I asked a lot of questions before I consent for my daughter’s piercing. I gave it a go when the lady said she has been doing this for 4 years. During the right lobe, everything’s fine, but on the left, my daughter started moving and instead of waiting for her to stay still. The lady pulled her lobe which ultimately resulted to the earrings put on a slanted position instead of straight. Because of that, you can always see the backing as seen in the second photo. I’ve never been more disappointed. Apparently, 4 years of experience wasn’t enough.

We chose to go to Piercing Pagoda after reading other reviews. I called ahead to see if there would be multiple employees working to have my 5 year old daughters and 6 year old daughters ears pierced simultaneously and they were able to do that. The experience did not disappoint! The employees were awesome and did a great job!

Awful. Scheduled an ear piercing at 4 and drove 30 minutes to get it only for there to be a sign that says “went for lunch be back at 5”…like what? So unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

We went to get my sons ear pierced. We picked out the earrings and gave them the number. The earrings were put in, but they were the wrong ones. Come to find out the number for the earrings we wanted was under the sample not above. So we took them out and had to return 2 days later for repiercing. Staff was very nice. It would be great if they verified the style not just the number before doing the piercing.

My 7 yo granddaughter got her ears pierced for her birthday. The young man who helped us was great. Talked to her, kept her calm. They were able to do both ears at the same time so it was done and over with. She is soooo happy.

14 yr old got a nose piercing was told it woukd be easy to take out. She was never able to take out went back to have it removed and was told shop couldnt take it out!!!!

Only go to the one by the rainforest Cafe they have excellent customer service stay away from the one in section 2 of the mall the blonde lady with the two pigtails is very rude and would rather be on her phone she was so mad when the young lady told her to help me and get off her phone night and day compared to the other location she also insisted they were not the same company 😀 😉 after telling me they didnt have the earring I was looking for and when I walked around what did I see the earring I would never patronize that specific location

Friendly, quick with no added pressure. Ive been terrified of piercings for the longest time, decided to give it one last shot and couldnt be any happier I did with them. The associate was awesome considering I was 21 and afraid of piercings she was patient and took all the fear out of it.

My daughter was very nervous, but they did a great job of helping her stay calm. It was so helpful being able to have both ears done at the same time.

I just had my four month old baby get her ears pierced here and the girl who did it was awesome. Made sure they were both even and got it done quick and easy. Would definitely recommend them.

So easy even a husband can do it...

One female had a horrible attitude. They did nothing to help me. I spend over $800 with them and one breaks less than two weeks and they wouldn’t even exchange it. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional

Nice people there, but no nose piercings until coronavirus is over. So it could be years lol. But a little girl was getting her ear pierced right next to me so...Then warranties on earrings only last a year and I got mine 1 year and 3 months ago so no luck. Guess Im finding another jewelry shop! Thx

I used to always get jewelry from here and after being such a loyal costumer lindsy couldn’t do anything for me once the chain broke not even add a warranty to it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
