Don’t be fooled! They are NOT open and were supposed to open at 11am. (Now 11:41)25 minutes on hold with customer care yielded no live people either.I was told by a clerk in a nearby store that they ‘have trouble getting open on time’. ?????Update-left a message (after the 25 minutes) as instructed for a call back. Different number so my phone declined call-call back number is in the same cue I was in before so I can begin my 25 minute wait again…..big help Claire’s!😉

My best friend and I just went to Claire’s to get our ears pierced, and there were these 3 wonderful girls there named Destiny, Makenna, and Shannon (or at least that’s what we think their names were). They were the most fun girls we have ever talked to. They were so sweet, lively, and chatty. They definitely deserve a raise!☺️

I cant say enough about this place. The sale that was going on was remarkable. I bought items that used to cost anywhere from $10-$40 for $2. Then after u bought 3 of the $2 items...u got three for free. I saved over a $100 on my receipt from wat I was anticipating on spending so then I went ahead & got my ears pierced for the 3rd time. Excellent experience!!! Plus my kids left the feeling extatic!!! It dont get better than Claires on a sales day 😁👍

March 27 2018 got all three of my girls pierced an you baby girl earring. Had to be removed surgically she only 4 yrs I’m pissed my oldest girl ear are still not healed it’s been more then six weeks

Lots to choose from at a decent price. I would have given 5 stars however employee didnt even acknowledge I was in the store... and I was the only person in the store at that time.

That place is amazing for young girls an women alike so many things to even describe a must go to if you have little girls

They are a little over priced but otherwise a great place for accessories.

Tried to call them, took awhile to answer. I couldn’t hear the woman and when I asked them a question, the lady waited alittle and ended the call. Very disrespectful
