Bella Visage is hands down the best spa around. Every time I go, I have a first class experience. The spa itself is cozy and comfortable. The staff are highly trained and skilled at their jobs. They always take time to explain things and make personalized recommendations for each client about what treatments would best for that person. I was so excited to get a complimentary facial from Bella Viságe. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and my esthetician was incredibly nice and helpful. She asked a lot of questions about my skin and started the facial. The ambience was so soothing. I had a bad migraine and almost canceled but after the facial it was gone. I can’t wait to go back. My skin is still glowing after a week.

I had been a regular here for a couple of years. The staff here are all very helpful and polite, and the place is super cute. I have gotten a range of services done here, and everything was excellent. One thing people should be aware of is that they do offer tattoo removal, but I would go to someone who specializes in tattoo removal instead of here. I went for removal sessions for a year and a half, with marginal improvement on my tattoo. It is still very visible thousands of dollars later. My husband went to a different business that specializes in only tattoo removal. After only 2 treatments, his tattoo is lighter than mine is currently.I do highly recommend this place for everything else aesthetics, just not tattoo removal. Go to someone who specializes in it, the results will be much better.

I suffer from really bad TMJ pain and the dysport injections I get here have been a life saver! The staff is always so warm and friendly and open to answers the millions of questions I always have lol. I highly recommend Bella Visage!

I found Bella Visage through a Google search and I saw it had great reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. I am so happy I did!I have serious scars on one side of my face and forehead so I have nerve damage so my eyebrows don’t move the same. I previously had Botox at another med spa and it left my face looking asymmetrical rounding off one of my eyebrows so I thought I just wasn’t a good candidate for neurotoxins due to my nerve damage. That was until I saw Ashley, one of the providers at Bella Viságe and she assessed my face and was able to map out where the best spots to inject to get what I was looking for. I was a bit apprehensive but within two weeks the results were perfect! I didn’t think it was possible.So now I am going to get a number of treatments done there including cosmetic makeup removal from my lips. Jeanna even did a test spot for free to make sure I would be a good candidate for it. Overall I trust the work that Bella Visage does and that’s so important when it comes to your face and body. Highly recommend you check them out.

Have to be honest, I responded to a complimentary facial offered at Bella Visage and was expecting a super quick, rushed experience with the we got you in here, now were going to push products you may or may not need. I will say, the basic facial was super relaxing, not rushed, and Ataliyah was the perfect aesthetician to have as she wasnt overly talkative and read me to decide if conversation was welcomed. The spa was surprisingly large and tastefully decorated. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and even though Ataliyah suggested a couple of products, I never felt pressured to buy them. I bought them on my own accord because they were products that made sense to me and for problematic issues with my skin. To me, the suggestions were spot on.I also asked about their monthly membership, which allows a discount on products and a free monthly facial or discount on other services. I did sign up and received my products at the discounted rate. I have scheduled my glofacial for next month and look forward to hearing about all of their services.I moved to Lakeland 8 months ago, and the choice of a med spa is vast. Having not so favorable results from 2 previous spas ( for different service), I was happy to have found Bella Visage to help with my skincare and me care!!

I am delighted by the service I received at Bella Viságe. I recently sought out microblading as a remedy for my thinning brows due to medical treatments. Michelle took the time to learn what I wanted and just as important, what I did not want. The results are amazing, and I totally enjoyed throwing away the massive collection of brow pencils and the like that I had been using every single day just to feel normal. So glad I found this spa, I have been dealing with TMJ for years and the day I reached out to the staff at this business I was in such discomfort and was helped the same day. It has been a week and I can already feel less clenching and less pain in my jaw from the treatment I received at this spa. Also it no longer pops when I eat! Very friendly staff, Nurse practitioners there are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Made me feel comfortable through out the whole experience. Thank you ladies! Will be back :)

Bella Viságe is definitely worth the visit. I have had lip filler & dysport with Ashley (which i LOVE. My results are amazing. Ive been to so many places and Im here to stay) & Ive had Inga... Inga was absolutely amazing to work with. She gave me nearly 50 units of dysport and the placement was PERFECT. Typically when i ask the question where would you place dysport if it were your face no one ever says the truth lol. She actually did and Im so happy she was honest because my face looks beautiful & slim with no wrinkles!!!! Both Ashley & Inga are beautiful souls. One thing i will say is this place is pricey compared to other places that i have been in the past BUT i am willing to pay more to get the results i get from Bella Viságe!!! Also its a cute office, i love the vibe!

Great experience! Was searching for a local spa in Lakeland and read high reviews Bella Viságe. Called and requested Botox injections to forehead, they had a cancellation & was able to get me in same day! When I arrived there was free parking! The building is quaint & clean! Must mention that receptionist texted me address and directions’. Staff very pleasant and efficient answered questions I filled out forms and no hard sell to become a member! Had injections and rebooked for another visit! Wanted to mention that building is larger than it looks! Was great experience highly recommend!!!

I’m obsessed with my “perfect lips”! They are exactly what I asked for! They are full, but not overdone. The lines on my upper lip are barely noticeable. They were extremely professional and kind and made me feel 100% comfortable, which I was especially grateful for since this was my first massage. Did my research and saw DJ had great reviews so I booked my appointment for chin filler. When I got there the reviews could not do DJ and Sherry justice. They were both so kind and comforting. I felt like DJ understood exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the outcome. If you are looking for someone with compassion and actually listens to what you are wanting please come here! I never felt like DJ was trying to get me to do more as if she thought I was beautiful just the way I was and only enhancing it. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

So I went to Bella Viságe to try the dysport treatment. I have scars on my face and nerve damage and when I tried Botox in the past (not this location) I noticed it rounded out one of my eyebrows and I didn’t return. I thought maybe I give Bella Viságe a shot. My injectors name is Ashly. She did about 30 units of dysport on several parts of my face and scheduled me to come back two weeks later. My face is a bit more of a challenge so she didn’t want to “over do it” since I explained to her what my concerns were. Ashley was amazing. She made my eyebrows look symmetrical! I couldn’t believe it. One side of my forehead has nerve damage so it’s partially frozen. Ashley has the magic touch. I came back two weeks later and everything looked so good. The salon is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Eyebrows are so important and Ashley made them look perfect and it gave me so much confidence. Highly recommend.

I recently had an Sculptra treatment. Ashley was amazing! She explained everything as she went and made me feel very comfortable. Im excited to see the results in a couple months! I have had several other services at Bella and all have been great.

I am honestly hurt by this place. I literally spent over $1300 here and yet no one wants to work with me and I have always communicated. I contacted them for an 11:15 AM appointment (my appointment time), and told the front desk clerk that I am eight minutes away. That means I am still within the 15 minute window for a business. I would have arrive there at 11:22 AM. I was only getting a touchup for laser hair which only takes three minutes. I was told to reschedule for a new time two to four hours from literally being a few minutes away. Which means I had to come back to Lakeland, or be stranded there for a few hours until my next appointment. If not, they will charge me $50. I can understand if I was rescheduled after 15 minutes has passed, but they didn’t even give me that! I’m so scared to book anything else and spend anymore money. I have to continue with them because I’m owed updated laser hair treatment with my high cost purchase. Life happens, your customers deserve a 15 minute window, especially when all that money is coming out of our pockets to ensure our services met.

If you are looking for a medical/aesthetic spa, I would highly recommend Bella Visage. The facility is lovely, but most importantly the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! I had the CoolPeel laser procedure done at Bella Visage about 1.5 months ago with DJ and I am beyond thrilled with the results!I usually go to a very busy esthetics/vein clinic in Tampa for my treatments as I am trying to treat some old acne scarring and to keep aging at bay. Since going to that clinic in Tampa, Ive had the Resurfx performed 5 times, the Morpheus 8 performed once and the CoolPeel performed once. Unfortunately, the results were always minimal to none, but I kept going back anyway because I was desperate to see improvements in my complexion.Ive seen DJ a couple of times when she worked at Watson Clinic so Im very familiar with her knowledge and skill, which is why I decided to visit Bella Visage when I learned that she was working there. Im SO glad I went! Based on my consultation and discussion with DJ, she customized the CoolPeel laser treatment to target the areas I was most unhappy with and the results are amazing! BEST SPA IN LAKELAND! Where do I begin? The experience begins as soon as you walk through the door. The ambience is by far, Amazing! They are ALL so kind and so professional.The Nurse Practitioners have all been very knowledgeable on what Ive personally been there for. The Aestheticians are at the top of their game as well. Get a facial from any of them! Youll see.The laser hair removal experience was as painless as it can get. When I tell you that its painless, I mean it 100%. I didnt feel anything at all. Im 3 treatments in and the difference very noticeable.I could go on and on, but at the end of the day. Once you go to BV you will leave you last spa and wonder why you didnt go sooner.

Would have liked to come here but I booked a consultation appointment online and they tried to call me a few days later but I missed it. Then they texted me that my appointment would be cancelled at first thing the next morning if I didn’t put a credit card on file. I did not feel comfortable with that, the consultation is a free service. I’ve had a consultation at another med spa years ago and they didn’t require a credit card to hold the appointment. I texted them back that I didn’t want to give my credit card so they went ahead and cancelled my appointment. I can understand putting a credit card on file for an appointment that is for an actual paid service but for a consultation where you’re trying to get someone as a client it made no sense to me and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Too bad, I have made an appointment at a different place in town that did not require a credit card for consultation. Also if you really want a credit card on file for an appointment you should make that clear and ask for it during the online appointment process.

I had a cool peel consult. Decided to do it and booked a treatment. They cancelled because they booked me as a consult and not for a treatment. And I was told there was a 15 minutes difference and they could not compromise to fit me in. I needed it that week due to healing from being red from the treatment, and had explained that prior to booking. Yet, they would not accommodate me.The owner, Mr. Parker, called me and was abrasive on the phone. I ended hanging up on him because he was making me feel uncomfortable with his words.He ended up doing me a favor. I found an excellent spa that gave me a better deal$ and who makes me feel at home——————————In response, under HIPAA laws it is not required of me to share my personal information. I took screenshots too for accuracy. And my Ring cameras just happened to record all conversations that dayThe part you left out of your response is what led up to what I said. You all were.aware I had to take the day off work for the cool peel treatment & once it was all set, you cancelled on me. I lost a day’s work. And knowing this, you still didn’t accommodate me and that’s what led me to made that comment to your husbandI shared my experience as I mentioned I would and I am at peace with this now. Hopefully we can both walk away from this experience as better people and next time show more empathy and kindness if ever we are in a similar situation: )

I’ve been going to Bella Visage with the hopes of getting a regretful tattoo removed. This is something I’ve been thinking on for years but was afraid it wouldn’t work. So far I’ve been there 5 times and each time I’m seeing progress being made. If you know about tattoo removal you’ll know it’s not an easy process. For most, it can be a very stressful process. I’ve been working with Jamila and she has made the process much more manageable for me. She’s been making sure I understand everything that’s being done to me. She’s taking the time to make sure I’m comfortable since I really don’t enjoy the process. She’s also just a good person that’s easy to communicate with. So if you’re fearful of getting that regretful tattoo removed, I highly suggest going to Bella Visage and asking for Jamila.

I suffer from chronic jaw clenching/TMJ that causes jaw pain and really bad migraines. My previous MedSpa recommended masseter Botox for it, but I moved out of state before I could get it done. After lots of research, I found Bella Visage and booked an appointment with DJ. This was my first time having any cosmetic injectable done, so I had no clue what to expect. DJ walked me the through everything and listened to my concerns. I told her I wanted to be free of jaw pain but didn’t want to drastically alter my face shape as some people choose to do with masseter Botox. DJ even pointed out how one masseter is bulkier than the other and adjusted the units to even out my appearance. When it came time for the injections, I was honestly shocked at how fast, easy, and painless it was. I actually was taken aback and asked DJ “was that it?”. I thought it would hurt or feel deeper or last longer or… anything really. It’s been three weeks since my masseter Botox and the results are amazing! My jaw pain is nonexistent and I don’t clench anymore. My face looks slimmer because my masseter muscles aren’t overworked and bulky. My jaw feels relaxed and my migraines are gone. DJ did phenomenal and has such gentle, easy hands. I will 100% book with DJ again when I need my masseter Botox redone.

I had previously not had a positive experience at a prior place and refused to go back for very badly needed touch ups. With just 2 visits with the new splendor x the hair is gone. I have been getting spa treatments at Bella for 6+ years. It is the absolute best, most upscale medical spa I have ever been to. Everything from massage, facials, laser hair removal (Jamila Dunbar is amazingly compassionate, caring, kind, knowledgeable and so very professional!), emsculpt, eyebrow micrblading (Michelle Grace is the best ever!), Botox, juvederm, dysport, and fillers. Everyone of the staff is exceptional, kind, polite, efficient and understanding (and gorgeous)! Mark and Jeanna (the owners) have created a one of a kind oasis where everyone is welcomed with a smile. I feel like family here and will continue my health and beauty journey for the rest of my life with them. They also run monthly promotions and carry a professional line of skincare products as well as Farmhouse Fresh, local, handmade, organic products for the home, skin, and bath. Not only do they run an amazing business, but they also give back to the community of Lakeland by donating and supporting community groups, events and charities. I appreciate your response, but I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional and inaccurate manner in which you addressed my concerns. As a business owner myself, I dont think its appropriate to throw that in my face.Moreover, I wish to emphasize that when a customer complains, the best practice is to reach out to them in person, particularly when their contact information is available. As a loyal customer, who has spent thousands with no results to show, I believe I deserve the consideration.On the day of my appointment, I was barely five minutes late, and I provided a valid excuse. When I first engaged your services, there were no such late fees, and the policies changed during my treatment. It is essential to recognize that as a customer, I do not care about industry standards but rather the policies and services that you provide at the given time. Therefore, I shouldnt be obligated to agree to new policies that I didnt sign up for.Additionally, I would like to remind you that on at least four separate occasions, the machines were malfunctioning during my treatment. I informed my technician that my treatments were not working, and it was only after multiple complaints from other clients that the problem was acknowledged and fixed. I was disappointed that I was not offered any compensation for the time wasted during these appointments, despite investing thousands of dollars in your services.As a business owner myself, I know the value of my time, I never received an offer to extend my services to compensate for the malfunctioning machines.Ill now post pictures to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Hopefully these pictures along with the understanding I have been going for a year can accurately allow others to decide if this place is right for them. There is a lot of hair, and the treatments have barely worked.After a year of using them this will be my last time. My laser treats have not worked and was really upset by the customer service shania at the front desk gave and to be petty and spiteful tried to have me sign something about a late fee charge of 50 dollars. So I guess this is my last session even though I need more. Just be aware that they change staff and that makes a huge difference in the level of service that is provided

My girlfriend and I just received facials from Ashleigh (she is extremely professional) and our skin has never felt better! Ashleigh was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had for her, she also gave us personalized tips on what we can do for our skin types. Jamila is the NP that did and willContinue to do my tattoo removal! She was very through with the info that I needed to start my process and what I should or shouldn’t expect. Jamila also was not aggressive with the actual procedure either. Clearly she’s awesome sauce!!!!

My experience at Bella Visage has been wonderful! Winnie Greer is an amazing massage therapist who truly knows her craft and can work some magic! I made an appointment a few weeks ago for the Shoulder, Neck and Back massage in hopes she could relieve my pain from Blow drying hair all day every day and man was I in for a treat! She’s seriously incredible and has set the bar very high! It would be difficult to find someone else that comes close to how great she is! As far as the Spa itself, it’s super warm and welcoming and you feel at home!

I had a very thorough and relaxing facial. My face and neck are wonderfully soft with less irritation. A dark spot is surprisingly less noticeable and problem areas are more refined. Ashleigh is also very skilled with massaging neck, shoulders, arms and hands. I slept well last night! Highly recommend!

I am a current laser hair removal client. The results are astounding! I just had my second session yesterday but noticed results right away. Jeanna does my full legs in less than 30 minutes.
