I just had my first tattoo with Drew at Holy Grail and I was blown away by the entire experience. They are professional and make you feel as comfortable as possible with the whole process. Got my second lobe piercings here! Super clean and spacious. It has been a while since my first piercings so they gave me a refresh on aftercare. Super quick and easy!

I got two ear piercings from Jayden a few months ago. She is amazing…professional, kind, knowledgeable, very customer service focused. She did a perfect job…educated me about cleaning and caring for my new piercings. Because of her coaching, my healing process was perfect! I have been back several times since to buy my ear jewelry from her, get her opinion on what looks best and fits my vibe. I’ve been going to Tassili for almost a year now and he always crushes it. The shop is always so clean and everyone is incredibly nice and professional. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to start a project and you want consistency. All of my tattoos are gorgeous and I truly feel like he captures exactly what I want every time. The atmosphere is very different from most tattoo shops which is a plus and the communication is top tier.

I love coming to Holy Grail for both tattoos and piercings! Janet and Jayden are the epitome of professionalism. The piercing studio is such an inviting space, the jewelry selection is constantly updated, and there is absolutely no question about the cleanliness of the environment. Both Janet and Jayden are incredibly knowledgeable about making recommendations based on your individual anatomy and also provide excellent education about piercing aftercare. Not only have they make me feel totally comfortable during every one of my sessions, they have also been so fun to get to know. I have been to see them many times and do not plan on going anywhere else. And the icing on the cake is that Janet is now also my go-to for tattoos! I had a piercing done somewhere else and the earring that they used was too short. It was causing me a lot of pain And swelling. The gentleman who helped me at holy Grail tattoo Was awesome! He changed out my earrings for longer posts Allowing for room for swelling. He was very knowledgeable and told me exactly how to care for the piercing properly. I will definitely be back in the future.

As an early birthday present, I had my septum pierced by Janet (the alienlady) and I highly recommend her! She made sure I knew every step of the process before, how to take care of it after, and that I was comfortable the whole time. She was so gentle that I honestly didnt even notice the piercing going in. While I was waiting, I saw some of the work by the tattoo artists, and they do some amazing work as well! Over all, Holy Grail is a great shop and I will be returning!!

Went in for my first tattoo on my shoulder. I had gotten it done by Eric and was very impressed with the design he brought me! I ended up liking the design much more than the original. He was very professional and straight forward with the process. I WILL be back for more!

I came in to get an eyebrow piercing (first piercing) and Jayden was amazing! She did everything possible to make sure i had the absolute best experience and i did! Not only did she pierce me, she made sure i was educated on how to take care of it and made it known that i was okay to reach out if i needed any help! I got my first piercing done today (04/20/24) by Janet and she was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. I was quite nervous but she was very encouraging as well as reassuring. The atmosphere was super relaxed and they also put up with my jokes and ramblings

Had a great first appointment with Drew! He worked with me to adjust the sketch until it was exactly as I had envisioned it. I am so excited to go back in two weeks to get the piece done. Hubby went in for a consultation very nice place and friendly went to several places and based on personality and art and atmosphere .we have choose this place ..give update once tattoo is started or done.. which seems like in a month from now since they are busy...........update tattoo is stayed and my husband loves they way his tattoo is coming along . We definitely made the right choice by coming here. Here a photo but its not finished yet will give a update n new photo when finished. There Ida film over tattoo to protect while healing..Update on tattoo 7/20/2022 almost finished a small area to finish and some more shading but adding few more update photos. We are so happy with how this tattoo is looking . It will be finished in early August and I will post the finished picture. I highly recommend this place..I am adding the finished tattoo. So=y took so long but here it is .. we are so happy with this tattoo and he will definitely be back for more .

Today I came and go two more piercings at Holy Grail. I was blown away by how genuine and kind Tassili was. He doesn’t pierce very often anymore but I feel so fortunate that he was able to work with me. I told him what I wanted and he made sure it would work and explained the whole process to me and was completely honest. The piercings barely hurt! He was so calm and practiced with it I was beyond happy. I have gotten pierced there another time by Drew and he was awesome as well. Not to mention they have great prices. I have also taken friends to get piercings and tattoos there, and I’ve never walked away being anything but extremely impressed. If I have the choice there’s no other place I’d want to go in Lakeland besides Holy Grail.

I stopped by today to get my ears and nose pierced and get started on my sleeve designed. I am so happy I did! My piercer (Janet) was amazing and so knowledgeable! She put me at ease and was so quick that I didn’t notice when she put in my jewelry! I set up my sleeve appointment with Drew and can’t wait to get ink to skin!!!

I’ve only gone here for piercings, but I will say, it was a fantastic experience! It was my first time going and getting a piercing that wasn’t earlobes (I got a septum) I was SO anxious but also extremely excited. Janet was FANTASTIC! They were SO so sweet, communicated fantastically and were very patient and understanding. The studio (Which is separated from the Tattoo studio- Same building though) was very well sanitized, clean, and enjoyable to be in. They do have a couch in the studio if you bring someone along like I did. The price is very fair (70$ for a septum) and I felt as though I got my money worth.I will 100% be coming back for my next piercings.

Eric was my tattoo artist and he was very nice and laid back.. he made my tattoo experience a relaxing and pleasant one and I was pretty nervous after having previous bad work done elsewhere. I came in to have an existing tattoo fixed... He was able to take my washed out black blob of a tattoo and turn it into the beautiful roses and snake it was intended to be. Yay no more hiding my forearm! I will use him for any further work.

I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years and every time I come in, the staff is always so welcoming, kind, helpful, and most importantly; talented! The last time I came in, I was tattooed by Tassili again. He took the time to draw up my idea and provide his input which absolutely paid off. He took my idea of a simplistic and tiny dog portrait and drew up different styles when I was unsure, recommended making it more personal, and was so patient when I was indecisive. Needless to say, I am absolutely in love with it and every other tattoo I’ve gotten from here. Tassili and his staff are amazing at their craft and only recommend what’s best for their clients. I absolutely love Holy Grail!!! Before I got my first tattoo, I went around to the main shops in Lakeland to discuss pricing and Holy Grail was by far the fairest. They do not overcharge and everything is priced fairly for the amazing work that is done. All 12 of my tattoos have been done there by various artists and I have been elated with the outcome of all of them. They draw up great stencils and make sure that you like it and are comfortable before they begin. They will also give you their honest opinion about size and placement as well! As of right now, I have been working with Tassili and he is fantastic. I showed him an idea for a large piece and he made it happen. All of the artists there do amazing work and are very friendly! You can tell that they all love what they do and are very eager to help design and create awesome tattoos!! I also got my nose pierced there and Drew did a great job. They are all very professional and the building is kept EXTREMELY clean. Though I haven’t gotten a piercing from their new piercer, I have talked to her and she is extremely nice and very helpful. I get compliments all the time on my tattoos telling me the work is great and I have told anyone who is thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing to go to Holy Grail!

I got my Conch piercing done today by Jay, and I must say, such a good experience! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything out while she was doing it! Absolutely killed it!

As an 18th birthday celebration I get my kids their first tattoo. I spoke with Janet regarding getting 2 tattoos for 2 people. Sent her reference photos, discussed walk in days, and price range (I understand its a range). Showed up on a less busy day (Tuesday or Wednesday) as walk ins. We were told Janet wasnt in but someone would help us. The artist that was there seemed uninterested in assisting us, then when looking at the reference photos he increased the price by 50%. Needless to say we walked out, disappointed.

I got my vertical labret piercing done by Jayden! She did such an amazing job, she talked me through every step, and made sure I was comfortable all the way through the piercing!

I have been going to this establishment since 2020 for my piercings and eventually my tattoos, and havent been disappointed by any of my services. I work with Drew, one of the most down-to-Earth and chill guys Ive ever had the pleasure of working with; hes done several things with me, from my Tragus piercing, to a whole sleeve on my arm. So I googled and this was one of the places with great reviews. I called and the guy on the phone was nice answered all my questions and told me to come in. I came in she was extremely informative and give so much information on care I got a Flat and both my Tragus pierced. A month later the ball came off and they told me to come in she put it on cleaned all my piercings and then gave me a ETA or when I can switch out my jewelry. I have never had this type of customer service with piercings and I have 12. It’s usually your on your own once you leave the shop. This place is clean quite and smells great

The piercer here is more than amazing! She walked me through everything and was very patient and sweet, very attentive to detail and will be sure you are happy and comfortable. Im sure she was probably tired of me telling her but Im definitely coming to her for all my piercings now lol.

Tassili is great! Came here for piercings and was very helpful. I had my cartilage pierced a year ago and still experienced a lot of pain although it was “healed”, he patiently answered all my questions and now finally doesn’t feel painful.

Took my daughter to get a navel piercing. You will need the notarized form for a minor. They were very clean and professional. The prices are fair and we were provided all the info and soap needed. Highly recommend.

Traci is amazing. I got my nipples pierced yesterday. Another shop actually referred her and I can see why. Super professional. She was extremely informative. Just in 24hrs I have minimal bleed minimal swelling. The pain is very small. Not saying it wont be painful because everyones pain tolerance and skin is different but I am super happy. I will be going back. I recommend her 100%

Ive gotten two of my five piercings here and I really like this place, its literally the only piercing and tattoo shop Ive gone back to. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable, the facility is immaculate, and honestly the decor is dope. I plan to return in the future for more piercings and probably a few tattoos as well. Stopped in for their Friday the 13th special. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate them not doing tattoos. I was probably in line for an hour and got 3 piercings done. I had an issue with the nose ring process, but the staff there was super nice. Place was immaculate, everyone was masked up. I really enjoyed the experience and would go back again in the future.

Almost a month ago I got my first tattoo at Holy Grail Tattoo (from Travis Lane) and I am so happy I did. I went in and talked to him two weeks before and left a deposit. When I came back I asked for a small change on my stencil (from a mistake made on my part) and he was cool and quick to fix up a new stencil. The tattoo only took about two hours. The atmosphere of the shop in general was awesome. Great decor and very chill. I definitely recommend this shop, and hope that I can get another tattoo from here in the future.

Traci was very honest and upfront about the original piercing I wanted and also helped me decide on a piercing that would fit my ear. This was my first time visiting Holy Grail Tattoo. It is a very clean establishment. We didnt have to wait long. Everything was sterile which is so important when getting pierced. Traci was our piercer, she is friendly and talks you through everything. loved that we got a sea salt pack to go home with us. This is my 11th piercing and third shop that Ive been to. Holy Grail is a good name, they have the artist you want for life. Travis Lane is a gentleman and a scholar. He had everything ready when I got there, nailed what I wanted on the first approach, and listened to my comments on my sensitive skin. He was not heavy handed, and never once did I feel like he was rushing the piece. He will be my primary artist moving forward for any further work.

I can not imagine having a better experience than I did at Holy Grail. The shop is super clean. The fellas in the cool black shirts are very professional and informative when it comes to the after care of your tattoo. I am very particular when it comes to tattoo shops, and this shop meets all of my criteria, right down to their choice of music.The only negative I have is that they only accept cash for tattoos, but this dulls in comparison to all of the great things this shop has to offer. I went there and got my daith pierced, Drew was great! During the healing process I messed up and unscrewed my piercing and it came out and somewhat closed up. Cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been in and by far the best around. All of the staff is super helpful and knowledgable. Also, women done worry about being uncomfortable here. Professional piercer that makes sure to explain everything she did before the piercing to my septum. There was only a pinch and then it was just getting the jewelry in. She listened when I told her Id need to hide it for a job interview and made sure I could with minimal discomfort.

I got a beautiful tattoo that was designed for me. It healed extremely well. Tassili answered any question I had before, during, and after.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. They were very friendly. I was really nervous to get my left nostril and septum done. Traci did my left nostril and my septum. I went in with a friend to get a simple wrist tattoo and she was going to get one on her ribs. While she went with Tassili who was awesome, I went with Isaac and he was amazing!!!!!!! He drew up my wrist tattoo super quick and I loved it, then I threw my rib tattoo idea at him and he drew something up super quick and it looked better than anything I could've thought of. Even though both hurt more than I thought, Isaac was super patient, sweet and quick! I never had a tattoo before and my first time I got two! I will definitely be back and hopefully make him my go to guy whenever he is available. Thank you Holy Grail for the great experience. I will be back next time I need something done!

I got a tattoo from Travis and it was an amazing experience. The tattoo is shaded very intricately, he worked with me on the custom design of my dreams. Very comfortable seats especially when you have to sit still for a few hours. I will absolutely be returning

Gotta say after going in to a couple shops and asking for a piercer and some shops being rude. Holy G was my last hope. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and was asked how can we help you today?. I was beyond pleased with the great customer service HG offered. My piercer (I forgot his name)was amazing too, very informative and was sterile for both of my piercings. I would most definitely reccomend this place and will be going back no matter if I live 2hrs away. All of you guys were amazing!!!!

Went to holy grail to get my nose repierced and Tassili did a great job. He knew exactly where my previous piercing was and he was so nice. I wish I could’ve gotten pierced by him again. I went in and got my other nostril pierced by a female. She was super sweet but it was clear the piercing was uneven. I get it, it’ll never be 100% even but this was bad. I was told it would be better after swelling but that wasn’t the case. Super disappointed by that

I got my ear pierced for migraines about a year ago. I think the owner was the one who done it then and was very gentle and nice. My ear was sore for a day and then it was fine no pain like I had expected. A few days ago I lost the back to my earring and went in and Drew was the one who helped me. He was very sweet and he even had a good laugh when I told him I hot glued the tip of the back on so it didnt fall out. Lol he was very gentle and ended up having to put in a bigger size. I will definitely be back for all my piercing needs and I will definitely tell my friends and family about yall!

I came in here about a year ago to get a small heart (shaded) done. After whoever did mine finished, it didn’t quite look right but it was also my first tattoo so I wasn’t sure. The ink had spread all around it and under the skin to the point that it honestly looked like a black blob. My new tattoo artist told me that my tattoo was blown out, and it was caused by the artist having too heavy of a hand with the gun. I now have to get it covered up because I’m nearly embarrassed of it.

They even supplied the Aquafor. I paid $65 +tip (This includes aftercare.) for a tattoo on my ankle about the size of two quarters. I could not be more pleased!

One of cleanest tattoo shops I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable artists that will tell you how it is if you want a tattoo that only sounds good on paper but not on skin. They work well with your schedule and dont lie to you just to get money from ink. They have internal quality control to choose the best artist for the style of tattoo you want.They also offer piercings that I wont elaborate on since I dont have nor want one.

Holy Grail Tattoo is an amazingly clean facility very modernly decorated and inviting not your average tattoo parlor, which makes the whole experience that much more comfortable, Tassili puts you at ease with his demeanor, skill, craftsmanship, and unique designs. My only regret is that is didnt know about him sooner or he would have done all of my other tattoo work. The man is excellent at what he does. Well worth the visit.

I went to a previous tattoo shop to get my daith piercing and unfortunately the piercer put in the wrong ring in my ear. Thankfully Drew came and saved the day! Not only did he change my ring out for me but he educated me in how to properly take care of my piercings. Drew was such great help. 10/10 would recommend coming again!

I was looking for a place that’s very clean and professional to get my tragus pierced. I got both done at the same time. I received both before and after quality care during my visit and was very pleased with the end results. A week later I lost the top stud piece to my left earring. I drove all the way from Haines City to Lakeland with cotton holding the backing in place. I was greeted by the same welcoming staff and again received clean and professional care from Drew!!! That’s for my tragus piercing!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome piercer.

I went because I saw an online ad on Facebook about their Friday the 13th deal on piercings. I did not get the name of the gentleman that did the piercing, but I am glad I went. He spoke in a calm voice, which helped a lot because I was kind of nervous. It was the first time I had ever step foot in a tattoo shop, and it was hands down the best experience, ever. Since then, today is the 18th of May, Ive already recommended the shop to several people. I love how clean, and professional they are there and the two people there, a young lady and the gentleman that did my piercing, were both very nice. Keep up the amazing work, guys! 😊🖒👌

I messaged the page and had a response within an hour. I drove out to talk to Lauren and give her an idea of my tattoo in mind. I came back a few hours later after an appt and it was drawn out. It was a beautiful artwork and exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet. It took about 2 hours for outline and shading and it came out perfect. She is very meticulous in her work and I have 0 crooked lines. Ill be driving the 5 hours to have more added. Great place, great people, and very welcoming.

I do not recommend this place at all. Went in for nipple piercings less than a month ago. Within a few days, noticed it was crooked, not drastically but enough. Google told me to wait till the swelling goes down to make sure that the actual piercing was crooked and now it is drastically crooked when I am laying down. Called the shop and they told me Id have to pay for a re pierce and had I came in immediate they would have only charged me for the jewelry, as if this was my mistake. They did NOT ID me. I did NOT sign any forms of consent. I basically went in, got pierced and paid and left(yes I understand the ID and consent should have been red flags but I was so excited to get pierced that I didnt even notice until after the fact). I chose them basically bc they were close and open and there lies my mistake. Will not be going to them ever again and I do not recommend anyone else go to them.*Edit* Your tone in both your phone call and that reply doesnt convey friendly and business like. Just a heads up^.^

Walked into Holy Grail... instant calm and good karma. The place was immaculate! The young Argentinein kid ( didnt catch his name.. my fault..Im old) that help set me up and actually did my tat was effing amazing! He is the sole reason I will be back! Nervous... new... but professional 8, proud of his skills. . And still listens to his customers 100% !!!... I will be back to see him in a few weeks to finish my half sleeve and more!!

This being my first time going to Holy Grail Tattoo, my expectation was pretty high, seeing the type of artist styles being shown on the businesses Facebook page. I was extremely impressed with artist Izics work. I reached out to him and he instantly responded even while on a family vacation. That instantly showed me he cared about his clients and was passionate about his work. Many people can say their a good and great tattoo artist, but you have to have the passion to be an exceptional tattoo artist. Izic, is an exceptional artist and my experience with him and Holy Grail Tattoo shop was above a 5 star rating.

I came in to have my koi fish side piece fixed. The original artists had some shaky lines and there were a lot of mistakes. Tassili was able to fix all of them and exceed my expectations with his color work too! The shop is comfortable and very clean, love his style. I got my nips pierced here. Im fairly certain that that the man doing them was not a piercer as he actually pierced my areolas. He used curved bars in the piercing which is incorrect. He also pierced the second one after I asked him to wait to pierce it. Because I was not ready for the second one, I passed out. I said Im gonna pass out and instead of taking the precaution that I was going to, he said No youre not. And thankfully my friend was with us because she let him know that I was passing out right before I did. The piercer then continued to rub my sternum to wake me up, which left me with a massive bruise for a week. This is not proper procedure. They should NOT let untrained professionals pierce. Lets not forget that because it was the areola and not the nip, they never healed after a year and a half. I eventually got the correct jewelry and they still did not heal properly which forced me to take them out. I have 13 other piercings that all healed 100% correctly. They also pierced my friends industrial and the did so at such an odd angle that it never healed.

My daughter and I went in to talk to Izic about a tattoo we have been wanting to do together. Tracy was at the front desk and she was so nice. While we were there my daughter got a piercing from Drew and he did an amazing job. He was patient and had a calming nature. We are excited to go back to get our tattoos with Izic!

Got an industrial bar done and the piercer was great. Within 4 days the center of my ear tried to grow over the bar so I went back to take it out and replace with a post and a ring. This piercer was rude, would only put in two horse shoes when originally one of the holes for the industrial was a post which I preferred with glasses. Was very rough when changing the jewellery and cleaning it, and seemed to talk down on me about this happening. It wasnt my fault or the piercer that my ear reacted like this. He then lectured me about not touching the piercing or he wouldnt fix it, even though I told him I did not touch it other than when cleaning it, and I have had 12 other piercings I knew how to take care of it. That second guy turned me off of this store, even though it is very clean and looks like they do quality work.

Cant say enough positive things about this shop. As a female I appreciate how everyone who works there is a gentleman and treats you respect. By far the most comfortable, clean an professional shop Ive been to. I truly feel like im st home when Im there. Highly recommend! Excited to go back for next tattoo!!!!!!

Tattoo shops and the artists often get a bad name, as many people judge off of appearance alone. The shops are often bare, except for the selection of tattoos on the walls to choose from, and it can feel more like a hospital setting to keep the appearance of cleanliness and sterilization. The tattoo artists are often misconstrued as rude or too busy to assist you. Holy Grail is NOT one of the places described above. As soon as you walk in, you can sense that the owner, Tasili, has taken time to do his research and make the shop classy, warm, and inviting. You can clearly see that it is clean and well taken care of, and the waiting area is inviting. The staff, while busy as you would expect making sure their work is pristine, take the time to greet you immediately. Your consultation is done either immediately or after a few moments, and the use of an iPad to draw your tattoo out takes no time at all. I have been to many tattoo shops over the years and had many artists, but I can say by far that these gentlemen tattooers are bringing back class to the tattoo industry, and it is very refreshing. I am still complimented daily on my tattoos from Tasili, about the clean lines, unique designs, and placement. Every customer, no matter who they went to, were thrilled with their work, and any time I ask anyone where they got their beautiful art work, they always say Holy Grail.

Got a tattoo by izic today, he did a great job. He had very good ideas about placement and designed an amazing piece of art. Everyone was very professional, the shop is clean has a friendly atmosphere and is well decorated. I will be back to this shop for my next tattoo.

Artist was very polite and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Being my first tattoo, I was very nervous but he made me feel at ease. Was very patient with my drawing choices and was a laid back guy with a very clean shop. Thank you again holy grail, I will recommend to all my friends.

Janet did such such a good job and fixed my to low and crooked navel piercing and gave me such a warm and welcoming environment definitely will be going back for more piercings !!!

Have gone to Holy Grail a few times now for various piercings/ tattoos and have had a great experience each time. The student discount on piercings is hard to beat if you’re a college student like me. I’ll continue to go back when I need a new piercing!

Came in with a buddy wanting matching bands around our legs, and on appointment day the artist said he didn’t understand the original idea and couldn’t line up the stencil to make the circle line up around our calves. We let him keep the deposit because we agreed to talk about a different design and come back to him. I asked him for a palm tree, showed him an example, again he said he couldn’t do it because the leaves wouldn’t look right. I understand that they are artists and know what is doable and what will and will not look good as the tattoo ages, but I never got the deposit back and agree with the other reviews that the staff is rude. The whole time, both times, I felt like the staff did not want me there.

This is my new favorite place! The shop is very comfortable, welcoming and most importantly clean. The artists were friendly and were willing to work with me and the ideas I had for the tattoo that I wanted. I will without hesitation suggest Holy Grail to anyone looking for a place to get a tattoo.

I have a half sleeve that I got done by the owner Tassili, and Im absolutely in love with his work! He takes his time to really get what each and every client wants and nails it to perfection. After dealing with Tassili I will never go elsewhere ever again; I send friends, family, and others who ask about my tattoos to Holy Trail Tattoo! Keep up the great work guys cant wait to go back for more!

The owner, Tassili, is god sent. I have 2 pieces from him and I love them both. Everyone there is so professional, and welcoming. All around just a great group of people to be around. I love how the place is decorated too. Its clean, and has a modern feel to it. I think what I love the most about this place is that they work together and compliment each others art.

It was my first time getting a cartilage piercing and Traci did a fantastic job. I love the atmosphere of the shop and my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get a piercing.

AMAZING! Lauren was great! From the first time we met do go over what I wanted she was very professional! She drew what I wanted and made sure to keep in involved in the whole process. The shop is spotless and was a fun experience! Lauren is an amazing artist and did exactly what I asked for! I will def go back for more!
