and painless. Definitely will be going back when I’m ready for a new piercing and sending everyone to him

He did my best friends tongue and freaks had stopped piercings bc of the weather and the ink parlor didn’t want to do it bc her tongue is really small and her webbing came out pretty far & the lady said her mentor didn’t want to do it either. but Bart did amazing. He got it done & did it correctly. He explained how to clean it. What she can eat what she can’t & told her how it’ll be for the next week so so. Thanks Bart! He only charged us $25 while others wanted to charge $35-$50

They pierced my septum and instead of charging me 35 for it like Ive seen other people get it priced at, they charged me 45. Not to mention big smith as a big confederate flag on his forearm proudly and his hands are always shaky. Never getting anything done here ever again

I went here for a piercing, it was done by Bart, He was phenomenal! I couldn’t even tell I was getting poked! He was super friendly even though I was nervous, definitely made it a breeze!

Went here a while ago and will not be back. Not a single person wearing a mask- in the middle of a pandemic. I ended up having to go to a different piercer because they used low quality jewelry that was too small, because of this my ears swelled so big it started to embed the jewelry. Prices are cheap but the quality is incredibly poor. Dont go here.

Had an awesome time getting a matching helix with my best friend today. All went smoothly, we both had a great time. I actually ended up standing up too fast and passing out after checking out the piercing, hahaha dont forget to sit for a second after its done. Went there to get my ears pierced and was there for less than an hour! The guy made sure the placing was where i wanted it before starting and kept talking to me to keep my mind off of it. The piercing itself took less than a second and the pain wasnt even that bad

Would not recommend. The piercer here was fine until he actually pierced my ear. I specifically said I wanted my rook done two different times and he proceeded to pierce my daith which was swollen and healing from rejecting my last piercing there. I didnt notice it until I got home and noticed he put in jewlery that was waaay too small to properly allow it to heal. I will be going elsewhere to get this fixed.Update: I went to my old piercer to have him take a look at them a week after coming here and he agreed that my daith was pierced with a cheap jewlery that was far too small and took it out to allow it to heal. I got three piercings done here and only kept one because the rest were done so incorrectly that they had to be taken out. My guy was able to salvage one of them, thankfully. Go elsewhere for piercings.

The piercer was very nice and seems really cool only issue is that as advertised on Google it states that all piercings are $25 but when it came to me paying I had to give up an additional $30 for all 3 of my piercings. He said prices went up to $35 but didn’t inform me until everything was pierced. Paying $35 for a piercings isn’t bad but if you’re gonna advertise one price and have customers pay another then that is an issue. False advertisement is not a good look for any business. I’m assuming money not coming in as expected idk but I wish y’all the best. My piercings look great by the way.

I got my nose pierced here as a birthday gift to find out the person who pierced my nose had a cover of of a confederate flag on his arm and hid it with a clover or something similar of course and he wasn’t interpersonal 4-5 days later my nose was uncomfortable and I went to another piercer he said who ever did it put it too far up causing it not to heal right ever. The $25 deal was the grabber but now I know quality over price. It’s a shame professionals would sabotage somebody’s face actual face. I couldn’t even go back bc I was visiting.
