Never open. Doesnt matter when i came here. Now is 7:30 and store close at 8 but already closed?? Zero star. Zero

This store has the worst customer service in the mall refuse to do their job properly and do not know what theyre doing beware do not go to the store and give them your business

I visited Claire’s on July 15th 2023. A very nice lady asked me immediately with a smile if she could help me. I told her that I was interested in getting my ears pierced. She did a good job. She cleaned the area as well as her hands, put a mask on and she was very gentle. I am pleased at the service. I am following her instructions that she gave me and I have had no problems at all. If I decide to do it again, I will go back to Claire’s and ask for her again.

Ignorant and rude store employees. Accused kids of causing a ruckus in the store and told them AFTER they had been in there and came back they had to have a parent or someone 18 or older yet never told that PARENT when she returned there was an issue. Corporate is as ignorant and 1 sided as the lying manager who said she spoke to me on the phone and apologized when I have NEVER heard from her. Dont waste time or money in that junky store where your children will be profiled!!

BEWARE Do not go to this establishment for they Because.They do a terrible job also cause pain and damage.

After looking up the store hours online, I drove 40 miles for my granddaughter to get a jewelry set she wanted. The store should have opened at 10am but its still not open at 1030am. Very horrible experience every time we come here.

I visited this store last week to get ear piercing done for my child. My child was little tough as she was very young but the store executive Jaslyn, and her colleague were awesome. They did really a great job and has helped to have the ear piercing get done very smoothly. They were very friendly and looking forward to help. Thank you very much Claire’s Monroe, LA!!!

They never have any staff. Had a manager from a different store running the place by herself. I had to wait over an hour to get my nieces ears pierced and unfortunately I know it was because of Covid circumstances. And the lady working was really trying her best.

My kids love going into this store. I must say I enjoy it too. There is so much glitz and glam to look at. Sale clerks are always nice and they run great sales.

I would rate the store zero if I could. I took my neice to purchase an ankle bracelet for school on August 8. The employee was extremely rude. The store had a sale on the jewelry buy 3 get 3 free. I asked the employee if I read the sign correct and she told me the sale was still going. There were several people in the store but she followed me and my neice the entire time. I had several items in my hand to purchase when my neice finally found the ankle bracelet she wanted. I told my neice to put it on and Ill go pay for it. The employee in a rude yelling tone you cant do that I told her that I was purchasing it. She rolled her eyes and stated I didnt know that.... I told her that she could have asked before yelling at me. That way she would have known or at least asked if I needed help; and my explanation would have followed. At no time while I was in there did she ask if I needed help. Her attitude was completely unprofessional that it was disgusting. I decided to continue to shop, and she continued to follow me even though their was several customers in the store. I felt uncomfortable and did not make the additional purchases. However, Im glad I left because I found the perfect necklaces and additional ankle bracelet at Maurices. The employee there was extremely nice, well spoken and inviting... will not shop in Claires in the mall in Monroe Louisiana ever again.

Don’t damage yours or your child’s ears with a piercing gun.. Go to a tattoo shop yes most do childrens ears too. Cleaner, less painful, no tissue damage, quicker healing and better chances not getting infected. Piercing guns damage tissue causing scaring and makes for slower healing and riskier for infections. They use the blunt end on a earring that crushes it’s way through the tissue. Piercing needles piercers use are hollow and masks for a cleaner hole causing no damage. Be smart not cheap.

It’s terrible. Everything on the floor and dirt I don’t think they ever sweep or pick things up. And they should space out the racks out so people in wheelchairs can move around easy and not run in to stuff all the time

Not supposed to close till 8 its 7:35 and the store is already shut down.

Liars and cheaters in the store sold things for double price and then don’t give refund

They little Trinkets and jewelry is awesome reasonable price
