My daughter and I were here today to get our noses pierced. Shelita made us feel so welcome and did an awesome job. We will definitely be back here for any future piercings. We were both comfortable, and happy.

Just finished it was GREAT and I really love it. Very helpful great at answering questions and made me feel very comfortable. Like family!!!!!

I took my daughter to get her belly button pierced and Tay took great care of her. He was quick, friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back!

Myke is the artist I was dealing with. Make sure you get a clear understanding of how much your tattoo is before you pay your $100 deposit because he gave me one price previously and later changed after the tattoo was done, and make sure he knows what you want dont let him change your tattoo and do what works for him...His work is ok he uses a stencil so he really cant draw... I prefer someone who can draw so I want be back..once again make sure youre clear on prices

Took my sister to get her nose pierced. Very professional. I called to get info before I went. He answered all of my questions and his customer service was exceptional. The place was clean. He used fresh gloves, tools, etc. my husband was admiring some artwork and is returning to get his sleeve. I love to see great Black owned businesses doing their thing!!!

So I took my daughter here for a nose piercing. This is t the usual tattoo shop we go to for piercings but it was close to us and open . Im not sure of the mans name that did her piercing but he was very very nice, gentle, respectful, and had a great personality. He cracked jokes with her , told her to be a big girl . He changed the music while we waited and its funny to me bc my daughter listens to exactly what he had playing but bc he was either respectful of me as her mom, or bc were white lol. Im not sure which. But it was a great experience. We will definitely go here again. P. S. if you guys at flip side read these reviews and yall remember who we were, please let me know the mans name that did her piercing. Thanks

It was the worst experience ever. I asked how much it would be when I sent the picture of what I wanted and he said we would talk about it. Then he started on it without setting the price. Once it was done he said it was $500!!!! And to make matters worse it was nothing like the picture! I literally have other tattoos twice this size and didnt pay that much! Avoid this place!!!!!!

Beware of Flipside Ink Tattoo,Q, owner of Flipside Ink, started working on my tattoo. My tattoo required multiple sessions and he completed 2. I scheduled my 3rd session three weeks in advance. I called to confirm my appointment and he did not respond via text or phone call. A few days later, I went to the shop, twice, to confirm my appointment and he was not there, I left a message with an employee to plase have Q to call me. Still no response. This is so unprofessional.Appointment day arrives, December 17, 2022, and of course, Q, shop owner, was not there. An employee called Q, and I finally was able to speak to him. At this point Im annoyed because Ive reached out several times for conformation with no responses. Now Q, informed me that he was not able to get to the shop at my schedule appointment time and for me to come back around 6pm. I came back and he was still a NO SHOW! 🤬🤬🤬Not only was this unprofessional yet very disturbing, disappointed and disrespectful.Now Im at Trilogy Ink getting my tattoo completed. Trilogy is ranked in the top 5 tattoo shop in Memphis. BEWARE OF Q, at FLIPSIDE INK ON HACKSCROSS ROAD!

Qs attention to detail was impressive. Very high quality. I showed him what I was after, and he listened intently. He transferred a drawing from paper and tattood it onto me, including all the tiny nuances in the drawing that some other artists wouldve skipped over. I appreciated that he seemed to understand the profundity of creating a tattoo on someone that will be there for the rest of their life. Thanks, Q. Q did an amazing job! I took my son to get his first tattoo, and then i got one for my two fur babies, one which had passed away. He took my silly idea and killed it! I’ll definitely be back.

Had my tattoo done by Anthony (Tony Christopher Wong Harper on Facebook) Harper (aka “Shawt”). I truly enjoyed it and his work is OUTSTANDING. Very professional and sterile. Great sanitation practices and he gives you aftercare instructions. I’m so glad I came here and I HIGHLY recommend Flipside Ink! DEFINITELY 5 stars!!
