My wife and I have been exclusively going to this artist after some misfires with other artists over the years. She has done several original pieces as well as cover ups for us over the last 8 years. Rachael is wonderful. The problem is, if you aren’t a regular, you have to deal with a woman named Brandy. Rachael did my first tattoo and I was very pleased. A month later(Feb 2021), I asked for a second appointment. I was told 0he next available appointment was October 14. Ok. In February, I had no idea when my family would schedule vacations…especially during Covid. On October 3rd, 2021, I asked to reschedule the appointment I had already paid $200 dollars for. Brandy informed me that the next available appointment was in June of 2022. Ok. I asked for a return on my deposit, as they weren’t able to render services within 14 months of my initial deposit. Brandy refused my request.
