Words cannot express how elated I am with the tattoo I received from Thadd. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, sent some inspiration pics, and asked him to use his creativity in designing what I was looking for. Everything about this tattoo, from the design to actually getting inked far exceeded my wildest expectations. Their work is absolutely stunning. My only regret is that I didnt find Toye Shop Ink sooner! I cant recommend them enough and will definitely be going back!

Thadd is amazing! My wife and I recently got tattoos from Rey. She was incredible! The tattoos are amazing! She drew up exactly what we wanted and the actual tattoo process was fantastic. The shop and her space were very clean as well as her lines!! She explained everything along the way including the after care. I would definitely recommend Rey for your tattoo needs. Worth every penny! Will definitely be back for when I want my next one.

A friend of mine recommended this studio because I wanted an old tattoo (with bad flaws) to be fixed. I am really happy I took her advice and set up an appointment with REY. She was amazing!! She was kind and professional about everything. She walked me through all that she would need to do to clean up the tattoo itself, the lines, and attempts to hide some of the very noticeable flaws. Well ... Mission accomplished! She did an excellent job! I am very pleased with her work and definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting some body art. The atmosphere of the entire studio felt clean and cozy, and the vibe was overall relaxing. I have had 4 tattoos over the years, and I can safely say that Rey has the most gentle touch Ive ever experienced from a tattoo artist. At one point, I probably could have fallen asleep. So, if you are looking for a good studio, dont hesitate to give this one a try. Ill definitely be back to see Rey for other tattoos.

The shop is small, but the artists are AMAZING! Thad Curry, who did my first tattoo, knows his stuff. I have thin skin and the tattoo could have gone wrong due to that, but Thad knew what to do and the tattoo healed beautifully! I will be getting more tattoos from Thad in the future.As a side note, they also participate in fundraisers for our military! Artistry and pride all rolled in one!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. From the atmosphere as soon as you walk through the doors, to the professionalism of all the employees. Thad did my upper arm. It was my first major tattoo ever and he made the process so simple and easy for me. The work is absolutely AMAZING.

I saw Thadd recently for a tattoo it was my first visit to Toye Shop and it won’t be my last. I explained what I wanted and he sent me a custom drawing not a copy-cat tattoo of something found on Pinterest. I absolutely love my tattoo it’s beautiful. He knocked it out of the park. The shop was clean, he was prompt and on time for my appointment, and very professional. I also met Caleb the other artist who is there and observed his courteous treatment and patience with his clients. I went and got an anime piece done by Justin yesterday and my experience was literally the best Ive ever had with a tattoo parlor. So nice, very professional, and actually took personal interest in the piece.It turned out gorgeous. I am DEFINITELY Amaking this place my go to for tattoos from now on! There are tattoo artists you go to when you want something quick and cheap. Then there are tattoo artists you go to when you want quality work done. So good that people will stop and compliment your tattoo(s) for years to come. Thadd is the latter. I was recommended to him by a friend, and I was immediately impressed by his work on his IG. It’s also important for me to go to a tattoo artist that knows how to tattoo dark skin. Cause BAY-BEH! I found out the hard way several times that everyone ain’t able. Anyways, I emailed him to get an idea on pricing, and I received a response the next day. I didn’t have a concrete idea of what I wanted, but I told him things that I like (family of elephants, butterflies, lilies) and that he could freestyle. He came up with something better than I could have ever imagined. He tattooed me from wrist to elbow. There was already an unrelated tattoo almost smack in the middle of my lower arm that I didn’t want covered, and he was able to blend the old and new tattoo together perfectly. Total time was a little under 5 hours. I’m definitely returning so he can finish my half sleeve.

Thad and Justin are good guys and great artists. Its a very nice and clean shop. Me and my wife have been here for mutiple tattoos and we will definitely be back.

My Man Sir Thad, I was fortunate enough to stop in one day after talking with Thad about 10 minutes that lead to a hand tattoo, left bicep, left side rib cage, right arm custom tribal band. Toy shop ink is a great place close to home the quality of ink and talent are like no one else in sc thadd the owner does amazing work. Highley recommend for new work touch ups cover ups what ever you want he can do. The shop is always clean everythings up to standard. If you are not already a client don’t even try to get an appointment here. All we did was email back and try to get our appointments booked, due to some letters being in all CAPS got told that we were being rude and yelling but the context of the email was clearly not rude at all! Even ended it with THANKS LET ME KNOW! Got refunded supposedly but still no refunds yet! After this I wouldn’t even want a tattoo from this place they can’t even handle dealing with people over the internet smh! Yes this is sure Megan Bryant The message I sent is posted below you guys tell me if that is rude . I beg to differ.
