Today was my consultation, and Devon did an amazing job explaining the whole process and how it works! We managed to schedule my firs treatment in the very same session and Ellie was beyond professional with her attention to detail and quality of work! I’m excited for every session here on out! Thank you so much.

I go to Recovery in Lawrence and you cannot beat the two girls in that office. Extremely professional, I trusted them right away. Safety is first, they make sure you understand what is going to take place and work with you to make you comfortable during the procedure. Best of all it works my tattoo is almost gone , after this experience Im going to do my other tattoo. Check this office out before you go anywhere.

Im almost done removing one of my tattoos on my shoulder/arm and the experience has exceeded my expectations. I had a consultation and she was super knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to my questions/concerns. My main concern was having a shadow tattoo after the fact, but she showed me picture references of people with similar tattoos of mine who got them removed and I realized that technology has come a long way! I had no idea what was considered fair pricing and they seemed so well established and professional that I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service cost. Im not sure if it aligns with standard industry costs, but given my experience its absolutely worth it.Furthermore, the technician is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and despite the bits of anxiety before she zaps, I feel very comfortable. For anyone who is concerned about the pain, the best way I can describe it is that it feels like pops of grease that hit your skin when youre making bacon/frying food. Luckily, my skin has taken extremely well to the procedure and I havent experienced any issues at all. Its coming along nicely and I attribute it to the technicians skills and listening to her after care advice.

I’ve been going here for a few months to get three tattoos on my arm, and it’s been a really good experience. the girls that work here are super nice and knowledgeable about the entire process. the tattoos im getting removed have faded significantly since i started coming here, and the process has been super easy. they also have a lot of different options for how you want to pay. id definitely recommend coming here if you have some tattoos that you’ve outgrown :)

I came in for a free consultation but ended up getting tattoo removal on the spot. Devon was AMAZING- she took her time to explain everything and the whole process. She listened to all my concerns and questions. If you want someone who will go above and beyond, Devon is your girl. She did not leave anything out not even one detail. This girl deserves a raise! Absolutely amazing experience! I went for a consult for a decade plus old oxidation mark where a piercing used to be; both Devon and Ellie were an absolute pleasure. They made an inherently scary process (lasers!) completely digestible, were very upfront with what I should expect, and I ended up doing a test spot right then and there. Cannot overstate how pleasant and easy the experience was - as someone with 20+ tattoos would not hesitate to go back if I ever have the desire to remove more in the future. Two weeks ago I had an excellent informative first visit to investigate correcting blowout on a recent black tribal tattoo. Staff were friendly, caring, and took the time to explain everything. My first treatment was yesterday. The improvement in the appearance of the personally very meaningful tribal Phoenix on my chest is dramatic! The blowout is almost gone, revealing the Phoenix tattoo as intended. I am VERY pleased and looking forward the removing the last vestiges of the blowout. The pain associated with the laser treatment was much less than that of getting the tattoo.

I had my eyebrow tattoo removed and had Ellie and Devon do it. I just fainted to get a new eyebrow tattoo and am very satisfied. They are very cheerful and friendly people. The second time I made an appointment to come back to have another tattoo removed. Ellie and Devon were very professional as they patiently explained to me that because my tattoo was colored, my wish to have it completely removed could not be accommodated. So I changed my mind and said I wouldnt do it, but I still wanted to be paid for the appointment even if I didnt do it. I have a small business so I understand that if a customer cancels too close to the appointment time, they wont have enough time to catch another customer and that means they wont have any income. But they happily refused to accept my good intentions and still told me to call them whenever I had questions. Thank you so much Ellie and Devon

I had an excellent experience at the Removery Boston-Merrimack Valley location. The lobby is beautiful, spacious, and nicely decorated. Upon entering I was greeted by Ellie and Devon who had already reviewed my chart and were prepared for my appointment. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In the treatment room there is a huge window with a beautiful view of the Merrimack River. Ellie did my treatment and she was very thorough and accurate with the laser, she explained everything she was doing and me feel comfortable. I didnt feel rushed or unconfident about her skills. I will definitely be returning for my next session and highly recommend them! Thank you!

After roughly 15+ years of debating whether or not I should risk getting my tattoo removed, out of fear of pigmentation (I’m dark skinned) I decided to go to Removery and it was the best decision I ever made. I couldnt be happier with the results and at the rate of speed it’s coming off, in just a few sessions most of my tattoo is gone. Ellie & Devon are an absolute pleasure to work with. Ive been going to Removery for almost a year with a challenging removal. So far the fading is down half way and the experience has been great. The technician makes me feel at home she is fast and makes me comfortable. She is friendly and professional. Also makes you feel like no judgement zone and that my goal is reachable. I always look forward to my next session and cant wait for my new cover up. It took me a year to figure it out lol. So time was a good thing in this business. Trust the process.

My experience as a whole is absolutely wonderful Im only disappointed I hadnt started this journey earlier! The women who work at the Lawrence location are incredibly friendly and reassuring. They were able to answer any questions I have and were very knowledgeable about the entire process. The pain of the removal itself is a 3 out of 10 in my opinion. They give you an ice pack to numb the area and then once they start they have a machine that blows cool air on the area thats getting treated at the same time so it reduces the pain dramatically. If it wasnt for the cool air Id say the pain WOULD be an 6 out of 10, the cool air makes a huge difference. I also love that the laser is frequency based vs heat based which prevents damage to the skin which means no scaring! Plus the process only takes about 10-15 minutes so youre in and out once you have had your consultation. The only thing I will warn anyone who wants a tattoo removed about is that the complete removal of the tattoo takes time; It isnt a one and done scenario. I have some black lettering that will probably take 10-12 sessions until it is completely removed. If you are willing to be patient then it will be worth the wait. The process as a whole is a win win all around, I highly recommend going here if you need a tattoo removed. Not only for the friendliness and knowledgable staff, but also for a method that works.

Why did I wait so long ?! This was an easy process, I wish I had done years sooner. The staff here is amazing. These girls made me feel so comfortable. The new lazer they use is fast and recovery time after treatment was same day. No lie. I wasnt sore , didnt have scabbing , wasnt burning for hours like with old lazers. 6 treatments and it was gone. Stop procrastinating and do it!

One big thing that caught my eye is the brochures for a military discount. This is amazing because it helps get rid of tattoos that are not suitable for the service. Was really impressed with the staff and facility. They made scheduling an appointment super easy and even offered me an earlier appointment after cancellation. I have been to the Disappearing inc. Merrimack Valley location several times now for tattoo removal appointments and I have nothing but awesome things to say. Devon and Ellie are so kind and welcoming and they make the whole process really smooth and stress-free. This location is also really easy to find because its right off the highway and theres tons of parking available (in a free parking lot, not on the street).I was fortunate enough to have my first session done the same day as my initial consultation and Ellie did great job explaining the whole process of how the removal worked with the different lasers and the pigment breakdown, etc. Devon is always so sweet, too and really helpful with scheduling and helping to find a time for the next session. During one of my appointments I even got to meet Rob who is one of the owners and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly as well.If youre considering making an appointment ... do it !!! Its definitely worth it and the pain is so minimal compared to the embarrassment of a bad tattoo 🫣🤣😂

They monitored the healing and removal of the tattoo well and always explained everything they were doing. I appreciate how mindful they were of the white pigment when healing! I have SMP, (Skin Micro Pigmentation) on my head and wanted it faded on the sides to make it look like i had a fade hair cut and i couldn’t be anymore happier with the results i got. I had my first visit a few days ago. Eve was my technician and I believe she is also one of the owners. It’s been a great experience from the phone call inquiring about information days before my consult which turned into my first session. Over the phone the Devon was friendly and took her time answering all of my questions (I live with a chronic illness and needed to make sure tattoo removal wasn’t a contraindication). I was given in perfect detail what to expect for my consult and the option to make it a first session if I was comfortable/ ready.I met Eve for the first appointment, she was personable and not rushing me to make up my mind, she provided great detail of the process, what to expect and realistic expectations based on ink color, my skin tone and age of tattoos, etc. she also took her time to get to know me and my life. As a registered nurse I truly appreciate how thorough they were with COVID protocols and having only one client in the office at a time, the cleanliness of the facility and when I was done she provided clear details of what to expect over the next 6-8 weeks, she really presented it to me in good detail but not overwhelming, clear and easy to understand. She also assured me if I have any concerns she welcomes a phone call at any time. Lastly, I walked out the door feeling like a friend and not a customer to be made money off of. If you’re looking for a clean facility, a place that ensures staff are well trained and educated in user of laser tattoo removal I highly recommend disappearing ink without hesitation and have been telling all of my friends and family about them.

Felt 0 pain today, the temperature machine was super cold, which was perfect, I highly recommend this machine at other locations!. Staffs were great and professional!

If you decided its time to say goodbye to some regretted ink, then I highly recomend this place. The location is great and has plenty of parking. Ellie did my 1st session and shes absolutely awesome. The process and after care were explained very well to me, I knew what to expect and did I mention Ellie was awesome? The next day the area looked great and felt better; That was almost 4 weeks ago. With just 1 session my tattoo faded considerably. What more can I say? Oh how about their prices are very reasonable. Forget everything you’ve heard about tattoo removal. This was quick, affordable and relatively painless. My entire forearm took about 5 minutes. One week after my first session and my tattoo is noticeably lighter. Ali was professional and gentle and checked up on my progress by phone a week later. All around great experience.

Adam and norellia are amazing! I’ve been to a few different tattoo removal places and this is by far my favorite in terms of application of the removal (they put a concentration on keeping the area cool as to not hurt) and of their process and explanations. I also noticed my incredibly dark tattoo fade faster while working with them. Definitely recommend!

I am lucky enough to have Adam Lundgren as my Laser Specialist. When I first arrived at the studio I was very nervous and Adam set my nerves at ease. I’ve been there twice now, both ladies at the front really make you feel welcomed. The technician that works the laser has a great personality and can strike up a conversation which helps distract you from the procedure. Disappearing ink is clean and professional. I would recommend it to anyone that wishes to have the produce done!

Couldnt be happier with my experience at Disappearing Inc (Merrimack Valley). Adam and Devon were so kind, informative, and professional. Adam explained the removal process in-depth and answered all the questions I had. He did my first treatment the same day as my consultation and it was done in a matter of seconds- very minimal discomfort (and I am a wimp when it comes to pain!) After my treatment, Adam was thorough in explaining after-care instructions. Before you leave, they provide you with a to-go bag filled with written instructions and complimentary ice packs, Eucerin, and Bacitracin. Awesome prices and even better results. I was very nervous to try laser removal but Im so happy I went to Disappearing Inc!

I made an appointment with Disappearing Inc in Boston as a last hope to remove part of my permanent eyebrows that I had done in Brazil. I had already tried the procedure with saline, but it didnt work, and it was expensive.During the consultation they were super honest, emphasizing that it is not an exact science, and therefore they could not guarantee that it would work as we were dealing with a procedure in which a product unknown to them was used. They are used to removing tattoos, but not permanent eyebrows.Result: after just one 1-minute procedure, the result was already evident, and I will probably only have to repeat it once. Plus it doesnt hurt at all, and its less than half the price I paid for the saline! He uses a technique of frizzing the area with cold air, this way you dont have to use any anesthetic.Totally I recommend it!

I see that they do a good job, and today was my first section and I cant wait to see what it will look like in the end. Go there if you want to remove your tattoos, they do a good job.
