Serious Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing

Came in because my friend wanted a silver hoop for her nose piercing. Guy said he had limited jewelry and recommended we go to Spencers twice. You can get a multipack for the same amount of money there. Idk how youre a piercing shop and only have two options for nose jewelry? Also it was off putting to go to walk in and you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. Guy stood in the door and asked what we wanted before he let us in, just weird.

Hands down one of my favorite shops. Regardless if it’s for a piercing or a tattoo. Luke will take care of you! He does amazing work and makes sure to add all the little details. I recommend him to all my friends and family!

An ex girlfriend introduced me to Bob around 2016, he did her mom and dads tattoos and was highly recommended to me for my first tattoo.Been coming here ever since to see Bob. He touched up my Basement tattoo, Recently came here to get Jorgumgandr ( Midgaard Serpent)His work is impressive, the price is reasonable for his time, great guy to chat with while you get inked up. 100% recommend this place, great atmosphere and good people.

Dont have body piercing and were seriously rude about it when I asked about pricing. I saw your shop on my way to the appliance store and I called to ask. Some chick answered and was super rude told me yall didnt do piercings.

I have gotten close to all nine of my tattoos done by Luke. He is an amazing artist, knows exactly how to make tattoos blend well with others. He has done one of the greatest cover up tattoos for me recently. I am VERY satisfied with his work and I continue going back to them. I refer friends and family to Luke all the time. I would recommend others to go to Luke as well for there tattoos! Bob also did my nose piercing and I am very happy with that as well! They are awesome at Serious Ink! :)

Luke is legit the best tattoo artist Ive ever been to or even seen, the level of skill he has to get the smallest of details in and just generally make them look amazing is off the charts, if you want a pro who will without a doubt get you exactly what you want, hes your guy!

Bob rocks! I needed a dermal removed. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. It was quick, clean and painless. I didn’t even know he took it out until he told me he was done. He gave me very thorough care instructions. He really knows his stuff!! Thanks Bob! I’ll definitely be back!

I went in on my birthday for a tattoo and Luke did an absolutely amazing job. he made it literally perfect! he is very patient and will tell you if he thinks something wont look good after its healed and over time. highly highly recommend very pleased!

Ive gotten 13/14 tattoos from here by Luke. Theyve turned out absolutely amazing. People tell me I should try other artists, but I have all the trust and time spent with Luke & will not change who I see. 10/10 definitely recommend .

The staff were great! Bob did an awesome job on my daughters navel piercing. He was funny and patient. I definitely recommend him!

The bald man who pierced me did a pretty good job. He was very informative and was quick with it. He answered all of my questions and I enjoyed how he soothed me when he stuck the needle in. Very attentive to my needs as far as the piercing is concerned. The only thing that could have been better is his attitude. I walked in and said I was the woman who called over the phone about the body piercing and he said, OK. Almost as if he was annoyed. Then when I was done, I tried to make small conversation and talk to him about the guy who did my piercing before, he just nodded and did a small smile. Not even one word. Then he walked away and went to the front counter and was like, Time to pay!His attitude sucks but he can pierce. He needs to really adjust that attitude or he wont get that many customers. People like to feel at home and welcomed, especially in a piercing/tattoo environment. Id hate to see a good business fail because of a bad attitude.

This will always be my go to place. Luke is the best. He takes his time, takes your opinions to heart. And always does an amazing job. This is a laid back but fun atmosphere.

I gets my tattoos by luke and he is great every time clean lines details great my tattoos allways comes out looking good luke I suggest you ask for him he is good at what he do and he is very fast

My friend referred me to this place and bob. He got a 1/4 sleeve done. I’ve been searching everywhere to get my cheetah spot 1/4 sleeve covered up. I went In about 2 in a half months ago now, bob said he’d be able to do a cover up from what I want done, eventually to a full sleeve. Bob said he would have it drawn out in 2 weeks. Ok no problem. 2 weeks went by nothing. Went in maybe a month ago now, said he was almost finished with drawing it up and would call a week later. Never did... I called 2 weeks ago maybe a week ago, was told he would text me a picture of it. Never did. If you do not have a drawing set up or want to do someone’s cover up. Tell them straight up. Don’t keep pushing it to the side, or if you really don’t think you can cover it up. Tell the person. I was really looking forward to getting work done especially by bob but I’ll be going elsewhere unfortunately...

I highly recommend this tattoo shop. They artist are great. I have had all my tattoos done by Luke Wike. He is a great artist; he is great with small ideas and making them amazing tattoos. He is great at telling you if that idea you have will work and how long he can guarantee it will stay in great condition.

My family and I went here to ALL get the same tattoo and none of our tattoos look alike in any way! So incredibly disappointed. Definitely will not be returning. This tattoo was planned for a year and holds so much meaning for us. Now we have to look at something for the rest of our lives that looks NOTHING like what we asked for. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop!

Got my bellybutton pierced a 2end time here and they did amazing. that pierced it, they gave me great care instructions. It didnt get infected like the first time and place that pierced it. 😊 I am very satisfied!! 😁 P.s. I got it done July 16, 2017. Peace ✌☮❗

Bob is amazing !! He helped with a cover up !! He did the color to fix the awful lining and shading someone else attempted as the first cover up. !!! Thank you, couldn’t be any happier !! Seriously so easy to talk and such a genuine person !!

Every tattoo and body piercing I have I got them done here. Been coming here since I was 18. Love the staff over the years they have become family and they treat me like family. Love this place and the staff. They due great work. The only shop I let touch my body.

Visited a few weeks ago for a tragus piercing and met with Bob the piercer who was great to chat with!Very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.Prices were reasonable, as well.I highly recommend this place, if I decided to get more piercings I will definitely be stopping back. 😀

Serious Ink got my girlfriend and I in to get our noses pierced with in 2 hours of calling, owner was great and easy to joke around with. Not a single issue with post op discomfort or infection for either of us!Thank you!

As a once happy customer, I am disappointed. I am rating Lukes work with two stars because I know he has the creativity to be a great artist per my first tattoo with him. The two pictures I included show that Luke didn’t use his creativity to give me a unique style for the last two I got with him. He does not have the work ethic or humility to admit that he copied my examples and told me it is entirely my problem and my fault that I didn’t tell him I wanted something unique. (Which I thought was implied with tattoo artists). I learned a lot about my own part in the relationship between the artist and the customer with this experience, so I am thankful for that at the VERY least.Hindsight is always 20/20 so I do not want to badmouth Luke and cause people to avoid Serious Ink. I just want people to be aware of what they are receiving for the cost. My opinion is what Luke is charging for tattoos now is not worth the work he puts into it. Please be diligent about what you want and if you expect/want copied work then Luke will be great for you. If you want a unique style, say that out loud many times OR get it in writing... or go elsewhere.

Their customer services is not welcoming at all. I asked questions about getting a certain piercing and got nothing but uncomfortable and snotty remarks from their front desk girl. She was rude and very short the whole experience. It was their piercer that was more encouraging. My piercing was nice but I wouldnt have stayed if it wasnt for the piercer.

Uncaring person. Went to inquire about a tattoo and if they were accepting walk in. Was told NO WAlKINs as the door was practically slammed in my face. I understand it was 15 minutes before they opened, but I stood a good distance away for safety concerns to the artists. Besides I’m pretty sure my old self couldn’t have taken anyone down. So why slam the door and act like I was there to rob you?

I had also walked in with an idea but instead of listening to what I wanted to get and make a rough draft drawing on paper Bob had rushed me back and then did a poor drawing directly on my arm which I think is very unprofessional. Also my final result of my tattoo looks like a 4 year old did it! Bob, if you cant even draw a straight line or draw things even then dont be a tattoo artist! I strongly suggest to stay very clear of this terrible place! Bob is one of the worst tattoo artists ive ever encountered. And he even over charges! Very very unhappy with this garbage of a tattoo shop! Anywhere else would be better!

Got my industrial pierced here. After weeks of excruciating pain and it not healing I took it out and tried two small barbells. It was extremely crooked. The top hole was vertical and the other side was horizontal. Also the two holes we’re so far apart that the industrial barbell was too short and it was putting pressure on both piercings. Eventually I had to take it out will wait for it to heal and see if another shop will be able to do it the proper way. Would not go here again.

I freaking love Bob Im a total scaredy cat when it comes to Needles and he was just so cool so chill made me very comfortable was very detailed on how to keep my piercings clean and made me literally want to come back next week which I will be love you guys awesome awesome service and very quick by the way

Me and my sister went and got piercings here, they both got infected! very dissatisfied and disappointed! Maybe the stuff y’all used were dirty, we have multiple piercings and none of them got infected until we came here so try again.

Got my nose pierced early September, I did all the after care I was supposed to do but it somehow still got infected I guess there was a bump on top of my nose ring will the ring was still in you couldn’t even see the nose ring. I ended up popping the bump and taking the nose ring out, so much pain!! Wouldn’t recommend. Also the lady who did my piercing had a attitude from the jump when I first go there

I called this shop to inquire pricing, because they don’t have a website. That was a red flag right there, but I still figured I’d give them a shot. The guy who answered the phone was so incredibly rude for no reason. I asked one question, and his response was so rude that I didn’t dare ask another. This person is supposed to be a representative of this shop, how he behaves upon my initial contact with the business dictates the perception I will have of this shop. Unfortunately, I’ll never know if this place is good or not, because of this guy’s poor customer service.

I went to get a nose piercing and I dont regret it! The service was good and the prices were great! I would recommend them for sure!

Called for an emergency piercing removal. Quickly removed the piercing almost pain free! I wasnt charged and was given tips to a quick recovery. Thank you for the great service.

I have never come across such an awful tat artist. It was supposed to be 2 tats. Now every day I want to cry and cut this mess he did off of me. I have other tats. But this work was 100% bad. I cant say it enough.NEVER GO HERE!!!!!
