Ruby has done awesome job ! She’s has designed my full sleeve from wrist up to my shoulder. We will soon be starting my full leg sleeve and a phonix on my other arm. She has been patient and worked with me all the way from designing to complete sleeve. My permanent artist.

Ruby is the queen! She is a marvelous artist and a true gem. I wanted a memorial tattoo for my aunt who just passed. I have no visual art capabilities so I gave a few ideas to Ruby and showed her a couple pictures of my aunt and 20 minutes later Ruby had created a masterpiece far beyond anything I could have imagined. The artists at 360INKpressions are amazing. Sami did 2 of my tattoos and Im in love with them. Ruby and G are really nice! Sami took her time with my tattoos, made sure they were placed where I wanted them and she was very attentive the whole time she was tattooing me. I think 360 is my new go-to shop!

My wife and mother in law have gone to Ruby for 4 tattoos now and have referred many friends and family to her. I went yesterday for the first time and was highly impressed with her work and artistic abilities. She is very light handed which I prefer and had so many ideas for new pieces and even a “cover up” piece. The shop does need some TLC but the work provided by Ruby makes you overlook the shop and it’s needed repairs. My brother is getting a $700 piece done by her as well. Don’t waste time at other shops that just treat you like another number and potentially ruin your tattoo/piercings. We will follow Ruby wherever she may go. You won’t regret going to her!

I went to this shop on Saturday. The piercer was amazing, she even gave me some information I had no idea about. She even did precautionary questioning prior to doing my piercing. She made me very comfortable with her and getting on her table. Also offered for me to call her anytime during the healing process. Will happily revisit this shop! ❤️

Definitely recommend this shop to anyone whether you are a new to getting tattoos or have gotten them before. The owner/artist was absolutely the best. She was honest with her opinion on what she felt was best or what would work better in regards to placement and size. She was able to squeeze me in as a walk in and made me feel comfortable with the process. I’ve had many tattoos prior to coming to her but this is the first shop I’ve found here in Florida that provides such an open door when it comes to your vision and what she can do!! Plus, she’s is absolutely reasonably priced for her time and most certainly for her work!

Ruby did my piercing and she was SO sweet, accommodating, and had excellent communication. My belly button piercing was a bit painful due to my skin being thick and strong but she was able to compromise quickly to make sure i still left with my piercing. Prices are affordable and the entire building is clean and professional. I plan on going back for ears and tattoos soon!

I got help and great advice on a piercing that I was previously given misinformation about. Not sure her name, but the lady with the braids took out a bar from my lip that was way too short, causing me pain, which was placed by another piercer. She put in a longer bar and I felt instant relief. She saved my lip from a possible infection. She didn’t even charge me a thing. Forever grateful!! 🖤

Ive gotten 2 tattoos from Ruby, not including a touch-up she did for me, and Im extremely happy with them!! My friends and I had a great experience with our piercings. The guy who checked me in at the front desk was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Ruby did our piercings and she thoroughly explained the after-care instructions. She was very experienced and professional and I felt comfortable through the entire process. Piercer with the purple hair i think her name is ruby did my piercing wrong and gave me no aftercare instructions whatsoever, used the wrong jewelry.i went to get it taken out elsewhere and they were horrified seeing it. she claimed she has been doing this for 20 years but clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. very unprofessional

Very disappointed was suppose to be my first tattoo never happened. Do a consultation on a Tuesday was suppose to get a sketch of the idea Friday before our appointment that never happened. I called Saturday to find what happened left message with the girl up front for Ruby never heard back the girl even confirmed the appointment for today Sunday at 11 and still never got the sketch or a call from Ruby. I Went to the appointment at 11 even though no sketch and she never showed up. Unprofessional and really bad for business. Very unhappy and surprised based on all the other reviews makes me wonder. Horrible experience

Ruby is Amazing she does awesome work! We went there and she was slam booked solid with appts and she fit us in and was done with 2 tattoos in 40 minutes and her work was 2nd to NONE! I would recommend her shop to anyone and over anyone else shop!

I had a great experience , the piercer was super helpful. I personally got my nipples pierced and she made a really comfortable atmosphere and was super helpful! Since my original piercings Ive also gotten multiple others done here as well as my first tattoos. I always recommend this piercer to anyone looking for a place to go:) Me and the people Ive recommended have always had great experiences here and its a great atmosphere.

Took my 5 month to get her ears pierced and ruby made us feel so comfortable and made the process fast. Very sterile and clean and my baby really liked her 😁 would definitely recommend her for your little ones ears or for any piercing for yourself!

The shop was immaculately spotless with plenty of flash, artists photo albums, shop merchandise, and plenty of room to lounge on comfy reclining sofas. They also have cool refreshments available for their clients.They use organic supplies like glycerine Shea butter soap. There are multiple artist available to serve you, from Tattoos to Piercings. The consultation with my artist Ruby was fantastic. She was very attentive to my wants and desires for a beautiful piece. She was excellent during the collaboration process and shared ideas back and forth with me. She was truly able to see what I was envisioning and was able to incorporate her own artistic flare that I absolutely loved. I was at ease during my whole session and was able to listen to the music of my choice. Ruby was also a great conversationalist that made the time wiz by without even thinking about pain. I give this 0 stars. Terrible owners, nothing but attitude. Very rude, very gross. The owner of the location drops needles on the ground and uses the same needle that was dropped. Not using sterile gloves. I will never go to this shop ever again. If you want sterile and safe tattoos this is not the place. If you want dirty and infections then thats the place to go.

Even though my friend and I came close to closing time they didn’t turn us away, they made sure we had the utmost respect and quality of care when giving me a belly button piercing and my friend her hip tattoo. So I was in Lakeland for the weekend visiting mom & dad. After reading some reviews and seeing the 5 stars that google gave this dynamic duo. I had to see for myself. I have been dying to get this tattoo. First time here but wont be the last.Atmosphere is like you are home. Which makes you super comfortable amd feel completely at ease . They treat you like family. Accuracy & Professionalism dont fall short from this pair. Give them a vision and they creative genes kick in . You won’t be disappointed!

I had to get my earlobes sewn up due to tearing. When they told me I could have them repierced, the doctor was not in and I didnt want to wait a whole month to wear earrings again. They told me to go to a Tattoo parlor as they use needles; they told me that piercing guns would cause me problems. Well, I dont have tattoos and I know nothing about any parlors, so I looked a few up, read reviews, and I found 360 INKpressions.I made the right choice. The owners were friendly, the shop was clean, and there was absolutely no pain with the repiercing. The owner even walked me to my car with his umbrella because it was raining - so kind! Well, I was told I could change the earrings and I wasted no time and then I couldnt get the earring in, so I called them and they told me to come back in. My earring was fixed and they changed the other one for me; they also told me how to care for that ear as it was swollen from my trying to get the earring in. I would recommend 360 INKpressions to anyone who wants a tattoo or a piercing. Thank you 360 INKpressions!!

Was feeling a little down today and needed some ink therapy to feel better. So I sent this beautiful young lady a picture of what I tried to draw on my hand of what I sorta wanted done and she totally grasped my idea and made it beautiful she’s a great artist and she definitely turned my frown around. I will definitely continue getting my art from her.

Not long ago me and my boyfriend stopped by to get our noses pierced. I wanted to get the side of mine re-pierced and he wanted to get his septum done. The needle pierced threw my nose normally but, when she added the jewelry she “couldn’t get it to turn”. After some pushing and pulling with pliers she got it in and it was painful, even with me having a high pain tolerance. When it was time for my boyfriend to get his septum done she grabbed the clamps and put them in his nose and just pierced THREW the front cartilage and she said “yeah that pop was it going threw the cartilage.” You’re NOT supposed to pierce threw it or hear a loud pop like we did. She says she has over 20 years experience but, if so she would have known she was supposed to find the “sweet spot”. The cartilage was never supposed to be pierced because it can cause and infection. The day after he got it pierced, it got infected. Never going there again. FYI my sister got hers done somewhere else and they pierced the “sweet spot” and there was no loud pop.

Went for a septum piercing but I had no sweet spot so I got my eyebrow and lip pierced piercer was really nice and professional it didnt even hurt
