I went today for a tattoo for my late great grandmother and grandfather. Then I got a quirky funny tattoo both done by Haley. She did absolutely amazing work and kept the whole session amusing! She was so sweet! I definitely recommend her. Will definitely return for more work done by her:)

I recently just had my helix pierced! “Jay” the piercer was amazing she went through all the steps and was extremely helpful! This was the best experience I have ever had with a piercing. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Katie fixed a questionable tattoo I had gotten from another shop/artist and now it looks amazing! She put a lot of thought into how to make it better while still keeping my vision in mind. Would definitely come again!

I went here for my very first tattoo and was greeted by a wonderful human named Jay. After looking through their portfolio and speaking with them, I knew right away I wanted them to do my tattoo. I was equipped with top notch knowledge on how to care for it while it was healing and even after. Go here, you won’t regret it!

No cross no crown is a very eclectic tattoo studio. Everyone from the owner to the newer tattoo artists are all very professional and will treat you very well.Though I admit Ive only gotten mostly American traditional done there its very talented group of artists. The music and atmosphere is what I would expect from my tattoo studio and they dont disappoint.Parking can be tricky sometimes depending on how busy downtown Monroe is, but there are few people that I would recommend more highly than this shop.

Once again a wonderful experience yesterday at No Cross No Crown Tattoo shop. Always a great experience. If you’re ever in the market for a tattoo check this place out. Prices are great, very clean, and a fantastic staff. Austin Sells and Joe Tatum have done a great job with the two Joe has done and the one that Austin did. Can’t wait to get my next one.

Talented artists, clean shop, nice atmosphere, reasonable rates, attention to after care. Over all a great shop. Ive had four tattoos done here (so far!). I just got the hearts done for Pulmonary Fibrosis awareness. Nice addition.

When you walk in, the vibes are IMMACULATE. everyone there greeted us warmly. while we were filling out paperwork, one of the artists, Joe, remembered a piece he had done on my husband YEARS ago and offered to touch it up for free! (not that it needs it, the piece is still gorgeous). We both got pierced, my husband got his septum done and I got the side of my nose. Jay and Sage were both incredibly kind, and walked us through the entire process step by step, even offering to anodize the jewelry to the color we wanted! All the equipment was brand new and clean, and the needles were opened and cleaned in front of us, which I appreciated! They were incredibly thorough, making sure everything was lined up perfectly, and asking our opinions on final placement. I had a little bit of anxiety before my piercing, and Jay was kind, gentle and not pushy. they reassured me that I was okay, and at the first sign of my hesitation, backed off immediately and even told me they wouldn’t do it if I didn’t want to. I felt safe and welcome the entire time we were there. after our appointment, we were given detailed instructions on how to care for our new piercings, and they are both healing beautifully! I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be going back VERY soon! ♥️

I had most all my tattoos done from there for as long as I can remember. Now that my daughter is the big 18 today she wanted her first tattoo. I am happy she has been doing her research to know exactly what she wanted and where she wanted it because as we all know this is permanent. From what I hear its 10 times worse getting them removed than getting them. The atmosphere is nice, the people are nice and the place is over all is nice. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks for doing my daughters 1st tattoo on her birthday. This for sure is a memory we got to share together we never will for get and she is in love with it.

The art work was quality art work performed by a professional and kind staff. The environment was artist and welcoming. They took great care of us. They exceeded our expectations.

I got my first tattoo from Joe. He was super helpful and professional. I had a great experience! The only downside was that there was a lot of tattoo suggestions decorating the parlor that full of nudity. Otherwise, it was awesome! I definitely recommend it for others.

Joe is not only an incredibly talented artist but a super nice guy as well. The prices are also very reasonable for an artist of his caliber. Ive gotten 2 tattoos done here thus far and definitely plan on returning for a 3rd. Easy 5 stars.

The crew at No Cross, No Crown Tattoo Co. is just excellent. The place is great in look, design, and cleanliness. Joe can bring ideas to life in an original & creative way. Joe does excellent work, and I most definitely plan on getting more ink done by him.

I definitely had one hell of a stand up experience here! It was recomended by my partner and it wasnt a disappointment! Alex and Joe made this a comfortable environment. Im also extremely happy my artwork (merman) it was exactly what I was envisioning for my 1st traditional piece! The deer head was done by Joe! Job more than well done boys! Thank you again!

Went in to get some lettering done and they are always so nice! Joe and Bob are always doing some fantastic art and always so kind. Joe took his time with the lettering and made sure it was perfect. I’ve gotten four tattoos from that place and have never left unhappy, always just wanting more. Will be my permanent shop I go to. Thank you guys!

I’ve gotten all 4 of my tattoos here. When i got my first one a few years back i passed out and they were incredibly kind and patient. I get an insane amount of compliments on my tattoos. The artists are so talented and accommodating. I live in Athens now but i still refuse to go anywhere but here! Monroe is lucky to have this awesome place.

I came in on a whim and Im so glad I did! the artists were so chill but professional at the same time haha comfy place. I like that the shop is full of their artwork. I love my tattoo! The only shop so far that Ive stopped by that actually shave the hair away though so that was nice 😂 A++ definitely coming back 👌

I wanted to get my first tattoo and at the moment I thought this would be a great place, but looking at it a couple months later and getting reviews from other artists about the work they did on me, I wildly feel like I was overcharged. The people are really nice and all but for the work they did they charged me $300 for a piece that looks like its worth MAYBE $100. The reasoning for the price was because the said it was a whole lot of line work. Moral of the story is that if you dont look like youre in the business of getting tattoos then this shop will most likely take advantage on that and overcharge you.

Jay pierced my septum (after I was able to prove I had been fully vaxxed) and I loved it! They worked with me to get the piercing straight. Every other time I’ve worked with Jay they have always been helpful with getting new jewelry & sizing. Plus the anodizer thingy is really cool & unique. Trust Jay with your skin!

Absolutely positive experience as a walk in I was greeted and dealt with in a very professional manner. Very clean shop and experienced people. No ink too big or too small for them.

I have always gone to Jay for all my piercing needs. They are super professional, fast, and clean. The whole shop has a great atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. I would definitely recommend NCNC!

I got my nose pierced here like 6 months ago and the person that did was so sweet even when I started bleeding everywhere I was super nervous but they made me feel comfortable and explained everything before doing it which made it better. I highly recommend this place for piercings!

I only went into the shop on a fact finding mission during a downtown chocolate walk. I saw a very clean shop with the typical tattoo shop flash on the walls. The owners were tied up taking to others so I never got to talk to them. The one thing I looked for and didnt see was anycustomized books or pictures of work today theyve done. I like seeing art type tattoos. Anyone can pick a generic tattoo, I like the specialized ones. Not saying I wouldnt give them a chance.

Walked in to make a appt and 3 employees having a conversation. Not one person spoke to me, acknowledge me or welcomed me. I was clearly not wanted there...I waited a few more mins and still no one cared to provide me with customer service. I guess I wasnt the right color/race..

I walked in to make an appointment, and the shop itself is so clean and well put together. the people there are so welcoming and i cant wait to get tattooed by david. his work is amazing.

They had nostril piercings for $40 the day I went and it was a really fun experience! The person who did my piercing was sooooo nice and knowledgeable 👍🏻.
