I got a piercing done by cloie! she was so sweet and helpful. we talked about how my blood pressure drops and she gave me candy right away. first time not passing out at a shop. it was painless, easy, fast, clean! great service! i will definitely be going back and recommending it to anyone. It’s cheaper than most places too, so that’s a plus!

Cloie did 6 of my piercings today and absolutely killed it! She was very sweet and talked me through every step she was taking. Would definitely book with her again!

I got my eyebrow pierced by Cloie a few months ago here and would highly recommend her as a piercer! She was very communicative about the whole process and with letting me order the exact jewelry I wanted. She let me mess around with the placement of it a lot until I was happy with it. Piercing process was not painful at all and it healed extremely well. 10/10 experience

I scheduled for 2 piercings in October during the sale, then decided I wanted to get 8 total. I was told if I scheduled all at once that they would honor that discount price, and do four of them at a later date.I ended up scheduling, getting four piercings done (one which fell out, and one which ended up forming a keloid which I have to see a dermatologist to get steroid shots to hopefully get rid of), and had a later date for the other 4 piercings. I ended up having a medical situation that has put a pause on any piercings, not to mention the fact that the two I still have from the first session haven’t healed. I contacted Cloie to see about a refund, which I was told she would have to talk to management, after weeks back and forth I reached out to the shop, who left me on read. I then reached back out to Cloie, where she now said it was against policy, even though the policy states “must cancel before” and at the bottom said no refunds, how I took this message was that if you do the above you can get a refund, if you don’t follow then no refunds. My conversation with Cloie ended with her stating she wasn’t the piercer for me, despite the only thing ever being offered was to wait until I was able to get pierced. So now I am out 100 dollars. She stated that the price is for their time, but I did not get 200 dollars worth of time. I got four piercings, resulting in 100 dollars. I never saw the time of the other 100 dollars.I have 16 other piercings, and have never had a keloid, or an experience of this sort. Really disappointed with the professional shown by the shop.I am also blocked by the piercer so I can not contact directly at this point to attempt to make things right.

I had good service the first time I came here but since then I have tried to come 3 separate times, and they’re closed even though according to their hours it should be open. I have also checked their instagram and facebook pages to see if they have said anything about closing early, and I didn’t see anything. I am just frustrated because if they aren’t open these hours, they should be fixed.

Got two piercings done and would highly recommend choie as your piercer. She made the process comfortable and smooth!

Coke was absolutely amazing with my septum piercing. It did not hurt at all and she walked me through everything. I’ll be back for sure!

I am unsure of the tattoo side of things but when I went to get my nose pierced I asked the man to use an 18g since my right side was an 18g, he went out of my way to use a 16g. He didn’t wash his hands, sterile my nose or wear gloves. He marked my nose and pierced me so I had to extra care for it so it wouldn’t get infected. I called a few times to ask how I could size down my nose to an 18g because he told me it was possible but when I called he didn’t have an answer just told me he wasn’t sure. Wouldn’t recommend for piercings.

Took my wife and niece to get their first nose piercings and they were very clean and sanitized. They took care of them and made them feel at ease for their piercings as both girls were nervous. Thank you Chloe for doing a wonderful job and thank you Phillip for answering all my questions quickly before we went.

Cloie was extremely professional, and made the whole process a breeze. She’s very knowledgeable and talks you through the whole process. She made it the quickest and easiest piercing I’ve ever had. I’ll never go to anyone else as long as I live in the Frankfort area.

Cloie has pierced for me two different times, as a beginner and as she has gained more experience. She was AWESOME both of the times and I totally recommend her. She is so sweet and passionate about her job 🤍✨

I’ve had about 14 piercings done by Cloie and she was amazing every time. She has always been patient and gentile and you can tell she is passionate about her job. I would recommended her to anyone!

We had two different appointments and he did not show up for either one. I suggest doing business elsewhere.In response to Phil, it was you that did not show up to remove a piercing that was scheduled two weeks in advance. It was EXTREMELY important for that night because she had an MRI the next morning. You were a no show when it was time to put the piercing back in. Good way to treat a repeat customer.

Shannon is by far the best tattoo artist I have ever seen. She has done my leg and my right arm sleeve. Shannon is so talented, never fails to impress me. I am a perfectionist by nature and she always does my tattoos perfectly!

Came in to ask about getting some work done on my arm, guy at the desk was so messed up he could hardly hold a conversation. Inside was filthy like people live there that dont clean up after them selfs.
