Randy pierced my eyebrows and let me tell you -I had a lot of fun. They do prefer appointments but I was able to get in quickly. A single set of jewelry is provided in the cost of the piercing. Randy was so much fun! He made me feel very comfortable: it was like I was getting pierced by a family member. Dad jokes are included in the experience! If I could give a sixth star, I would. I hope to visit again!

I went to Randy and Sue for my first tattoo. The consultation went well, and when I showed them an image of what I wanted, Sue was quickly able to draw up an appropriately sized similar image so that I could see what it would look like. They explained the process in full and I thought the pricing seemed fair.The day I got the tattoo, Randy was kind and professional, talking me through the process. The environment was clean and comfortable. I was in the chair for about 2 hours, a bit longer than expected, but Ive been very happy with the results. Heres an image from the day I got the tattoo and an image from six months later.

Randy and Sue are a riot. Very welcoming! I felt like I was being taken care of by a family member. Jewelery was included in the cost which was also incredibly reasonable. I will hands down drive the hour and 16 minutes to have Randy add another piercing to my collection.Thanks guys!

The couple that owns this shop are the sweetest people. they had me laughing through the entire appointment. they made me feel at ease, comfortable, and like i had an entertaining experience with the piercing! Highly recommend- oh! and so many jewelry options too! got to stick with gold!

Sue and Randy were lovely to work with. We went as a family of 4 to get our 5 year old her ears pierced. Randy was very patient with her while we waited for her to calm down and hold still and once she had, he was fast and efficient! She only cried before the needle went in and no tears during the actual procedure. Our daughter is so happy with her new earrings and look, she cant wait to show them off to anyone that will look her way! Thank you, Randy and Sue!!

I went to get a daith piercing done for my migraines. It started with Sue taking out a tray filled with hoops of all different sizes and metals and having me pick whatever pleased me. The experience was fine, Randy and Sue were very kind, BUT after a couple days of having the daith it has became infected. After getting prescribed antibiotics to treat the infection, I visited another piercer in town to get the hoop out. They were speechless when I went in. They explained to me how everything was WRONG WRONG WRONG. The placement of the piercing was off for my ear and the size of the hoop was much too small. My ear was rejecting the hoop and literally pushing it out of my ear. After a very painful removal of the hoop, they showed me differences in the size of hoops they use compared to Randy. My jaw dropped! The comparison is seriously concerning. I wasted $90 on the stupid thing(also Randy is overpriced), I now have hospital bills, and a really messed up ear.Then when I called Randy to explain the situation, all they said was sorry and that they don’t know how it could have happened.My hoop from Randy is in the bag. The other two piercings are the sizes the other piercers use for a daith.Also, the piercing place I went to get it out asked if they could use the picture of my ear as an example of what a bad piercing looks like.Never go here.

I got my first tattoo here after being there to experience my friends getting their tattoos a few weeks prior. Dont regret it! He was friendly, funny, and got it done in no time. It was a little painful, but I dont regret it! Love it! Thanks Randy!

Called and they were able to get me in same day when I decided to get a piercing done. The studio is incredibly clean. Randy, my piercer, was very quick and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for tattoos or piercings!

My best friend and I went here the other day to get some piercings (I got a helix and she got her doubles and triples done). We were immediately welcomed in with open arms as Sue showed us the most diverse amount of options Ive ever seen possible for piercings!! After my friend and I had picked our jewelry out we got to meet Randy who is such a friendly and genuinely welcoming guy! He made us feel warm, welcome, and safe as he pierced us and ensured that everything was properly sanitized and that we were all feeling ok before and after the piercings. Prices were fair! The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming and made the initial experience fantastic. The tattoo artist was very experienced and did my palm size tattoo incredibly well. He made lots of jokes and made us laugh the whole time. The shop was super unique and cleanliness was very well! Overall, the tattoo experience was five stars all day long!

We called ahead about making a same-day appointment for a daith piercing and were able to get one in 45 minutes. Randy was my piercer and was friendly and good at making jokes to distract me from being nervous. He made sure I was ready and worked quickly and efficiently. When I was done he let me whack the gong as a fun celebration!

Always a good experience! I came here for my first 4 tattoos and a piercing over 25 years ago and brought my daughter in today to get her nose pierced. Sue was so nice to work with and Randy is always funny and makes you feel at ease. Now she is planning her first tattoo by him🥰

My husband and I have gotten all 6 of our piercings here and let me tell you- what an amazing selection of jewelry! I also got my tattoo here and not only did the tattoo turn out beautiful, but the experience of getting a tattoo was so memorable. The shop is themed and has absolutely stunning decore and wall art. The owners are so nice and funny which helped soothe my nerves. I got some numbing cream to help the pain as well. And when I was done I rang “the Gong of Courage”! This place is the whole package. Also, Randy literally made pliers for us ladies with long nails to get our card out of the ATM!!! So considerate.

I recently had my second tattoo done by Randy and everything was fantastic as usual. He also did my very first one, which was a custom design that Su helped me turn into a transfer for Randy. Years later I still hear lots of compliments on that first one and now the design is surrounded by a USA flag as I always wanted. A perfect tribute for Memorial Day weekend. If you are considering a first tattoo or adding to yours, Su is terrific and Randys skill is something to see. Thanks again to you both.

Most pleasant piercing experience I have ever had, and I have had a few! Randy and Sue are so so sweet and whether it is your first piercing or your 10th they will make it a memorable and enjoyable experience. Definitely check them out!

I brought my daughter here to fix her double piercings that had both formed keloids (from a well known piercing store at the mall) and could no longer get earrings through. Randy and Sue explained the needle piercing process and how this was different than the gun piercing she originally had. They made my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed and had a good sense of humor, making her smile (and ringing the gong when done!). The piercings look great and she couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was! Very happy!

My friend and I impulsively decided to get piercings done and we picked an amazing place! Randy made it so much fun and his humor got rid of our nerves, we can’t wait to go back!

First off I wish I could post some pictures from the day of and now 2 weeks later.Randy is a really nice guy and sue is wonderful, however it might be the worst tattooing I have ever been apart of.It now has been 14 days since randy tattooed 2 small wu-tangs on my left forearm. Both are obviously way to deep. I experienced alot off bleeding from both tattoos during and immediately after. And now 2 weeks later there is still slight scabbing, flaking skin, and some noticable scaring.As much of a good guy randy is, he has lost the necessary technique and ability to perform tattooing to a standard for even the simplest art. (My opinion)Whatever the case I do not recommend this place.

I refuse to let anyone tattoo me but Ace and I fly from Wisconsin to Arizona just to get tattoos by them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a tattoo whether it’s your first time or not.

I got my ear re-pierced after my old ones closed and it was so entertaining. Ace tattoo and piercings is such a breath of fresh air. He was kind, funny, punctual, all the things you need when doing something new. Absolutely loved my experience there!

Called and was able to book a same day piercing appointment. My brother and I both got our eyebrow done and he got a nostril as well. They were very friendly and had lots of jewelry options.

Very nice people the atmosphere is very calming I got my piercing 4 days ago haven’t had any healing problems I wash it once a day with salt water. The experience was pretty quick and not painful definitely going to be my new go to piercing place.

We went just looking to buy jewelry, 2 16g studs. We call to be let in, and the owner locks the door behind us and tells us 16g studs are $30 a piece (and gets awfully comfortable with my friend). I hand him $70 expecting there to be tax to break change, and he happily pockets it and tells us to have a nice day. I ask about change and he informs me he understood it to be a tip. I remember the door locked behind us and feel inclined to go along with it so we can get let out! Definitely not a very transparent interaction for a couple of cheap studs.

Absolutely amazing people. Have had multiple tattoos done and they all turn out Amazing. Sue is very caring and Randy is an amazing artist. Always recommend going here for tattoos and piercings.Very home like and amazing customer service. They are always there for you no matter what!

I LOVE RANDY! He is the best tattoo artist I’ve ever been to. He makes the whole experience so positive and happy. I’ve gotten most of my tattoos (all of my favorites) from him and they all look amazing even months after the healing process. My daughter made appointments for her and I to get piercings this past Sunday. This shop was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Booking an appointment was an easy and brief phone call. We were pleasantly surprised, as this was a total experience. The shop owner was friendly, funny, and just made us feel at home. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and instructions were sent home with us as well. Neither me nor my daughter felt any pain, soreness, or swelling after. I will never go anywhere else for a piercing again and I am looking forward to setting up a future tattoo consultation. I could not imagine a single human being having a bad experience here. I enthusiastically recommend.

I went for a nose piercing and the experience was streamlined, relaxed, and fun. The shop atmosphere was cozy and comforting whilst being professional and sanitary. Piercer took serious care while also maintaining a lighthearted attitude. It was a whole event and I was individually cared for without external distractions impacting the time.

Randy was incredible!! I had an uneven second earlobe piercing from another piercing shop and he made everything look perfect by adding in a third lobe piercing. Also got my helix pierced - everything was SO sterile, their selection of top quality earrings was amazing, and he just has the best sense of humor. I will definitely be going back!

Brought my daughter in for a nostril piercing (she is almost 14) she was nervous Randy made sure she was comfortable and talked with through the whole process. He also made sure to give her proper follow up instructions and answered all questions she had without treating her like a child. Randy and his partner were fantastic! I was really nervous about getting my nose pierced and they put me at ease and were very friendly. The store was really clean and all instruments came from sealed packets (after being sterilized). They notice I have a small shelf and we’re able to adjust my jewelry accordingly. And, due to low pressure, when I got light headed and nauseous Randy immediately recognized what was happening, knew what to do, and I felt better quickly. Plus, I got to ring the gong of courage after and who doesn’t want to do that?!?!!! I highly recommend Ace Tattoo and Piercing. My nose piercing experience was great!

Ace is the place! I love this place. Sue was great with helping add some color elements to my design and after talking to her in the phone/texting design ideas, I was already happy with choosing to go there. We talked through the design a bit more when I got there and Randy was wrangled in to give his blessing and input. He got right to it, and we watched the Mummy, talked about Harrison Ford and Barbers and German engineering lol we covered a lot of ground. Randy is awesome! I had a blast. They felt like two family members and we were all just hanging out tattooing and such. I would absolutely recommend Ace Tattoo. Plus, at the end of your tattoo you get to bang a GONG…what?! I had a tattoo done by owner and artist Randy about 10 years ago. I was very happy, so I came back. This tattoo is the Chinese characters for Shaolin Kung Fu. Ive practiced it for over 10 years. Its important to me, so I wanted to be sure they looked clean and calligraphy-like. Randy really knows how to do tattoos and he has over 30 years of experience. I consider that part of the cost. Im happy to pay for skill and experience.The tattoo never got very red or swollen, it healed really well. Within 4 days I had no swelling or redness! The picture is one week after I got it and its almost completely healed. Make sure to do what Randy tells you on aftercare and youll be happy. Ace Tattoo is my first choice when getting a tattoo! :-) Ready to re-ink the first one!

I called around 3 pm and asked if walk-ins are available. The shop owner, Randy was able to take my boyfriend to get his septum pierced at 8 pm. Even though online it states his shop closes at 6 on Sundays he still took us in and did a wonderful job being both welcoming and encouraging. After my boyfriend got his piercing done he asked if I wanted to get one as well! I got a nostril piercing and while I already had one on the other side of my nostril I am amazed at how much smoother the process went compared to my other piercing. Last time I got my nostril pierced (by a different piercer) my whole face stung and felt hot for days but this time I didn’t feel it by the time I left the shop! Having his customers ring the gong is such a fun touch. Awesome shop and we’ll definitely come back if even just for jewelry :)

Cannot even begin to tell you that my experience from consult to walk out the door was 5 stars. Beautiful Su draws with an eye for detail, charismatic Randy tattoos it, they talk, collaborate, and deserve the praise for their excellent teamwork. Any artists that can work this well together definitely show through in spectacular end results.

Randy is one of a kind! I drive 45 mins to see him and won’t go anywhere else! He has removed and placed my nose rings back in a couple of times. He is so gentle while working. He’s funny and easy to get along with. The place is beautiful and very clean. Randy is all about sanitation. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

My father passed away in April. I wanted to memorialize and honor my father who is/was a United States Marine. I contacted a couple of tattoo shops, that were recommended to me, but they never called me back. I found Ace through a Google search. I read the reviews, which were highly rated. I walked in, met Randy. They took me right away. I showed them what I wanted. They took that design, made it there away and with the ideas I wanted. It came out awesome. This is my first tattoo and I could not be happier with their service, design, and their overall atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend Ace.

I went to Ace Tattoo & Piercing for a septum piercing. Randy was fantastic! I am prone to getting light headed and fainting and he checked in with me often to make sure I was doing alright. We ended up having to do the piercing twice because the normal placement wasnt going to work for my nose. Randy said it was crooked and I wasnt leaving his shop with a crooked septum piercing! My entire visit was great. He was relaxed and he made the experience fun for me. I would highly recommend seeing Randy for your future piercings.

We went here for to get my 16yo’s ears pierced since tattoo parlors follow more stringent sanitary processes than the mall jewelry shops with the piercing gun. The staff was great and very supportive. We got excellent care instructions. When we called with questions we got kind follow up support. This was more than just a piercing, it was a whole experience! There was even a gong!

My 16yr old got a belly piercing a few days ago, the service was exceptional. She had a reaction to the jewelry due to the style (was to big) Ace said come back and pick out another jewelry at no charge. Who does this? I was very shocked and couldnt have asked for better service!

Randy and his wife were extremely nice. Randy was able to accommodate my same day appointment and provided GREAT customer service. The shop is VERY clean!! The experience was AMAZING! I will be going back for more tattoos!!

I got a daith piercing from Randy and I had a wonderful experience. He was very professional, but also a lot of fun. We called him at 7:45pm and he had an opening at 8pm, so was able to squeeze in both my friend and I in. He has a wide variety of jewelry options and I couldnt recommend him enough!!!

This place was great! They got me in on super short notice (like 30 minutes) and were incredibly nice on the phone. It was such a welcoming environment. The women who helped me select jewelry was super knowledgeable, and they had a great selection. Randy was very reassuring and fun which made the appointment very enjoyable. They were both very welcoming to my friend and I, and we had a great time. The only thing I didn’t know was that it is cash only, but they do have an ATM. I absolutely love my nose piercing!

I had a great experience working with Randy and Su.  They responded quickly to my inquiry about a design and the cost.  I was able to schedule the appointment quickly and at a day/time that worked for me.  They also gave me input and advice on a tattoo that I may cover-up and I found their ideas and advice very helpful.  The whole experience (from the initial email, to scheduling, to the actual work getting done, to future work) was nothing but fantastic.  I really enjoyed talking with them and feel like I got to know them.  I will definitely be back and highly recommend Ace to anyone looking to get work done.

I took my daughter here to get her nose pierced and Randy was wonderful. We found this place by a quick Google search when every shop in Minneapolis was booked. They got us in that same day and treated us so well. My daughter got to ring the gong of courage which made the experience that much better.

I was here 25 plus years ago for first time. Just had the old tattoos touched up last week. Looking excellent now. Reasonable prices. Great job and nice people both Randy and Suzy!

The lady is super nice, but the guy is kind of dodgy. After I got my piercings done, I asked about sizing up the bars for swelling, to which the piercer only responded with ice and nothing more. Outdated aftercare advice was given, and the jewelry I was pierced with was not only the wrong gague but entirely too small. I have multiple piercings and a meticulous aftercare routine which I know works for me. Even after getting the bars swapped out for a longer size, I needed to remove them three days later due to one beginning to embed in my cheek. This would have been easily preventable had he pierced them correctly the first time around. You are also expected to pay IN CASH before the service here, which is a telltale sign of a dodgy piercing shop, as you cannot see the quality of the service before payment. I also had to do the placement for my piercings on my own, which is extremely unprofessional. Thank goodness I had my friends with me to help make them even.I only waited so long to update my review because after reading the negative reviews for this shop, I realized how fruitless it would be because of how aggressive and dismissive the owners are in the responses. However, my hope is that by leaving this review now that they will miss it, and I can save another poor unfortunate soul some $200 for piercings you will ultimately have to remove.I miss my dahlias dearly and will be getting them redone at a reputable piercer with an extensive portfolio. Good riddance

I got my belly pierced here and it was done improperly he pierced my stomach not my navel the piercing pushed its self out and I now have a big scar very unhappy I would not recommend!!!Well I disagree because I still wanted it pierced so I went to a different piercing shop and they did it properly and it is almost fully healed and I just didn’t like the fact that I was basically standing up while getting it done. Im just giving an honest review so hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else!

Got my cartridge piercing a few weeks ago he did an amazing job. Everything was very clean, sanitized and organized. Piercing healed well. Cute little shop.

Been here twice now for eye brow piercings (pieces come with the pierce in price) and my wife and I are happy with the pierce and the experience!Randy was a blast to do these with, which is different compared to other joints. He was also super flexible which was fantastic for my 2nd visit.My Sister-In-Law got the Daith Piercing and since has no headaches or migraines! I got my septum pierced here a while back and i should have left this review sooner but im pretty sure it was done wrong. when he was pushing the needle through he had to force it through, and it hurt VERY bad. and the needle was just sitting in my nose a whole minute before he put the jewelry in, not to mention it bled quite a bit.

I went to Ace Tattoo & Piercing on like Friday, I called and booked for the same day. I got my tongue and belly button pierced. I didnt look at reviews until after I had already got my piercings. It seems like a lot of 50/50 ratings. Like either great ratings or terrible ones. For me I had a good experience. Randy was super cool over the phone and his shop was very clean and gave amazing vibes. I was very nervous but Randy helped me calm down a little. He also let my little sister sit with us and watch me get pierced. So far everything has been really good. My tongue piercing seems a little crooked but it could just be from swelling. It still looks great. Everyone has been telling me that my belly button was pierced wrong but I look online and it seems to be in the perfect spot. Only thing I can really say that Randy didnt do best was inform me on how to clean my tongue piercing. I was told to just leave it alone and that you didnt have to clean it. But I looked it up and found out you have to rinse your mouth with piercing Salt twice a day and brush your teeth 3 times a day. I dont blame Randy for this though because its not entirely his fault. I would definitely get more piercings from him and I might even book a tattoo appointment with him. He seemed really cool and I didnt feel weirded out at all. THANK YOU RANDY!!! I wanted my tongue pierced for years and my uncle had one too... He told me he would take me to get my tongue pierced and it feels like I made him proud by facing my fear of this. So thank you Randy. Keep up the great work.

I got my septum pierced and from the first phone call to the end of the appointment my experience was 10/10they were willing to take me last minute, were super friendly and funny, and did a great piercing. the piercer was super funny and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. and the gong at the end was maybe the best part. if your going to get a piercing i highly recommend here

FAKE METAL JEWELRY!!!went here a couple months ago for a piercing. After a month of having the piercing the piercing wasnt healing properly so I went to a different shop for them to look at my piercing. the problem turned out to be the FAKE JEWELRY! they kindly changed it out for me and it has healed just fine after changing it.The guy here also likes to make inappropriate comments about womens bodies. It was supper uncomfortable.It was also very dusty and not as clean as a tattoo shop should be.

I love Randy and Su! This time I came in with some (I hate to even say it) *bad* looking knuckle tattoos and I left the shop with my knuckles looking AMAZING. I also got some very fine print cursive lettering done. It looks perfect. :)

Awesome experience! Not my first tattoo, but my last one was 20 years ago! Love that everyone gets their own personal time in the shop. I even got in the same day I inquired about a small tattoo that I had been thinking about for a long time!

I got two piercings here a few weeks ago and was happy with the results. Unfortunately, I had some healing issues that were pretty much unavoidable. I called Ace and they got me in within 20 minutes to clean, put different piercings in, and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Went in for a walk in with a buddy of mine. The place is cool, they were super welcoming. I got a simple tattoo that ended up costing me $240 (the same amount my buddy paid for his) when I was in the chair for about 20 minutes.Randy offered to fix them free of charge to help us love our tattoos. And refund the overcharge for my tattoo. His personality definitely helps lighten the mood!Super nice and helped us fix our issues with original finished product. Thank you! I came here today to get 2 piercings for my 18th birthday, a septum piercing and a vertical labret piercing.(HE GAVE ME THE WRONG PIERCING BTW 😭) My experience here was overall a positive experience, Randy is a very kind soul and so is his wife, the studio is beautiful and very welcoming, but the way Randy did the piercings was not very professional in my own opinion. I’m gonna list some of the things I experienced while getting pierced at Ace Tattoo & Piercing.-Gave me the wrong piercing (gave me ashley, i asked for vertical labret)-Left me unattended with a needle in my lip for about 6 or 7 minutes-Didn’t screw the ball to my septum on tight enough so it fell off right when i had gotten back home-Gave outdated aftercare instructionsWhen i got to the studio Randy gave me a sheet to fill out, i put on the sheet that i was getting my septum and vertical labret piercings done. I gave the paper to randy and the process began. He does my septum piercing and it goes smoothly, the ball does end up falling off when i get home so he didn’t screw it on tight enough. He gets to my lip and he pierces it and then says he needs new jewlery so he leaves me with a needle in my lip for a good 7 minutes probably. I attached pictures to this post. during this time i look in the mirror and it’s not what i thought i was getting. i was expecting a vertical labret and that was not what i got. He gave me an Ashley piercing. I didn’t say anything to him because it was already pierced and i wasn’t about to go through that again. He comes back and puts the lip piercing in and then he gives me after care instructions- he told me to use q tips to clean my piercings (NEVER USE Q TIPS ON ANY PIERCING EVER) and told me to only clean it when it’s visibly dirty. ps you should clean your piercings every day with saline salt mixed in water until it’s healed. He let me go and told me to write a review! so that’s what i’m doing. As soon as i get home the piercing spike on my septum falls off so i have to drive all the way back 15 minutes just to get a new spike screwed on tight enough. When i got back to the studio Randy’s wife grabbed me a new piercing with just her hands. She put it in a bowl for randy and when he put it in i realized he never sanitized it. I wouldn’t go here again to get pierced.

Terrible business. my friend got her septum ring done there by guy named Randy. he told her to pick the jewelry even though she had no idea what she was doing. He gave her piercing way too small for her nose and her nose, lips, and inside of her nose completely swelled up to the point where it was very infected. She took proper care of it, but Randy gave her piercing too small. when she asked for her money back he basically told her that they won’t give her a refund. She ended up going to another piercing place and they’ve heard a lot of other horror stories as well from this business. I’ll never be going here, and on top of that she called them over 25 times before someone picked up the phone.EDIT: taking them 3 years to respond should tell you how motivated they are to striving their business. Her nose to this day is unable to comply with a septum piercing because of the damage he did to the inside of her nose.

It was my first time getting ear piercing. I got conch piercing and I had wonderful experience with them.

I wanted my nose pierced. Called and was in the same day. Randy was very nice and made me feel relaxed. He helped me pick out the right jewelry for my piercing, and did a great job. The shop was clean and bright and inviting. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop if you are looking to get a piercing!

I had my septum done and randy was great! he was super nice and i was a little bit scared but it was good. i have a low pain tolerance but it wasn’t even that bad. i wasn’t confused about aftercare at all and i knew exactly what i was supposed to do. i love my piercing so so so much and it’s great. the placement was great. he didn’t have the exact jewelry i wanted but randy was able to flip around the ring to pierce it the other way so the jewel wasn’t there. he was super super nice to me and my mom. thank you so much! 10/10 recommend this place.

Im so happy to got help with my Nostral Piercing in this Studio.I got a few weeks ago my Nostral Piercing in another well known Studio. But they were not able to offer me an appointment when I got a problem. I called Ace Tattoo & Piercing and they were super kind. I could come in the same day and they fixed my problem. GREAT. And ... I think about another Tattoo and for sure I will go to Ace Tattoo to get it.

I came in with very little notice (I called ahead) and Randi fit me in for 15 minutes later! Many of the reviews mention the door being locked—Randi explained to me that since COVID-19 shutdowns, he’s required to do appointment only, so the door must be locked at all times so people don’t just walk in. It keeps the shop clean and safe.I had my septum piercing stretched a little bit, since it shrunk from not having my ring in it. Randi was kind and funny and during the piercing itself he did he best to distract and calm my nerves—I could tell he’s very experienced!I cannot speak to the tattoo experience as I did not get a tattoo, but my piercing experience was great. Randi provided me with cleaning and aftercare instructions. I followed the handout and I haven’t had any issues (2 weeks after.) I will be returning!Thank you for having me in, Randi!

Got my daughters ears pierced here and it was an amazing experience! They were very gentle and encouraging with her. Randy was awesome. Quick but thorough and accurate. After she was done, she got to bang the Gong of Courage and they gave her a Certificate of Bravery.I would definitely recommend taking your kid to get their ears pierced here by an industry veteran in a clean shop compared to Claires or some other mall shop.

I came here on a recomendation of a friend looking for someone who knows what they are doing so i took my daughters here to get two lobes and a daith peirced. Emily was so good to my 7yr old who is a chatty and Randy was eaqualy awsome to both my girls and was verry knowligble in his craft, watching him work and be as gentle as one can be was great. I just finished with my tattoo at Ace with Randy, it was a wonderful experience! Randy was very skilled and made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I got my tattoo on a pretty painful area. The tattoo itself turned out beautiful, and Randy was great at calming my nerves throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be back very soon!

I went to get a tattoo with my boyfriend and we walked in at 1:30 and were out by out 3. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Randy did a great job on both of our tattoos and has a great sense of humor which some ppl on here don’t seem to understand that it’s humor, which is a shame because he so funny. I would highly recommend them, they were clean professional and very personable.

Randy is my go to tattoo guy and his wife is the sweetest person. They are both super professional and friendly. Randy has done 8/11 tattoos I have. And he’s pierced the left side of my nose. He makes sure I’m ready and relaxed before sticking needles in me. Funniest guy alive & I will continue to go here for the rest of my life.

I am 54 years young and I went to Ace Tattoo to have my nose pierced, I was so scared but Randy was so beautiful in helping me to stay calm, which was very soothing. On 7/19/2017 I had a massive heart attack that ended with me having a triple bypass, well I wanted to get a tattoo to represent my survival, so I went back and asked their opinion on how I could do this? Randy was amazing when he did my parents and my tattoos, he made sure they were clean and perfect. It was my very first tattoo and they had planned it as a suprise, when we got there Randy acted as if he had never seen or spoke with us before and made the experience great. Just got my eyebrow pierced here. Randi was so nice and professional. Very clean environment. Piercing was fast and painless. Over all if your looking to get a piercing definitely come here.

My brother and I (who are not new to tattoos at all and know how to take care of them) got super horrible infections after being here. Led to very deep cystic bumps and big scabs around his tattoo site (arm) and my face. Took a month and a half to clear up. Very painful and not fun to look at. Both of our tattoos also bled WAY more after completion than any tattoos we have ever had done. Tattoo lines were not 100% and shapes that should have been were not 100% filled in. Tattoo owner was a very nice guy, the shop had good vibes, however I won’t be returning.

Randy is the coolest most talented tattoo artist! He makes the whole tattoo experience fun! I took my 18yr old daughter to him for her Tree of Gondor tattoo and another tattoo and he nailed it! Its beautiful! She is overjoyed that it turned out so beautifully! Thank you Randy! Well be back again!

Horrible experience- scheduling the appointment was bad enough but once i got there, things just got worse. Very unprofessional to say the least. Randy does not know what he is doing. Luckily, because i felt so uncomfortable, I ended up walking out before he pierced me and I am so glad I did. I was in the chair ready to go and decided at the last minute I didnt trust Randy with piercing me. No regrets.

I got my snake eyes done and Randy made my experience so calm and fun at the end! I appreciate him and his wife for their amazing and easy service today!

Randy was great! He spent the time that was needed to get just the perfect size and location for my first tattoo. I loved that I could walk in and have it done all at the same time. What a great mothers day present to myself! The celtic motherhood knot tattoo looks awesome!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews saying he’s rude. He looks very intimidating but he’s a very nice and kind guy, got my nose pierced and almost passed out. He waited to make sure I was okay and got me some water and made me feel comfortable. Very nice guy, he didn’t need to do that but he did and it made the whole experience 10x better. Just be respectful and he’ll do the same. Definitely will be going back

Let’s start by saying that Randy is super kind, funny, and accommodating. Both of my piercings were done at a great angle. However, his policy of the customer choosing the jewelry is not necessarily all great. The jewelry is beautiful and good quality, so that isn’t the issue. The issue is that he lets you have completely free range. For most cartilage/lobe/nostril piercings, the selection is good. Internally threaded, surgical grade titanium. However, with piercings like a rook or daith issues arise. A curved barbell is industry standard, but a short straight post was used in my rook. This extends the healing and swelling time, as the swollen parts would rub against the post. When I asked, he simply said it was the jewelry I chose. He also walked away right before piercing my friend and I, hiking up our body’s natural anxiety. We also bled quite a bit. My regular piercer seemed concerned, and when I mentioned where we went her face said it all. Overall, it was a fine experience, but there are definitely lanes for improvement.

Randy does excellent work. Very clean shop. He and his wife are very courteous and took excellent care of me. I had my name tattood on my knuckles. Posting photo of Day 1, will update. Thanks Randy!

They worked us in Immediately for three of us to get our ears pierced, Randy was funny and dealt with my freaking out the entire time very well. Thought the price was reasonable, everything was sterile and packaged, I felt comfortable with him as a professional, just super scared of the pain to come. Price included any of the jewelry in the case.

Step daughter got a piercing but was given the wrong jewelry so she needed to have it redone with longer bars and bigger heads to prevent it from healing over the metal or something like that. The bars were too short for a fresh piercing so when her lips swelled up overnight she needed them replaced and there was some other issue so she needed them repierced as well. Said the owner was super nice so 2 stars instead of 1.

Randy help me plan my daughters surprise 18th birthday tattoo. He was very detail orientated and paid attention to exactly what we wanted even when we had to change it multiple times. It resulted in a great family experience for my daughters birthday and was really flexible and being able to finish all of our tattoos that same weekend. We love Randy!

(July 15th)After calling few times to let him know, we were here. Got no response We waited about 15 mins. We decided to go.Few moments before we left, another couple arrived and was able to get in for jewelry purchase.Be careful of the steps.

Got both sides of my nostrils re-pierced, and a jewelry change for my rook. From the reception at the front desk to the piercing process, everything was a 10/10, their prices are also VERY fair. I was given two deals, and anywhere else this would have cost a fortune. Definitely will come back for other Piercings.

Randy is the one who did my Daith piercing.I have had migraines since I was very young. I have had at least one migraine a day - or one that lasted for days. And now I have not had one headache since the piercing. Randy made everything smooth going and as painless as possible. I would recommend this place and Randy for any piercing a person may want or need.
