Claires Walmart

Vanessa is the best manager there! Made sure my piercings were even and secure ! Best experience ever !! Always clean friendly and well stocked !! Old manager amber (@A burns) used to close the store unexpectedly and almost all the time throughout the week ! So glad claires made this change

One of the RUDEST sales women I’ve ever encountered at a Claire’s shop. It’s located inside of a Walmart (I should’ve known). As I paid for and packed my groceries at a register adjacent to the Claire’s entry way (there are no doors, it’s a large opening) my 9 yr old daughter walked over to the opening to look around. When I was done at the register I parked my shopping cart to the side of the Claire’s entry opening and allowed my daughter to go in and look around. After 2-3 minutes she comes back (as I was standing a few feet away examining my Walmart receipt) and says the lady in the store is making her feel uncomfortable and told her “she can’t come in and out”. I then walk to the register area to see what was the problem, and this extremely RUDE sales lady proceeded to tell me how she “didn’t want my child in and out”. My daughter is well mannered, calm, not wild, barely touching merchandise, nor taking anything off the racks. Then she proceeded to speak over my daughter as she tried to explain why she felt uncomfortable. When I asked her to let my daughter speak, she carried on about how she was talking to me, she wouldn’t stay quiet long enough for my child to say a word. As I continued to tell her to allow my daughter to speak, she then continually asked me to leave the store, also had the nerve to question my parenting for allow my daughter to walk over to the open entryway when my attention was at the register earlier. This is a store inside of a Walmart (located by the registers) that caters to little girls, if you have a problem with 9 yr old girls wanting to look around or walking over to window shop as their parents are paying for groceries maybe you NEED to relocate!! I wouldn’t spend another $1 at this Claire’s location and I will encourage others to boycott it as well. Absolutely disgraceful

The new manager Vanessa is rude, I came in 2 months ago there was another manager named amber , very lovely women super friendly after Woodbury messed up my daughters piercing amber was quick and efficient to help us! Vanessa on the other hand sat on her phone and made us feel uneasy , we will not be returning anymore

Always very busy, great location & well stocked.
