The staff is very friendly. It was a nice atmosphere overall. Destiny did my sister’s nose and stomach piercing. She was amazing. She talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. She also went above and beyond to educate her on the healing process. I loved how knowledgeable she was on the topic. I plan on coming back to get a piercing but only if she is there. She is truly amazing!!

I love these group of ladies. Went in for a first piercing and was taken care of by Heather and made it a really great experience. She calmed my nerves and was very gentle with the whole process. A very kind woman she is and is awesome for management. She loves what she does and wants the absolute best for everyone. Great artists but hefty prices. I got a tattoo less than an inch on my middle finger and it came out to be $100. It was just a lightning bolt going from my middle to bottom joint. Just way too much but I complied since its my only tattoo Im getting.

I absolutely adore Corey! He did a cover up for me that was coraline themed. Recently scheduled the touch up and am so ecstatic with the results. I will be back for many more to come in the future

Ran in to get some earrings changed out. Had to wait for a bit, but the change out was quick. Everything was clean and people were knowledgeable. I sure do appreciate it!

Went in for my first ever piercings, 2 earlobes and a helix and it was a way better experience than i couldve possibly anticipated. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person, and Heather was so so sweet and patient with me in doing everything. My 16 year old daughter and I used Heather at Lucky 7 Tattoo Studio for 2 piercings. Heather was fantastic with my daughter; while she was excited to get her naval pierced, she was still very nervous. Heather understood this and made sure my girl had an amazing experience. Once the bellybutton was actually pierced, my daughter was shocked that it was done; she literally didn’t feel a thing! We’ll definitely use her and Lucky 7 in the future. Destiny, did amazing with my 9 year old getting her ears pierced for the first time. I cant recommend her enough. She was calming and explained everything before she did it. Destiny gave us a several treats and even a fidget for my daughter to avoid touching her ears on the way home. She went over care instructions as well.

Got a septum piercing there a few days ago!! Heather has done several piercings for me and my friends (including my septum, nose, and tongue piercings), and she’s always amazing! She’s professional and upbeat, and always talks you through the process before and during the piercing, as well as explaining aftercare very thoroughly. Plus, the piercings didn’t even hurt that badly! I absolutely would not go to any other piercer!

Heather is a phenomenal piercer! she explained everything really well, worked quickly but still very meticulous with placement. I don’t do well with pain but she was able to make my sensitive piercing almost completely painless. Will be recommending her

I had both my helix piercings done here. They were very clean and incredibly kind! They did my downsizing for free since they said they care more for my healing than their pockets! Overall an amazing experience! Make sure to bring your birth certificate!!! 10/10 would recommend!

I am traveling from out of towns and went in because my piercing had gotten pulled out. Ouch! Destiny was wonderful! She was able to put it back in with no issues. I love me some HeatherThePiercer!!! Shes done all of my piercings and none of them have rejected. No infections or bumps. Everything has been smooth sailing. Shes very honest and knowledgeable about placement and anatomy. The only reason I didnt give this shop 5stars is because I have only used them once for a tattoo and it wasnt the best experience.

I went to Lucky 7 last Saturday to get my ta-tas re-pierced. Heather was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information and care tips for my piercings. After my piercings I started feeling faint and Heather noticed and had me lay down. She made sure I was perfectly okay before I left and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I am so happy that I went to Heather for my piercings. I highly recommend her.

I used to be a regular but switched to uni ink. Looking back lucky 7 is a mediocre shop with mediocre jewelry. It is very clean, receptionists are always cool. But, they do use threaded jewelry and have done some things that they shouldn’t have (I didn’t know better at the time). Including piercing my cartilage with a hoop. I’m no piercer, but I now know that you should not be piercing with hoops. And the piercer Aubrey or Audrey is cool I guess but she’s kind of rude. Overall not a bad shop. If you’re on a budget, this is the best shop you could go to.

I loved my experience here and I’ll definitely recommend to others and come back in the future. Heather was amazing; I was really anxious but she talked me through everything.

Random choice to go tonight and she made it such a memorable moment. Very happy with how it turned out. Extremely personable, and a diligent piercer. Absolutely, by far my favorite piercing experience. If I want any more piercings, I will absolutely go to Destiny.

As someone who used to be deathly afraid of needles, heather has never disappointed with my piercings. She has done 5 piercings on me so far and although the average pain rating is high for a few (such as my daith) she made it so quick and easy I didn’t even have time to react! Everyone is wonderful up there and I’ll always go here for my piercings!

I had an amazing experience with this shops piercer, Heather! First and foremost she was such a warm and comforting presence which can be so good for the anxiety someone can get when sitting in a piercing chair!So I went in to get my conch pierced and I had a few questions on whether it would look weird with my ear shape or if I should go for something different and she took time to look at my existing piercings and discuss with me what would help further my aesthetic to make my piercings look more cohesive. She was also so quick with the piercing itself, I didn’t feel a thing! Very professional and knowledgeable about about the aftercare needed for my specific piercing and gave me her contact information if I had any problems outside of what we had discussed.10/10 would recommend! I had gone to another tattoo parlor in West Monroe, LA that had a young lady working there that did not want to say she was inexperienced about the piercings I wanted. She went ahead and tried anyway. They became quite infected causing me to go to doctor get antibiotics and still need to have the piercings corrected. I took a chance on Lucky 7 and met, Heather. She is the most amazing person. She treated me with respect. She did not hurt me. She was patient, so very kind and did everything I asked, plus some for only $5. This young lady will be my go-to person for anything piercing related anytime I’m in Louisiana!! AMAZING!!! Thank you Heather for all you did for me yesterday, proving you cared more about the health of your customer instead of the money in your pocket! I have already told so many people about you and will continue to do so!!

Just got my nose re-pierced and a VCH both done by Heather. Let me start off by saying she was AMAZING!!! She made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was moreso nervous a little bit about getting the VCH and she told me that although the nose wasnt painful it was more painful than the VCH and she was absolutely right! The nose piercing only made my eyes water but the VCH was completely PAINLESS. On a scale of 0-10 there was NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! I was shocked at how quick and painless it was. I kept smiling and laughing and couldnt believe it was over so quick and didnt hurt not one bit. Heather is the BEST and Ill definitely be back to see her for future piercings. Thanks Heather!

Wqs told upon arrival that it would be a 20-30 qait to get me daughters ears pierced. Over 2 hrs later we are still waiting while we have seen people come and go. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment on 7-4-2020. It was a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. This double nose piercing was my first piercing ever outside of my ears when I was a baby. The artist talked me through each step and was very kind and patient. I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for excellent clean art work in a boss environment. My friend and I went in yesterday for their Friday the 13th flash day. We got there and put our names on the list around 5 pm. We waited and waited until after midnight. That’s when they sent everyone in the shop home and made everyone reschedule…even though it was flash. The whole point of flash is it’s quick and same day. The designs were cute for sure, but they were more detailed which is going to take more time. They also only had 2 people tattooing and nearly 100 people on the list. It was just… a mess. Everyone there was very nice, but so many people were upset with how it went. Aside from that, my friend and I were going to get matching pieces from the flash sheet and she lived 2 hours away. She was so upset that she said she’d never go back. I was only interested in matching her and having the experience together, so after she went home I went to the counter and asked if I could just cancel mine and get a refund since I waited 7 hours. They said they aren’t allowed to do refunds because it’s shop policy. But the thing is I had JUST watched them give cash to a girl who pitched a fit over having to drive so far and then go back home. They refused to refund me. The only option they gave me was a gift card for the amount I paid. So now I have a gift card I’m never going to use. My friend had been going there for years. She has 8 pieces by their artists so I trusted that it would be okay as I’ve never been to this specific shop. I do wish it would’ve gone more smoothly.

I had my septum pierced by a piercer who is no longer in the game, the piercing never healed properly. I went into Lucky 7 and man was I lucky that Heather was there! Heather gave me an honest consultation and was so great! Unfortunately the previous piercer did not pierce my septum correctly so Heather had to pierce it again. She was kind, gentle, professional, and super explanatory! Going back very soon to get another piercing! Thanks Heather for being you!!

I’ve been to Lucky 7 several times before and will continue to go back! Last night I had to go see Heather (piercer) and Baby D (her apprentice) to get a conch piercing removed that was done at Greg’s. They both treated me so amazing and were appalled at the way she had pierced my ear. They removed it for me and told me that NO piercer should have EVER done work like that!! Heather removed it without hurting me at all and I highly recommend her and Baby D for any piercings!!

I had a dragon done down my left arm. It ended up being less then what I was told it would cost which was wonderful. (Me being me I still tipped and gave more). Jeff, who did my tattoo was great and friendly, also he was very professional and was very detailed with the tattoo. Everything was done nicely and prepared, wasn’t put on hold & had no issues with anything. Even got an appointment pretty quickly too even though they seemed to be booked. Enjoyed my time & will likely be coming back in a few months to get the rest of my arm filled in. Definitely worth the time to stop by and see what they can do.

I was a bit nervous, as it was my first piercing other than my ear lobes when I was little, but Heather was very frank about what she was doing, and she cracked jokes the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. I got my daith pierced yesterday and I had a wonderful experience. I just walked in and I was greeted very quickly! Make sure to bring cash, that’s something I didn’t know about, but they have an ATM, so don’t worry if you forget to. My piercer was AMAZING!! She was SO sweet and super knowledgeable about what she was doing! I was a little nervous about getting my piercing, but she made me feel really comfortable and told me everything about it. Her name was Heather Furlong. If you’re going to get a piercing, ask for Heather. She gives you an after care sheet full of wonderful information. She also gives you her social media and many ways to contact her if you have any questions about your piercing. She really is so sweet and a lovely person to meet! My piercing was quick, and almost painless. She told me if I have any trouble to contact her immediately and she’ll answer as soon as she can. She also said, that I could come into the shop if I have trouble and she would take a look at it for free! The piercing only cost $30! Which I was also excited about. This was a wonderful experience and I will for sure return here for any other piercings I will get! 5/5 stars 🌟

I have gone there to get 99% of my piercings from Heather and 2 tattoos from Jordan. They are super sweet and comfortable to be around and not to mention do a perfect job at what they do. Heather is great. I had been having issues finding an earring for my cartilage piercing that was the right size. Heather was able to expertly tell me my gage size so I could purchase a new earring. She was spot on. She really knows her craft and is very professional and kind. Highly recommend.

My piercing fell out of my ear, and not only did Heather tighten my new piercing as tight as physically possible, but she was kind and understanding the whole time. I felt embarrassed about the whole situation I approached her with, but she assuaged my feelings and sent me off with a smile.

Very professional and expert craftsmanship. But I did notice something about most of the customers. They walk in without making an appointment and want you to hurry up and get to them. You hear them huffing and puffing and complaining. But then when its their turn, the conversation with their artist goes a little something like this: OMG, yall are like really slow. Anyways, please dont mess up my tat. Take all the time you need. Im not even joking! I wish one of the artist would say to one of these people, You know I would take my time on your tat and make sure I do a good job, but theres someone behind you in line and theyre huffing and puffing, so I need to rush. 😂 Anyways, to everyone down at Lucky 7 keep doing exactly what you are. I am completely satisfied

Great place, friendly staff. Was in for my daughters first tattoo for 2 of her friends who passed. Corey was awesome. My daughter didnt even flinch But did almost cry when it was over and she saw the tattoo when finished. It was exactly what she wanted. Well then of course I had the fever and got tat number 27, an anchor on my hand. Corey took my idea and ran with it making it.much more than I expected. Will definitely be back soon

The only downfall is Lucky 7 stays booked up but it is definitely worth the wait. Thanks to Corey and Lucky 7 tattoo studio for the new tattoo. I will be back to get another tattoo.

The first time I went to go get a piercing at the old studio the person I worked with was great! I was having some issues with my piercing months later and called tonight to get some help. When I asked my question I ended with can you help me or get someone who can? and the woman replied with well I am the piercer..So yes I can help you in somewhat of a rude voice.. which threw me off a bit. I explained my situation and she told me that the piercing was infected and that I should take it out..waitwhat?!!?taking out the piercing will cause the wound to close up, which could trap the infection inside. Not just this but she didnt even tell me how to help fight the infection, she didnt tell me to treat it with any sea salt soaks or anything! I then called a different piercing parlor to get a recommendation and I am now aware of what is going on with my piercing and how to help it. I was pleased with my old piercer..but I dont think I will be going back to Lucky 7 for anymore work.

This was my third belly button piercing.! The first time was done here by heather and she did great job! Unfortunately, after a few months, the ball fell out and the hole closed up. The second time I did at a tattoo shop in Dallas -they did a terrible job. The skin between both the balls was so thin and eventually it ripped right through my skin. Well... third times a charm!!! I went back to heather and not only was she able to pierce it correctly, she was able to pierce it so that the ball covered the old scar! SHE ROCKS! As always she gave great after care instructions. Thanks Heather!!!!

I was with my daughters. Very clean and calm quiet atmosphere. I didnt know what to expect but I was pleasantly pleased. We were there that trip for my daughters nose ring. I will be returning and recommending them.

Dee, is spot on amazing. Great piercer and just naturally positive person that makes you feel absolutely welcomed. Very beautiful smile and will have you leaving with a smile as well.

Heather the peircer is amazing! She is so awesome helped me pick the perfect spot for my peircing! She is so professional and put me right at ease! I will be only coming back to her from now on!

I give it 3 stars because Ive only gotten my nose pierced there. The girl that did it was very nice and gave me a lot of info on how to take care of the piercing. I cannot speak for the tattoo quality because I go to a certain person that does amazing work at a different shop.

Spur of the moment , besties getting a piercing! I already have a nose piercing but my friend had none , not even a tattoo! Anyways for her bday I talked her into getting it done, she got a hoop and I wasnt going to but then I decided wth so I now have my nose double peirced ( photo attached) love it! I would recommend Lucky 7 to ANYONE. I just went there today to get a tattoo.. i had four tattoos before this one today, and this one was by far the best work. when I came in there the woman, I did not catch her name, and the tattoo artist who did my tattoo, Reid, greeted me, and made me feel really comfortable. in the various other shops Ive been in, the tattoo artists and piercers were extremely stuck up and rude and unfriendly and honestly just made me feel stupid with every question i asked. when i asked questions with Lucky 7s crew, they were quick to answer everything happily. I was JUST there to get a tattoo, but the woman who worked there insisted on fixing my nose ring, ( free of charge) they really do take care of you, and all of you not just your piercing or tattoo at hand. any other peircings. it was just an awesome experience. Reid was very friendly and talkative and social while he was doing my tattoo, which was really calming me down. Seriously go there. Best experience Ive ever had at a tattoo parlor. no question!

First time getting a tattoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shop was clean. They also refused to do a white power tattoo - always a plus. Jordan also did an excellent job helping me design the tattoo I wanted. I would go here again.

I tried to schedule an appt for 3 people via the phone bc I live over an hour away but they said shop policy is you have to come in and schedule…. I find the policy silly but ok. What got me was the girl on the phone was a short and and rude and bc of this we are taking our business elsewhere.
