Got my grandbabies ears pierced one at 4 and at 6 years old. Kim and Payton at Banter Piercing was amazing. There full Attention was on the girls and made the girls feel comfortable and not too afraid. They had great customer service and I absolutely loved it!

Our daughter had her ears pierced 14 years ago, when she was only 6 months old. Today, she got her second piercing by Shannon, and she loves them. Excellent job.Our youngest granddaughter is 4 years old and she also had her ears pierced by Shannon. Instead of crying, she laughed while her ears were been pierced.

I went to purchase belly button rings. The representative assisted us. She left the cabinet unlocked while helping another customer and our jewelry lay on the counter. We continued to look for a belly button ring that was longer as that’s what I needed. After a few minutes of trying to decide what third piece of jewelry to get. She came over and said just so you know I’m not serving you. Confused I’m like I’m sorry what, she said I’m pretty sure you stole something. I said I’m sorry what?? You can search my bag, my pockets whatever you need I didn’t take anything. She said I’m not going back and forth with you, I don’t feel comfortable serving you and I don’t have to. She had already called security before even asking us. I spend a lot f money with banter and this left a horrible taste in my mouth that I will tell everyone about it and recommend not going to her. I then found another banter store in the same mall with a representative shannon that was absolutely amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, answered our questions and helped me find what I was looking for! I am so thankful we found her because the other representative would have made it so I never came back to banter. Shannon is amazing and we loved her

I got 4 piercings a few weeks ago and they all healed nicely. I believe Shannon is the one who did my piercings and she was awesome! Such a great friendly personality and the whole process was so quick and painless. I was always skeptical about getting piercings at places other than tattoo shops but I’m glad I tried it out! The piercing experience was great but the quality of their earrings are trash! I paid $100+ for the earrings & the back kept falling off now to the point the earring is gone, one ear ring I’ve never had any issues with but the other was terrible now here I’m out the money & have to go buy another set because one of them wouldn’t stay on. Wouldn’t recommend their cheaply made product.

My daughter got her ears pierced by a lady named Kim in the lakeland square mall . She did amazing through the whole process and I would recommend her to anyone.

I Visited The Pagoda Near Aeropostal 3 Days Ago, I Accidentally Left My Galaxy Buds (100+ Dollar Earbuds) On The Counter After Checking Out. This Was Around 5pm-5:30. I Came Back To The Mall The Next Morning As Soon As They Opened And One Of The Workers Barely Looked To Help Find Them and She Couldnt Get In Touch With The Other Worker That Checked Me Out. I Traced My Earbuds Back To This Exact Location & 3 Days Later They Still Havent Came Up. I Thought It Was Every Companys Protocol That If You Found Lost Items You Put them Up In Case The Owner Comes Back. Theres No Way Neither Of The Women There Saw Them When Those Were The Only Green Earbuds Left On Those Clear Counters.

I’ve just had my ears pierced from Destiny at piercing pagoda in the Lakeland square mall and I was pleased with her service. She was very pleasant and helpful. She did such a great job with precision to make sure my ears turned out perfectly. I even decided to get them pierced with a second hole after the first because I was extremely satisfied with the first results. It is obvious to see the dedication Destiny has and thrives for nothing more than satisfaction.

Theyre only nice when your going to make a purchase of course. I wanted to return something and I got the stink eye. They told me I had to wait a while. Then one of the girls takes care of someone else that just came rather than me that was standing there waiting first. They seriously acted like me getting my money back will make them lose their job and its all my fault. Thats not how their store policy is set up though. Very rude and unprofessional. When I want to buy some jewelry Ill go else where or a DIFFERENT pagoda.

I always have a nice time looking threw the necklaces and I really appreciate banter and everything they do.

Customer service cant be beat. I will only buy jewelry from this store here on out. The manager did an excellent job helping me pick out my jewelry. All the employees are so nice.

Do not buy here the jewelry is very cheap and I wish I would have realized it before buying. So I lost an earring because of its cheap quality and they told me they could not do anything about it. So save your money and go elsewhere.
