Absolutely fantastic place. I found my way here to remove some garbage tattoos that have to make room for new, much better ones. Ive had all the work done with Kallie so far and she is an awesome human. Always making sure I am comfortable and takes great care in making sure the process is smooth. Believe me when I say the removal is far more painful than the tattoo itself but again Kallie and the team make sure comfortability is at the top priority. Cost is incredibly reasonable and based on the size, depth, and quality of ink. I honestly cant say enough good things about them. If you are wanting to get some tattoos removed, no matter the reasons, this is the place to do it. Cant wait to continue the process. 💪🏼🤘🏼

What can say ,to be honest they told me it’s gonna take 3 to 4 treatments to remove my tattoo and I don’t know how they convinced me because I’m in the 7 treatment already and it’s getting worse, so I’m very sure not going there anymore, wasting my money for nothing😡,I would like to put some pictures in how they left my tattoo but it’s so embarrassing no way: just letting you know👎at least I want my money back 😞

Renewal Laser is who I decided to work with for my first tattoo removal experience, and after my first session I have nothing but good things to say! I am working with Lauren and she was very thorough with explaining the process, the tentative number of sessions needed to reach my desired outcome of totally clear skin, and aftercare.Scheduling was a breeze, and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The entire place was clean, sterile, and comfortable, and their sinks (both in the bathroom and the procedure room) are probably the coolest sinks Ive ever seen. Yes, their sinks made it into my review because thats how cool they are. In fact, go get a tattoo just so you can get it removed here to enjoy the sinks.Their recommendations and suggestions helped mitigate the pain as much as is possible. Lauren worked quickly and helped set up expectations for our consecutive appointments, so the anxiety I had prior to my first session is completely gone for my next! Thank you!

Very kind staff, honest upfront pricing. It costs half what I paid somewhere else, with much healthier looking results.

Staff were nice but the quality of service was not worth the money. They made false promises about how many sessions it would take and nearly doubled what I originally expected. This still didn’t get me near the tattoo being removed. Two treatments were done by someone new who skipped portions of my tattoo. I quit going to them and switched to a new company.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months. What I enjoy the most is definitely the great customer service from Nick. I also enjoyed the transparency about how long it usually takes for a tattoo to fade and about how many sessions I will need. My tattoo is fading nicely. Its never too painful and sessions usually last less than 10 minutes.

Nick is a great dude! He goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. His understanding in his craft is second to none. The more research you do the more youll learn that every tattoo removal is different based on ink color, the way the tattoo was applied, and i think what is most important, the type of skin you have. I have very sensitive tan skin and Nick new exactly how to work with it to prevent pain, burns, and hyper-pigmentation. Nick can work with very light skin to very dark skin and everything in between. I truly feel Nick is in the business of tattoo removal because he is passionate about what he does and wants to help people.The thing about tattoos and tattoo removal is that it doesnt have much regulation to protect the consumer. If you go to a bad artist, chances are youll get a bad tattoo. Same goes for a leaser tattoo removal. But Nick does way beyond what the training and regulation require to ensure he is doing things the right way.I know a very well recognized tattoo artist who does amazing work but is also getting some of his own tattoos removed by Nick. I mean seriously, I wouldnt go anywhere else. With Renewal Laser Clinic you are getting first class service for prices that cant be matched.

I was very nervous about getting my tattoo removed- specifically the pain and the cost. Nick made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Ive had several sessions, all good and much fading. On my last session, I bled alot, and now have lots of scarring. Funny, I got the stupid tattoo originally to cover a scar and now I have larger scars from its removal. I wont be back.

They’re typically quick once u get in but I didn’t appreciate the 45 minute wait from my appt time when they could have told me the moment I walked in , that they were behind and by how much , I could have switched my plans aroundBut once you’re in and theyre not having a crazy day with their clients talking for too long (which is the reason they told me they were so behind) everything is fineI don’t really blame clients from wanting to chat because the staff there is awesome 😎

I’ve been coming here for my removal services for about two years now. The two main people I deal with are Kalli and Nick. Both are knowledgeable, experienced and have gone through the process themselves. I know I’m safe and cared for when I come here. It’s a calm, clean and welcoming space. They really know what they are doing and work with you on pricing and so on.

Nick is laid back, honest, and funny. This is a delicate process that takes time if done correctly, and Nick doesnt F things up. Dont look anywhere else for your tattoo removal.

Kallie is awesome! All the other staff are very friendly as well. I have never waited more than 3 minutes for an appt and scheduling is flexible. They make sure to walk you through the process and I love that they take pictures each time. Tattoo removal is painful, but they make sure you know you can use numbing cream and take breaks anytime you need. 4-5, quick sessions and my tattoo was removed.

Very professional, clean and modern-looking/beautiful shop. Employees are also very professional and nice. The laser process to remove a tattoo can be painful, but they do everything possible to make you comfortable, and it does work! They give you an ice pack every time to numb the area. Whoa was I blown away the second I walked through the front doors! Very neat, very modern yet rustic atmosphere. I like that Nick greeted me by name when I showed up for my appointment. Awesome rates and even better people. Process is annoying pain not intolerable pain. To be honest it was a tad addicting it’s self!

I love Nick and Kallie and all the other staff I have encountered over the years. They are wonderfully helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have had eight or so tattoos lasered here and one is done already. I had no idea tattoos could be removed completely until meeting the owner over half a decade ago. It is always a warm and welcoming environment. The charges are less than other shops, with better quality lasering at the same time. Payment is only due per session and so you never overpay or get charged over a thousand dollars before even seeing progress. It is also open 7 days a week and even some holidays. They are flexible and I have been lasered by both technicians in Minneapolis. I refer everyone to them and I see tattoo artists from all over come in, people from all different backgrounds and ages. If you are looking to remove a tattoo or even cosmetic tattoos like eyebrows, or even get small parts removed, lightened, or ready for a cover-up. This is the place to go. They never disappoint! Also they have completely free no-obligation consultations where they go in depth about the process, after-care, estimated how many sessions itll take, and also the cost per session.

First couple of sessions were great, however the last few sessions made me bleed a ton and left permanent scarring. The girl who did the lasering in my last few sessions always seemed to be in a rush even though there was no one else there. Very upset with the permanent scar tissue now next to the tattoo I only wanted to just fix. I had some sessions left I still needed to do but I wont come back.

Nick is always professional, he keeps conversation going which helps keep me less nervous, he is patient and will take frequent breaks if I need them. The building is clean and well-kept, and the price was competitive with other quotes I received. Highly recommended! I couldnt be happier with my choice of Renewal Laser Clinic for this process.

Best laser removal in town! Ive tried a number of places but I trust Nick over everyone else. Hes professional and very experienced with his practice. Nick has been around the industry for years, has had his own ink removed and has the best equipment. He is professional and straight forward about treatments and offers information on other options and clinics (honest without badmouthing them). This is not true at all places...like that one in St. Louis Park that basically pushes you out the door if you dont sign up right away. Renewal allows pay as you go as well...instead of throwing down a pile of money just to get started.Bottom line... I researched it checked out other places that Nick said were reputable. He wants you to feel comfortable with your decision and this, in my opinion is the best place great tech and clean!!

Ive had a few sessions done so far by both Nick and Kally. I am extremely satisfied each time I come. Hopefully only 2 more sessions and two tattoos will finally be fully removed!!

This place is exactly what Ive been looking for. After many years of tolerating my embarrassing tattoos, I finally found this place. My experience was great. I know they say you wont see results for weeks after the procedure, but I saw results right away. It was FAST. One session for my medium sized tattoo took about 5 minutes. Nick was very comforting and made the session as painless as possible. I highly recommend.

Kallie is the sweetest most helpful person of all time. I look forward to seeing her every 8 weeks. I have been going there for over a year now it is so clean she is so efficient, professional and the results speak for themselves. So glad I found this spot.

Nick is very professional and very fair. His work is amazing and he is honest and upfront from the very beginning. He tells you what to expect as far as pain goes and tells you his pricing. he also tells you how many sessions it would take so you know how much it will cost from start to finish. He is a very friendly person. He made us feel like we were friends that go way back. And by we,I mean my husband and I. Nick is very professional with his work. He has his friendly and playful side but keeps is business portion professional. He is very thoughtful of my husband and Is feelings. I am very comfortable around him and so is my husband. That is very important to me. We also bring our children to my sessions. Nick will put cartoons on in the back waiting room for them,and bring them both a bottle of water. They love it when we go there. When all is done Nick lets them pick a lollipop. Mom gets the pain and kids get the reward,right? Wrong. They only get a lollipop if they pick one out for mom & dad first. Another part of his caring side. Also, while the kids are watching cartoons and I am in the laser room, Nick will turn the camera on his tablet for us so we can keep an eye on the kids.He will keep checking on you throughout the process to make sure the pain is not getting unbearable for you. He will periodically stop to put an ice pack on you. I am in my 5th or 6th session and my tattoo is barley visible. I am very happy with the progress. I had a lot of colors that are hard to remove and yet it is almost gone. We are going to miss Nick when we are finished. I might have to get another tattoo just so we have an excuse to visit. ;)Bottom line is Nick is an amazing person and does amazing work. He is honest from the start and will work with you if you need it. The laser is a lot less painful then I was expecting. I recommend Renewal Laser to anyone and everyone. The world would be a much better place if we had more people like Nick in the world. :)

In February of 2019, I decided to do a cover up of a portrait.The portrait was beautiful, so realistic, flawless, the tattoo wasnt the issue. It was too hard to look at because its a family member who passed away. I sat for 2 visits, the coverup went very wrong, very dark and hard to see what it was from being so dark and blobbly? terrible. I stopped all later sessions, wish Id done it after the outline/first visit. I trusted the artist as Id used him for every tattoo I have, i mean, he did the gorgeous portrait and my beautiful half sleeve on the other arm. Well, it was a bad mistake.I started my tattoo removal in July 2019. I have a full blown sleeve being removed, from over the shoulder to the elbow. All of which is black and grey with a purple feather.The whole process for my huge piece is about 15 minutes of Zapping however, I dont take breaks as Im in the high level of pain tolerance category. Ive been to 3 seasons already and have seen HUGE changes, I cannot be happier. The price was way better than the other surrounding areas and Nick is very thorough and very kind/caring. He listens and explains everything. I highly recommend him. I recommend this place to everyone AND I recommend lightening your tattoo substantially before placing a cover up 😜😜

Nick has a location in Rochester which is easy to get to. He is so organized and efficient that I am in and out in 15 minutes so it doesnt take much time out of the day. But that doesnt come at the expense of good customer service... he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which sets you at ease immediately.

I wanted to stop by Renewal Laser Clinic due to its stellar reviews only to be completely let down.Online, their voicemail, and even on their door says they open at 10am which obviously is a lie because I waited for about 30 minutes and called about 5 times and left 3 voicemails. Awful first impresssion and super disappointed as I was excited to stop by and get a free consultation feeling like this was the place for me because of all of the wonderful reviews.It is now 10:59am and No One has returned my call— definitely not shocked about that part because why would they call me back when they can’t even be there on time. It’s stupid, if you are not going to be open at the time you say you will be open— let that be known. Terrible. I not only wasted my time (which is very limited as I basically work 24/7), wasted gas, could’ve ran 3 other errands during my quick break from work just to wait 30 minutes wasting my life waiting for Renewal Laser Clinic to open and now I i can’t do that because I waisted valuable time that I don’t even have. The biggest disappointment is that I wasted my energy. Wasted my energy by thinking they would be great, by trusting the reviews, and most of all feeling excited for this new chapter in my life by getting a tattoo removal. What a Joke.

Drove an hour and a half to get here and they told me all appointments were canceled. Both lasers were said to be broken. I at least would have liked a phone call. Wasted half my day and couldnt even get a courtesy call.

Clean space. Kind and knowledgeable people. Their bed side manner is also top notch! I am happy I picked this place.

Quit going after tech/owner accused me of doing something to make my tattoo remain. I will not be going back, I have given up on the process. 14 sessions

This is the number one place to go for tattoo removal. Nick has been in the tattoo industry for decades and he knows what hes doing (aside from just being a nice guy).

My wife has been going there for the last year and a 1/2 to have 2 very large tattoos Removed. They are extremely professional and caring.

Not located in the best of neighborhoods, but the building itself is clean and new-looking. Other places can remove tattoos in fewer treatments and with less pain, but at ten times the cost.

The guy Nick who owns the place is a liar..he never informed me that it would be multiple sessions and told me the removal for a small tattoo the size of a quarter would be ONLY 75 Dollars ..This place is a dam ripoff.This place is not a rip off and Nick is not a liar..He did neglect to inform the full process and I was upset and acted inappropriately
